Lauren Sanchez is about to become fully available if Jeff Bezos is so inclined, because we've learned her divorce with husband Patrick Whitesell is about to become final.

Lauren and Patrick just filed legal docs declaring they used a mediator to hammer out the terms of their divorce, and it's now all ready for the judge's signature, making it final.

They will share joint physical custody of their son and daughter. As for the property settlement, it was made easy because, as TMZ reported ... they had a prenup.

We know the drill here ... the mediator was from the law offices of disso queen Laura Wasser, who also mediated a similar divorce with Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.

We're told the divorce will be final this month.

Patrick is a super eligible bachelor ... aside from being co-CEO at William Morris Endeavor, his estimated worth is around $100 million.

Jeff has already divorced MacKenzie Bezos, who is now one of the richest women in the world.

Lauren and Jeff have been super tight since they split from their respective spouses, and now the decks are cleared for (possibly) the next step. They've already been practically living together.

Michael Strahan's not holding up his end of the child support deal he struck with his ex-wife, and it's going to take him more than half a mil to square up ... at least according to her.

Jean Muggli Strahan claims in legal docs ... the former NFL superstar's on the hook for some big-time equestrian expenses for their twin teenage daughters -- Sophia and Isabella -- along with owing hundreds of thousands in back child support.

Jean says a huge chunk of what Strahan owes her is to cover their daughters' horseback riding bills ... which she claims amount to $450,802 since 2017. According to the docs, Michael agreed to go halfsies with Jean but hasn't paid up ... so she's seeking more than $225k from him.

In docs he filed, Michael says he never agreed to such an arrangement.

On top of that, Jean claims Michael has underpaid child support since 2010 ... because the monthly amount he pays hasn't been adjusted for cost of living. The docs say she wants $321,654 in back support to make it right.

In his filing, Michael admits part of their agreement does call for cost-of-living adjustments -- but adds, the language about how to come up with that number is "vague and indefinite." Translation: We need to agree on a formula to come up with the correct number.

That being said, by Jean's current calculation ... she's looking to get more than $547k.

We broke the story ... the exes were in a Manhattan court last month to face off over their previous settlement.

Michael and Jean married in 1999 but split in 2006, and the judge eventually awarded Jean $15.3 million in their divorce and ordered him to pay $18k/month in child support.

However, that amount was decreased to just under $13k a month in 2009 ... according to the docs.

Jean claims his monthly income is way more now than it was in '09, due to his gigs on "FOX NFL Sunday" and "Good Morning America," among other projects ... so he can afford to increase his child support again. She wants him to pay $18,378 a month going forward.

Lilly Ghalichi might not be heading to split city with her husband after all -- either that, or they just play nice around their daughter ... VERY nice.

The former "Shahs of Sunset" star and Dara Mir -- her estranged hubby who filed for divorce from her in August -- threw their daughter, Alara, a lavish party for her first birthday Sunday ... and really seemed to have a good time together.

In photos from the 1-year-old's "Glam Carnival" -- obtained by TMZ -- Lilly and Dara look ecstatic celebrating their girl, and were spotted sharing a passionate kiss.

Larry and Shawn Southwick have listed their massive Beverly Hills pad for $16.995 million, and we're told it's a big step in reaching a divorce settlement as quickly and smoothly as possible.

The now-estranged couple bought the 5-bed, Tuscan-style house in 2007 for just under $12 mil, so if all goes well ... they'll make a nice profit.

The property is 11,000 square feet and features a skylit foyer and a master suite with twin bathrooms. It also comes with a 2-bedroom guest house, a pool, and ... a big ol' trophy room. It's listed by mega-realtor Kurt Rappaport.

Caitlin Upton, the former Miss Teen USA contestant who infamously mangled an answer about Americans and maps, has hammered out her divorce settlement ... such as the South Africa.

