NASCAR's Brian France Cops Used Drugs.com ... To ID Oxy pills
Who needs CSI when you have the Internet?
The cops who arrested NASCAR honcho Brian France found 5 oxycodone pills on him during the bust and used the website Drugs.com to identity them ... this according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.
The Sag Harbor PD says the pills -- yellow in color, labeled T194 -- came right up on the website ... which touts its "pill identifier" feature on the home page.
Don't worry, the cops also submitted the pills to the lab for confirmation.
There's more ... cops say France's blood alcohol level was .19 -- more than twice the legal limit in New York when he was busted at 7:08 PM on Sunday.
During the arrest, France had slurred speech, glassy eyes and was unsteady on his feet.
France was booked for drunk driving and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
If convicted on both counts, he faces up to a year in jail and loss of driving privileges for a year.
France has taken a leave of absence from NASCAR -- and his uncle will fill in while he's away.

Orlando Brown Wanted in Vegas ... Missed Court, AGAIN!!!
Orlando Brown needs Siri, Google, Alexa ... or something to remind him to turn his ass in to Las Vegas cops, since he's already forgotten to get said ass to court.
A clerk with the Las Vegas Justice Court tells TMZ ... Orlando was supposed to appear in court Thursday for his drug possession case, but never showed up, so a judge issued an arrest warrant.
TMZ broke the story ... Orlando was arrested and booked for felony narcotics possession along with misdemeanor charges of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
Seems Orlando hasn't learned his lesson. The last time there was a warrant out for his arrest -- just 4 months ago -- bounty hunters stormed into a Vegas house and dragged him out at gunpoint ... in his underwear.
Friendly tip ... put some pants on and get to court, Orlando.

Harvey Weinstein Rape Accuser's Emails Don't Clear Him ... Says NYPD Official
The emails Harvey Weinstein received from his alleged rape accuser -- many of which read like love letters -- aren't enough to absolve him in the case ... according to a source with the NYPD.
A law enforcement official tells us ... a person can be raped and still write a love note to their rapist after the fact. In the same vein -- there are cases where husbands rape their wives and boyfriends rape their girlfriends ... and the relationships continue.
As for the emails Weinstein received from his accuser -- which were filed in his criminal case Friday and obtained by TMZ -- our source points out that none of them describe or refer to what happened on the specific date she claims she was raped.
We're told if they did, it would be problematic for her case, because it could show her mindset or convey consent during the incident in question ... but her emails don't do that.
Our NYPD source also says Weinstein's team's claim of prosecutorial misconduct for withholding the emails is unsound ... because the messages aren't exculpatory.
Still, Weinstein's lawyer is asking the judge to dismiss all the criminal charges against him.

Harvey Weinstein Alleged Victim Professed Love for Him ... After Alleged Rape
Harvey Weinstein got what he wanted in his ongoing sex crime cases -- a judge has allowed him to go public with emails he got from his rape accuser ... emails that he says show the woman was anything but a rape victim -- even professing love for him -- and as a result he wants all criminal charges dismissed.
The emails -- just filed in the criminal case and obtained by TMZ -- were written between April 2013 and February 2017 by the woman who claims she was raped by Weinstein on March 18, 2013 in NYC.
One of the emails -- written April 11, 2013 -- says, "I was able to talk to [redacted] today and will be connected with [redacted]. :) Thanks, and I hope to see you sooner thank (sic) later ..."
On April 17, the email reads, "It would be great to see you again, and catch up!"
Another email on Sept. 11, 2013 says ... "Miss you big guy."
In January 2014, she wrote, "Your the one who makes it look good with your smile and beautiful eyes!!"
And, on July 10, 2014, she emailed, "There's no one else I would enjoy catching up with that understands me quite like you."
And then there's this on Feburary 8, 2017 ... "I love you, always do. But I hate feeling like a booty call. :)."
Throughout the email chain over the years, they go back and forth talking about meeting up. At one point, she asks for a Soho House membership referral ... she wanted to be a member and use him to get in.
The emails were attached to a motion to have the rape indictment dismissed based on prosecutorial misconduct, because the emails were allegedly withheld from the Grand Jury and would prove exculpatory.
Weinstein says the alleged misconduct is so egregious, it taints the entire indictment involving all 3 accusers and he is asking the judge to dismiss all criminal charges.
Weinstein's lawyer, Ben Brafman, tells TMZ, "The motions filed today reflect the first opportunity for Mr. Weinstein to present legal arguments as to why the indictment filed against him should be dismissed." He goes on, "These communications irrefutably reflect the true nature of this consensual intimate friendship, which never at any time included a forcible rape."

