Miley Cyrus Droppin' New Song on Ex, Liam's Bday ... 'I Can Love Me Better'
Miley Cyrus is seemingly throwing some shade at her ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth, because she's debuting a new track -- about loving herself better -- on his birthday.
The singer confirmed her new single release on social media, saying she's dropping "Flowers" on January 13. She didn't mention that happens to be Liam's 33rd bday, but, obviously, that's no secret.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
She included a short snippet of the song ... you hear her singing the line, "I can love me better," and also shared posters put up worldwide with sayings like, "I can hold my own hand" and "I can buy myself flowers."

While some were excited to get new music from Miley, others in the comments pointed out the obvious ... with one commenting, "Not on Liam’s birthday 🤣🤣🤣💀 as she should."
As you know, Miley and Liam first met back in 2009 while shooting "The Last Song," where they played love interests.
They went on to date for years ... first getting in engaged in 2012 before calling it off the following year -- around the same time Miley dropped "Wrecking Ball," a song which many once again took as shade toward Liam.
The 2 finally got hitched in 2018 before Liam filed for divorce the next year ... Miley even told Howard Stern "there was too much conflict" in their on-and-off relationship.
As she put it ... new year, new Miley.

Celine Dion Snubbed by Rolling Stone ... Not In 200 Greatest Singers List?!?
Celine Dion's heart might go on, but her fans are having a hard time getting past this snub by Rolling Stone ... which left her off their list of G.O.A.T. crooners.
The magazine posted a refreshed 200 Greatest Singers of All Time -- and their roster is pretty extensive ... spanning decades of music, and even roping in some acts that are raising eyebrows (like Ozzy Osbourne, for example). Still, it's a well-rounded mashup of talent.
RANKING THE 200 GREATEST SINGERS OF ALL TIME 🎤https://t.co/IYXKLlgMds
— Rolling Stone (@RollingStone) January 1, 2023 @RollingStone
While some no-brainers made the cut -- Aretha, Whitney, Adele, Michael, Mariah, Freddie, etc. -- there's one person who's noticeably missing entirely ... Ms. Titanic herself.
There are other names that were excluded, which are drawing some outrage, but none quite measure up to Celine not being included. Fact is ... she is far and away one of the most accomplished and impactful singers in modern history, commercially and critically.
Céline Dion was not included on Rolling Stone’s 200 Greatest Singers of All Time list. pic.twitter.com/pJKFEfhaYE
— Pop Base (@PopBase) January 1, 2023 @PopBase
Of course, Celine has won countless accolades ... not the least of which include 5 Grammys, 6 AMAs, 7 Billboard Awards, 12 World Music Awards, 20 JUNO Awards, and on and on. Plus, seven of her albums have sold at least 10 million copies worldwide -- a benchmark only a handful of solo female artists have achieved. Several of her records have been certified gold, platinum and diamond -- and she's got multiple #1 hits from a charts perspective.
Even by Rolling Stone's own standard on what warrants a great "singer" -- where they consider the full breadth of their work and showmanship, rather than focus on raw vocal talent -- Celine checks all the boxes and then some. She should be on there somewhere.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Celine herself doesn't seem to mind. She hasn't responded to the slight, but rather ... is busy celebrating her storied career. Still, as some have noted -- someone screwed the pooch here.
Let's talk about ... snubs.

Foo Fighters End Of Year Tribute ... Moving Forward as Band, Post-Taylor
Taylor Hawkins' death has loomed large in the world of the Foo Fighters for much of 2022 -- but as the new year fast approaches, the band says they're moving forward as a unit.
A message was posted to FF's socials Saturday, serving as a tribute to their late drummer ... who died earlier this spring while overseas. It's a heartfelt note honoring Taylor, but it also seems to be a sign of the next chapter for Dave Grohl and co. as they head into 2023.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Their post reads, "As we say goodbye to the most difficult and tragic year that our band has ever known, we are reminded of how thankful we are for the people that we love and cherish most, and for the loved ones who are no longer with us."
They go on to explain that their band was formed 27 years ago as a representation of what it has come to be through their fanbase and peers -- a music community for people to express all the highs and lows of life ... for which Foo Fighters say they're eternally grateful.
FF adds, "Without Taylor, we never would have become the band that we were -- and without Taylor, we know we're going to be a different band going forward. We also know that you, the fans, meant as much to Taylor as he meant to you. And we know that when we see you again -- and we will soon -- he'll be there in spirit with all of us every night."
In other words, Foo Fighters is going to continue performing ... and it appears they're going to replace Taylor on percussion. As for who that may end up being, it remains to be seen.
The band has been doing several shows over the past few months to pay their respects for Taylor ... and there have been a lot of drummers who've filled in, including Dave himself ... and even Taylor's own son, Oliver, stepped up during one performance.
The tribute shows have spanned the globe, but now ... it appears Foo Fighters is ready to turn the page. It's a tough decision obviously -- while they could just as easily shutter the band, the fact is ... they're still incredibly popular and in high demand among music lovers.
Taylor died in Colombia in March. Medical experts say a number of substances were found in his system, and his death was reportedly ruled as an overdose by the authorities there.
He was 50.

