Sofia Vergara, Joe Manganiello Under-Construction Home Vandalized ... Painted Note to 'Mom'

Published | Updated

Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello had an unwanted visitor swing by a pad of theirs that's under construction, and he had a message for Sof -- whom he considers "mom" ... so say, cops.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the police were called early Monday morning to the site of Sofia and her hubby's L.A.-area property -- one which we're told is being worked on with major renovations ... including a new paint job that had just been completed.

The once-over of their home was absolutely ruined, we're told, by a guy cops say was on-site when officers arrived ... whom our sources say fessed up to some major vandalism on the exterior ... which he told the police he'd just completed prior to their arrival.

Our sources say the dude used orange paint to write AND etch his social media handles all over and into the walls, plus what we're told were messages for SV ... whom, like we mentioned, this guy believes is his actual mother, and wants to get a hold of her via IG or something.

There doesn't appear to be any truth to the man's claim ... Sofia's only got one kid from a previous marriage, and this person does not seem to have any connection to her. Of course, the police arrested him and hauled him off to jail. It's unclear what charges he's facing.

As for what this mess will end up costing Sofia and Joe (or their insurance company) ... our sources say it was estimated to be well over $100k in damages that the man had left behind. The couple was not home at the time, and Joe showed up later to deal with cops.

This is not the first time they've had to deal with weirdos showing up at their crib, BTW -- Joe and Sofia have had run-ins with alleged stalkers on at least 2 occasions, where the police were also involved. Scary stuff, indeed.

We've reached out to the couple's reps for further comment ... so far, no word back.

Todrick Hall $50K Worth Of Stuff Jacked!!! Another L.A. Home Burglary

Published

Todrick Hall told cops he's the victim of a home burglary where crooks made off with at least five figures in valuables ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officers received a report thieves broke into the "American Idol" and "RuPaul's Drag Race" star's home recently, smashing a back window to gain entry.

We're told one of Todrick's friends came home to discover the break-in, and cops were told around $50,000 worth of handbags and personal property were taken.

We're told the total loss could end up being even more ... Todrick still needs to go through the rest of his stuff to see what else might be missing.

Todrick's a fixture on 'Drag Race' and he's also known for working on music videos with his close friend, Taylor Swift.

It's unclear if Todrick was specifically targeted at this time, but we're told the LAPD is still investigating.

Kiefer Sutherland Gardener's Gear Stolen ... He Needs a Good Wacker!!!

Published

Kiefer Sutherland might have the urge to reprise his role as Jack Bauer to catch some bad guys ... because cops say thieves jacked his gardener's equipment.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the perps likely didn't know who they were messing with last month when the '24' star was getting some landscaping done on his L.A. area home.

We're told at some point while Sutherland's gardener was doing his job, the suspects made off with his tools and other gear -- a weed whacker and hedge trimmer specifically -- valued at more than $1,500.

Our sources say Kiefer was home at the time and there's surveillance footage of the theft in progress, but no arrests have been made so far. Cops are still investigating.

Meanwhile, imagine Kiefer growing more and more furious over the incident ... and plotting a way to get justice, JB style.

Kevin Garnett Sells Malibu Pad With Ocean Views ... For $16 Million!!!

Published | Updated

Kevin Garnett just sold his massive Malibu property for $16 million bucks ... but the lucky buyer is gonna be shelling out even more dough -- 'cause the house isn't even finished!!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... the NBA Hall of Famer purchased the estate when he was with the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2003, but decided to start a massive renovation project in 2013.

But, KG never got around to finishing the huge project -- hey, he's a busy guy -- before listing the pad a few years ago for $19.9 million.

The place is HUGE -- the house is 11,000 square feet, has a gated entrance and sits on 7 acres right on top of the Pacific Ocean ... which means #views.

There was a bit of drama tied to the place -- as we previously reported, KG's neighbor sued him in 2014 over trees blocking his sight of the Pacific ... claiming Garnett refused to trim them down.

The neighbor also complained in the suit that KG didn't have the proper permits to add-on to the home ... but ultimately, the case was dismissed.

The crib -- which was listed with Barbara Tenenbaum and Eric Hassan of Hilton & Hyland -- sold for a few milli less than the original price ... but sources close to the deal tell us the new owners will finally complete the home.

Kelly Clarkson See Her New Colonial-Style Home in L.A. ... Big Buy After Big TV News

Published

Kelly Clarkson's about to have a new daytime TV slot ... and she's got a new home to go with it.

The talk show host and former "American Idol" winner just dropped $5.445 million on a beautiful, Colonial-style home in the Toluca Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles ... just minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood in the valley.

It seems Kelly's planting some deep roots in L.A. on the heels of the announcement that "The Kelly Clarkson Show" will take over the time slot currently held by Ellen DeGeneres after the 19th season of her show concludes.

