XXXTentacion confessed on tape he beat up an ex-girlfriend who cheated on him and had her running scared for her life.

The Miami-Dade County state attorney's office released a 27-minute secretly recorded tape in which the late rapper -- who was gunned down and killed back in June -- confessed to beating an ex and a lot more.

You hear XXX allegedly say, "I started f***ing her up bruh. I started f***ing her up because she made one mistake. And from there, the whole cycle went down. Now she’s scared. That girl is scared for her life. Which I understand.” XXX can later be heard saying, "I will kill that bitch if she play[s] with me."

As we reported ... XXX had been under criminal investigation for domestic violence and witness tampering. The case couldn't move forward following his death and it's unclear if the tape confession is related to those cases.

According to the tape ... XXX also talked about a January 2016 stabbing incident in Florida saying, "I'm on [Miami] New Times for stabbing, how many people they put in the news? They said three, it was eight." At the time, cops were reportedly looking for an unknown black male with tattoos on his face swinging a knife.

XXX also allegedly admitted to stabbing a former manager back in July 2016.

For a guy who's going to prison, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's got a lot to smile about because he won't be locked up until next year ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs filed Monday ... Sitch must surrender to the Bureau of Prisons no sooner than January 15, 2019. As we told you, Mike was sentenced to 8 months in the federal pen for tax evasion -- but the surrender date means he'll get to enjoy Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Year with his "Jersey Shore" friends and fam.

And remember, Mike's getting married to his fiancee, Lauren Pesce, next month ... so, he can even squeeze in a honeymoon before starting his prison life.

Here's to about 3 more months of GTL'in. Then it'll pretty much be just G & L, for a while.

Bill Cosby has just filed legal docs railing on the trial judge in his sexual assault case for not giving him bail pending appeal, and claims the judge had a personal vendetta against a key defense witness.

Cosby's lawyers claim Judge Steven O'Neill was brutal toward Bruce Castor, the former District Attorney who investigated the case back in 2005. Cosby claims Castor gave him assurances when he was D.A. that he would not be prosecuted in the Andrea Constand case if he provided a sworn deposition in her civil case against him.

Cosby's lawyers just submitted a sworn statement by Castor, who claims he was treated with "tremendous animosity from Judge O'Neill toward me from the moment that I took the stand."

As for the animosity, Castor said in his declaration he ran against O'Neill for the Republican nomination for D.A. in 1998 and it got super dirty. Castor says O'Neill became incensed after a story came out that O'Neill had an extramarital affair and O'Neill felt Castor was behind it. Castor won the nom.

During Cosby's trial, Castor said on the stand he had indeed promised the comedian he would not be prosecuted, testifying, "I believed at the time that the allegation was made that there was insufficient evidence to convict Mr. Cosby on the facts as presented to me, something that time has shown was an accurate assessment."

Cosby's lawyers are asking to free their client pending appeal.

Alex Rodriguez says enough is enough -- he's been paying his ex-wife a king's ransom for a decade, his income has plummeted, she's now rich and he wants his support payments drastically reduced.

Sources connected to A-Rod tell us, the former Yankee has been locked in a spousal/child support war with Cynthia Scurtis for months. He's been paying $115,000 a month tax free in combined spousal and child support since the couple divorced in 2008. They have 2 daughters, 13-year-old Natasha and 10-year-old Ella.

We're told the agreement was always meant to be adjusted when A-Rod retired from the Yankees. A-Rod claims his income has dropped by 90% ... from $30 million a year, while he was on the Yankees, to around $3 million a year.

Our sources say Alex is especially vexed because he claims Cynthia is now a rich woman with millions in the bank, 3 homes and multiple cars. He grouses she has a master's degree in psychology yet chooses not to work. He also says she has a new child and a fiance, and he feels he's now bankrolling all of them.

A-Rod says the expenses for his 2 kids are somewhere between $7k - $12k a month, yet he's willing to pay $20k a month plus expenses for the kids, including tuition.

We're told Cynthia is negotiating, but wants nearly $50k a month so the ex-couple is at an impasse.

We attempted to reach Cynthia ... so far, no luck.

The daughter of former Washington Redskins owner Jack Kent Cooke has pled guilty to disorderly conduct stemming from an incident where she allegedly attacked a man after hurling an anti-Jew comment.

Jacqueline Kent Cooke appeared in an NY courtroom on Tuesday -- where she was sentenced to 3 days of community service for the incident.

As we previously reported, Cooke -- whose father owned the NFL team from '61 to '97 -- allegedly hurled anti-Semitic language at a 77-year-old woman while leaving a fancy Manhattan restaurant on New Year's Eve.

