Ex-porn star Mary Carey's new husband got put into handcuffs for carrying a beating stick -- which might sound kinda kinky -- but get your head outta the gutter.
Dr. Joseph Brownfield was busted Monday night at LAX as he and Mary were going through TSA. We're told agents pulled the good doc aside when they noticed a potential weapon in his carry-on ... which turned out to be a collapsible baton.
Unfortunately for Dr. B., it's illegal in California to carry one of those if you aren't law enforcement or a licensed security guard. He was booked for misdemeanor control of a deadly weapon. He was released form jail after posting a $5,000 bond the next day.
Sources close to the newly hitched couple tell TMZ ... Mary and her Mister are in the middle of moving from Cali to Florida, and he sometimes carries the baton for protection.

Tekashi69 Feds' Photo Proof Places Him at Armed Robberies, Shootings

EXCLUSIVE

The saying goes, pics or it didn't happen ... and in Tekashi69's case, the feds say they have all they need to prove his involvement in multiple crimes ... TMZ has learned.
Federal prosecutors filed documents, obtained by TMZ, which include more than a dozen images of Tekashi, his ex-manager Kifano "Shotti" Jordan (aka Tr3yway) and other crew members pulling armed robberies and shootings. The evidence seems to have him dead to rights.
According to the docs, cops grabbed videos from phones belonging to 6ix9ine or crew members and matched them with surveillance videos of an April 3 armed robbery in Brooklyn. They say the images prove Shotti pulled the robbery, and cops believe Tekashi watched from the street and recorded video.
There's a screen grab from that video, which prosecutors think Tekashi gave to a 3rd party to post on the Internet. Also included ... matching shots of a backpack that was stolen, and later found in Tekashi's home during a Sept. raid. That raid also turned up an AR-15 rifle.
Click through the gallery ... you can see cops also matched images of 6ix9ine from 2 Brooklyn shootings on April 21. TMZ first reported Tr3way's alleged involvement in those incidents.
Prosecutors filed these images as proof Tekashi should be held without bail. In the docs, they point out he's a flight risk because he frequently takes "as much as $100,000 in a single [bank] withdrawal."
They made their point. Tekashi's still sitting in a federal facility ... without bail.
His attorney, Lance Lazzaro says, "Daniel Hernandez is innocent and was never part of a criminal enterprise. He should never have been indicted."

Sources connected to Dog tell us he went to Denver PD on Friday to file a harassment report against the teenager, and his family, over the Nov. 30 incident. As we reported ... the kid, who claimed to be a fan, told cops Dog shoved him away when he asked for a photo.
He and his father then followed Dog and Beth through the airport and shouted epithets at them as they got into an elevator. They went to police first, claiming Dog assaulted the teen.
Dog denies the assault and believes he and Beth were the victims. We're told Beth was in a wheelchair during the incident, as she's fighting a renewed battle with cancer, and she and Dog had just flown back from L.A. at the time.
We're told Dog feels the father and son verbally attacked him. Our sources say the kid opened the convo with Dog by saying, "I have a bounty on my head, what are you gonna do about it motherf***er?"
Denver PD is investigating both sides of the story to determine if the incident warrants any charges.

Harvey Weinstein Alleged Victim Went to My Screening ... Here's the Email Chain!!!
-
EXCLUSIVE

1:23 PM PT -- The Assistant District Attorney just submitted a letter to the judge in response to Weinstein's new docs, saying, "The defendant filed an addendum to this argument ... describing a communication involving this same witness ... when read in conjunction with the grand jury minutes, this is not exculpatory information."
The letter continues ... "The defendant has a misguided and antiquated view of how a rape victim should react after having been assaulted does not change this reality."
Harvey Weinstein says the woman alleging he raped her sure didn't act like it, because she showed up at HIS movie screening just hours after the alleged rape.
Weinstein's legal team fired off a letter informing the judge in his rape case ... they've found an email between Weinstein's assistant and a friend of the alleged victim, and the timing is key ... they say.
The email is an invitation to attend a screening for one of Weinstein's projects. It was sent to an unidentified woman -- her name's been redacted -- and said she could bring 3 guests with her.
The invitee responded to Weinstein's assistant, "I'm going just with (name redacted)." According to Weinstein's attorney, Ben Brafman, the guest she was bringing is one of the alleged victims.
The alleged rape happened the morning of March 18, 2013 -- and the email exchange happened later that afternoon. Brafman says the friend confirms she and the alleged victim not only attended, but met up with Weinstein at the screening.
Brafman insists this is "strong evidence that she was not raped" -- why would an alleged rape victim "go out of her way to spend time with her 'rapist' merely hours" after the alleged attack?
TMZ broke the story ... the friend is a new witness who claims the alleged victim was "hooking up" with Weinstein for "a very long time" and she never heard the alleged victim say anything bad about Weinstein.