Charles McNeil filed to divorce Caitlin -- who interestingly goes by Caite Upton -- about a year ago, and according to the terms they've drawn up, Caite's biggest concerns were the family dog ... and her frequent flyer miles.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Caite's leaving the marriage, such as the Iraq, with a bank account worth $263 and their Husky, Aurora.

She also gets to keep her miles, and her personal property ... which we're guessing does not include a book of world maps.

You'll recall, Caite gained worldwide fame in 2007 when she was competing as Miss South Carolina Teen USA.

Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar is heading for splitsville with her husband -- for the second time -- TMZ has learned.

According to court records, obtained by TMZ, the freshman Representative -- and member of the so-called "Squad" -- filed for divorce Friday in Minnesota from her husband, Ahmed Hirsi, who is also the father of her 3 kids.

The filing comes on the heels of Rep. Omar denying a split from her husband. The breakup rumors started after her campaign consultant Tim Mynett's wife filed for divorce, alleging an affair between Mynett and Omar. She also denied the affair.

Scarlett Johansson, Laura Dern and director Noah Baumbach's new movie, "Marriage Story," has several ties to famed divorce attorney Laura Wasser ... who thinks the film can have a huge impact on American families.

We got Hollywood's "disso queen" in NYC Saturday night, outside The Polo Bar, and asked her about the film ... especially Dern's character, which is -- as they say -- "loosely based" on Wasser.

Laura says she hasn't seen the movie yet -- it will be released in December -- but she's heard good things about Dern's portrayal of the divorce attorney in the middle of the splitting couple, played by Scarlett and Adam Driver.

Actor Danny Cooksey's wife of over 20 years, Amber, just filed legal docs asking a judge to make the split official. According to her divorce petition, obtained by TMZ, she's citing irreconcilable differences ... and says their date of separation is June 1, 2019.

Danny -- who played little Sam McKinney on the hit sitcom in the later seasons, and also starred on Nickelodeon's "Salute Your Shorts" -- got hitched to Amber in 1998 ... and the couple had 2 children together, Jackson Paul and Zoe Leigh.

Zoe is 21, but Jackson is only 8 years old. Amber is asking for sole legal and physical custody of him, with visitation rights for Danny. She also wants the court to award her spousal support, and to block any attempt by Danny to get spousal support from her.

Ex-Blink-182 singer Tom DeLonge and his wife are NOT staying together for the kids ... he's calling it quits after nearly 2 decades of marriage.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... DeLonge filed for divorce in San Diego County Superior Court after 18 years of marriage to Jennifer DeLonge. They've known each other since high school and got married on May 26, 2001 in San Diego. They have 2 kids together ... 17-year-old daughter Ava and 13-year-old son Jonas.

As for why they're splitting up ... the founding Blink member cited "irreconcilable differences." They list December 29, 2017, as the date of separation. He's asking for joint legal and physical custody of their kids.

As far as spousal support ... he wants the court to figure it out later.

It was only a matter of time ... but Kellen Winslow Jr.'s wife has finally filed to divorce the ex-NFL star months after he was convicted in his rape case.

Janelle Winslow filed the docs on August 30 in San Diego County Superior Court seeking to end their 13-year marriage. The couple has two young children together.

Of course, Winslow -- a former Pro Bowl tight end for the Cleveland Browns -- was found guilty of forcible rape back in June stemming from allegations he sexually assaulted a 58-year-old homeless woman back in May.

He was also found guilty of indecent exposure to another woman and lewd conduct regarding a 3rd accuser.

The jury in the case was deadlocked on 8 other charges -- and the retrial is scheduled to begin on Sept. 30.

If convicted of all 8 remaining charges, Winslow faces up to life in prison.

Jeremy Renner's ex-wife has filed legal docs to strip him of all child custody ... and even require a monitor for visits.

Sonni Pacheco filed legal docs seeking to change their previous agreement, which gives them joint custody over 6-year-old Ava. Pacheco does not say what triggered her move, but the 2 have had a long, difficult history.

Sonni has claimed in the past Jeremy's gun collection put their daughter at risk. She said one of the weapons was out in the open, behind a bar. Jeremy claimed at the time the guns were always under lock and key.

