Kim Kardashian Fan Sends Diamond Ring, Plan B ... Security Team Steps In

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian's security team is working OT once again -- this time intercepting a disturbing package from a fan that included a diamond engagement ring ... and Plan B. Seriously.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us the package, addressed to Kim, was sent to her home and discovered by her guards on June 3. We're told Kim's team has reason to believe the items were sent by a man who's shown up there several times in the past.

We've obtained photos of the ring and the Plan B. The ring looks like a real diamond, though it's tough to tell the quality. For obvious reasons, her security wasn't exactly concerned with the number of carats -- instead, job 1 for them is making sure these strange deliveries never get to Kim.

Our sources say the man first came to Kim's home in February, asking to see her and then again, just a couple weeks ago, he showed up to her gated community claiming he was there to pick her up for dinner.

He's allegedly been harassing her online too, posting a self-made marriage certificate and another item that read, "Queen Kimberly” is “sitting up in thy big castle alone waiting for her Knight in Shining Armor.”

We're told his social media accounts have been shut down, and Kim's legal team isn't taking any chances -- they plan to file a restraining order against the man ASAP.

As we first reported ... Kim, who is divorcing Kanye West, recently got a protective order against another man professing his love for her after she claimed he was growing frustrated from failed attempts to get inside her home.

'Pioneer Woman' Ree Drummond Nephew Caleb Charged with DWI ... Asleep at Wheel, Cops Say

Published

'Pioneer Woman' Ree Drummond's nephew, Caleb, is facing a DWI charge after cops say he was tipsy and fast asleep in his vehicle when they arrested him ... just a month after a nearly fatal wreck.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, cops say they got a call around 5 AM on April 17 about a Ford truck at a dead stop at a traffic light in Osage County, OK -- and it had been that way for at least 3 cycles of the light.

Cops say when they approached they found Caleb sleeping behind the wheel, and even though they knocked on his window numerous times ... he didn't respond.

When cops opened the driver's door they say there was an overwhelming odor of booze coming from Caleb, who finally woke up. Amazingly, cops say his truck was still in drive and he'd dozed off with his foot on the brake.

All of that would have been bad enough, but then cops say they found an open beer, cool to the touch and practically full ... plus a box of ammo and a loaded 9mm handgun.

According to the report, Caleb struggled to get the truck in park, and actually put it in reverse initially. When he stepped out, he lost his balance and cops say he had "thick slurred speech, red bloodshot eyes." When they asked for his driver's license, cops say he handed them a credit card.

Caleb also failed field sobriety testing, and said, "I know I shouldn’t have been driving,” and “I’m glad I wasn’t caught a few hours ago” ... according to cops.

He was arrested and prosecutors have charged him with driving while impaired and open container, both misdemeanors. We're told his BAC was .05. It should be noted, Caleb was not hit with any weapons charges.

As we reported ... Caleb's arrest came just over a month after he was involved in a scary wreck on Ree's ranch that easily could've claimed his life. Ree's husband, Ladd, was driving the other truck involved in the crash, and fractured his neck.

Nelk Boys Donate $100K for Reward in Road Rage Killing ... Police Arrest 2 Suspects

Published
UPDATE

3:54 PM PT -- We've obtained the mug shots for Eriz and Lee ... cops say they followed the two out of a restaurant before making the arrest.

UPDATE

YouTube stars Kyle Forgeard and Steve Deleonardis added 6 figures to the reward in a fatal freeway shooting case in California ... and soon after, cops arrested 2 suspects.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the Nelk Boys recently donated over $100,000 to boost the reward for info on what police are calling a road rage killing -- one that left a young boy dead.

6-year-old Aiden Leos was shot and killed May 21 on the 55 Freeway in Orange, CA while on his way to kindergarten with his mother ... and we're told the Nelk Boys felt heartbroken for the single mom and wanted to help find her son's killer.

