Stormy Daniels didn't let her arrest and potential security concerns ruin a night out for her fans ... hopping onstage and performing a set at a local Ohio strip club.

As we reported, Daniels was arrested Wednesday night at Sirens in Columbus, Ohio after she allegedly motorboated -- something she regularly does in shows -- an undercover cop during a strip show. The charges were later dismissed -- as Stormy wasn't a regular dancer at the club -- and the police chief has apologized for the arrest.

Daniels was supposed to dance again at Sirens Thursday night, but switched venues to Vanity Gentlemen's Club due to security concerns.

Pretty shocking video here of 2 Georgia cops giggling while using a coin flip app to determine if they should arrest a speeding motorist -- and the recorded incident got both officers suspended.

Roswell PD pulled over Sarah Webb back in April for driving 80 MPH in a 45 MPH zone on a rainy day. Officers Courtney Brown and Kristee Wilson were trying to decide whether to simply give Webb a ticket for reckless driving or arrest her ... and opted for a coin flip.

On the video -- recorded by the officers' own body cams, btw -- you can hear Officer Wilson say, "A (arrest) head, R (release) tail." Brown says "Okay" and laughs. Despite the fact it came up tails ... the cops opted to arrest Webb.

Stormy Daniels should never have been arrested at a Columbus strip club and the Chief of Police is launching an investigation to determine if the officers' motives were improper.

Chief Kim Jacobs says she will take the heat for the arrest at Sirens strip club ... where Stormy was busted for touching an undercover vice officer during her performance. As TMZ reported, the arrest was bogus because the law only prohibits touching by dancers who perform regularly at a club, and Stormy was a featured guest for only 2 nights.

Chief Jacobs noted a mistake was made, though she was not specific. She went on to say, "While the presence of Vice officers at this establishment is reasonable, the motivations behind the officers' actions will be reviewed internally ..."

Tekashi69 might flee the country if he's let out of jail before his extradition to Texas ... so, a judge in New York just denied his request for bail.

Tekashi and his attorneys were in court Thursday asking the judge to let him out on bail. We broke the story ... 6ix9ine was arrested Wednesday at JFK Airport on an outstanding warrant in Texas, where he allegedly choked a teenager in a mall.

The rapper pleaded for mercy, telling the judge he's learned his lesson while sitting behind bars for a day ... and added, he needs to support his mother and other family members. The judge wasn't having it and pointed out Tekashi was just in Europe ... and didn't appear to be taking the Texas case seriously.

Also, Tekashi took a plea deal in a child sex case which requires him to keep his nose clean. The judge told him that getting arrested multiple times since then hardly upholds his end of the deal.

Stormy Daniels can chalk this one up as a quickie -- the charges from her Columbus, Ohio strip club arrest have already been dropped.

Prosecutors say the "touching" statute only applies to strippers who "regularly appear" at the establishment. Stormy was merely a featured guest dancer, so she's in the clear.

As we reported ... Stormy was arrested Wednesday night after motorboating an undercover police officer while performing at Sirens. According to police docs, Stormy put both hands on Officer Mary Praither's butt and breasts, and then put her breasts in the officer's face.

A judge has already signed off on the dismissal of charges.

Stormy's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, said the incident reeked of a sting operation. TMZ broke the story ... sources connected with the club tell us the undercover officers waited in the back of the club for Stormy to take the stage, appearing as if they were gunning for her.

However, police say they were there investigating complaints of alleged prostitution and drug activity. They say two other strippers, who were also arrested, were the first offenders -- with one of them motorboating and groping Officer Praither.

They say Stormy's touchy-feely performance came later -- around 11:30 PM -- and she actually motorboated all 3 undercover cops, not just Praither. After Stormy's performance, she and the other 2 were arrested at the same time.

Here's the police body cam footage of Arizona Cardinals General Manager Steve Keim -- who told cops he only had 2 beers on July 4 ... but, refused to take a breathalyzer test.

Keim was pulled over in Chandler, Arizona after cops said he was swerving in his truck and almost hit a curb while making a turn.

During the stop, Keim told cops he only had 2 beers that evening -- along with some pizza.

The cops weren't convinced he was sober.

Keim told the officers he couldn't do any walking sobriety tests due to a messed up knee -- so, cops made him do the "follow my pen with your eye" test instead. He bombed that.

When cops asked him to take a breathalyzer, he refused ... telling the officer, "Nah. I'm not gonna do that."

Stormy Daniels was arrested Wednesday night over an incident at a strip club, and it sounds like she got nailed in an undercover operation.

Stormy was performing at Sirens ... a Columbus, Ohio strip club. She was arrested for allowing a patron to touch her in violation of Ohio law. According to the law, only family members can touch a nude or semi-nude dancer.

That patron was actually Columbus PD's Officer Mary Prather. According to police docs, Stormy put both hands on Officer Prather's butt and breasts ... and then put her breasts in the cop's face.

In other words ... Stormy was done in by motorboating.

She was booked and released early Thursday morning on a $6,000 bond.

Her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, concedes the patrons did indeed touch his client but he describes it as a "non-sexual way."

Avenatti went on ... "This was a complete setup ... it's absurd that law enforcement resources are being spent to conduct a sting operation." He went on to allege it was a politically motivated arrest.

Tekashi69 could potentially spend at least the next week locked up in NYC before he's shipped off to face a judge in Houston.

A rep for the Manhattan District Attorney's Office tells us Tekashi was just arraigned and is now in custody until a tentative date of July 20. We're told authorities from Houston are then expected to pick him up on an arrest warrant issued by a judge back in May.

TMZ broke the story ... 69 was arrested at JFK Airport Wednesday when he landed after his European tour. Cops picked him up on the Houston warrant for allegedly choking a 16-year-old.

