The Game 10 Million Reasons To Get His Ass to Court!
The Game's been M.I.A. from a sexual assault case he's facing in Illinois, and as of Monday his absence could cost him millions.
As we previously reported, Priscilla Rainey sued the rapper for $10 million last summer, claiming he had sexually assaulted her on his reality show, "She's Got Game."
Game never answered her complaint, so the judge just entered a default. We're guessing this might finally get Game's attention, since he'll likely have to cough up some cash if he doesn't respond.
The next hearing is set for the end of February, which could be Game's last chance to fight back.

Kesha Mom Beats Dr. Luke in Defamation Suit ... At Least in NY
Kesha's mom did not engage in a smear campaign against famed producer Dr. Luke -- his lawsuit which claimed that has been dismissed.
A judge in NY State tossed the case on Wednesday. This legal battle's been going on since October 2014, when Luke sued Pebe Sebert, saying she fueled Kesha's anger over her contract with Luke. He also claimed Pebe attempted to extort him if he didn't let Kesha out of the deal.
The judge dismissed the matter for a few reasons -- including jurisdiction issues and because Luke's lawyers couldn't prove Pebe had "control" over Kesha.
However, Luke has a backup plan: He filed a similar suit against Pebe in Tennessee, which is still active.
Luke and Kesha's lawsuits against each other are also ongoing. Kesha and her attorney Mark Geragos will be in court later this month as she fights to get out of her contract.

We're not saying he's gonna play the villain in "Batman v. Superman." We're just saying he looks like he could.
Still more accurate than Tom Brady though.

'Bev Hills Nannies' Star Claims Valet Hocked Loogie ... Led to Hospital Visit
"Beverly Hills Nannies" star Ari Bellamar claims she wound up in the hospital after a valet attendant went ballistic and spit into her family's car.
Ari says the nasty run-in went down outside Dan Tana's, the famous Italian restaurant in West Hollywood. After dropping their car off at Dan Tana's valet, Ari and her family decided to hit up a different restaurant right next door for takeout.
She says when they came back their car was blocked and the valet attendant was pissed they didn't eat at Dan Tana's. Ari claims he body checked her husband and then hocked a loogie into a napkin and threw it inside their car as they drove off.
Ari is 4 months pregnant and says the stress made her start spotting so much, she was admitted to a hospital. The baby is okay, but Ari's husband has filed a battery report with cops.

Broncos Owner's Son Hey Judge ... Can I Go to the Super Bowl?
Good news for the son of Denver Broncos owner John Bowlen -- a judge has agreed to let him go to the Super Bowl ... despite the fact he's facing criminal charges stemming from an alleged dom. violence incident.
As we previously reported, 30-year-old John Bowlen Jr. was arrested back in June '15 after allegedly shoving his girlfriend in his Denver-area apartment during a domestic dispute.
John's GF called 911 -- but the call was cut short (the last thing the operator heard was a woman screaming) ... and when the operator called back, Bowlen went on a bizarre rant and referred to himself as the "blood of the city."
He's facing charges for harassment and telephone obstruction and has been ordered to stay away from the woman.
But TMZ Sports has learned ... Bowlen has filed a motion with the court asking for permission to travel to California from 2/4 to 2/7 ... presumably to watch his family's team play in SB50.
According to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the motion was granted without objection.
Bowlen's trial is set to begin in April -- if convicted, he's facing up to 6 months behind bars for each charge.

Bill Cosby Arrives for Day 2 ... Fighting for Dismissal
Bill Cosby looked a little more relieved as he arrived for the second day of the hearing that could see his sexual assault case dismissed.
Cosby's lawyers are arguing the Andrea Constand case should be dismissed because of the deal he made with the former D.A. -- Cosby would sit for a deposition in the case, but only if he were not prosecuted.
The former D.A. testified Tuesday in the courtroom outside Philadelphia -- saying he wasn't happy he didn't have enough evidence to prosecute Cosby, but basically said ... a deal is a deal.
Maybe that's why Cosby seemed less stressed Wednesday morning, although he did make a remark about the crowd on his way into the courtroom.