Clarkson's new property purchase came just days before she finally unloaded her mega-mansion in Tennessee for $6.3 million. As we told you ... it had been on the market since 2017, and went through a couple of huge price slashes before she unloaded it.

She also currently has a mansion in Encino, CA -- just a few miles west from her new digs -- listed for $9 million ... so Kelly's been just as busy in real estate business as showbiz lately.

As for her new home in Toluca Lake ... it's 5,000-square-feet with 5-beds and 7-baths, including the guesthouse, and comes with a chef's kitchen, a rotunda-style breakfast nook and a fireplace. The outside has it all too -- swimming pool, spa, tennis court and gazebo.

Congrats on your new talk show slot, Kelly ... and your new pad.

Published | Updated

Brooklyn Beckham and his fiancee, Nicola Peltz, are well on their way to a happy, married life -- and they made sure to take care of one of the most important things for that ... a beautiful home in the heart of L.A.

David Beckham's eldest son -- who's just 22 years old, BTW -- and Nicola just snapped up a gorgeous estate in Beverly Hills ... for a whopping $10.5 million, no less. We're told that's a mil over what the asking price was for this place, so you can tell they really wanted it.

Makes sense to us -- the 5-bedroom, 5.5 bath two-story mansion is a modern-day beaut in every respect ... just check out these photos, and you'll see what we're talking about.

Aside from the vast number of windows surrounding the home -- which we're sure is great for natural lighting -- the crib comes with luxury perks such as a private yoga room/gym, a dry sauna, a steam room, a juice bar, and yes ... there's a sweet pool on site too.

Don't even get us started on the views ... the house is tucked away in a canyon area, and it's overlooking a good portion of L.A. It's an awesome purchase -- one we're sure will serve them (and possibly their future family) well in the years to come. Major congrats!!!

Carl Gambino and Alexander Santaniello of Compass had the listing. Alexa Kort of Rodeo repped the buyers.

Developed by Houston, TX developer Micah McDonald, and constructed/designed by Jason and Sonya Powell of the James group.

This is one of the sweetest videos you'll see today.

Philadelphia Eagles rookie DeVonta Smith just thanked his mother, Christina, in a HUGE way this week -- by gifting her a new home!!

The 22-year-old Heisman winner posted footage of the big reveal to his Instagram on Thursday ... saying, "To the world you are a mother, but to me you are the absolute world."

The vid is priceless -- Christine walks into the front door of her new digs and immediately bursts into tears ... giving her son a big hug.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Smith -- the #10 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft -- is giving back to his loved ones fresh off inking his 4-year deal worth $20.1 million with a $12 million signing bonus.

But, don't worry ... Smith previously said he's not really intending to make any other big purchases with his big payday ... telling reporters he's mainly going to keep it in the bank.

Smith was an absolute baller for Alabama ... earning 24 TDs with more than 1,800 receiving yards during his senior season.

Consider this the first of many highlights of Smith's career -- enjoy the new crib, Ma!

A-Rod Hamptons Rental Super Convenient ... But Not for J Lo Access

Published | Updated

Alex Rodriguez is in close proximity to his ex, Jennifer Lopez, this summer -- but potential face time with her wasn't his intention when he signed the lease ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to A-Rod tell us ... his $200k/month rental in the Hamptons -- is all about shortening his commute and getting R&R. Yeah, they're about a mile or so from each other, but we're told that's more coincidence, than convenience.

In case you hadn't heard, Alex will be chilling in this beautiful fortress of a house in a very exclusive 'hood -- yes, even for the Hamptons -- in a gated community, and features all the bells of whistles of luxury. Seriously, it's a palace.

There are 7 bedrooms, 4 baths, a movie room, a game room, pool and spa, a waterfall and yeah ... it's overlooking the water nearby. Also, he is indeed about 3 minutes from Jen's own Hamptons home in town.

While some have theorized A-Rod was trying to cozy up to J Lo -- maybe to try rekindling their romance -- our sources say his summer pad is great for his ESPN gig, calling Sunday Night Baseball games.

Every week he has to be in-studio in Bristol, CT ... which is way easier commute to from the Hamptons than Miami. Also, we're told he's got buddies in the Hamptons, including his T-Wolves co-owner, Marc Lore. Fact is, it's just where celebs and rich folks go every summer.

It will be interesting to see how much time, if any, Jen spends there -- seeing as how she's all about getting cozy in L.A. with Ben Affleck.

Kendall Jenner Gets Restraining Order ... Against Guy She Says Sent Gifts, Showed Up at Home

Published | Updated

Kendall Jenner has beelined it to court for another restraining order against a man she claims has been "stalking" her since 2018 ... TMZ has learned.

