Two things really seem to make Meghan Markle crack a huge smile ... holding her ever-growing baby bump and helping others.

The Duchess of Sussex was all smiles Thursday as she hit up St. Charles Hospital in west London, where she became a royal patron at Smart Works. It's an awesome charity ... they help unemployed and vulnerable women get back into the workplace.

Meghan -- who is about 6 months pregnant -- looked stunning in a black dress from the maternity brand, Hatch. She also sported a long, brown Oscar de la Renta coat.

Conor McGregor just left the hospital with his SECOND CHILD -- after his girlfriend, Dee Devlin, gave birth to their new baby!

The UFC superstar posted a photo with the new baby and his older boy, Conor Jr., with the caption, "Heading home with my two healthy babies and an energized and healthy SuperMam."

He added, "2019 is off to the best start! Thank you for the well wishes everybody!"

No word on the name or the sex of the newest McGregor family member. We'll update as soon as we find out.

McGregor's celebrity friends are already reaching out -- The Rock posted a message saying, "Ohana! Congrats brother!!"

Hopefully, Conor had a driver waiting for him outside of the hospital because his driver's license is still suspended in Ireland stemming from a 2017 traffic stop.

As we previously reported, McGregor pled guilty in November to going 95 in a 60 in a blue Range Rover. His license was suspended for 6 months and he was hit with a $1,100 fine.

Conor's oldest child, Conor Jr., was born on May 5, 2017 -- a few months before Conor Sr. got in the boxing ring and fought Floyd Mayweather.

Conor obviously lost that bout -- but reportedly made around $100 MILLION.

Conor Sr. is already training his little boy how to fight -- recently posting footage of Conor Jr. hitting the mitts.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have gone with a different surrogate to deliver their new baby -- but it ain't because they didn't like the last one ... she was simply unavailable.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Kim and Kanye hired a new woman to carry their fourth child, a boy ... not the 20-something-year-old they used last year for baby Chicago. The reason is simple ... that lady was already pregnant with a kid of her own.

We're told KK and KW's previous surrogate -- a young, healthy, fit woman in her 20s -- just gave birth to a daughter on Christmas Eve. Considering she'd just popped Chicago out less than 12 months prior, it's clear she and her husband of 5 years got busy quick.

BTW ... Kim and Kanye's first surrogate already has two boys of her own, so this is her third child.

No word on the profile of the Kardashian-Wests' new surrogate just yet, but ya gotta think she'll be comparable to the last one ... and Kim and Kanye will likely be just as involved during the pregnancy.

As we reported ... Kim and Kanye's new baby boy is due in early May. He'll be their fourth child in addition to North, Saint and Chi.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have another bun in the oven via surrogate, and for their fourth time around ... they'll be welcoming another baby boy to the family ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources tell us Kim and Ye are indeed expecting a fourth child from a leftover embryo they created, which is male. We're told the baby is due in early May.

We broke the story ... Kim and Kanye hired a surrogate in 2017 to carry baby Chicago to term. She was born last January. Remember, Kim has a condition called placenta accreta, which makes another pregnancy for herself life-threatening.

Unclear if KK and KW hired the same surrogate from last time for baby no. 4, but we do know they were close with their previous surrogate and kept tabs on her throughout the pregnancy.

The new baby boy -- first reported by Us Weekly -- will join North, Saint and, of course, Chi ... upgrading their family of 5 to a whopping 6.

Kobe Bryant and his wife, Vanessa Bryant, are having another baby ... and it'll be a girl.

The couple made the announcement on their social media pages Sunday, with both parents' posts reading, "New year, new baby! Baby Mamba on the way 2019."

Vanessa added ... "Kobe and I are so happy to add another baby blessing to our family! Bianka will have a new baby sibling with and Natalia and Gianna are super excited to welcome another little baby sister to love."

As for Kobe, he wrote ... "Vanessa and I are beyond excited to announce that we are expecting another #mambacita to go along with Natalia, Gianna and Bianka #blessed #bryantbunch #daddysprincesses #love #2019."

Kobe and Vanessa already have three daughters together -- Natalia, Gianna and Bianka ... aged 15, 12 and 2, respectively. KB and VB have been married since 2001.