Zach Bryan 'All My Homies Hate Ticketmaster' 🎶 New Album Takin' Shots
Country singer Zach Bryan clearly ain't holdin' back on Ticketmaster ... because he dropped a brand new album that's putting the company on blast for spikes in ticket sales.
Zach released his latest album Sunday, called "All My Homies Hate Ticketmaster (Live From Red Rocks)" ... and along with it, a statement to his fans -- firing shots at the ticket honchos for its insane price jumps in sales.
He says he's talked to fans that have paid "upwards of four-hundred bucks" to watch him perform, and he's sick of it ... saying he's chosen to only play a select amount of concerts as a result.
Zach continued, "I am so tired of people saying things can't be done about this massive issue while huge monopolies sit there stealing money from working-class people." He never calls out Ticketmaster directly in his statement -- but the album name alone should be enough proof of who he's pointin' at.
Ticketmaster has been in the line of fire for weeks now ... TMZ broke the story, Taylor Swift fans are alleging the company essentially got into bed with scalpers by allowing bots to block real fans from getting tickets to her latest tour -- and the reason comes down to money. They claim Ticketmaster benefits financially when scalpers resell tickets.
Attorney Jennifer Kinder, who filed a lawsuit against the company, explained to us why she's not buying the company's claim that the presale event problems were simply a supply and demand issue -- saying it comes down to simple math.
Spice Girls' Mel C Backs Out Of NYE Show In Poland ... LGBT Community Sings Her Praises
Mel C of the Spice Girls is pullin' out of her upcoming show in Poland, saying her views don't align with the issues she's discovered ... and the LGBT+ community can't thank her enough for making the last-minute decision.
The singer took to social media Monday ... saying "In light of some issues that have been brought to my attention, that do not align with the communities I support, I'm afraid I will no longer be able to perform in Poland as planned on New Year's Eve."
She doesn't elaborate further on her decision, but people in the comments are praising her for seemingly standing up against the country's anti-LGBT stance in recent years.
For those unaware -- Poland's political views have often been viewed as conservative, and a ton of towns in the country have even been declared "LGBT-Free Zones" ... with the belief that the idealogy behind the LGBT culture isn't a part of the community.
FYI -- Mel was set to perform in an NYE special put on by Poland’s public broadcaster TVP ... a company that's reportedly been accused in recent years of becoming state-run propaganda, possibly even fueling the anti-LGBT fire.
Mel, someone who's often defended gay rights, ends the cancelation post, saying "I hope to be back there very soon" ... before wishing her fans a happy holiday season.

One fan messaged her saying ... "I wasn’t a fan before and never heard of you but if Mariah says you’re the Queen of Christmas then I’m a fan."
There's been a lot of back and forth over the QOC title after Mariah Carey filed to trademark the phrase, which was rejected. It didn't sit right with Darlene, who felt anyone should be free to use the term, including herself.

Justin Bieber Closing In On $200M Music Deal ... Selling Entire Catalog
Justin Bieber has his sights set on a music deal, one that would sell the rights to his entire catalog ... and it's reportedly got a price tag close to $200 million.
The big-ticket transaction would be with Hipgnosis Songs Capital, according to The Wall Street Journal ... whose sources claim the sale could go down as the largest music-rights acquisition in the company's history.
The possible deal could cover Justin's entire catalog of recorded music, which includes 6 albums over the span of a decade not to mention a ton of singles and collabs over the years.
Hipgnosis isn't a stranger in the world of acquisitions ... because the company reportedly bought catalog rights to Justin Timberlake's catalog earlier this year for $100M.
Experts and investors say putting money down on younger music comes with a higher risk, while jumping on older hits is safer -- especially as popularity in decades-old songs grows over time.
Get that bread, J.B.!!! 💸

