Photos from inside R. Kelly's alleged "sex cult" recording studio in Chicago have just been released ... showing proof of code violations and plenty of evidence someone may have been living there.

The photos were taken by Chicago officials when they raided the building on suspicion the unit may be used as a permanent residence. Check out the gallery ... it's a completely bizarre scene inside the studio that was heavily featured in "Surviving R. Kelly."

During one point in the documentary, the family of one of Kelly's alleged victims showed up at the property to try and rescue their daughter.

Manny Pacquiao's Los Angeles home was burglarized less than 24 hours after the boxer defeated Adrien Broner.

Law enforcement sources tell us they got a call Sunday from someone on Pacquiao's team regarding the crime. We're told there were signs of forced entry and the home was ransacked.

Pacquiao was not home at the time ... he was still in Las Vegas. Pacquiao beat Broner by unanimous decision Saturday.

At this time, it is not known what all was taken from the boxer's home. Cops do not have any suspects.

Manny's victory over Broner improves his pro record an impressive 61-7-2. Pacquiao won the fight via unanimous decision and he looked pretty good.

Now, the question is ... will Manny and Floyd Mayweather work out a deal for a rematch? Remember, both fighters had been teasing a 2nd fight for months but so far, no deal has been made.

The last time Manny and Floyd fought, both guys made a TON of cash -- Floyd raked in around $300 MIL and Manny's haul was around $100 MIL.

Chris Hansen's appears to be having a rough time, at least financially -- he's getting booted from his home in Manhattan ... TMZ has learned.

According to legal docs ... the former host of "To Catch a Predator" last paid rent in August 2018, but was $400 short, and stopped sending checks altogether after that. So, the owner of the pad went to court in October and filed paperwork to have Chris evicted.

In the eviction docs, the landlord says Chris owes $400 for August, plus $3,600 for September.

Hansen was ordered out of the apartment last week by a judge and given 10 days to vacate. The official eviction day is Friday, and city marshals are set to perform removal services then.

As we reported, Hansen was arrested Monday in Stamford, Connecticut for larceny -- he allegedly bounced a couple checks to cover a $13k tab for a bunch of merch he bought.

There's a real estate battle brewing for the most expensive property in the history of Los Angeles, fittingly dubbed "The Mountain," because we've learned the owners of the incredible mountaintop property just laughed off a developer's $400 MILLION offer!!!

Sources familiar with the negotiations tell TMZ ... builder Scott Gillen recently submitted a $400 mil bid, but the estate's ownership group scoffed and came back with a $600 million counter!

It's interesting ... "The Mountain" is listed for $1 BILLION, but the counteroffer from ownership group Secure Capital Partners is $400 mil below the 10-figure asking price. Overvalued much?

Gillen tells us, "I saw an opportunity to expand my brand in the city, something I've wanted to do for some time. If they're smart, they'll take the offer."

We're told Gillen has grand plans to build 6 homes on the sprawling 157-acre plot of land in Bev Hills, which sits atop a mountain overlooking all of L.A. ... while the owners envision a single home being built on the 1.5 million square foot property. Regardless, the impasse is all about money.

Scott's no stranger to massive land purchases. Last year, he set a Malibu real estate record when he plunked down $50 mil on a 24-acre plot. Still, we're told "The Mountain" deal is likely going nowhere because Gillen doesn't want to budge.

We reached out to the listing agent, Aaron Kirman, who had no comment.

Justin Bieber and his wife, Hailey, have learned a valuable lesson -- before you drop a ton of cash on a new home ... double-check the pipes.

Sources close to the Biebers tell TMZ ... they were forced to leave their $100k/month crib in the San Fernando Valley last month after a major plumbing issue arose, among other problems.

We broke the story ... JB signed a lease to rent the 4 bedroom, 7 bathroom Mediterranean-style house in October, but we're told the couple's had a bunch of issues.

A pool heater broke, there was trouble with the AC and a pipe burst ... which our sources say was the final straw.

They've moved out, but there's no worry the landlord will go after them for breaking a lease. We're told this was a month-to-month deal, so they're in the clear.

