Lamar Odom says there's still hope for his marriage to Khloe Kardashian ... claiming he's not convinced she'll see the divorce through, 2 months after she filed divorce docs.

Odom was doing an interview in Spain -- where he's now playing pro basketball -- and said "only time will tell" if Khloe will finish the job ... though he says he hopes she reconsiders.

We broke the story ... Khloe filed for divorce in December, seeking to end their 4-year marriage after Odom's drug problem spiraled out of control.

"I love my wife. She'll always be my wife, no matter what," Odom says ... "Even if we were divorced, she'd always be my wife."

Oksana Grigorieva -- who got hundreds of thousands of dollars from Mel Gibson after a nuclear child custody war -- has filed for bankruptcy ... TMZ has learned.

In new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Oksana says things are so bad she only has $10 in cash to her name.

Oksana says the math tells the story -- $48,000 in assets, $438,000 in debts.

As for Oksana's expenses ... she spends $90 a month on "Gofer Patrol." BTW ... her home security is less ... $80 a month.

Oksana -- who is a singer -- claims in the last 6 months she's only received $200 in royalties.

She also lists works of art she painted at $500.

Now get this ... Most of the debts are from legal bills. Oksana owes 5 lawyers a quarter-of-a-million bucks.

Remember ... during the custody fight ... Oksana hired and fired more than 40 lawyers.

Mel agreed to pay Oksana a $750K settlement in installments -- the last being due in 2016. As you remember, Mel pled no contest to assaulting Oksana ... knocking out a few veneers.

According to the court docs, Mel pays her $20,000 a month in child support for Lucia, and actor Timothy Dalton pays her $2,500 a month for their son, Alexander.

Adrienne Maloof and ex-hubby Paul Nassif are back at it -- TMZ has learned, she's gone to court for ANOTHER restraining order ... claiming he got violent with her in front of their kids.

Sources tell us, Adrienne raced to court on Valentine's Day for an emergency protective order, claiming he violently snatched her phone away from her the week before ... while she was photographing her kids.

Nassif claims in legal docs Adrienne was actually trying to film him while he was disciplining one of their kids ... to use the footage against him during their ongoing custody battle. He says she was all up in his face with the camera, almost hitting him.

The judge refused to grant the order because it wasn't an emergency and felt she didn't need immediate protection. A hearing is set for April.

It's not the first time Adrienne sought a restraining order against Paul -- back in 2012, she obtained one after he allegedly spanked and choked their kids ... allegations that were unfounded by DCFS. They called a truce ... but it clearly didn't last.

Julianne caught some So. Cal. rays with Washington Capitals center Brooks Laich. With photogs in plain sight they clearly wanted to make a statement as they walked with her teeny tiny dogs.

It's not like Ryan Seacrest will be heartbroken. He's moved on with another hot chick, who apparently is cool that he sees other people as well. In other words, don't feel sorry for him.

Just like his sharting incident in the back of a cop car last year ... Jason London's marriage is in the dumps.

TMZ has learned London's wife Sofia Karstens filed for legal separation last week.

It's unclear why Sofia decided to end things ... but we're guessing his arrest last year factored in -- the one where he was arrested for disorderly conduct/fighting and assault.

Jason and Sofia released a joint statement saying they love and respect each other ... but feel the breakup is necessary to "focus on some growth independently."

The singles band together for Valentine's Day -- Kylie and Khloe Kardashian lunched with Bruce Jenner near the family home in Calabasas.

Gotta say ... Bruce looks great -- better than he has in a long time.

The 2 sisters showed unity as they left the restaurant.

As you clearly know ... Bruce is separated from Kris ... and Khloe has filed for divorce from Lamar Odom.

Tyrese Gibson has made good on his promise to go after his ex-wife for not letting him visit their kid ... and worst case scenario for her is JAIL.

TMZ broke the story ... cops came to Norma Gibson's home Tuesday night over Tyrese's right to take their 6-year-old daughter away for a visit. The cops talked to a very upset Tyrese and left. Tyrese left too ... without his daughter.

He's now filed a formal motion with the court to hold Norma in contempt for violating their custody order. In the legal doc -- obtained by TMZ -- Tyrese quotes from the custody order, which seems pretty clear -- "[Tyrese] shall have custody of Shayla every Tuesday with pick-up from school, and if no school, pick-up from [Norma's] residence at 10:00 a.m."

It's interesting -- Tyrese showed up Tuesday NIGHT -- not at 10 AM.

Sources close to Tyrese tell us ... he tried picking up his daughter at school -- but she wasn't there. We're told he repeatedly tried to contact Norma to pick up Shayla ... and finally went to Norma's house that night .. where he was turned away.

Terrell Owens' estranged wife was hospitalized this weekend after an apparent suicide attempt ... sources connected to the situation tell TMZ Sports.

Just days after Rachel Snider left T.O. and moved back to Texas, she was hospitalized for what she described on Twitter as "suffering from a broken heart."

Now, we're told ... Snider's condition was actually very serious and she's been in the hospital ever since. So far, no specifics on her condition or the nature of her injuries.

We broke the story ... Snider left Owens just two weeks after they tied the knot, claiming Owens was only using her for money. T.O. denied the financial allegations but says he wants out of the marriage just as bad as she does.

