Tom Brady putting his $40 million mansion up for sale is NOT an indication he wants to retire from the Patriots after this season ... so says the legendary QB himself.

"You shouldn't read into anything," Brady said on "The Greg Hill Show" on WEEI on Monday ... "I think it takes a long time to sell a house."

TB12 just put his Boston-area pad on the market last week ... and after signing a contract that makes him a free agent after this season -- people tried connecting the retirement dots.

But, 42-year-old Brady fired back at those rumors ... saying the sale of his house has NOTHING to do with his future football plans.

"My house is a little bit of an expensive one," Brady said, "so, it doesn't fly off the shelf in a couple weeks."

Brady added, "I love playing for the Patriots. I have such a great relationship with Mr. Kraft, Coach Belichick and our team."

It's great news for Pats fans ... Brady's gunning for his SEVENTH Super Bowl win this season -- and losing him after this year would almost certainly mean no shot at an 8th one in 2020.

By the way, if you haven't had the chance to see Brady's mansion ... it's insane -- 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms on 5 ACRES of land!!!

'Million Dollar Listing L.A.' star Madison Hildebrand came THIS close to putting pen to paper for a $300k deal to speak at a conference in Dubai ... but like with Dog the Bounty Hunter, it was a total scam.

One of Malibu's most sought after real estate agents tells TMZ ... he got a fake $300k offer from the office of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan -- the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates -- to speak at a charity event in Dubai. The deal included first-class air travel for Madison and accommodations in the presidential suite at Dubai's most iconic hotel ... the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. But, it turned out to be a total scam.

If this all sounds eerily familiar ... it should, because these are the same scammers who targeted Dog the Bounty Hunter last month. And, just like Dog ... Madison saw all the red flags.

He says the scammers wanted to wire transfer the dough, which at a glance seemed normal ... except for the clause in the contract, which gave the scammers 5 days to cancel the transfer.

Long story short ... if the scammers backed out of the deal and forced Madison to wire the money back ... the scammers would essentially be getting Madison to pay THEM back out of his own pocket because the fake wire transfer would never actually hit Madison's bank account.

Madison tells us real estate agents had previously been warned about the dangers of wire transfers, and because they deal with escrow accounts all the time, they're easy targets.

Madison says 2 days before we reported Dog's story, he decided it all seemed sketchy and pulled the plug on the deal. He calls the contract, "the best scam contract I've ever seen."

Other perks included first-class travel for 2 of his guests, $10k for wardrobe, a hair/makeup team, security escort and luxury transportation. Yeah, too good to be true.

Gigi Hadid has a damn good reason to swear off Mykonos ... the vacay pad where she and her sisters, including Bella, were staying was destroyed by burglars who made off with nearly all their valuables.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Gigi and co. got home one night last week and found the crib ransacked. We're told everyone's stuff was scattered throughout. Well, not the expensive stuff ... since items like jewelry, clothing, purses and sunglasses were all jacked.

We're told they called police, but felt the authorities didn't make it a priority. The girls suspect an inside job, because house staff had access to the house.

The scary incident prompted the group to hightail it outta the island and cut the trip short. We're told they chartered a private plane and headed back home. They had been in Greece celebrating their big sister Alana's bday.

Gigi was definitely pissed, saying ... "Don't let insta fool u. Got robbed. Never going back lol." Not exactly a ringing endorsement for the Greek tourism board.

We got the models' dad, Mohamed Hadid, Friday at Il Pastaio in Bev Hills. As you can imagine, he's just happy his girls are safe.

We didn't really get a good look at Kanye West's prototype homes -- the ones that have become the target of L.A. County government -- but we just got these up-close pics, and they're pretty cool.

TMZ broke the story ... Kanye was creating prototypes for new age housing ... housing that blurs the line between low, middle and high-income communities. He built the 4 dome-like structures on the 300 acres he owns in Calabasas, and his plan was to create a full housing complex on the site. Problem is ... the structures may have run afoul of L.A. building code.

As we reported, Ye and co. didn't get building permits, which must be pulled before construction unless the structures are temporary. After 2 visits, the inspector from the L.A. County Dept. of Public Works determined the structures were not temporary and Kanye now has until Sept. 15 to either get permits or tear the domes down.

In addition to bridging the income gap, Kanye wanted to reimagine the concept of space and make more efficient dwellings for the future.

