Rachel Lindsay Marido separado quiere pensión alimenticia ...

'Bachelorette' Rachel Lindsay Estranged Hubby Wants Alimony ... Only Made $16k in 2023?!?

Rachel Lindsay's estranged husband says he isn't making much dough these days -- which is why he's asking for alimony ... not to mention access to money tied up in their house.

Bryan Abasolo -- whom Rachel married after her run on "The Bachelorette" -- filed new legal docs in their divorce case which spell out a dire financial situation ... on his end, anyway. Long story short ... the guy says he's in dire straits, and needs spousal support STAT.

Per the paperwork, obtained by TMZ, BA says he only made $16,000 last year -- something he claims is attributed to putting his career on hold for Rachel, which has hurt him. This is also why he's saying he needs alimony from RL immediately, per California guidelines.

RACHEL LINDSAY THRILLED W/ NEW ASIAN 'BACHELORETTE' Took ABC Long Enough!!!

Jenn Tran got tapped to be the first Asian-American 'Bachelorette' in TV history -- something that the first African-American 'Bachelorette' is incredibly proud to see come to fruition.

Rachel Lindsay -- who made history as the first Black lead in the 'Bachelorette' franchise back in 2017 -- tells TMZ she's beyond thrilled about the announcement ... 'cause from her view, the show having an Asian in the driver's seat is beyond meaningful and necessary.

With that said, Rachel isn't really patting ABC on the back too much -- noting it took over 20 years to make this happen, and indirectly pushing the idea that true love can only look one way.

'BACHELORETTE' RACHEL LINDSAY HUSBAND BRYAN ABASOLO FILES FOR DIVORCE

Bachelor Nation's track record of successful couples continues to dwindle ... with 'Bachelorette' star Rachel Lindsay's husband Bryan Abasolo pulling the plug on their marriage.

Bryan beelined it to court Tuesday and filed for divorce after 4 years of marriage ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

In the docs, Bryan lists their date of separation as Dec. 31, 2023 ... and he's citing the boilerplate "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split.

Bryan, a chiropractor, is requesting spousal support. They did not have any children together.

Rachel's estranged husband also shared an official statement Tuesday ... saying "loving himself and his partner meant he had to let go and start anew."

The pair fell for each other on season 13 of "The Bachelorette" in 2017 ... when Rachel made history as the first Black person to lead an ABC reality dating show.

Rachel and Bryan got engaged during the finale ... then tied the knot in August 2019 during a ceremony in Mexico.

In terms of 'Bachelor' years, Rachel and Bryan made it last for a while ... though Rachel has previously mentioned their difficulties navigating their relationship in the public eye.

Rachel went on fellow "Bachelorette" Kaitlyn Bristowe's "Off the Vine" podcast last year, explaining they both felt constant pressure showing fans how they were both doing.

However, it looks like it's onward and upwards for Rachel ... in a New Year's Day IG post she admits she's lived through one of the hardest years of her life and is choosing to focus on gratitude in 2024.

Kristin Cavallari Tyler Cameron Is My Hottest Hookup Ever !!!

HOTTEST OF THE HOT
Let’s Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari

Kristin Cavallari has revealed her hottest hookup ever -- Tyler Cameron -- and she still seems incredibly smitten!

The former "Hills" star talked all about it on her Tuesday podcast of "Let's Be Honest," saying, "Tyler Cameron and believe it or not, you guys -- I know this is really freaking hard to believe -- he's hotter in person."

Kristin added, "It’s insane. It’s insane. So yeah, TC for you baby." Wow, should we start ringing the wedding bells?

Not so fast. Kristin also implied she had almost no chemistry with the ex-"Bachelorette" star, claiming she only connected with Tyler because of his stunning looks.

What's more, Kristin was seen locking lips with Tyler at a 2022 photo shoot for her Uncommon James jewelry line in Joshua Tree, California. Rumors started spreading that they were a couple, but Kristin quickly put out the fire.

In April 2022, Kristin went on "The Bellas Podcast" hosted by former WWE stars Nikki and Brie Bella, explaining that she hired Tyler for the shoot to get press.

THE GOLD STANDARD
TMZ.com

Tyler Cameron knows a thing or 2 about dating -- his 'Bachelorette' run proved that -- and based on how popular the 'Golden Bachelor' is, he now seems open to trying his luck with older women.

We talked to the reality TV star at LAX, and asked what he made of the fact so many people are taken by Gerry Turner's TV journey as a senior citizen trying to find love in his sunset years ... and Tyler tells us it's a reflection of dating trends these days.

Watch ... he says there's been an upswing of young bachelors dating up in age lately, and he thinks it's great ABC is finally putting a spotlight on that for the mainstream.

He doesn't really indicate whether he would necessarily be interested in wooing an older woman, but he does appear to be cosigning on the value of seeking wisdom/experience beyond mere beauty -- something to which the 'Bachelor' franchises have been known to fall victim.

That's not to say the seniors can't be fun themselves ... Tyler even says 'Bachelor in Paradise' producers should consider inviting some of the more "seasoned" set to the beach soon!

We'll see if that ends up happening. One arthritic step at a time.

'Special Forces' Star Tyler Cameron Tom Sandoval Has a Good ❤️ ... Here's Love Advice from Me

TAKE IT FROM ME
TMZ.com

Tom Sandoval is a good dude who did a bad thing, but deserves a second chance -- so says another guy well-versed in reality TV romance ... Mr. Tyler Cameron.

We got the 'Bachelorette' alum Tuesday in L.A., and since he's fresh off hanging with Tom on FOX's "Special Forces: World's Toughest Test" ... we asked about Sandoval's chances of rekindling with his 'Vanderpump' costar Rachel Leviss.