The D.A. also said there were "serious flaws" in the case.
Bill Cosby came to court Tuesday dressed for success ... a successful argument he hopes his lawyers can make to make his criminal sexual assault case go away.
Cosby -- cane in hand -- was gingerly guided into the courthouse by 2 bodyguards.
The comedian's lawyer will argue he got a solid promise from the former D.A. in suburban Philadelphia that he would NOT be prosecuted in the case of Andrea Constand. Based on that promise he sat for a deposition on Constand's civil case where he admitted he had given her 3 half-pills of Benadryl before a 2004 sexual encounter. She says it was assault ... he says it was consensual.
The former D.A. is scheduled to testify on behalf of Cosby ... saying he indeed made the promise not to prosecute.

Dr. Oz Sued You Pushed BS Diet Supplement On Us
Dr. Oz is getting called out again over a "magic weight-loss cure" he touted on his TV show ... this time in a class action lawsuit.
The suit is all over weight loss supplements containing Garcinia Cambogia ... which is green coffee bean extract. They're sold by a company called Labrada, and Dr. Oz covered the products on an episode called "Five Biggest Fat Busters for Five Body Types in Just Five Days."
The suit, filed by a consumer on behalf of all purchasers, says Oz described Garcinia Cambogia as a revolutionary fat buster which "could be the magic ingredient that lets you lose weight without diet or exercise." The suit says the "Oz Effect" caused sales to skyrocket.
Oz already had to testify about this product for a Senate panel in 2014, and during the grilling he leaned on evidence from a scientific study. But the lawsuit points out that study has since been discredited.
According to the suit, "all credible scientific evidence" shows Garcinia Cambogia simply doesn't work. The plaintiffs are going after Oz, Labrada, Harpo Productions and others to get their money back plus damages.
A rep for Oz's show says the lawsuit attacks his right to free speech and, "As we have always explained to our viewers, the Dr. Oz Show does not sell these products nor does he have any financial ties to these companies."

Josh Duggar I'm Not Letting That Porn Star Drop Her Case
The porn star who sued Josh Duggar for allegedly roughing her up during a sexual encounter wants to drop the case ... but Josh is not willing to let it go that easily.
Danica Dillon wants to dismiss her lawsuit, but there's a catch. She wants the option to refile at some point in the future ... this according to new legal docs.
Here's her problem. Under the law she lost her right to simply drop the case with an option to refile. Dillon says in the docs her lawyers approached Josh's attorneys to see if they'd be agreeable to the dismissal, but they balked.
Josh's lawyers say they'll only agree if Dillon drops her case forever and retracts her allegations on her social media accounts. He also wants her to foot his legal bills.
She's refusing Josh's offer, and adds in the docs he might think twice before digging his heels in, because of his admission he's been treated for sex addiction.
As TMZ first reported, Duggar claims he never had sex with Dillon and has an alibi to prove it.

Gilbert Arenas 'Behaving Badly' Ordered to Co-Parenting Class
Gilbert Arenas has been "behaving badly" and needs to change ... so says a judge who just ordered the ex-NBA star to attend co-parenting classes with his ex ... TMZ Sports has learned.
Gilbert and Laura Govan -- the mother of his 4 children -- were just in L.A. County Superior Court ... where they've been battling out a custody arrangement ever since their nasty split last year.
But on Monday, the judge admonished Arenas in open court -- saying, "Gilbert is behaving badly. He needs to change."
As we previously reported, Laura has claimed Gilbert is a "reckless parent" -- and was furious after he posted a video of their 8-year-old son dangerously riding on the front hood of a Polaris back in December.
The hostility between Laura and Gilbert goes back way further than that -- but on Monday, the judge told them they NEED to learn to get along for the sake of the kids and ordered them to 12 hours of co-parenting classes, which must be taken together.
If they don't complete the classes, the judge could alter the arrangement again -- affecting everything from Gilbert's financial obligation to visitation.
They're due back in court in July -- giving them 6 months to figure things out.
Good luck ...