The victim claims Cooke was being aggressive at the coat check -- so her son confronted her outside and she struck him with her glass purse, causing 2 lacerations on his head.

There's video of the aftermath -- and Cooke appears to be a boozy mess while the two parties cuss each other out on the street.

Cooke is due back in court in January.

Tracy Chapman is going after Nicki Minaj, saying she straight-up stole her song, "Baby Can I Hold You," when she recorded "Sorry."

Chapman says in June 2018, Minaj and her reps made multiple requests to license "Baby Can I Hold You" and all requests were rejected.

So imagine Tracy's surprise when "Sorry" came out in August 2018 ... it was supposed to be featured on Nicki's album, "Queen." Tracy says her song comprises half of the lyrics and vocal melody of "Sorry."

According to the suit, Funkmaster Flex played "Sorry" on Hot 97 and lots of Internet users picked up the song and sent it around. It was also played on "The Breakfast Club" with Charlamagne Tha God.

The day the track was played, Nicki tweeted, "Sis said no," which, according to the lawsuit, refers to Chapman's denial to her request to use "Baby Can I Hold You." Nicki and crew pulled the song from "Queen" and tried to make it disappear, but Tracy says the damage was done.

Police were dispatched to billionaire Democratic philanthropist George Soros' home after an explosive device was found in his mailbox ... and there's suspicion the culprits may be part of right wing extremists.

The Bedford Police Department got a call from one of Soros' employees ... saying an explosive device was found Monday at his home in a suburb north of NYC. Cops say the employee opened the package and discovered the contraption.

A flood of local and federal agents responded to the scene -- including folks from ATF and the FBI -- and bomb squads were reportedly able to disarm it by proactively detonating it.

Soros was not home at the time ... and the FBI is on the hunt.

T.I.'s Melania Trump look-alike is dealing with a brand new death threat ... one so frightening, it's pushed her over the edge and now police are involved.

Melanie Marden went to the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station Sunday night to report an especially ominous and lengthy death threat via text to her personal cell phone. We're told the text mentioned the hiring of an assassin to kill her.

Melanie met with the cops and filed a report.

We're told the sender of the messages to Melanie told her they'd put a tracking device on her car and bugged her apartment. Part of the message read, "I am pleased to inform you that we have been paid to assassinate you by someone very close to you."

As we reported ... Melanie says she'd been receiving death threats almost daily since T.I. dropped his music video with Melanie playing the stripping First Lady. It sparked a ton of backlash, but Melanie insisted she had no regrets about taking the role.

2:15 PM PT -- Terrance's attorney Chip Lewis tells TMZ Sports the allegations are completely bogus, "Terrance did absolutely nothing wrong."

"Having spoken with eyewitnesses, it is demonstrably obvious that this lady has made a false report regarding Terrance. Terrance did absolutely nothing wrong."

"He politely asked her to leave his room and she refused. One of the eyewitnesses escorted her out of the room. Terrance and the eyewitnesses cooperated with the police and will continue to do so."

The Miami Beach Police Dept. is investigating Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrance Williams over a hotel room altercation with a popular Instagram model -- though she told cops he never laid a finger on her, TMZ Sports has learned.

According to the police report, cops were called to the Fontainebleau Hotel on Saturday morning about an incident involving Williams and Nicole Zavala, whose racy IG page has more than 200k followers.

Zavala told cops she met Williams -- who's currently out with a foot injury -- at a nightclub and went back to his room. But while there, Zavala claims a verbal altercation took place and she was asked to leave.

Zavala says she protested -- but Williams called a friend over to physically escort her out. The friend allegedly grabbed her by the arm and put her in the hallway. TMZ Sports obtained a photo of Zavala's alleged injuries.

Williams later told police he kicked her out because Zavala had a boyfriend and he didn't want the drama. He's adamant he never threw a punch or abused her in any way.

Cops say they have cell phone video showing Zavala pouting on the bed and refusing to leave the room when politely asked.

Sources tell us ... Williams is adamant he was trying to handle the situation professionally and respectfully.

Zavala also acknowledges Williams never personally touched her.

Still, cops are investigating the incident as a "battery report." So far, no arrests have been made and no charges have been filed.

Several calls to Williams have not been returned.

Williams has made headlines for all the wrong reasons this year -- as we previously reported, he was arrested for misdemeanor public intoxication after his Lamborghini crashed into a light pole.

He later rode a bicycle back to the scene and fell on the way.

The case was later dismissed after Williams agreed to pay for the damaged light pole and complete an alcohol education course.

Kylie Jenner is being sued for straight-up jacking another cosmetic line.

