Chris Pratt and Anna Faris are split, but won't be living too far from each other -- it's part of their divorce settlement ... TMZ has learned.

As we told you, Chris and Anna hammered out their divorce with the help of a private judge ... who just signed off Wednesday on the deal. According to the docs, they've agreed to live no more than 5 miles apart for about the next 5 years.

The clause calls for the 5-mile rule to stay in place until Jack completes the 6th grade. Right now, he's 6 years old ... so, that means they've got another 5 years living in relatively close quarters.

If for any reason one of them needed to move further apart, they have to give the other party written notice no later than 3 months in advance of the move ... according to the docs.

They also have to provide 30 days notice if they want to travel out of the country with Jack ... and "reasonable" advance notice to travel out of state.

As we've seen ... everything is peachy-keen between Anna and Chris right now -- as evidenced by their trick-or-treating with Jack and their new baes, Michael Barrett and Katherine Schwarzenegger.

3:52 PM PT -- According to the divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Nichols lists the couple's date of separation as October 23. She contributes "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split, is asking for physical custody of their daughter and joint legal custody. Nichols also wants spousal support.

"Riverdale" star Marisol Nichols -- who plays Hermione Lodge on the CW show -- has filed for divorce from her husband.

Nichols married Taron Lexton -- a cinematographer -- in 2008 and filed docs to end things on Wednesday. The two have one minor child together, a daughter named Rain India Lexton.

Nichols has been a regular on "Riverdale" since the show's beginning in 2017, playing the wife of Mark Consuelos' character, Hiram Lodge.

Nichols got her start as Audrey Griswold in "Vegas Vacation" in 1997. She was also a cast member on the FOX show "24."

It's unclear what led to the split.

Just days after filing for divorce, Larsa Pippen hit the Hollywood scene looking ... GOTTDAMN!!!!!

Decked out in a skintight, short, boob-revealing black dress ... the 44-year-old hit Hailey Baldwin's PrettyLittleThing launch party Monday night at Catch in West Hollywood.

As we previously reported, Larsa has called it quits with her longtime NBA husband, Scottie Pippen, after 21 years of marriage ... but both sides insist it's a peaceful split.

Our sources tell us ... both sides recognized the marriage wasn't working anymore and Larsa felt it was best to divorce so she can be open to meeting new people.

Larsa hasn't exactly been hiding out in her basement since the breakup -- she turnt up at Kendall Jenner's Halloween party last week in a super sexy costume.

The message here is clear ... Larsa's ready for her new chapter -- bombshell bachelorette.

Pete Davidson made a late change right before 'SNL' to mention Ariana Grande's name during this weekend's episode ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the production tell us Pete heard Ariana's new song, "thank u, next," before showtime Saturday night, and that spurred him to write a few lines addressing the breakup. We're told he ran a copy by Lorne Michaels ... and got it approved for his 'Weekend Update' segment.

Pete called Ariana a "wonderful, strong person" and wished her the best ... while also declaring their relationship wasn't anyone's business. Remember, Pete scrubbed an entire skit he'd written about their breakup after Ariana called him out over the promo in which he obtusely referenced their split.

Clearly, he had a change of heart after hearing the tune, which she dropped just 30 minutes before 'SNL' went on the air. FWIW, she refrained from taking any shots at Pete on the track.

The Ariana line wasn't the only deviation from the script heading into Saturday. Regarding Dan Crenshaw -- whose war-caused disability Pete mocked -- we're told P.D.'s crass "whatever" comment was delivered completely off the cuff.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will go head-to-head in a full-blown custody trial, which begins early next month ... TMZ has learned.

Angelina and Brad have filed legal docs asking an L.A. Superior Court Judge to give them until next June to hash out their bitter divorce ... with the help of a private judge.

The custody trial is now set to begin December 4, and the 2 parents could not be further apart. Angelina wants sole physical custody of their 6 kids and Brad wants 50/50 joint custody.

We're told the custody trial should take somewhere between 2 and 3 weeks, and then the judge has to sort it all out.

In addition to custody, the private judge needs to handle the property settlement. There is not a prenup ... which is huge, given the bad blood between the two.

Pete Davidson made a decision ... when Ariana Grande goes high, he'll go high.

Pete addressed his breakup on 'SNL' Saturday night, and had nothing but good things to say about his ex-fiancee. He called her "a wonderful, strong person" and wished her the best.

Truth be told ... there was a small dose of hypocrisy. Pete schooled everyone that the breakup was nobody's business, yet he himself addressed it earlier in the week on stage, cracking jokes about it. And he shot a promo for 'SNL' where he obliquely referred to it.

