Gunplay's sitting behind bars after allegedly violating a restraining order his estranged wife, Vonshae Taylor-Morales, got against him ... because he, clearly, doesn't know how GPS ankle monitors work.

Miami-Dade County Jail officials tell TMZ Hip Hop ... Gunplay was booked Wednesday at 7:10 PM for violating a restraining order put in place to protect his ex.

We're told he'll remain locked up until his next court date on November 7.

Sources close to the situation say Gunplay was arrested right outside Vonshae's home after the Florida Department of Corrections Community Control, which oversees and monitors house arrestees, got a ping the rapper was in the area.

We're told Miami-Dade County Sheriff's deputies effectively beat Gunplay to the home as he was driving there, and he was never able to actually interact with Vonshae and her child.

The latest arrest marks the EIGHTH time Gunplay allegedly violated the restraining order, which prohibits him from coming within 500 feet of Vonshae.

He was previously accused of trying to stop Vonshae from testifying in September -- and it seems like their 'Love & Hip Hop' drama has spilled heavily into the streets this year.

Sam Asghari continues to show support for his ex, Britney Spears ... saying her kind words about him in her new book put a big smile on his mug.

Sam chatted about Britney's memoir, "The Woman in Me," Wednesday in Los Angeles ... as you know, she left him a glowing review, despite having the ability to change her opinion about him in the book after they broke things off.

She called him a "gift from God," amongst other big compliments -- and Sam clearly appreciated the kind words ... firing some right back at her.

He says he's "freaking proud" of Britney for putting herself out there in her chart-topping book ... adding, "I hope she takes over the world."

As we reported, Sam seemed to be the only one of Brit's exes that wasn't under fire in the memoir, leaving out the details of their intense split -- a sign they may have struck a settlement deal in their divorce.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kim and Kroy say if the bank's planned auction on November 7 is allowed to happen they will suffer "irreparable injury to the marital estate depleting it in its entirety."

Kim and Kroy listed their Georgia mansion for $6 million through a realtor while they hammer out the rest of their divorce ... but the foreclosure auction was scheduled before the estranged couple listed it.

The sale of the home is the first thing we've seen Kim and Kroy agree on in a while. They're both currently still living inside the residence, but the court has ordered Kim to live in the basement and nanny suite, while Kroy has exclusive access to the primary bedroom.

As we've reported, their divorce has been full of drama and nasty accusations ... Kroy's accused Kim of being a gambling addict to blame for their money problems and Kim's said she didn't trust Kroy around their kids when he smokes weed.

The reality star says she was pretty hurt after seeing the pics of them together, and while she didn't directly accuse them of cheating, she sounded pretty certain something's fishy. Her pal, Teddi Mellencamp, even pointed out the warning signs.

It seems Ali Krieger is doin' just fine after her highly publicized split with Ashyln Harris ... 'cause the soccer star was spotted smiling ear to ear at the Knicks game Wednesday.

The Gotham FC defender was sitting courtside at Madison Square Garden to watch NY's season opener against the Celtics ... and despite everything that's going on with her, Harris, and Harris' new lover, Sophia Bush, Krieger appeared to be happy as a clam.

She had seats next to celeb makeup artist Alexandria Gilleo, and at one point, the ladies filmed themselves having an absolute blast.

Of course, things were obviously not always this way for Krieger ... especially in the last few weeks.

The singer says the feeling came over her when she was speeding through the desert in a convertible with a friend ... saying she had escaped to Arizona to mentally recover from her abortion and breakup with Justin Timberlake.

In her "The Woman In Me" memoir, Britney says the split made her feel like she was under a curse and she went to Arizona with a friend who had broken up with JT's best friend at around the same time ... with the goal of getting away from it all.

Britney says the sky overhead was full of stars and they were driving with the top down and the wind blowing in their hair when "an eerie feeling settled over me," later describing it as "a profound beauty, otherworldly and humbling."

She says she stopped herself from asking her friend, "Do you believe in aliens?"

Britney says she "stayed quiet and sat there with the feeling for a long moment" ... until her friend asked her, "Do you feel that? What is that?"

While Britney can't put her finger on what they felt out there in the desert that night, she says "we felt it at that moment because we needed it. We were so spiritually open and so raw. It showed us there was more than just what we could see."