Our sources say the Nelk Boys, who live in Orange County, hit up the District Attorney expressing a desire to raise the reward for information on the case ... donating $100,000 along with their partner John Shahidi on May 30 as the reward swelled last week to at least $500k.

By Sunday, the California Highway Patrol said they had arrested 2 suspects, 24-year-old Marcus Anthony Eriz and 23-year-old Wynne Lee, near where the shooting happened. The CHP says the pair are expected to be charged with murder.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the reward is for the arrest and conviction of the young boy's killer, so it will be a while before any reward or part of the reward is paid out.

We're told law enforcement is still investigating.

Safaree to Erica Mena Keep the House, But ... Don't Take the Kids Away From Me!!!

Published | Updated

Safaree's down to let Erica Mena have exclusive use of the home they share but he does NOT want her to have primary custody of their children.

The "Love & Hip Hop" star just threw down the gauntlet in his response to Erica's custody request in their divorce. According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Safaree says he wants joint legal custody, meaning he wants a say in parenting decisions for their infant daughter, Safire, and their second baby due next month.

What's more ... Safaree says he wants consistent and uninterrupted parenting and visitation with his kids. He says this is in the best interest of the kids.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

As far as Erica's request to have exclusive use to the home they currently share ... Safaree seems open to it if he can be removed from any liability involving the property through a refinancing of the mortgage ... and assuming he gets his cut of any equity in the property.

Safaree also wants to maintain exclusive possession of their individual vehicles, and be allowed to maintain all personal property acquired during the marriage individually. As far as alimony goes ... he wants the court to deny her any, and he wants the court to determine any child support obligations for them.

As we reported ... Erica filed for divorce in May, just a few months shy of their 2-year anniversary. She wanted primary custody of the kids, but Safaree's not giving that up without a fight.

Lisa Banes Critically Injured in NYC ... Hit-and-run Scooter Accident

Published

Lisa Banes was almost killed by someone who mowed her down with a scooter and fled the scene out in New York City ... TMZ has confirmed.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the "Cocktail'' actress was struck late Friday evening on the Upper West Side near the Lincoln Center -- where she was reportedly on her way to meet up with her wife and some friends for dinner ... and was passing through a cross-walk.

We're told she had the right of way ... when someone on an electric scooter of some sort blew past a red light and slammed into her -- and then made an escape without stopping to help or call the police. Per reports, the scooter is described as red and black.

Our sources say 911 was called and EMS arrived on the scene to find Lisa on the ground with severe head trauma. She was transported to Mount Sinai Saint Luke's Hospital shortly thereafter, where we're told she remains in critical condition. Word is she's in the ICU.

No information has surfaced about the suspect's description -- but we're told cops are on the case now and are trying to hunt down the culprit. An investigation is underway.

Banes is 65 years old, BTW. Her family is asking for prayers, and for any help to track down the party responsible.

'Tiger King' Jeff Lowe & Wife Busted for DUI ... Weeks After Big Cat Seizure

Published | Updated
UPDATE

12:18 PM PT -- TMZ just obtained the incident report in regards to Jeff and Lauren's DUI arrest -- and it appears Oklahoma City PD is claiming that both hubby and wife were driving at different times before they got busted.

UPDATE

According to the report, OKCPD alleges that they spotted a white Range Rover pull out of a parking lot at a high rate of speed and then stop abruptly when they saw a cop was nearby. The officer goes on to note that he saw Lauren lean out of the driver side window, yell for help and then exit the driver side door ... only to switch places with Jeff, who was riding passenger.

UPDATE

The police go on to claim that Jeff then started driving himself and pulled into another lot -- this as cops started hitting the lights and pursuing. Before coming to a stop, they claim Jeff made an illegal lane change without signaling. Once they were pulled over, OKCPD says they conducted field sobriety test for Jeff, whom they claim appeared incredibly intoxicated.