If ya missed it, Tom wished Rachel happy birthday on social media, only for her to block him with quickness.

Ty says getting blocked is never a good sign for reconciliation -- speaking from personal experience -- so on the prospect of TS and RL getting back together ... he's not hopeful.

Now, on the issue of Tom's character ... Tyler says he actually thinks the guy's got a good heart. The fellas got to know each other not too long ago while competing on the FOX reality show.

Tyler explains to us what he learned about Tom while shooting the show, and it's pretty illuminating. Sounds like Tyler believes Tom should be shown some grace.

Lastly, Tyler offers some relationship advice and it's simple, yet effective. One gal at a time is the takeaway here -- and based on what we've seen from Tom these past couple days ... it appears he's already putting TC's tips to good use.

BTW, if you wanna see what Tom and Ty's dynamic was under grueling conditions -- watch "Special Forces: World's Toughest Test" premiering Monday, Sept. 25 at 9 PM ET/PT on FOX.

'Bachelorette' Contestant Josh Seiter is Actually Alive Despite Death Statement

HACKER TAKEOVER
Instagram / @josh_seiter_official

Seiter just posted a video, proving he's alive and well ... telling his followers he'd lost access to his Instagram account for 24 hours.

It was Monday afternoon when a lengthy statement was posted to Josh's Instagram saying, in part, "It is with an extremely heavy heart that we share the tragic news of Joshua's unexpected passing. As all who knew him can attest, Joshua was an incredibly bright light in an increasingly dim world." That post has now been deleted.

Josh says whoever hacked his account was playing a "cruel joke" and mocking his previous struggles with mental illness. He apologizes for the pain the alleged hacker caused ... and says he and his team are working to determine who posted the message.

What Josh doesn't make clear is why it took him 20 hours to address the hack, as multiple outlets across the globe published the story based on the statement.

Seiter -- who was eliminated on the first week of Kaitlyn Bristowe's season of "The Bachelorette" in 2015 -- has been open and honest about his struggles with his mental health over the years -- including bouts of depression and anxiety.

We covered the story on the latest episode of The TMZ Podcast, available on all podcast platforms.

'Bachelorette' Contestant Dead at 36 ... Days After Posting About Depression & Anxiety

'Bachelorette' contestant Josh Seiter, who was always open and honest about his struggles with mental health has died.

A statement posted to Josh's Instagram Monday reads, "It is with an extremely heavy heart that we share the tragic news of Joshua's unexpected passing. As all who knew him can attest, Joshua was an incredibly bright light in an increasingly dim world."

They continue, "His fearless voice and indomitable spirit helped thousands of people in their darkest moments feel just a little less alone. Although our heartache at Joshua's passing pains us beyond measure, we find comfort knowing that he is finally at peace."

The statement does not reveal Joshua's cause of death but includes a phone number for people to call who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.

Josh has always posted about his issues with mental health, and just 4 days ago posted a photo smiling with the caption, "Surviving depression and anxiety one day at a time with a smile."

He's been extremely open and honest about his struggles over the years, at one point taking to social media to write, "I’m Josh Seiter, and I’m a suicide attempt survivor. I battle OCD, Bipolar Depression, and GAD, but I refuse to give up. What did you survive?"

Josh appeared on Kaitlyn Bristowe's season of "The Bachelorette" back in 2015, and was eliminated on week 1.

Josh was 36.

A surprise guest on Jordan Rodgers and JoJo Fletcher's Instagram Live session turned out to be a real d*** ... 'cause a complete rando decided to crash the party in his birthday suit.

The wild moment went down as the married "Bachelorette" couple was interacting with their fans on social media this week ... when they accidentally allowed the wrong person into the stream.

It's unclear who was supposed to join the interaction, but it's safe to say they were not expecting to come face-to-face with a dude's family jewels.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

The former football player and Aaron's younger bro shared screenshots of the NSFW interaction ... showing the man move from his bathtub to the floor as they watched in horror.

Guess Who This Happy Boy Turned Into!

Before this smiling boy was a fitness app owner and collecting red roses on "The Bachelor," he was just playing basketball, sitting on his momma's lap and cheesin' for the camera, while growing up in San Diego, California.

Need one more clue? He was spotted at Coachella, weekend 1, with his fiancé Hannah Godwin!

Guess what he looks like now!

'Bachelorette' Alum Will Urena Emotionally Recalls Colombian Attack ... I Was Fighting For My Life

GONE FOR 16 HOURS
TMZ.com

Former 'Bachelorette' contestant Will Urena says there's a good chance he could've been killed recently in Colombia ... and he chokes up recounting the gruesome details of what went down during the attack.

Will, who appeared on Michelle Young's season, tells TMZ ... he was at a bar in Medellín over the weekend when he met two women who proceeded to drug him. He says they led him out to the street, which is when he briefly blacked out.

While going in and out of consciousness, Will remembers being horrifically beaten, stabbed and spit on by a group of men.

The injuries are no joke, BTW ... Will says he was stripped down to his underwear and robbed of his belongings and jewelry. Luckily, a taxi driver found him covered in blood several hours later and took him to a hospital.

SEEKING JUSTICE
TMZ.com

Will says his local friend, who he was in town visiting, filed a missing persons report after losing him at the bar ... and cops put two and two together once he showed up at the hospital.

Will tells us he had to stay in Colombia an extra day after those spine-chilling events because he was still drugged the next day. Thankfully, his passport was in his room when he was attacked, and he was able to fly home Tuesday.

As you know, Will told fans about his terrifying trip once he got back stateside ... saying the past few days were "something I could've never imagined."

Bottom line -- Will's extremely grateful to be alive, considering he thought death was a real possibility during the beating.