Sarah Palin's husband is pulling the plug on their marriage -- he has filed for divorce after more than 30 years together.

Todd Palin filed the docs last Friday in Alaska's Anchorage Superior Court, where he asked a judge to dissolve his marriage due to "incompatibility of temperament between the parties such that they find it impossible to live together as husband and wife."

That's a mouthful to essentially say, "irreconcilable differences." Todd's filing asked for joint legal custody of their only remaining minor child, their son Trig, who is 11. The couple has 4 other children together.

Property and shared assets, however, will have to be divvied up down the road ... according to Todd's docs.

Sarah -- who was elected Governor of Alaska for 3 years in 2006 and a one-time VP hopeful alongside Sen. John McCain -- is reportedly worth around $12 million. That's on top of whatever Todd's worth.

'Bold and the Beautiful' star Ashley Jones claims her husband has been beating her at home ... and now she's getting court-ordered protection from him and kicking him to the curb.

Ashley -- who's known for her longtime role of Bridget Forrester on 'Bold' -- filed for divorce Friday, on the heels of a judge granting her a restraining order against her husband, Joel Henricks.

According to the restraining order obtained by TMZ ... Ashley claims she's the victim of physical abuse at the hands of her husband, and fears for her life and for the life of the couple's 3-year-old son.

In the docs, Ashley claims the abuse dates back to before they were married, but she says it's gotten more violent with time. She claims her husband caused a spiral fracture in her hand in September 2017, when they were struggling over her cell phone and he crushed her hand.

According to the restraining order request ... Ashley says she and her son left the house on August 17, and claims her husband has been stalking her ever since. She says the day after she left, she was at a friend's house when she discovered a tracking device under her car.

In the docs, Ashley also worries her that he has a small gun collection. The judge granted her the restraining order ... which requires Hendricks to stay 100 yards away from her and their son, and have no form of contact with them.

One week after getting that protection she marched into court and filed for divorce. The couple has 1 child together and have been married since 2016.

JWoww is officially a single woman again ... her divorce from Roger Mathews is finally a done deal.

Jenni Farley and Roger's divorce became official Thursday ... according to Roger's attorney, Christopher Cavalli of Callagy Law.

The former couple got hitched back in October 2015 -- years after their dramatic relationship was heavily featured on MTV's hit show, "Jersey Shore" -- and they have 2 kids together, a 5-year-old daughter, Melani, and a 3-year-old boy, Greyson.

As we reported ... JWoww filed for divorce last September, right before they were set to celebrate their 3-year anniversary ... she cited irreconcilable differences, and said their marriage had been on the rocks for at least 6 months.

The split quickly turned nasty ... JWoww got a temporary restraining order against Roger in December and cops hauled him out of their home. Roger claimed he did nothing wrong, and said JWoww was out of control.

The drama didn't end there ... in January, JWoww accused Roger of being abusive towards her during their marriage and posted a disturbing security cam video ... allegedly showing him throwing her to the ground. Roger denied the abuse allegations.

Matt Lauer looks like he's getting along great with his estranged wife -- smiling and having a grand ol' time, bonding over their love of horses ... that are ridden by their daughter.

Matt and Annette Roque were grinning Wednesday morning as they cheered on 15-year-old Romy ... who's competing in The Hampton Classic Horse Show.

By all appearances, Matt and Annette are comfortable in each other's company, despite their divorce, which is nearing completion. It's the first time we've seen the former couple this chummy together in public since the split.

Mom and Dad getting along is good news for the kids ... even though their son, Thijs, doesn't exactly look thrilled. We'll chalk that up to healthy sibling rivalry ... or maybe the giant purple ribbon. Or, the scent of horse crap.

As we've reported ... Matt and Annette split up back in 2017, after Matt was axed from 'Today' over multiple sexual harassment allegations at NBC.

Matt's not getting back on the horse, professionally, yet -- but the fam's looking good.