UPDATE

They note Lauren, too, appeared quite drunk ... as her speech was slurred, among other signs. That seems to explain why she was also arrested for DUI.

Jeff Lowe is continuing to take legal lumps -- the current owner of Joe Exotic's onetime 'Tiger King' zoo was behind bars to kick off his weekend ... this after a DUI bust.

Lowe and his wife, Lauren, were both arrested early Saturday morning in Oklahoma County for driving under the influence ... and it looks like Jeff might've been the one behind the wheel, because the Sheriff's Office also booked him on a changing lanes improperly charge.

Since it appears Jeff was driving it's unclear why Lauren was also arrested for DUI.

The Lowes were brought to jail around 4 AM ... and they posed for these mugs while getting processed. We weren't quite sure that was Jeff at first without his signature bandana/cap combo -- but yep, that's him alright. Last we checked, they were still in custody.

The details of the arrest/alleged incident haven't surfaced yet -- but in any case, it's the latest hit Jeff and co. have taken when it comes to Johnny Law ... both on the state and federal level.

As you might recall ... he had a couple run-ins with law enforcement earlier in the month of May, as they steadily confiscated dozens of his big cats and other animals that he had at his zoo ... which the feds claim weren't being properly cared for or, in some cases, were malnourished, allegedly violating federal guidelines.

So, yeah ... the dude's had it rough lately, and this is just the most recent ding.

Fans of the former zoo owner might be rubbing their hands together in glee watching Jeff's proverbial fall from grace right now -- as some believe he did Joe dirty and helped land him in prison ... where JE currently remains as he continues to try and fight for his release.

'RuPaul's Drag Race' Star Widow's Alleged Victim ... Brutal Injury Photos

Published

Widow Von'Du's alleged beatdown of a man claiming to be her romantic partner appears to have been fierce and brutal ... at least based on these photos showing the injuries police say he sustained.

TMZ has obtained pictures Von'Du's partner took of the alleged injuries he suffered after the 'Drag Race' star allegedly pummeled him and left him bloodied -- and, frankly, from what we can see here ... yeah, it certainly does look like there was damage done in whatever the hell went down.

As you can see ... there are multiple stitches, from the side of his face to the top of his scalp, which is consistent with what he told cops when he reported the alleged attack.

TMZ broke the story ... Widow Von'Du is accused of punching this guy 4 to 5 times, strangling him, dragging him across the floor and pushing him down to the ground, which he says propelled him into a bed frame that knocked him unconscious.

All of this is supposedly over this guy crashing at Von'Du's pad ... and it doesn't seem like they were on the same page as to whether he was supposed to be there or not. The so-called romantic partner insists he'd given her a heads up -- but Von'Du said differently, on camera.

Remember, we got video of Von'Du being arrested over this ... and she claimed she was simply defending herself against someone who she says was "violating" her and crossing boundaries.

She was booked for 2 domestic assault charges. We've reached out to her for further comment ... so far, no word back.

Rapper Lil Reese Busted 2 Weeks After Getting Shot ... Allegedly Roughed Up GF

Published
UPDATE

10:17 AM PT -- A rep for Lil Reese tells TMZ ... “That story is false, nobody was hit ... the court narative is based off someone saying Lil Reese was physical, but he was not.”

Lil Reese is in more than a little trouble just 2 weeks after getting shot in the eye -- he's been arrested for allegedly beating the crap out of his girlfriend.

The Chicago MC was arrested on May 29 around 10:30 PM, after cops were called to his home. According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, his GF told cops the couple got into a heated argument that allegedly turned physical.

Cops say she claims Reese pulled her hair and struck her in the face with a closed fist ... causing abrasion to her lower lip, which was visible to the responding officers. Reese was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.

He was later released after posting a $10,000 bond.

The arrest comes on the heels of Reese getting shot in his hometown just a couple of weeks ago. As we reported ... the scene was a bloody mess after someone opened fire into a Dodge Durango that was reportedly stolen.