Justin and Hailey have been staying at a Beverly Hills hotel ever since, and if the vid of Justin singing in front of the hotel is any indication ... they've been making the most of it.

The newlyweds were seen leaving this Encino mansion Tuesday afternoon, and it doesn't look like a second straight day of house hunting is stressing them out.

Justin and Hailey checked out a sprawling estate in the Royal Oaks section of Encino ... and the deets are pretty wild. It's 12,500 square feet of luxury sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac, and the 10-bedroom, 11-bathroom home is being listed for a cool $13 million!

Yeah, that's a hefty price tag ... but JB is already renting a place in the valley for $100k/month, so he can definitely afford it.

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski have an entire floor in an NYC luxury apartment building all to themselves -- but it didn't come cheap ... and their work ain't over yet.

The couple spent around $11 million this past summer to close on two units in Brooklyn Heights' swanky Standish building -- where Matt Damon once spent upwards of $16 mil for a penthouse. Em and John don't quite touch his number, but it's close.

Our real estate sources confirm Trevor plunked down over $20 MILLION for a jaw-dropping estate in Bel-Air ... and the 'Daily Show' host quietly purchased the contemporary mansion through a blind trust.

Trevor's new digs, first reported by Yolanda's Little Black Book, are pretty insane. The two-level pad is a whopping 10,044 square feet, and it's surrounded by glass walls and wraparound terraces, giving Trevor some breathtaking views of L.A.

The 1.31-acre property sits on a hillside lot in western Bel-Air, on a quiet cul-de-sac ... but there's nothing quiet about Trevor's place. O.J. Mayo is close to losing his massive, million dollar mansion in Milwaukee ... 'cause the bank claims the ex-NBA star hasn't made a payment in 10 months ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Here's what we know ... O.J. bought a $1.8 million home in Wisconsin after inking a 3-year, $24 million deal with the Bucks in 2013. At the time, Mayo took out a loan for $1.26 million to help pay for the crib.

The place is SICK -- 9,200 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, home theater and private gym.

But, according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports ... Mayo stopped making payments in April 2018 while still owing $1,137,302.42 on his mortgage.

A few months later, the bank foreclosed on the house to get their dough back.

The bank tried to serve Mayo with court documents several times -- but they were unsuccessful. Eventually, Mayo's trainer told a process server that O.J. is currently playing overseas in China.

It's unlikely Mayo is hard up for the cash since he reportedly made $45 MILLION during his 8 years in the NBA before getting hit with a ban for violating the league's anti-drug policy in 2016.

The new South Beach residents hit up high-end boutique The Webster for over an hour Saturday, and were greeted by a slew of media and paparazzi as they headed out to their getaway ride.

Adam Levine just took a massive piece of property off the hands of recently divorced Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner ... plunking down $32 MILLION for their former family home.

Real estate sources tell us Adam and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, made the purchase at the end of 2018 for the 3-building compound. In total, the Pacific Palisades pad is a whopping 16,000 square feet ... complete with pool, basketball court, gym, screening room and art studio.

The 3.1-acre property never officially hit the market ... the sale was done privately with Kurt Rappaport representing Adam and Behati and David Offer representing Ben and Jen.

When Ben and Jen first split in 2015, Ben lived in a guest house on the property.

Sandra Bullock's latest hit movie is racking up record-setting Netflix views, sparking tons of memes ... and also turning a small California suburb into a tourist attraction.

Small spoiler alert ... there's a house in "Bird Box" where the film's stars take refuge from an evil force. The exterior shots of the property -- including the stone stairway entrance -- were not shot on a studio back lot, but at a real home in Monrovia ... about 20 miles Northeast of L.A.

The owner tells TMZ ... a handful of visitors have been showing up to take photos at the house every day -- including Christmas Day -- since the movie was released on December 13.

We're told everyone who's stopped by to snap a pic of the "Bird Box" house has been very polite, and some have even knocked on the door to ask for permission.

The owner says she got $12k for the exterior shots -- and despite her house's central role in the movie ... she has no plans to watch "Bird Box." She doesn't have Netflix.

The Hollywood thing's kinda old hat for her because she says her home's been featured in at least 3 other films in the past 20 years, although she couldn't remember specific titles.