Britney Spears I'm Not Dead!!! Despite Growing Fan Theory
-
Exclusive
- 1.5K shares
Britney Spears isn't missing, in trouble or dead as growing fan theories might suggest -- in fact, it's quite the opposite -- TMZ has learned.
Britney fans have been on high alert in the last several weeks, monitoring her social media posts and even the movement of her family members around the country. There's also concern someone took over Britney's Instagram as fans believe it's only posting old content.
Britney even told her fans she was traveling to NYC, which raised red flags when there were no paparazzi photos from her alleged visit to The Big Apple.
Sources close to the singer tell us ... she only said she was going to NYC to throw people off -- she and her hubby Sam Asghari were actually vacationing in Mexico. Not to mention, our sources say the shower video posted on Brit's IG last week was shot in Mexico, and wasn't old or recycled content.
Fans also became concerned when both of Britney's parents arrived in Los Angeles last week -- wondering if maybe something had happened to the singer. Our sources say Jamie and Lynne Spears were in town because Britney's niece (her brother Bryan's daughter) was in a Christmas production -- "The Nutcracker" -- and they just came to see her perform.
So things are OK on the Western Front.

Why Don't We Singer Daniel Seavey's Obsessed Fan Returns ... Breaks in Again, Tries to Kiss Him!!!
-
Exclusive
11:28 AM PT -- Amira has been charged for trespassing and for violating the restraining order.
Daniel Seavey cannot seem to shake one obsessed fan who apparently insists on being in the dude's immediate presence -- she was just arrested for allegedly getting into his house, and trying to plant one on him.
The Why Don't We bandmember's manager, Randy Phillips, tells TMZ ... DS was once again confronted by the same young lady, Eissa Amira, who has continually pestered him in 2022.
Remember, he's had multiple issues with her dating back to July, and it looks like she persists.
This time, we're told, Amira slipped into his L.A. home Sunday night through an open sliding back door (without permission, mind you) ... and made her way into Seavey's bedroom, where he was hanging out on his bed. Randy says Daniel looked up and saw Amira hovering above, scaring the bejesus outta him.
We're told Amira then tried to bend down and kiss Daniel, which forced him to physically remove her from his home -- part of which he got on video.
You can see Seavey walking her down his driveway and telling her to get lost.
Rather than scram, we're told Amira plopped down on his doorstep until the cops arrived and threw on the handcuffs. Randy says Amira kept yelling, "I love you, Daniel!" ... as she was thrown into the patrol car.
Amira allegedly broke into the singer's house before. Daniel even got a restraining order against her back in August after claiming she broke into his home and slept in his bed.
Unfortunately, it seems like that piece of paper isn't prompting her to stay away.
Although we're told she was booked for misdemeanor violation of the restraining order, Daniel's team tells us he isn't going to pursue new charges on this latest incident ... as long as her parents, who live on the East Coast, can get her out of Cali.
We're told they're in touch with her fam, and they seem to be on the same page. However, we're told it's possible the City Attorney could still pursue misdemeanor charges regardless of Daniel's participation.

Grateful Dead Taking Heat for 'Idaho Is Dead' Shirts ... Really Bad Timing
The Grateful Dead has become the target of a lot of criticism after many are calling out the poor timing of the band's recently released "Idaho is Dead" shirts in light of the 4 college students murdered in the state.
The band just posted new shirts on their official IG account. The caption read, "Check out the new Idaho United States Of Dead T-Shirt with artwork designed by @dreyfus.art. Available now at dead.net!"
As you might imagine, some folks immediately called out GD for being insensitive ... pointing to the fact that 4 college students from the University of Idaho were brutally murdered at an off-campus house, last month. Of course, that case remains unsolved.
One user wrote, "With the recent Idaho tragedy the first shirt is totally insensitive" ... another said, "Weird timing of a play on words considering the idiho4 😢🥺".
Grateful dead is selling similar shirts for other respective states on their website. For example, they are already selling "California Dead" shirts on their site.
So, It seems as though it may have been an innocent mistake ... considering the artist who they credit with designing the shirts is from Boise, Idaho. Nonetheless, people are still letting them have it.