"Pretty Little Liars" star Shay Mitchell rung in the new year with some tragic news for her followers ... she miscarried in 2018.

The actress was going over her year in review on her Instagram story, and toward the end she revealed the miscarriage by posting a photo of a sonogram with an emoji of a broken heart and a caption right before that read, "Lastly, although it was an amazing year, it didn't come without some hardships."

She then put up a lengthy message about the facade that is social media which read, in part, "We all have to deal with various struggles and challenges in life. And sometimes it's easier to only showcase the good times on social media, which is what leads many people to criticize it for its lack of authenticity."

She continued ... "Having so many people follow me on Instagram and read my posts is both incredibly humbling and hugely uplifting. The support and affection that so many of you show me lifts me up during even my darkest days, one of which happened last year after I miscarried and lost the child of my hopes and dreams."

Gordon Ramsay's wife has somethin' cookin' ... a new baby!!!

Gordon and his brood posted a New Year's Day announcement that his wife, Tana, is pregnant ... very pregnant.

The kids -- 17-year-old Matilda, 19-year-old twins Holly and Jack, and 20-year-old Megan -- were all there for the big reveal. The famous "Hell's Kitchen" chef captioned the video, "Exciting news ! Happy new year from all the Ramsay's."

Gordon announced in 2016 that his family had a "devastating weekend," saying his then 41-year-old wife suffered a miscarriage when she was 5 months into her pregnancy.

Things look good this time around. It's unclear exactly how far along Tana is, but her baby bump is super prominent. BTW ... Gordon and Tana have been married 22 years.

4:11 PM PT -- A source close to Cardi tells us the baby in the video isn't Kulture, in fact, it's not a real baby at all.

Cardi B took "bring your daughter to work day" to a whole new level ... by featuring Kulture in a not so traditional way in her brand new music video.

The rapper goes topless in her vid for "Money" -- which dropped Friday -- to breastfeed her baby girl, Kulture. Because it's Cardi, there's also no shortage of her in lavish outfits, sexy dance moves ... and shots of her ass.

Who knew she played piano?

As we've reported ... Cardi's been pretty stingy providing pics or vids of her daughter, but made a big reveal shortly after announcing her split with Offset.

Offset announced on his birthday he wanted Cardi back, and to spend Christmas together as a family. He also crashed her stage at Rolling Loud last weekend with $15,000 in roses ... only to be rejected in front of a ton of people.

Kulture was hidden from the world for a long time ... but she's definitely getting tons of attention now though.

Remy Ma is back in the hospital days after welcoming a baby girl, due to complications from giving birth ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us Remy was suffering from excessive bleeding Tuesday night and went right back to the hospital. The post-birth complications necessitated emergency surgery.

As we reported ... Remy and Papoose announced the birth of their daughter on social media, but didn't disclose her name. Papoose called it "tough labor." Mind you, Remy went into labor at age 38 -- Papoose is 40 himself -- and revealed last year she had recently suffered a miscarriage.

Amazingly, we're told she delivered her new baby naturally.

As for how things went on the operating table, Remy received blood transfusions ... and the good news, we're told the surgery was a success. We're told she's doing well, and she's expected to be released in the next day or so.

Get well soon, RM. And, of course, congrats on the kid.

Meghan Markle says she's doing well, but also notes that she's "very pregnant" -- and she couldn't be more on the nose ... as her baby bump grows larger by the day.

The Duchess of Sussex was visiting the Brinsworth House Tuesday in London -- a nursing home that houses British entertainers -- and she was speaking with former theatre actress Josephine Gordon who asked Meg how she was holding up heading into her 3rd trimester.

Meghan replies honestly ... telling Ms. Gordon she's feeling very much like a mom-to-be who's about to pop. Meg asks Josephine if she had any children of her own, and you gotta see their exchange here ... it's pretty priceless.

Speaking of due dates, Kensington Palace announced Meghan's as spring 2019 ... but didn't get more specific. Based on how big she looks here ... a lot of folks are speculating she's way further along. Meanwhile, others suggest she might be carrying twins.

Didn't take long for AJ McCarron to get over the Raiders loss Sunday ... 'cause dude had the happiest reunion with his son at the airport -- and the vid is adorable.