Charles Oakley Cheated 3 Times During Texas Hold'Em ... Officials Say
Charles Oakley didn't just try to pull a fast one over a Vegas casino -- he tried to cheat 3 TIMES during a round of Ultimate Texas Hold'Em ... TMZ Sports has learned.
We broke the story ... Oakley was arrested at the Cosmopolitan Hotel on July 8 after officials say he cheated while gambling. Now, we've obtained court docs which explains Oakley's alleged scheme in detail.
Here's the deal ... Oakley was playing the Ultimate Texas Hold'Em table game -- where both player and dealer get 2 cards, in addition to a community 5-card draw.
Of the 7 cards in play, the dealer and player use their best 5 cards to see who has the best hand.
During the first hand, Oakley started off strong ... with a pair of 4s. But, the dealer ended up with a winning hand ... 2 pair. When Oakley realized he was gonna lose, he allegedly pulled back a $100 chip from his bet.
Later on during the gambling session, Oakley had a monster hand -- 3 of a kind -- and this time, officials say he secretly ADDED chips to his bet on 2 different occasions during the hand, thereby increasing his payout by $125.
Officials say it was all captured on casino surveillance -- and he was arrested on the spot.
Get this ... officials say Oakley can't claim ignorance as an excuse because he apparently has logged around 119 HOURS playing the game at the Cosmo.
He was initially charged with a felony -- and faced up to 6 years in prison. But, that charge was recently knocked down to misdemeanor disorderly conduct and he'll likely get off without serving a minute behind bars.
FYI, Oakley made $46 MILLION during his NBA career.

Trump Star Vandal Austin Clay Get Rid of It For Good ... Too Much Drama on Hollywood Blvd
The guy who recently took a pickax to President Trump's Hollywood Walk of Fame star doesn't seem to appreciate the latest violence that's erupted around it ... how 'bout that?
We got Austin Clay Tuesday in WeHo where he gave his thoughts on the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce deciding to keep Trump's star in place, despite a new wave of brawls and vandalism it's attracted since Austin's demolition job last week.
Austin -- who was arrested for his own vandalism -- says the Chamber's making a mistake by keeping the star on Hollywood Blvd., considering how much chaos it's driving day in and day out. He also thinks it's becoming aesthetically displeasing to the boulevard.
He's got a pretty optimistic -- and dare we say, out there? -- view on what the battle over the star means to the American people. You gotta hear it for yourself.

Trump Star Vandals Austin Clay & James Otis Finally Meet
The 2 guys who took a crack at demolishing President Trump's Hollywood Walk of Fame star came face-to-face this weekend, and some wisdom was imparted ... TMZ has learned.
Austin Clay -- the latest Trump star vandal -- met up with his predecessor, James Otis, Saturday at the Polo Lounge inside the Beverly Hills Hotel to break bread (not concrete) over lunch. The meeting lasted about 2 hours, with 10-15 people total in attendance.
Sources who were present tell us James mostly talked to Austin about how to protect himself legally after being arrested last week for pummeling the star with a pickax -- much like James did in 2016. We're told James wanted to give Austin advice on how to navigate the criminal justice system for the best outcome, seeing how he's gone through it himself.
Aside from the heart-to-heart, we're told James and Austin really hit it off -- laughing in each other's company and posing for photo-ops together. Although James didn't end up paying for Austin's $20k bail, it looks like they're true kindred spirits in bashing 45.
As we reported ... Austin says he doesn't regret the bang-up job he did on Trump's star -- which will remain in place despite all the violence and vandalism it's seen in recent months.
Beach Boys' David Marks He and Wife Arrested ... In Domestic Dispute
No good vibrations here -- longtime Beach Boys member David Marks was arrested in a domestic dispute with his wife, but it sounds like she was the instigator ... according to law enforcement.
We're told police responded to a dispute earlier this month in the San Fernando Valley between David and his wife, Carrieann Marks. After investigating, cops placed both David and Carrieann in cuffs and hauled them off to jail.
David was arrested and booked for resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer -- a misdemeanor -- and Carrieann got busted for domestic violence against a spouse ... also a misdemeanor. They didn't look too happy in their mug shots ... usually no one is.
The details of the incident in question remain unclear.
However, Carrieann tells TMZ that the whole thing was a misunderstanding, and "we are happier than ever." She says they have plans to celebrate David's 70th birthday in the South of France next month -- and neither have any plans of pressing charges.