Zayn Malik's ex, Gigi Hadid, appears to have moved on from their relationship -- now, it looks like her former beau has too ... 'cause he's moving on out of the neighborhood.

The One Direction star listed his SoHo penthouse -- which is a stone's throw away from Gigi's NoHo apartment -- just over a year after purchasing it for north of $10 million. Zayn snapped it up in March of 2018 shortly after he and Gigi temporarily broke up ... now, he's put it on the market again a few months following what seems like a permanent split.

The on-again, off-again couple reportedly called it quits for good in January of this year.

Zayn bought the place above its listing price of $10.5 mil, shelling out $10.69 big ones. He's currently selling it for $10.8 million -- trying to recoup some of that cash, apparently.

If you got $10 million or so lying around, it might be a good buy. The penthouse has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 932 square feet of a private roof terrace space. It also features heated floors, 12 foot vaulted ceilings and sprawling floor plan.

Of course, TB12 just signed a contract extension with the Patriots ... but NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the details of the deal mean Brady is only under New England control through the 2019 season.

Translation -- both the Pats AND Brady are off the hook if he wants to retire after this year.

Most figured that was just standard procedure when dealing with a QB who's 42 years old ... but now that Brady's listed his house for sale -- is it time to start worrying in New England???

If these are Brady's last days in New England ... at least we now know the guy was living like a king during his time there -- 'cause his Chestnut Hill house is INSANE!!!

It's a 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom pad located on 5 acres just feet from one of the nicest golf courses in the state.

It's got a rec room, gym, wine room, spa AND an outdoor organic herb/vegetable garden ... and the place even features a guest house with a full yoga studio in it.

Reports say Brady and Gisele are house hunting for new places to live in both Connecticut and New Jersey.

By the way, if ya want to move in to Brady's palace ... hope ya got some serious cash -- Brady's asking $39,500,000 for it!

Nick Jonas is fully committed to his new life as a married man ... because he's just 86'd his bachelor pad and he's on the hunt for a $20 MILLION mansion he can share with Priyanka Chopra.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Nick sold his Beverly Hills bachelor pad last month on the down low. It wasn't even officially listed.

We're told Nick pocketed $6.9 million on the sale. He scooped up the sick bachelor pad in April 2018 for $6.5 mil, so after realtor fees and whatever improvements he made, he'll be lucky to break even.

The old place is pretty BALLER ... it's in the exclusive Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood ... the super modern home is 4,129 square feet of pure luxury. It has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with an amazing infinity pool and sweeping views of the hills and canyons.

Our sources say, Nick and Priyanka have been looking in Bel-Air and Bev Hills ... their budget is around $20 million, but they haven't found the perfect place just yet.

As for dropping $20 mil on a pad, they can afford it. Nick's worth a reported $25 million, and Priyanka reportedly comes in a skosh higher, at $28 mil.

For Wendy Williams, what used to be a home built on love is now just a cold, hard asset ... and it's gotta go.

Sources close to the daytime talk show host tell TMZ ... the New Jersey mansion Wendy and Kevin Hunter have on the market right now for $1.895 mil doesn't have her feeling any type of way other than ... show me the money. (*insert "Jerry Maguire" scream*).

It was put to us this way ... Wendy views the home as nothing more than "a vessel to be liquidated" in the pending divorce. We're told, while she thought she'd be upset at the loss, she's actually happy to be getting rid of it ... for a couple reasons.

For one, our sources say Wendy feels like the house served its purpose in her life -- namely, a place to raise her and Kevin's son, Kevin Jr., in a suburban home.

Now that Junior's 18 years old, though -- and the fact she's finally called it quits with her husband of more than two decades -- we're told Wendy's ecstatic to be living the single life in NYC. She now lives just 10 minutes away from her studio ... so no more bridge and tunnel commuting which used to take upwards of an hour.

As one source told us, Wendy is "living her best 25/55 life" -- a 55-year-old living like 25. She's got no minor kids to raise, and no more Kevin Sr., either. The house might've been a part of her life for a long time, but at the moment ... she's only seeing it in her rear view mirror.

Kanye West's plan to build a futuristic, egalitarian community that bridges low, middle and high-income housing has hit a major roadblock ... and it could result in the prototype homes being torn down.

TMZ broke the story ... Kanye had 4 dome-like prototype structures built on the 300 acres of land he owns in Calabasas. He hopes to create a whole community of new-age homes -- dome-like structures that break class barriers.