Reese was accused of being involved with the alleged carjacking, but he's reportedly denied that to cops. Nevertheless ... he was caught in the crossfire that injured 2 other people as well.

'RuPaul's Drag Race' Star Vapes, Cries Racism During Wild Arrest ... They're Busting Me for 'Defending Myself!!!'

Published | Updated

The "RuPaul's Drag Race" star arrested for allegedly pummeling a romantic partner is claiming self-defense, and she let cops know it as she was arrested -- while also blasting white "privilege," and taking a vape.

TMZ obtained this must-see video of Widow Von'Du in handcuffs, shouting that she's getting busted for defending herself in her own Kansas City, MO apartment -- and she clearly thinks it's because the alleged victim is a white man.

According to Von'Du ... she had asked him 5 times to leave her pad. As she put it, "someone else would not understand his privilege does not extend to my apartment." She quickly added, "And, just because his ass got beat up because he would not leave ... I'm being arrested."

You can also see a friend of Von'Du's holding a mic, and she made it clear she wanted all her fans to know about what she sees as a gross injustice. That being said, when someone offered her a vape ... Widow took a break from raging out to inhale deeply.

Things got deadly serious, though as police were loading Widow into their van. She demanded cops strap her down because she didn't want there to be any doubts about her possibly resisting police. She declared for the camera, "I'm not about to be the next one that we march for" ... alluding to Black people who've died in police custody.

As we first reported, Von'Du allegedly punched and KO'd her partner, leaving him with injuries so severe ... he needed 14 stitches in his face and head. Von'Du was booked for 1st and 2nd-degree domestic assault.

Casey Anthony Bar Fight Was Over Cop Ex-BF ... Body Cam Footage Shows

Published | Updated

THIS IS THE FINAL STRAW

Turns out Casey Anthony's ex-BF -- the one at the center of her bar showdown -- is a police officer with West Palm PD, the same department that responded to her 911 call after the fight.

We just got the body cam from the West Palm PD officer who showed up at the bar, and it shows Casey spilling her guts about the sergeant she used to date. She tells the responding officer she wants to file an incident report because the woman -- identified as Thelma Moya -- verbally and physically assaulted her.

The cop asks Casey what exactly happened and Casey gives up the tea -- "We dated the same person for a couple of years. Malcolm Allison, who is one of your sergeants."

Casey added, "Whether they're together or not together, she got upset that he had texted me. I let her know that he had. And, she came inside and threw a drink at me."

Casey goes as far as telling the cop she can call Malcolm to confirm Moya's alleged past behavior, but later backtracks and says she doesn't want to get Malcolm involved. Too late?

The cop also asks why she hadn't filed a restraining order against Moya, and Casey claims she didn't have grounds to do so before ... but makes it sound like that might be her next move. Later, she said she won't, though.

TMZ broke the story ... the accused, but acquitted, child killer called cops out to O'Shea's Irish Pub in West Palm Beach after claiming an argument with an archnemesis turned ugly.

In the 911 call audio, obtained by TMZ, Casey can be heard clearly pissed off and adamant about wanting the alleged incident documented so she could file a restraining order.

Yung Bleu, Boosie Badazz Sued You Stole My Tracks to Launch Bleu ... And I Didn't 'Miss It!!!'

Published | Updated

Yung Bleu's hip-hop stardom only came after he used music from a producer named Ice Starr for his hit, "Miss It" ... at least that's Ice's story, and he says he hasn't received a dime in royalties for it.

According to new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Ice Starr's a producer who creates compositions and recordings for rappers to use on a licensing basis, but he claims YB began ripping his music in 2017 for unauthorized use.

Ice says 2 of Bleu's most successful songs -- "Miss It" and "Ice On My Baby" -- jacked his instrumental work, "without his knowledge, authorization, and without any compensation whatsoever."

The producer claims the same is true of most of Yung Bleu's "Investments 5" album ... which Ice insists boosted Bleu's popularity and turned him into a hip-hop star.