David Cassidy's wife will file for divorce this morning ... ending their 23-year marriage ... TMZ has learned.

Sue Cassidy is not saying whether the decision to divorce has anything to do with David's ongoing and often losing battle with alcohol ... but she tells TMZ, "I'm glad David is getting the help he needs and I am confident he will come back better and stronger than ever."

David was arrested last month in L.A. for DUI and is currently in rehab. This is his 3rd DUI arrest.

The couple has been together for 28 years and have a son, Beau, 23.

Sue says the decision to divorce isn't coming out of the blue, saying, "This has been looming for some time." But she adds, "I am truly heartbroken that our marriage is ending."

We're told the couple has been living separately for 4 months.

Terrell Owens says his estranged wife is lying -- insisting he's NOT broke ... and he vows to file divorce papers AGAINST HER as soon as he gets back into town.

We broke the story ... after two weeks of marriage, T.O.'s wife Rachel Snider says she left the NFL star and claims he only used her to get a loan for a home in Sherman Oaks.

But T.O.'s rep tells TMZ Sports bluntly -- "Money is NOT an issue for Terrell."

In fact, the rep says Terrell is the "primary" person on the loan -- and Owens is adamant he never hooked up with Snider for money.

"Come on, she’s a postal worker," the rep says ... adding, "Do you really think she’s the primary on the loan?”

The rep says T.O. is currently out of town working on a "new show coming out in March" (she wouldn't reveal details about the show) ... but says he plans to file for divorce as soon as he returns to California.

Drake and Rihanna got back together this weekend -- at least for a couple hours -- partying it up at the same table inside an L.A. nightclub Friday ... and we're told they were getting preeeeetty cozy.

Sources tell us, Dreezy and Ri-Ri arrived separately at Hollywood's Hooray Henry's late Friday night ... but spent the next few hours getting close at Drake's VIP table. No flagrant PDA, but we're told they were definitely being affectionate.

The on-again off-again couple left in separate cars early Saturday AM -- but this is interesting ... we're told they left only minutes apart.

Drake has most recently been linked to Lenny Kravitz's daughter Zoe -- as recently as a couple weeks ago -- but old habits die hard.

An actor who starred on "Queer as Folk" is dealing with some seriously hetero problems ... asking a judge for protection from an ex GF who once aimed a coin jar at his head. It's gotten so bad they're now arguing about her weight.

According to the docs, Gale Harold -- who played Brian Kinney on "Queer as Folk" -- got a restraining order against Danielle Saklofsky after telling a judge point blank, "I am afraid."

Harold claims he tried breaking up with Saklofsky, who told him, "I will never let you leave me." He claims she attacked him a few days later outside a restaurant yelling, "You cannot leave me, I will destroy you" and then pummeling him.

Harold claims there were other attacks ... including the time she got really mad after getting fired -- he says she tried hitting him in the head with a mason jar of coins.

Saklofksy got her own restraining order against Harold ... and -- surprise -- she tells a different story. Saklofksy claims Harold grabbed her by her pony tail and then slapped her.

And here's how ridiculous it's gotten. In Harold's papers, he describe her as 5'5" and 145 lbs. In her response, she says, "The physical attributes are wrong ... I am about 5'7" and weigh 120 lbs.

Eva Mendes has had a bad week ... first rumors she's split from the best looking guy on the planet, and now she gets stopped for talking on her cell phone ... and the most humiliating part -- by a bike cop.

Eva was tooling around L.A. -- we're guessing talking to someone about Ryan Gosling -- when a bike cop spotted her and wrote her up.

Eva's the latest victim of L.A. traffic snarl. You just can't get away anymore.

The good news ... she apparently talked her way out of the ticket, because cops tell us they have no record of a citation.

Justin Bieber is scoffing at Selena Gomez, telling friends she has no one to blame but herself for her addictions ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with daily Bieber contact tell TMZ ... Bieber and his friends are laughing at Selena's "bad influence" claims, because they say she's always the drunk at the party. Bieber acknowledges he gets wasted, but whenever he had parties Selena was downright competitive ... smoking as much weed as the guys and sometimes outdoing them. They say she was also HEAVY into booze.

We're told Justin believes Selena's parents are behind the blame game, because they HATE him. He thinks they are fueling Selena's anger and making him a scapegoat.

Justin says he's happy he's no longer with Selena because she's just too high maintenance ... and out of control.

Selena Gomez ignored the advice of medical professionals and waltzed out of rehab just 14 days into a 6-week program ... over the strenuous objections of the rehab staff ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Selena tell us just after New Year's she checked into a program at The Meadows called DAWN -- for alcohol, pot and Rx Ambien -- in addition to what her people believe is an unhealthy union with Justin Bieber.

But 2 weeks in, Selena bailed so she could go the Sundance Film Festival for her upcoming movie. She told her people she would return to the rehab facility after Sundance, but when it was over Selena decided she was cured and there was no reason to return.

Problem is ... that's not the way the medical staff at The Meadows sees it ... the treatment program is 45-days and Selena bailed four weeks early. We're told the staff feels it's essential in any recovery to complete the therapy.

Selena is telling her people ... she completed the toughest week, which the facility calls "Survivor's week" so everything is fine. Thing is ... Selena's not the doctor -- she's the one with the problem.