Here's the problem ... we've learned several neighbors have complained to the L.A. County Dept. of Public Works, and after inspectors came out to the property they determined the project violates the building code, and if Ye doesn't get the property permits by Sept. 15, the structures must be torn down.

Here's what we know. On July 18, one of the neighbors contacted the Dept. and said there was construction on the property late at night. An inspector came out and spoke with the site manager, who said the domes were part of a "production" and they were temporary structures. If they're temporary, building permits are not required.

The Dept. got another call from a neighbor a week ago, again complaining of construction noise. The inspector came out again, and saw the domes were sitting atop a concrete foundation. For that and several other reasons, the inspector determined the structures did not appear temporary.  As a result, plans and building permits are required, and Kanye and Co. never applied for them.

So, the Dept. of Public Works is now demanding that Kanye and Co. submit plans and get building permits within 45 days, or else. The "or else" -- tear them down.

A source close to Kanye tells TMZ ... the structures were always intended to be temporary, because they're simply prototypes. The source says they are in touch with the County and intend to comply with the requirements. And, the source adds, the concrete base was necessary to secure the structure for safety and structural reasons but will eventually be removed along with the structures.

Before the palace, Meghan Markle was shacking up in a chic Los Angles pad smack-dab in the middle of Tinseltown -- a home you can now call your own ... if you've got the cash.

The Duchess of Sussex's former L.A. house -- where she lived when she worked as an actress, before Prince Harry -- is currently for sale at a cool $1.8 million. It's in the mid-Wishire/Miracle Mile area near Hancock Park ... so close to just about everything Hollywood.

Meghan's old crib is a 4-bed, 3-bath colonial style house with over 2,000 sq. feet of space and an open floor plan. It's got a fireplace in the living room and a huge kitchen with an eat-in breakfast area. The interior of the home is super modern, with stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors throughout. It's got a pretty sweet backyard too, with a built-in awning.

A property fit for a West Coast king, really ... or a duchess, we should say.

Meghan owned the house while she was married to producer Trevor Engelson between 2011 and 2013. Eventually, they split and she moved to Toronto to film "Suits." It's unclear if Meghan was in possession of the home this whole time -- we doubt it -- but it just hit the market this month.

Christine Quinn from the hit Netflix show "Selling Sunset" had a rude homecoming from a trip abroad -- someone got into her home and made off with six-figures worth of pricey jewelry.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Christine returned to her Bev Hills pad a few days ago and noticed her entire jewelry collection -- including expensive watches -- had been swiped from her safe.

We're told cops have little to go on, but here's what Christine knows for sure -- the suspect made off with more than $120,000 worth of her stuff!!! We're also told the only person who was supposed to have access to Christine's crib was the housekeeper, and there was no sign of forced entry.

LAPD's now investigating, but so far, there are no suspects.

Christine's bummer news comes on the heels of some great news for one of her "Selling Sunset" costars. As we told you ... Heather Rae Young made headlines when she was seen locking lips with "Flip or Flop" host Tarek El Moussa.

Wendy Williams and Kevin Hunter are looking to unload the New Jersey mansion they called home for many years ... the estranged couple just put their former family home on the market.

Wendy and Kevin, who are going through a divorce, just listed their sprawling Jersey residence for a cool $1.895 million.

The pad is pretty sweet ... the 5,700-square-foot home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including a master suite with huge walk-in closets, plus a marble bath, jacuzzi and steam shower.

The amenities are top-notch too ... the backyard features a basketball court, patio and a koi pond.

There's a wood-burning fireplace in the family room, a home office, and a gourmet kitchen decked out with granite, custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, walk-in pantry and a huge island ... oh, and there's a two-story rotunda.

Robert Herjavec is expanding his real estate portfolio ... TMZ has learned the "Shark Tank" star just picked up a beautiful, massive pad outside L.A. and in Kim Kardashian's backyard.

Sources familiar with the deal tell TMZ ... Robert just snatched up a recently renovated home in Hidden Hills. We're told he paid close to the asking price of $15.5 million.

The place is pretty sick ... the estate sits on 1.7 acres and the 13,000-square-foot home has a whopping 7 bedrooms and 9 baths -- plenty of space for Robert and his wife, 'DWTS' alum Kym Johnson and their 1-year-old twins.