As for where Boosie comes in ... Ice claims the rapper's Bad Azz Music label -- to which Yung Bleu is signed -- induced him into an invalid agreement to sign away his rights after "Miss It" had already been released without his knowledge.

Ice claims this was done so YB could continue profiting off the unauthorized use of Ice's recordings. BTW, Bleu's most recent hit, "Your Mines Still" features Drake, but that one doesn't use Ice's music.

Ice Starr's suing for copyright infringement and wants a cut of the profits and future royalties from Yung Bleu's hit tracks. We reached out to the rappers ... no word back.

Derek Chauvin Prosecutors Want 30-Year Sentence

Published | Updated

Derek Chauvin could serve more than a quarter of a century in prison, if the prosecutors on his case get their way.

Prosecutors for the State of Minnesota have filed docs asking the judge to throw the book at Chauvin for murdering George Floyd ... requesting he get a minimum sentence of 30 years, which they say is justified considering the circumstances of this case.

The prosecution notes this is on the high end of what Chauvin could receive -- the maximum is 40 -- but they claim it's warranted because of 4 specific aggravating factors that were proven at trial.

First, they argue Chauvin abused a position of trust and authority by what he did to Floyd, which they say created an unfair power imbalance that left GF helpless. Second, they say Chauvin treated Floyd with particular cruelty ... namely, by disregarding his repeated pleas for oxygen and continuing to hold him down for almost 10 minutes.

Thirdly, Chauvin committed the crime in front of multiple children -- there were at least two minors present -- which effectively makes them victims as well. The last thing prosecutors cite is the fact that Chauvin was part of a team of officers on the scene.

GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY

Even though the other three ex-cops still have to stand trial themselves, the State suggests Chauvin was part of a group that ganged up on Floyd, and therefore he should face a harsher punishment.

On the flip side, of course, is Chauvin's defense attorney, Eric Nelson, who's reportedly asked for a sentence on the low end of the spectrum. He's even suggested Chauvin get time served and probation for the murder and manslaughter convictions.

Sentencing is set to come down on June 25.

'Jackass' Director Claims Bam Sent Him Death Threats ... Restraining Order Granted

Published | Updated

Bam Margera's been sending increasingly disturbing messages to 'Jackass' director Jeff Tremaine, including threatening his safety and that of his children ... according to new legal docs.

The court has granted Tremaine's request for a temporary restraining order against Bam, requiring him to stay at least 100 yards away from Jeff, his wife and kids ... and to stop contacting him.

Tremaine claims he's been getting harassed by Bam since February, after Jeff says Bam no-showed for a virtual meeting to discuss how he could help Margera with his mental health and sobriety struggles.

Since then, according to the docs, Bam's been on the warpath on social media. Tremaine claims Margera's publicly attacked him, threatened violence, compared him to Harvey Weinstein, posted obscene drawings and made a comment that he and Johnny Knoxville can "pencil in there [sic] death certificate."

On top of that, Tremaine claims Bam's sent him several direct threats against his kids, including one that read ... "Look at your children and grab your pocket book and write a check, if you are greedy, and cheap, look at your children again. If you don‘t sign the paper, look at you children. Sign your stupid f***ing contract before your (sic) not safe anywhere."

According to Jeff, the contract Bam is referring to seems to be one Margera wrote up himself. Tremaine says he's in great fear for his family's and his personal safety.

Khloe Kardashian I'll Sue You Like Tristan Did ... Threat To Paternity Accuser

Published | Updated

Khloe Kardashian is fed up with the harassment from a woman claiming Tristan Thompson is her baby daddy, saying her attempted 15 minutes of fame are up ... and Khloe's threatening to sue the woman if she doesn't shut up.

Khloe's attorney, Lynda Goldman, fired off a cease-and-desist letter to Tristan's paternity accuser, Kimberly Alexander, Tuesday ... calling her out for recently admitting to faking DM's from Khloe.