Pete did crack a joke about moving back in with mom.

TMZ broke the story ... Ariana planned a preemptive strike in case Pete threw shade on her ... releasing her new song -- and making specific reference to him -- just 30 minutes before 'SNL' went live on TV.

Ariana Grande isn't going to let Pete Davidson define their relationship and breakup on "Saturday Night Live" tonight, because TMZ has learned she's releasing a song 30 minutes before 'SNL,' and his name is right there in the lyrics.

Record label sources tell TMZ, the overarching theme of the song -- titled "Thank u, next" -- is empowerment ... what she's been through in her relationships and other experiences. We're told it is not a diss track.

Our sources say she specifically names Pete, Mac and others ... but she doesn't go after Pete the way she did earlier this week after he publicly joked about their breakup. She had accused him of being a hypocrite ... pretending he wasn't into being in the spotlight yet hanging on for dear life.

We're told Ariana felt betrayed by Pete and doesn't want to take the chance that he'll talk about their breakup tonight on 'SNL' as she just sits by. As we reported ... Pete was planning on addressing it, but 86'd the idea after she made it clear they had an agreement to keep their relationship private. Nonetheless, anything could happen.

Among the lyrics, which she posted, "Got so much love ..... got so much patience ..... I've learnt from the pain ..... and turnt out amazin ..... say I've loved and I've lost ..... but that's not what I see cause look what I got ..... look what you taught me."

It goes on ... "Cause look what I found ..... ain't no need for searching and for that I say ..... thank u, next."

The song will be released at 11 PM ET.

Pete Davidson's got bright days ahead.

The 'SNL' star headed into the weekend with an updated shade of blue -- sky blue we're thinkin'. A colorist named Aura at Sally Hershberger Salon took due credit, saying, "Had the pleasure of doing this funny guy's hair."

Ariana's ex donned a similar shade during a promo for this weekend's 'SNL' ... asking musical guest Maggie Rogers if she wanted to get married. That backfired quickly.

Pete Davidson joked he was "0 for 3" in a new 'SNL' promo in which he proposed to a new chick -- and now we know who the third girl is ... Larry David's daughter.

Sources tell us that Pete had proposed to Cazzie David multiple times during their two-year relationship. The exact number of times isn't clear, but we're told it was definitely more than once. Our sources say Cazzie rejected his offer each time.

They split in May before Pete got with, and eventually proposed to, Ariana Grande. As you know, the rest is history.

As we reported ... Ariana took some shots at Pete in since-deleted tweets, saying, "for somebody who claims to hate relevancy u sure love clinging to it huh. thank u, next."

Sources close to the former couple tell us Ariana felt betrayed by Pete's remarks, because they'd both agreed to not talk about their split in public. We're told Pete's now scrapping any further references to their breakup for this weekend's show, and Lorne Michaels signed off.

There was speculation as to who Pete was referencing when he dropped the "0 for 3" line, because he's dated a handful of chicks over the years, including "Girl Code" star Carly Aquilino -- whom he dated before Cazzie.

But, we've been assured ... that third chick is absolutely Cazzie, who's since scrubbed her IG of any Pete references. Seems to be a pattern with his exes.

Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum seem to really have the conscious uncoupling thing down -- going from peaceful reunited exes one night to love birds with their new boos the next.

Jenna was spotted out Thursday near Palm Springs with her boyfriend, Steve Kazee, holding hands and enjoying a mid-day walk. She had a grin on her face while chatting on the phone -- and, honestly, couldn't look happier.

Meanwhile, Channing took their daughter, Everly, to Jessie J's concert in L.A. later that night. He's been dating the pop star for at least a couple months after splitting from Jenna earlier this year.

Speaking of Everly, her mom and dad DID link up on Halloween to go trick-or-treating with her.

Both Channing and Jenna are clearly moving on, but they also don't seem bitter over the breakup -- especially since they each have their own new relationship.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have now submitted final divorce paperwork to an L.A. County Superior Court judge ... and they did it all without lawyering up ... TMZ has learned.

The paperwork will make their divorce final. TMZ broke the story, they hired a private judge to do all the paperwork stuff and the final package was submitted Friday to the court. When the clerk puts the official stamp on the docs, the divorce will be backdated to October 9 ... that's when Ben signed off (Jen had signed off days earlier).

The official documents show what TMZ first reported -- that they will share joint physical and legal custody of their 3 kids. They also agreed to meet with a coparenting therapist on a monthly basis for a minimum of 6 months.

The docs also say "Neither party shall make derogatory or insulting remarks about the other ... in the presence of or within hearing distance of any of the minor children," and also says, "Each party is restrained from arguing, yelling, or using profanity directed at the other party in the presence or within hearing distance of any of the minor children."