Cardi B Shows for Court, No Arrest Warrant Gets Warning from Judge
6:40 AM PT -- The hearing's over. Prosecutors wanted Cardi's bail to be set at $2,500, but the judge released her with no bail and said he didn't think the rapper was a flight risk.
The judge DID give Cardi a stern warning to have NO contact whatsoever with Baddie Gi and Jade. After issuing protective orders for the alleged victims, the judge told Cardi "no contact" includes making threats or comments on social media about the bartenders.
She's scheduled to be back in court next month.
Cardi B's not messing with the judge in NYC, she showed up bright and early for her court date ... dodging some serious legal trouble.
The "Money" MC was swarmed by photogs as she showed up for the arraignment in her strip club beatdown case -- 4 days after missing the scheduled date. As she made her way through the crowd, she asked ... "Am I this famous?" That's a yes, Cardi.
TMZ broke the story ... the judge gave her an extension on Monday, and warned if she didn't show on Friday there would be a warrant issued for her arrest.
Cardi's accused of unleashing her posse back in August on two strip club bartenders -- Baddie Gi and Jade -- who she suspected slept with her husband, Offset.

Tekashi69 Judge Cops to Screwup Child Sex Sentence Was Wrong, But ...
The judge who closed out Tekashi69's child sex case now admits there was a major screwup with his original sentence, but she also suggests it's a moot point now that he's locked up.
A spokesperson for Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Felicia Mennin -- who sentenced Tekashi in October for his 2015 child sex case -- tells TMZ the error was in the plea deal prosecutors struck with 6ix9ine's attorneys.
According to the spokesperson, "The original sentence was the result of a negotiated plea. All parties involved, the prosecution, defense and the [trial] judge (not Mennin) signed off on it." Now, here comes the big BUT ... "As an error was made, the case was placed back on the calendar and the sentence corrected."
Translation: Judge Mennin dropped Tekashi's probation Tuesday, and gave him credit for time served to correct an oversight -- namely, that the terms of the plea deal were unlawful.
Remember, Judge Mennin handed down a light sentence of 4 years probation as opposed to jail time. Sentencing guidelines for a class C sex assault felony -- for which 6ix9ine was convicted -- call for a minimum of 10 years probation, and a max of 5-15 years in prison.
What's unclear is how Tekashi's time served -- less than 3 weeks in jail -- equals that minimum of 10 years probation. We asked Menin's spokesperson what the judge's sentence would have been had she initially noticed the plea deal screwup.
We were told, "Who knows?"

A police report was filed in Denver ... by the father who claims he and his family ran into Dog and Beth Chapman at the Denver airport last Friday. He says his 17-year-old son approached Dog and asked for a photo. He claims Dog got upset and put a closed fist into the kid's chest and pushed him away.
The father got pissed and got into a verbal altercation with Dog. Beth eventually calmed things down, and she and Dog got on an elevator.
A source close to Dog says when the teen walked up to Dog, he said, "I have a bounty on my head, what are you gonna do about it motherf***er?" Dog admittedly told the kid to get back and he didn't want to deal with it ... because his wife is sick.
We're told the teen's response was, "Tell that fat bitch to get out of her chair. I'll cut her in half." Beth was in a wheelchair at the time.
Dog and Beth had just flown to Denver from L.A. ... where she had emergency surgery last week for a throat blockage. Doctors discovered her cancer had returned.
According to a law enforcement source, cops are looking into the incident as an alleged assault ... but our Dog sources tell us he plans on filing a report for harassment against the kid and his dad.

But, Dana White appeared on TSN in Canada early Thursday morning and addressed the issue head-on -- saying he will NOT move Hardy off the card ... and that Ostovich has "no problem" with the decision.

White says during his conversation with Ostovich, Rachael told him, "[Greg's] story is not my story and I believe in second chances."
Dana says having Rachael's support was a "key factor" in making the decision to keep Hardy on the card.
Ostovich will Paige VanZant that night. Hardy will square off against Allen Crowder.

Michael Avenatti and his estranged wife have an agreement in place for him to pay her child and spousal support, and it requires him to fork over a ton of his assets ... TMZ has learned.
According to docs filed in Orange County, a judge ordered Avenatti to pay Lisa Storie-Avenatti $37,897 per month in child support, retroactive to Jan. 1, 2018. We'll do the math for ya ... it's $454,764. The order also requires Avenatti to pay her spousal support of $124,398 per month, retroactive to Jan. 2018. That's roughly $1.5 million.
Now, cut to Dec. 4, when both parties filed docs stipulating Avenatti write child support checks for $40k now, and another in January.

Cleveland PD Launches Internal Investigation Into Handling of Kareem Hunt Case
The Cleveland Police Dept. says one of its officers leaked a copy of the Kareem Hunt police report to the NFL back in February -- and now it's launched an internal investigation.
"Following an internal review, it has been determined that in February 2018 a member of the Cleveland Division of Police provided a copy of the police report involving the February 10, 2018 assault incident at The 9 to a representative from the National Football League," the PD said.
"The report did not go through the official public records request process."
So, what's the takeaway? The statement implies the NFL did go outside of official channels in an effort to gather information about the incident.
The CPD also says it's looking into the "overall response" by the PD regarding the Hunt incident -- but did not get specific about other issues.
One big question ... why didn't the responding officers make more of an effort to view the surveillance video on the night of the incident?
The woman was seen on police body cam video begging the officers to view the tapes -- but cops said they were stuck because the hotel is a "private facility" and "they don't have to show us unless they're ordered by a court."
Kareem Hunt was neither arrested nor charged with a crime -- and prosecutors won't give us an explanation for why they haven't moved forward with the case despite a smoking gun video.