AJ's been away from his 2-year-old and his model wife, Katherine Webb, for a few weeks ... but the QB flew back to 'Bama after Oakland's game -- and his reunion with his son couldn't have been cuter.

Tripp is held back until his pops strolls through the door ... and then the baby boy unleashes all his love for AJ with a "DADDY!!!!" yell and a big hug.

"When you’re reunited with your BFF #5weekswithoutdaddy," Katherine posted on social media.

So, why's AJ back in town when the Raiders still have two weeks left in the season??

Webb is SUPER pregnant with the couple's second child ... and says the new baby is actually due TODAY!!!

AJ and the Raiders don't play again until Monday ... so timing is great -- McCarron's got an extra day off this week.

Remy Ma and Papoose are now proud parents ... after an emotional struggle to have a child.

Remy gave birth to a baby girl Friday night, after going through what her hubby said was a "tough labor."

The 38-year-old Remy and 40-year-old Papoose have not revealed the name, but have been calling the little girl, "The Golden Child" ... shorthand for a miracle baby.

Remy has made no secret about the difficulty they've faced in have a baby. She revealed last year she'd recently suffered a miscarriage and had been taking steps to ensure a successful pregnancy.

The little girl joins their blended fam ... Remy has an 18-year-old son named Jason, and Papoose has a 15-year-old daughter named Dejanae, along with 2 other older children.

50 Cent has no problem with the pace Nicki Minaj and her new boyfriend seem to be moving at in their relationship ... because they're picking up right where they left off.

We got Fif in Bev Hills Wednesday night where, at first, we asked if he or Starz were planning anything for the family of the "Power" crew member who was tragically killed in a freak accident this week on set. Understandably, he's not ready to talk about it.

Our camera guy then pivots to the 'Queen' rapper, and asks if he thinks it's too soon for her to be talking babies and marriage with her new man/old flame, Kenneth Petty -- a convicted sex offender.

Nicki Minaj's relationship with her new boyfriend is way more serious than we thought -- 'cause we now know she's considering the married and mom life with him.

Sources close to the "Queen" MC tell us Nicki and Kenneth Petty have already had the marriage and baby talk -- this after only a couple months of dating. We're told Nicki is serious about the prospect of marrying Kenneth and having his kids ... because she believes he's that good a man.

As for that whole convicted sex offender thing -- among other crimes -- we're told Nicki couldn't care less.

She certainly isn't shy about showing off her new boo either -- Nicki posted a video of them working out together in the gym.

As we reported ... Nicki feels Kenneth has changed for the better since he was young -- when he was convicted of first-degree attempted rape as a 16-year-old. He's an old flame from back then, and we're told she's as happy as ever now that they've reconnected all these years later.

Nicki seems to believe Kenneth was falsely convicted ... he was dating the victim at the time and claims the girl's mother had it in for him and made false allegations.

Amy Schumer is deep into her second trimester, and she's sharing all the joy and beauty that comes with expecting one's first child ... JK she's barfing in a public bathroom.

The comedian shared this unpleasant video Saturday morning, saying she "thought it might be fun" to see her throwing up ... so she set up the camera and proceeded to toss her cookies.

Amy says she had to throw up in a public restroom Friday too ... then did a show 90 minutes afterward.

Pregnancy's been a bitch for Schumer to say the least ... she was hospitalized last month for hyperemesis and says she's been even iller during trimester #2 than the first.

Fortunately, she made a full recovery after the last complication and was back to performing days later, but it looks like she's still dealing with more BS that comes with being pregnant than most.

Cardi B just threw up the first clear, full-faced photo of her and Offset's daughter, Kulture -- and the timing is interesting.

CB posted the close-up shot of baby Kulture Wednesday and captioned it ... "My heart." The kid is super cute, just as we suspected.

It's kinda crazy that Cardi decided to put this out now without much pomp and circumstance ... considering she made such a big fuss about hiding the baby's face for so long.

Of course, she dropped the pic less than 24 hours after announcing she and Offset are done in a video posted Tuesday night.

Best way to change the conversation -- if that's what she's trying to do -- is show off your gorgeous kid.