The legal threat, obtained by TMZ, reads, "You put words in her mouth that she never said and that she wouldn’t say. You faked the whole thing. And you have now publicly admitted it."

Goldman lays out a timeline, saying Alexander's son was 7 at the time she asked TT for a paternity test, which he took twice, and according to Goldman, the results were clear -- he was NOT the dad.

Goldman also addresses Alexanders past claim the lab that did the test was a “Kardashian affiliated facility,” saying, "It is no such thing. It is one of the most reputable labs in the country, and your own lawyers approved it and accepted the test results."

It's the second cease-and-desist letter Khloe sent to Alexander. As we first told you, Khloe and Tristan's lawyer, legal pit bull attorney Marty Singer, fired off a legal threat back in May 2020, claiming Tristan took a paternity test at a reputable lab approved by both parties that proved he's not the father.

In Tuesday's legal threat, Khloe's lawyer claims Alexander refuses to accept the paternity results and instead keeps harassing Khloe.

Khloe's demanding Alexander stop defaming or harassing her on social media and elsewhere ... or face a lawsuit like the one Tristan recently filed against her.

MGK & Megan Fox Pulled Over During Motorcycle Ride ... Don't Lose Your Head!!!

Published | Updated

Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox might be a ride or die couple on a typical day, but in this case they're more like ... ride and get fined.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... MGK was driving his motorcycle Tuesday afternoon in Sherman Oaks, CA with Megan on the back seat when an LAPD officer pulled 'em over.

We're told Megan was wearing a helmet -- you can see she still had it on as she sat off to the side during the traffic stop -- but her rock star BF apparently was not, and that's why the cop busted him.

During the stop, our sources say the officer also discovered MGK didn't have the proper endorsement to operate a motorcycle on his driver's license ... so he was cited for that along with no helmet.

Kinda hard to argue against either ticket, and we're told Machine Gun and Megan were both friendly and cooperative with the officer.

As you probably know ... the duo's been pretty inseparable since May 2020, when word first got out they were dating.

We're guessing MGK will just pay the fines. Too bad ... these two making an appearance together would make traffic court way more exciting.

'RuPaul's Drag Race' Star Widow Von'Du Arrested for DV ... Allegedly Punched, KO'd BF

Published

A drag queen from RuPaul's TV show got busted this weekend for allegedly pummeling her boyfriend -- who identifies as a man -- in what sounds like a bloody ordeal.

Widow Von'Du -- whose real name is Ray Fry -- was arrested and booked Monday for domestic violence on a warrant out in Jackson County, MO.

According to the probable cause affidavit, obtained by TMZ, Von'Du came home early Friday morning in what her boyfriend described to cops as an intoxicated state ... and was apparently upset when she found her BF sleeping there, even though the boyfriend says he'd notified her he was gonna crash.

The BF went on to tell police that what happened next was nothing short of a vicious beatdown -- claiming Von'Du proceeded to punch his face 4 to 5 times, strangle him, drag him across the floor and eventually push him into a bed frame ... which the BF says knocked him unconscious after he hit his head, making him bleed profusely.

Eventually, Von'Du's boyfriend said he was able to escape, found help and was hospitalized ... where the report notes he needed 14 stitches in his face and head. The cops say they saw the BF's injuries and, after a preliminary investigation, found probable cause to get an arrest warrant for Von'Du.

The cops say they tracked Von'Du down on Monday and took her into custody ... where she posed for this mug. We're told she was kept on a 24-hour hold, and that her bond was set at $50k. She's facing 1st and 2nd-degree domestic assault charges.

Another thing of note -- the police say Fry partially denied some of the assault claims, but did fess up to an IG Live video in which she said ... "Some White boy tried me and got his ass beat."

Von'Du was part of season 12 for 'Drag Race' ... ultimately placing 7th during that cycle.