Tekashi had a show scheduled Friday in New Jersey, but we're told it was postponed prior to his arrest, and all ticket holders have already been refunded.

Tekashi69 is no longer a wanted man in Texas, because cops nabbed him in NYC on an outstanding arrest warrant ... TMZ has learned.

Tekashi was arrested Wednesday at JFK Airport right after he returned from a European tour. Cops were enforcing a warrant out of Houston for a mall attack. As we reported, the rapper was wanted for allegedly choking a 16-year-old kid in January at the Galleria Mall.

6ix9ine's team tells us they were aware of the warrant, and intended to handle the matter soon.

Demi Moore is the victim in a major credit card fraud case -- way over $100k worth -- according to federal prosecutors.

According to the criminal complaint, obtained by TMZ, 35-year-old David Matthew Read reported Demi's AmEx card lost or stolen in March, and when the new one was delivered through FedEx ... he somehow managed to pick it up.

The feds say he went on a spending spree, hitting a handful of Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue stores in the L.A. area. Not exactly low-profile, kinda like his final tab. He allegedly ran up $169k over several weeks!

Read was spotted on surveillance cameras -- at the FedEx and also inside the retail stores -- according to the feds, who say he confessed to the caper when they nabbed him in April.

NFL star Pacman Jones was involved in a violent altercation at the Atlanta airport -- when he was attacked by an employee ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Jones had touched down at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport on Tuesday evening when cops say ABM employee Frank Ragin "made a gesture towards Adam Jones."

Officials tell TMZ Sports ... Pacman confronted the man about the gesture and a verbal altercation broke out.

"Mr. Ragin eventually struck Mr. Jones with a closed fist," cops say ... "causing a laceration to Mr. Jones’ face."

"Mr. Jones then started to defend himself, causing Mr. Ragin to fall to the ground."

During the fight, cops say Ragin also hit Pacman's female companion -- injuring her hand.

Officials determined Ragin -- NOT Pacman -- was the primary aggressor and he was arrested for 2 counts of battery.

Pacman and his friend declined medical treatment -- but Ragin was transported to a nearby hospital to be treated for injuries.

"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Tommie Lee must really want a judge to throw her behind bars 'cause she was arrested again.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Tommie was busted early Monday morning in Atlanta outside of the Royal Peacock club after a cop told her to get out of the roadway where he was directing traffic ... and she allegedly ignored his instructions and got belligerent.

The tipping point ... cops say Tommie struck a nearby valet working for the venue in the head, and that's when officers made their move to detain her. We're told the valet didn't want to press charges, but cops arrested Tommie anyway and booked her for disorderly conduct while under the influence.

It's unclear what cops think she was on, but booze could spell big trouble -- as in, jail time -- for Tommie. Just 2 months ago a judge ordered her to wear an alcohol monitoring device, and stay out of trouble.

Mozzy broke a few rules of the road, then got busted for having a gun he's not supposed to have ... according to law enforcement.

Las Vegas PD tells TMZ ... the rapper was pulled over Thursday night in a black Maserati without license plates for failing to signal during a lane change. We're told Mozzy didn't have a driver's license and, upon inspection of his vehicle ... cops found a loaded Glock in a black book bag.

That's a problem for Mozzy, because he's an ex-felon. He went to prison after a 2014 conviction for gun possession and possession of a controlled substance.

He's now facing a charge for gun possession by a prohibited person.

The rapper was released after posting $5k bail.

Chris Brown hopped off the stage and into a police cruiser after cops arrested him following a concert in Florida.

Brown had a show at the Coral Sky Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach Thursday where several officers were waiting in the wings -- and when Chris wrapped -- he was arrested.

Law enforcement sources tell us Brown was arrested for an outstanding felony arrest warrant in Tampa. The warrant was issued in connection with an alleged attack at a Tampa nightclub last year. Chris was in the DJ booth when he allegedly attacked a photographer.

Chris bailed out a couple hours later for $2,000.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's hanging with his baby mama a little more than a week after she allegedly dragged him with her car ... but it's not all amoré just yet.

Sources close to the on-again-off-again couple tell TMZ the 'Jersey Shore' star and Jen Harley were spending time together this week, including on the 4th of July. We're told Jen flew out to Jersey earlier this week, and the pair's been kickin' it for a few days now.

All that said ... our sources say Ronnie and Jen are not officially back together at this point. They're simply working things out for the sake of their daughter, Ariana.

We broke the story ... Jen dodged domestic violence charges after getting busted at the end of last month for allegedly bloodying Ronnie up during a fight in the car.

The incident left one hell of a bloody mess behind, inside the car and out.

Despite Ronnie's close friends wanting him to stay away from her out of fear for his safety, he seems to be doing things his way. So far, so good -- we're told he and Jen have had no major issues this week.

Heather Locklear may have to answer for her alleged drunken attack on a paramedic -- and not just in criminal court -- because we've learned the EMT's hired a lawyer.

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ ... the EMT who Heather allegedly kicked during her most recent dustup late last month claims to have suffered serious injury during the ordeal. The EMT has hired personal injury lawyer Kevin Flahavan.

We broke the story ... Heather was arrested for 2 counts of misdemeanor battery upon an officer and emergency personnel while authorities tried separating her from family members. Law enforcement sources told us she punched a cop, and kicked an EMT.

We're told the EMT has been reassigned to desk duty as a result of injuries to her head and neck. Apparently the injuries make paramedic work all but impossible ... at least for now.

Our sources say the EMT not only wants money for medical bills and pain and suffering ... but also some cash for emotional abuse after allegedly being verbally abused by Heather.
