Marc Maron Brings Out Old Pal Barack Obama For His Final 'WTF' Podcast
Marc Maron's riding off into the sunset -- as a podcast host, at least, because he released the final episode of his long-running show "WTF With Marc Maron" on Sunday.
The comedian decided to go out with a bang for his 1,685th episode, and he traveled all the way to Washington, D.C., to spend time with his final guest, former president Barack Obama, for the episode.
The two, who chopped it up in the politician's office, had a conversation that bounced from topic to topic, including the state of President Donald Trump's administration.
The former president also gave Maron a bit of advice about navigating his post-podcasting career, and encouraged him to "take a beat" before planning out his future moves.
FYI ... the comedian started his podcast all the way back in 2009, and he recorded most episodes at his house in Los Angeles.
Maron spoke with a wide variety of comedians, performers, musicians and others on his podcast -- as well as Obama himself, who was the first sitting president of the United States to appear on a podcast, back in 2015.
Oh, and we should point out the end of the comedian's podcast doesn't mean he's retiring anytime soon ... because he's looking to direct his first feature film sometime soon, according to The New York Times.

Michael Darby Faced Charges That Were Later Dismissed
Longtime cast member Ashley Darby's ex-husband Michael Darby faced legal trouble on his time on the show, and he ended up in hot water when a cameraman accused Michael of groping him in 2018.
Although Michael was charged with felony assault and misdemeanor improper sexual conduct, the charges were dismissed due to insufficient evidence, according to People.
Michael eventually brought a defamation lawsuit against former cast member Candiace Dillard Bassett, claiming she'd made various allegations about his sex life.
However, a judge dismissed his lawsuit with prejudice -- meaning he can't file the same charges again -- in 2024, People reports.
Candiace and Monique Filed Lawsuits Against Each Other
We all know the Housewives do plenty of things together ... including filing lawsuits, which was the case between Candiace and castmate Monique Samuels.
The reality TV personalities both accused each other of assault in November 2019 after they had an altercation a month earlier, which was filmed for 'RHOP's fifth season, according to People.
Neither lawsuit went forward, as the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office in Maryland informed each side's lawyers they wouldn't be taking on either complaint in December 2019.
It's worth noting Candiace and Monique would have been facing time behind bars if either of them were convicted of assault.

Huger waited until the following February to learn her sentence ... which ended up being a year in prison.

David Del Rio's made a career in the limelight ... but recent attention is turning intensely negative.
The actor has been accused of some serious misconduct, resulting in his firing from a high-profile network TV show.
We're going to take a look into the actor's background and see what led up to his sudden firing.
David's Acted on the Big Screen, the Small Screen, and on Stage
David was born and raised in Miami, and he later moved to New York City to attend the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, from where he graduated in 2009.
The actor began his career taking small roles in both film and television projects, and he rose to prominence for his work in shows like "The Troop" and "Maggie."
David's star began to shine brighter in 2024, when he was cast in one of the main roles in the hit CBS legal drama series "Matlock," alongside performers like Kathy Bates and Jason Ritter.
His acting wasn't limited to filmed work -- he was a member of the cast of "In The Heights," which ran on Broadway for several months in 2010.
He's Been Married for Several Years and Has Two Kids
David's been married to his wife Katherine -- who first noticed him when she saw him on Broadway back in 2010 -- since 2018.
The pair reportedly met at the stage door following one of his performances, and they eventually reconnected at a party in Los Angeles, according to Us Weekly.
Katherine gave birth to their eldest daughter Liliam in 2023.
The actor and his spouse -- who also works as an actress and chef -- welcomed a second daughter named Coco two years later.;
David Was Fired After Being Accused of Sexually Assaulting a Costar
David found himself in hot water in October 2025, when it was reported he'd been escorted off the Paramount lot after being accused of sexually assaulting his "Matlock" costar Leah Lewis.
The actor's character on the show, Billy Martinez, was subsequently written off of the show.
Lewis spoke out after her former costar's firing was reported, writing she'd be "moving forward in love and strength" on Instagram.
Katherine posted a portion of Lewis' pic on her own Instagram later Thursday, with a message written over the actress' face calling Lewis "the most disturbing human being I have ever met." Katherine's Story post was later deleted.

Jeff Bridges Brings Back 'The Dude' To Speak Out Against ICE Raids
It looks like Jeff Bridges is still cool with revisiting old roles ... because he just reprised his old part as "The Dude" from "The Big Lebowski" while appearing on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Tuesday.
The actor was being interviewed ahead of the premiere of "Tron: Ares," in which he stars, when Kimmel asked him to share a few choice quotes ... in character, of course.
Bridges hopped into a sweater and a pair of sunglasses -- if anyone needs Halloween ideas, take notes -- and got into character, asking viewers to seriously consider chilling out.
Bridges turned his focus to the ongoing ICE raids, and quipped we should be getting ICE "off the streets and into our beverages, man" -- and yes, White Russians were served.
Bridges finished off by referencing one of The Dude's catchphrases ... telling the audience and viewers not just to abide, but to "abide together."
This isn't the first time Bridges has returned to the role, portraying The Dude in a Super Bowl ad for Stella Artois in 2019.
It was a pretty solid interview -- and we think The Dude's special appearance really tied it all together, man.
