Published | Updated

Nick Gordon was ratted out by someone related to Laura Leal -- the gf he's accused of beating -- according to the 911 call placed to cops Monday night.

TMZ has obtained the audio from the caller, who only identified herself as a relative of Laura. She said Gordon was violating his bond by hanging out with Laura. He was released on bond following his arrest last week for attacking her -- and was ordered to stay away from Laura, as a term of release.

The caller was well versed on Gordon's case, and even told the 911 dispatcher his case number, location and other details. You could hear her rifling through papers.

As we reported, Nick told police Leal had snuck into his room while he was asleep and was "just hanging out with him." Leal confirmed that, and said she felt safe with Nick.

Interestingly, the caller said she wanted to remain anonymous because she didn't want to piss off Laura. She said the family is planning an intervention ... to get Laura away from Nick.

Trey Songz surrendered to LAPD to face a felony domestic violence charge early Monday morning ... TMZ has learned.

The singer turned himself in, with his attorney Shawn Holley, for the alleged incident involving a woman he was out with in L.A. last month during NBA All-Star weekend. He was booked at 6 AM, and released shortly after 8 AM. He posted a $50,000 bond.

Songz is accused of brutally beating Andrea Buera at a Hollywood Hills party where she claims he was upset because she was talking to another man.

Right around the time he surrendered for booking, Songz tweeted, "I am being lied on and falsely accused for someone's personal gain."

Buera claims Songz beat her so badly, she suffered a concussion and had to go to a hospital for treatment. She claims several people at the party witnessed the alleged beating.

However, Songz claims there are witnesses who refute Buera's allegation. We're told Holley made her case to the arresting detectives that Buera's story is filled with inconsistencies.

A HEAVY BURDEN

Aaron Hernandez was gay -- according to several people close to him ... and his private struggle with his sexuality caused him great emotional pain that may have turned him violent.

It's all part of the Oxygen documentary, "Aaron Hernandez Uncovered" -- which features interviews with Aaron's close friends, ex-girlfriends and members of his legal team.

Aaron's college girlfriend, Alyssa Anderson, says she first learned Aaron had a relationship with a man while they were attending the University of Florida ... but he denied it at the time. It was only years later that Hernandez cryptically acknowledged her suspicions were true.

George Leontire -- an openly gay member of Hernandez's defense team -- says he spoke with Hernandez at length about his sexuality and Aaron opened up like never before.

IT WAS KILLING HIM

"This man clearly was gay," Leontire said ... "[He] acknowledged it. Acknowledged the immense pain that it caused him."

Leontire added, "I think that he also came out of a culture that was so negative about gay people that he exhibited some self-hatred."

Hernandez never spoke publicly about being gay. He was engaged to a woman, Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez, and they had a daughter together.

Aaron was convicted of murdering Odin Lloyd in 2013 -- and there are some law enforcement officials who believe Hernandez executed Lloyd because he knew about Hernandez's sexuality.

Hernandez ultimately killed himself in his prison cell in 2017.

"Aaron Hernandez Uncovered" airs in 2 parts on Oxygen, Saturday March 17 and Sunday the 18th.

Nick Gordon GF's Family Thinks He'll Kill Her ... If She Stays

Published | Updated

Nick Gordon's latest arrest for domestic violence is setting off alarms for his girlfriend's family members, who fear she'll end up dead like his ex, Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Sources connected to Laura Leal's family tell TMZ ... they are incredibly worried by his latest arrest, especially considering his history with her, as well as Bobbi Kristina's death. As you know, Gordon was previously arrested for beating Laura -- and, of course, he was found liable for BK's death in a civil trial.

We're told they're also concerned because it appears Laura still wants to be with Nick ... based on the letter she wrote to the judge, pleading for prosecutors to drop the current case.

As one source put it, "She wants this bastard to kill her." We're told Laura's cut off relations with her family -- a big change from last year, when she turned to her fam after Nick's first arrest for beating her.

TMZ broke the story ... prosecutors in Georgia, who are still investigating Bobbi Kristina's death, are also keeping a close eye on Gordon's Florida case.

Meek Mill Strong Chance He's Getting Sprung ... According to D.A.

Published | Updated

Meek Mill won't get a fight from the District Attorney's Office on his motion to be released on bail ... TMZ has learned.

The D.A. filed docs Wednesday saying there's a "strong showing of likelihood" that Meek's conviction will be reversed due to a police corruption scandal in Philly. Prosecutors point out hundreds of previous convictions have already been overturned, and they think Meek will follow suit, shortly.

As a result, prosecutors see no reason for Meek to be held without bail. As we reported, Meek's attorneys have filed several motions, including one for him to be released while the court decides whether to uphold the 2 to 4 year sentence he got from Judge Genece Brinkley.

Meek's mother, Kathy Williams, tells TMZ ... "I would like to thank the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office for carefully evaluating my son’s matter and not opposing the request for bail. The fact that Robert’s entire conviction could be overturned is a blessing and I pray that God gives Judge Brinkley the wisdom to make the right decision and allow my son to return home to his family. I truly believe justice will prevail.”

Nick Gordon's DV Arrest Back on D.A.'s Radar For Bobbi Kristina's Death Investigation

Published | Updated

Nick Gordon is back on the radar of Georgia authorities who are still investigating Bobbi Kristina's death ... after his recent domestic violence arrest ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with the Fulton County District Attorney's Office tell us investigators are aware of Gordon's arrest in Seminole County this past weekend, and they are factoring that into their Bobbi Kristina homicide investigation.

As we reported ... Gordon was a person of interest when her case initially became a homicide investigation in 2015, although he was never criminally charged in connection with her death. He was, however, found liable for BK's death in a civil lawsuit and ordered to pay $36 million.

Here's why this latest news matters ... Gordon's other DV arrest from last year (with the same girl) also went under a microscope in GA. At the time, the Fulton County Assistant D.A. said her team had interviewed Gordon's GF, and that she "had a lot to say."

The Asst. D.A. also said their interview with the alleged victim, Laura Leal, moved them closer to figuring out the truth behind the circumstances surrounding Bobbi Kristina's death.

You gotta wonder if they're gonna wanna talk to Leal again, and what more -- if anything -- she can tell them that'd help them close this case or break it wide open ... a case that has lingered for 3 years.

Lien is working on quite the rap sheet near her Tennessee home. She was also charged in 2015 for exposing herself to children under the age of 13 -- although it was later dismissed when she paid restitution.

CUFFED AWAY

Ex-Oakland Raiders cornerback Sean Smith was just remanded into custody to begin a 1-year jail sentence after pleading guilty to felony assault stemming from a 2017 attack in Pasadena.

As we previously reported, Smith beat the hell out of his sister's boyfriend in Old Town Pasadena on July 4 -- punching and stomping the man so badly, he suffered 5 facial fractures.

In exchange, Smith got 1 year in jail and 5 years probation. The judge also told Smith he's not allowed to own a gun -- for the rest of his life. He's also ordered to pay the victim restitution.

Smith was handcuffed and taken into custody right in the courtroom to begin his sentence. He already has 1 day of credit under his belt -- so only 364 more days to go.

Smith -- who had signed a $40 million contract with the Raiders in 2016 -- was facing up to 7 years behind bars. The Raiders formally cut Smith Monday night.