As we reported, the couple did NOT have a prenup. They have divided their assets but the info isn't in the divorce docs.

And, this is super interesting ... rather than each hiring a lawyer, they used disso queen Laura Wasser to mediate the divorce. In other words, Wasser was not an advocate for either Ben or Jen -- her job was to reach an agreement with as little conflict as possible.

Wasser has become a big proponent of conflict-free divorce with her website, It's Over Easy ... which allows people to unhitch without hiring an attorney.

As for Ben and Jen ... we're told the goal is to get the documents stamped immediately or, at the very latest, by year's end. But, the official date of divorce will be October 9.

8:45 AM PT -- Sources close to the couple tell us Pete won't reference the breakup when 'SNL' airs, and the reason is ... the exes have an agreement to stay silent.

We're told the split was mutual, and Ariana and Pete verbally agreed neither would talk about it publicly -- but she was already feeling betrayed because Pete joked about it during a standup routine last week at a charity event. We're told it got worse when Ariana saw the promo.

Our sources say Pete got word Ariana was upset, and decided he didn't want to go through with the skit he'd written for this week's 'SNL' -- they had an agreement, after all. He discussed it with executive producer, Lorne Michaels ... and he signed off on pumping the brakes.

As for the promo airing? We're told it was already in the works, and it was too late to pull it.

The breakup ain't funny to Ariana Grande anymore -- she came for Pete Davidson on social media Thursday night after he joked about their breakup ... and it's clear, this ain't no conscious uncoupling.

Davidson cracked a joke about the fact he's single during a promo for this weekend's 'SNL' -- asking musical guest Maggie Rogers if she wanted to get married.

Our sources connected to 'SNL' say Pete had been in good spirits while prepping for the show -- and was open to making jokes about jumping into relationships too soon.

So, that's what happened during the promo ... but Ariana Grande wasn't laughing -- she tweeted a shot at her ex.

"For somebody who claims to hate relevancy u sure love clinging to it huh. thank u. next."

She later deleted the tweet.

Pete previously joked about their engagement when 'SNL' came back from summer recess -- but that was when he and Grande were still together.

The jokes were self-deprecating about how Grande is the breadwinner in the relationship -- and he was just lucky to be there.

But, they broke up last month, and clearly they ain't on good terms.

No word if Davidson planned on addressing the split on this week's show -- but if he was, ya gotta believe he's rethinking the plan now.

Pete Davidson finally looks like he's feeling better after his split with Ariana Grande ... 'cause the comedian was grinning like a jack-o-lantern at a Halloween event with his buddy.

Pete walked through a holiday event for kids Sunday on his home turf of Staten Island, and judging by these pics ... the 'SNL' star was happier than a trick-or-treater with a pillowcase full of candy.

Pete was passing through the neighborhood shindig when he stopped to pet a furry pooch and snap a selfie with his fans. We're told he was super friendly to everyone and seemed to be in a very good mood.

It took a few weeks, but Pete is looking way happier than he was the last time we saw him. He really looked like a man down on his luck a few days after we broke the story he and Ariana called off their engagement.

Hey, there's nothing like a pumpkin patch and a cute pup to lift your spirits.

Mel B is suing her old lawyer for mistakenly bringing her and Stephen Belafonte's ex-nanny into their divorce case, and ultimately getting Mel sued by the lady ... according to new court docs.

The Spice Girls singer just filed suit against Susan Wiesner -- who repped Mel during the early stages of her contentious divorce against Stephen and successfully got a restraining order put in place against their nanny, Lorraine Gilles.

In the docs that were filed by Mel's new lawyer, Sean Macias, which were obtained by TMZ, Mel claims that Wiesner improperly included a third party's name -- in this case, Lorraine -- in her initial application for a restraining order against Stephen.

She's saying that's a big no-no under California law ... and that ended up getting Mel sued for defamation and invasion of privacy by Lorraine. On top of that, Mel says Wiesner's legal bills were "excessive, unconscionable, and not within the realm of reason."

She's asking a judge to award her damages and wants Wiesner to cover any damages that Lorraine might win in her lawsuit against Mel, which is still ongoing.

Halsey looks like she's doing just fine post-breakup with G-Eazy ... having the time of her life at her annual Halloween bash.

As you can see, Halsey went with a Gotham City villains theme ... dressing as Poison Ivy. She danced the night away in L.A. at The Majestic Downtown, sharing the floor with Two-Face, Bane, and The Penguin ... no need for G-Eazy.

As we reported ... Halsey and G-Eazy split this week for the second time this year in their on-again, off-again relationship.