It's also loaded with tons of lavish amenities ... we're talking pool, tennis court, playground, gym and a home theater. The sweeping property also features trails for hiking and riding horses -- and a guest house ... y'know, for the in-law visits.

Kurt Rappaport, who is one of the richest and most successful realtors in the United States, claims his Guess-model wife of 16 months has been extorting him with threats to ruin his life and that of his celebrity friends if he doesn't tear up their prenup and cough up millions.

Rappaport filed for divorce from Sarah Mutch back in February. In a new civil lawsuit just filed, Rappaport says almost immediately after their lavish, $3 million wedding, Mutch began bitterly complaining about the terms of the prenup and demanded -- "violently at times" -- that he change the terms or "the marriage is over."

His lawsuit goes on to say ... when he refused to tear up the prenup, she went wild with his credit card, charging hundreds of thousands of dollars for various things. The suit claims Mutch threatened that if he didn't pay her bills, she would "release false information about [Rappaport] and his friends to the press and social media outlets."

He says after he filed for divorce, she went on a rampage, demanding millions of dollars or she would "go to the press and f*** s*** up" by disseminating false information about him and his celebrity friends.

Rappaport filed a police report in April, detailing some of the alleged threats. According to the report, obtained by TMZ, Rappaport says Mutch "threatened to fabricate a 'Me Too' sexual harassment report at the hands of his wealthy friends." He says she threatened to go to the media with the allegations if he didn't give her "millions and millions of dollars." He told cops she said, "If I don't get what I want, I'm going to drop a bomb and end your career in a week!"

He says one of her demands was that he give her partial ownership of a $60 million property he owns.

Rappaport says when he refused to put the property in her name or tear up the prenup during the marriage, she began berating him, calling him "selfish, cheap, greedy and disgusting."

The $3 million wedding in September 2017, was crazy ... Christina Aguilera performed. The guest list included Diddy, Ryan Seacrest, DJ Khaled and Larry King.

Kanye West is bringing an incredible architectural concept to the hills of Calabasas -- doing studies and developments to change the industry -- and the prototypes are now springing up with an eye toward making them new age homes.

Sources familiar with the project tell TMZ ... Kanye is building dome-like structures that are prototypes for a new type of home ... homes he believes will break the barriers that separate classes ... namely, the rich, the middle class and the poor.

We got the first images of Kanye's plan to revolutionize housing. The project sits on a portion of land Kanye bought a few years back ... 300 acres in all. His plan is to create a housing community, but until now the butcher paper covered the canvas -- it was a well-guarded secret.

Construction crews have been hard at work at the Calabasas site for weeks ... with trucks, cranes and dozens of workers coming in and out. The dome-like structures each stand around 50 feet high.

Our Kanye sources say the project is in an "early state" but the vibe is there ... to make new housing communities the world can enjoy. We're told Ye and his team are studying dwellings "from every period of man's existence on earth." Those who have visited the property say the proportions feel otherworldly.

Kanye has been an innovator in music, touring and is the founder of the billion-dollar Yeezy brand ... and has now ventured into land development.

We're told the domes and living spaces will be "dynamic" ... something that has become Kanye's stock-in-trade. The Calabasas home he shares with Kim is considered an architectural masterpiece with what some have called a revolutionary use of space.

Miami Gronk!!!!!

TMZ Sports has learned Rob Gronkowski just picked up a BEAUTIFUL new pad in Downtown Miami for $1.7 million ... and he bought the place from another famous jock!!

As we previously reported, the former (?) New England Patriots tight end recently sold his Boston bachelor pad after announcing he was retiring from the NFL.

And, it seems he's moving into enemy AFC East territory ... scooping up a 3,850 square foot condo in the famous Marquis Miami building on Biscayne Blvd.

The place is SICK!!!!! Amazing beach views, super high ceilings (he's very tall) with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms ... perfect for those wild Gronk parties!

It also comes with 3 parking spaces ... and if you know Downtown Miami, you know those are hard to come by!!

The building is top notch ... valet, pool, fitness center and spa -- and it's close to nightclubs!

And, it's great for Gronk's girlfriend, Camille Kostek, too -- since Miami is the epicenter of the modeling world in the U.S. ... and Camille is the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover model!

We're told Gronk, represented by Sebastian Wagner of Douglas Elliman, bought the place from retired Norwegian soccer player John Carew, who was represented by John Sandberg and Ann Nortmann of Douglas Elliman -- so there's an athlete-to-athlete connection!