A company named Sheree Cosmetics is suing Kylie and her company, Kylie Cosmetics, for allegedly stealing its "Born to Sparkle" makeup line. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Sheree claims it has its own "Born to Sparkle" collection but Kylie started making her own "Born to Sparkle" eyeshadow with similar colors and packaging.

Kylie's birthday collection features lip gloss, lipstick, lip liner and glitter eyes, and it launched on August 6. The "Born to Sparkle" eyeshadow was part of that line. Sheree Cosmetics says it filed for a trademark on August 30, 2018 ... so this might be a tough one to prove.

Sheree is suing for unspecified damages. We've reached out to Kylie, so far no word back.

The verdict is in on Kevin Spacey ... at least as far as one Hollywood hot spot is concerned ... he's been 86'd from the restaurant's wall of fame mural.

Spacey used to have a prominent spot on the wall at Catch LA -- right next to NBA superstar and all-around good guy Chris Paul, and not far from Mr. Clean. Irony much? Now, he's been replaced by Sony Music honcho Clive Davis.

It's been a year since the wave of Spacey's sexual misconduct accusers started coming forward. There are multiple active investigations -- in the U.S. and the UK -- however, he has not been criminally charged.

Billy Idol doesn't know how to be a lover ... this according to a woman suing him for allegedly inviting her to his concert and a hotel rendezvous afterward, but instead just ditching her.

Juliana Berg claims Billy invited her to a meet-and-greet and concert in Vegas back in October 2016, with plans to take things back to a hotel after the show. But, in docs obtained by TMZ, Berg claims she was there at the meet-and-greet but he disappeared afterward.

She doesn't say if the two had any interaction during the meet-and-greet.

She says she had no money, expecting she'd be staying with Billy in his hotel room. When that didn't happen, she couldn't afford a hotel room of her own.

Berg's now going after Idol for travel expenses, plus reimbursement for the concert ticket. She also wants money for extreme emotional distress.

One of the guys behind the "Cat Daddy" dance craze got busted in L.A. -- but, the ONLY thing on his mind at the time of his arrest was getting some action from a chick he'd just met ... at 2 AM.

TMZ obtained this video of Jovan "Pee Wee" Clayton -- formerly a member of The Rej3ctz -- getting arrested early Thursday morning by bounty hunters. They told him they were hauling him in for an outstanding domestic battery warrant, but you gotta see the vid.

Pee Wee couldn't care less about the charge, he was laser-focused on Lima, the woman he met on Instagram but had finally just met in person ... right before the bounty hunters took him down.

When they told him they found 3 boxes of condoms in her truck, he fired back ... "I know!!! I was about to f**k the s**t outta her!" His tone changed drastically when they told him she also had a particular sex toy. Just watch.

Bad news for Pee Wee -- law enforcement sources tell us his dream girl, Lima, was actually the confidential informant who dropped the dime on him.

LAPD booked him for felony domestic abuse, and his bail was set at $100k.

On a positive note -- Pee Wee's cellmates can all bone up on their "Cat Daddy."

"The Young and the Restless" star Max Ehrich is doing everything he can to protect himself after allegedly getting a gun pulled on him by an obsessed realtor ... 'cause he's exploring legal options and beefing up his security.

Max was spotted Friday afternoon leaving a Los Angeles law office with a massive body guard in tow ... the first time Ehrich has been seen in public since going into hiding.

We broke the story ... Max is scared to death because a prominent real estate agent allegedly became obsessed with the actor and pulled a gun on him in a fit of rage.

Chris O'Donnell is being sued over a serious car crash allegedly caused by his 19-year-old daughter.

Lily Anne O'Donnell was driving in Santa Monica, CA back in 2016 when she rear-ended a car, which then slammed into another vehicle driven by personal trainer Tracy Sutton.

Sutton claims in her lawsuit she suffered serious neck and back injuries. Her lawyers at The Capital Law Firm tell us the injuries have continued to affect her ability to work.

We're told Lily's car was totaled. As for why Chris is being sued ... he's the registered owner. Lily is also named as a defendant.

Hailey Baldwin is taking getting "wifed up" to a whole new level ... filing legal docs to possibly cash in on her hubby's famous last name.

Baldwin submitted an application -- obtained by TMZ -- to register the trademark for the name Hailey Bieber. The application doesn't say much, but she's made one thing clear ... the trademark is meant to cover a possible clothing project in the future.

TMZ broke the story ... Justin and Hailey headed to an NYC courthouse early last month to obtain their marriage license. We later learned the two actually got legally hitched that day in a courthouse ceremony.

The new couple hasn't had a big wedding yet, but we're told that'll likely happen in the next few months in upstate New York or Bieber's native Canada.