Kendall's attorney, Shawn Holley, filed legal docs Monday in L.A. against 23-year-old Isaias Noe Flores -- AKA Isaias Noah -- who Kendall claims has sent gifts, professed his love for her and showed up at her L.A. home several times over the years.

Kendall says she's particularly afraid because Noah has risked his own personal safety -- attempting to climb a barbed wire fence -- just to gain access to her home.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jenner says her private security has intercepted letters including poems, jewelry and rose pedals addressed to her. In December 2020, she claims one letter allegedly from Noah informed her he was "moving to the city" ... which she assumed to be Los Angeles.

TMZ broke the story ... it was back on June 12 when Noah allegedly tried to gain access to Kendall's home, cutting his hand on the fencing in the process, requiring medical attention.

He was eventually taken into custody and booked for misdemeanor trespassing. We’re told he spent 10 hours behind bars before he was released.

As we've reported ... Kendall was forced to beef up her security after issues with this guy and this guy, who was sentenced to 180 days in jail. Kendall's sister, Kylie, has also had to deal with her own nightmare. And, ditto for Kim.

Our sources say Kendall has not lived in the home since an incident where one man attempted to swim naked in her pool.

As for Noah, the court agreed, and granted Kendall a temporary restraining order ... there will be a hearing on the matter next month.

Kendrick Lamar Lists Old Home ... $800k's Gon' Be Alright!!!

Published | Updated

Kendrick Lamar's humble home east of L.A. has hit the market, and unlike the properties of most celebs ... it can be yours for way less than a million bucks!!!

The rapper's owned the modest -- in hip-hop star terms -- 4-bed, 2.5-bath property in the Inland Empire city of Eastvale for several years ... as it's been a family home where his parents and siblings have resided.

As we told you, though -- Kendrick bought a $2.65 million crib in Calabasas a few years ago as an investment property, and his family got to move into that one ... leaving the Eastvale pad empty.

Though it's not as glamorous as might be expected, the home is a spacious 3,500-sq.-ft. that comes with a 3-car garage and a nice yard with a BBQ station.

It was built in 2006 so it's still very modern ... and it also boasts a swimming pool and spa.

Kendrick's listed the house at $800,000, so he's set to make a nice chunk of change when it sells because he paid $523,400 for the place in 2014.

BTW -- Lamar himself is balling out in a $10 mil Manhattan Beach, CA home. Let's face it, humbleness only goes so far.

Singer Steve Lawrence Son Accused of Exploiting His Dementia

Published

Steve Lawrence -- one half of iconic '50s duo, Steve and Eydie -- has fallen victim to his son's scheme to take control of his fortune, all while the singer is suffering from dementia ... so claims Steve's longtime companion.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Judy Tannen says she's worked with Steve for 64 years -- since his early Steve and Eydie days along with his then-wife, Eydie Gorme.

Judy claims she was not only a manager for the couple, but became like a family member, and after Eydie's death in 2013 ... she and Steve "leaned heavily on each other for emotional support and companionship," and have lived together as companions since 2014.

According to the docs, Judy claims Steve's estate plan allows her to live in his home for 5 years after he dies, and she's set to inherit 50 percent of the Steve and Eydie music biz. The other half, according to the docs, will go to Steve's son, David.

Here's where things get interesting. Judy says Steve's suffering from dementia -- he announced he was battling Alzheimer's in 2019 -- and she claims he's unaware David is "malevolently keeping Judy from fulfilling her promise to take care of Steve through thick and thin."

Judy claims it all started when she was hospitalized in February with COVID-19. She alleges David used that as an opportunity to have her stripped of all her rights to care for Steve.

According to the docs, Judy claims David's also refusing to allow her to return to the home she's shared with Steve for years ... essentially isolating them from each other, aside from a few visits.

She also claims in the docs that David is selling off Steve's major assets -- like a home in Las Vegas and an apartment in L.A. -- and has spent $74,000 of his dad's money to make a record.

Judy -- along with attorney Adam Streisand, who's representing her pro bono -- is asking the court to grant her power of attorney and strip David of his powers in order to protect Steve.

We've reached out to David.

R. Kelly Infamous Atlanta Home Sold ... Allegedly Held Women Captive There

Published | Updated

A notorious piece of ATL real estate is changing hands ... the home where R. Kelly allegedly held women against their will has a new owner.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the mansion the singer used to rent in Metro Atlanta sold June 3. Folks who work for Fulton County, where the home is located, tell us the sale closed at a cool $1,785,000.

The property is infamously known as the place where Kelly allegedly kept women as part of his reputed sex cult. As the docuseries "Surviving R. Kelly" detailed ... some of the women claim they were forced to call him "Daddy," and had to ask permission for everything from bathroom breaks to meals.

Kelly, who is in custody in Chicago awaiting a federal trial, has denied the allegations.

The new owner clearly looked beyond the home's bad rep, and saw the value of its 11,455 sq. ft., 7-bedrooms, 12-foot ceilings and 2 kitchens.

The pad also has 7 fireplaces, a home theater and a 4-car garage ... plus a pool, spa, tree house, playhouse and tennis court.

Big Boi Our Dungeon Is Your Dungeon ... Sleep Where Outkast Recorded!!!

Published

Big Boi is opening the doors to "The Dungeon" ... he's hosting a few lucky folks for sleepovers in the iconic home where he recorded some of his biggest hits with Andre 3000!!!

TMZ has learned Big Boi's hosting 3 overnight stays at the Atlanta home in June and July for only $25 a night via Airbnb, but ya gotta be quick on the trigger ... once the listing goes live next week, it's first come first serve.

For those lucky few who snag a spot, it'll be like a hip hop fantasy come true -- including guided access to the home's legendary basement where Outkast and Goodie Mob recorded some of their breakout hits, and where signatures from the artists still remain on the walls.

Guests are also invited to kick back and play records in rooms styled to pay homage to important Atlanta locations that inspired The Dungeon Family's music ... oh and feel free to check out a new state-of-the-art studio decked out with Yamaha audio equipment.

Yes, they've made some upgrades over their 2 decades of mega-success.

Anyone in the U.S. can cross their fingers and hope to score a booking when the application goes live on June 25 at 1 PM ET. Winners who live within 30 miles of Atlanta will get a bonus -- transport to and from the house in an Escalade. Otherwise, the travel part's on your tab.

Big Boi, who purchased the home 2 years ago, is partnering with Airbnb for the overnight stays ... and Airbnb's making a donation to the Atlanta Public Schools Music Department to expand resources and increase access to music education for K-12 students.

The $25 price tag sounds too good to be true, but it's legit ... we're told it's in honor of the 25th anniversary of Outkast's 1996 album "ATLiens."

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

The whole experience sounds cool as hell -- Big Boi remembers spending hours back in the day hanging out in the basement, writing rhymes and making beats at all hours of the night with Andre and other ATL hip hop pioneers.

So, if you like fish and grits and all that pimp s**t ... the overnights are going down June 29, July 1 and July 3. Good luck!!!

Christina Anstead Unloads O.C. Pad for $5.35 Mil ... Buh-Bye to Life with Ant!!!

Published

Christina Haack, formerly Anstead, is slowly but surely moving on from her estranged hubby ... 'cause she just sold the house they shared before splitting up.

Our real estate sources say the "Flip or Flop" star sold her Newport Beach house on Wednesday after a couple of months on the market. As we first reported, Christina listed the home with an asking price of $6M.

Our sources say she reduced the price by half a million bucks before ultimately pulling the trigger to sell it for $5,350,000.

The 5-bedroom, 4 1/2-bath mansion's a beaut ... featuring a resort-like master bedroom and a sprawling backyard equipped with a relaxing pool to handle the summer heat.

The home is also not far from local O.C. beaches and yacht clubs. TMZ broke the story ... Christina is on the hunt for a new crib in the same area but closer to the coast with a view of the Pacific.

Christina and Ant shared this place with their blended family, but he recently told People she made the right decision to sell the house because it has tons of memories and, he imagines, she'd want to have a fresh start.

They separated last September, and she filed for divorce just 2 months later after less than 2 years of marriage.

Joe Francis Casa Aramara Catches on Fire Main House Burned Down

Published | Updated

Joe Francis' beachfront estate in Mexico -- where tons of celebs have vacationed -- is partially in ashes, 'cause the place turned into an inferno.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Casa Aramara -- Joe's oceanside estate in Punta Mita -- burned down late Tuesday night. We got a hold of some photos and footage from during the blaze, and it's quite clear he's gonna have to rebuild from the ground up.

We're told Joe wasn't in town during the fire, but was obviously made aware of it. Our sources tell us 20 people were renting the estate at the time, not to mention an additional 20 staff members that were on site. The guests are now shacking up in a hotel.

We're told there's no clear indication yet of what started the blaze -- but what is clear is the main house is completely gone. The other 3 smaller houses are still intact.

Our sources say Joe is en route to survey the damage, and you gotta imagine ... he's gonna be devastated. The estate has been a sort of celebrity mecca, and an incredible source of income, we'd imagine, for Joe.

Some of the A-listers who've crashed there in the past include ... Russell Wilson, Ciara, the Kardashians, Jason Derulo, Selena Gomez, Eva Longoria, Lance Bass, Ashton Kutcher ... and on and on.

Hopefully, Joe's got a good insurance plan so the pieces can be picked up quickly here.
