Harvey Weinstein allegedly raped an actress and proposed a threesome ... so says the latest woman to accuse the ex-movie mogul.

Natassia Malthe dropped the bombshell Wednesday in NYC with her attorney, Gloria Allred, when she alleged Harvey, back in February 2010, raped her without a condom at her hotel in London. She claimes Harvey also masturbated after the alleged rape.

Natassia -- who Allred said has over 50 film credits -- said she laid still during the London alleged sexual assault and "played dead." She says days later Harvey lured her to the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills to discuss a movie role.

Natassia says she walked in and another woman was there who took off her clothes and, while the woman gave Harvey oral sex, he requested a threesome. Natassia refused and she said Harvey called her an "ungrateful c***."

Allred also said she had a meeting scheduled with The Weinstein Co. Board of Directors set for Wednesday to discuss a victims fund. Allred said the board offered its lawyers instead, but Allred declined.

The rookie -- who doesn't have a driver's license -- delivered the heartbreaking news Tuesday that his wheels had been jacked overnight ... forcing him to walk to practice.

With the help of teammate Antonio Brown, word spread fast on social media ... kick-starting a campaign to find his bike.

Turns out it was a great idea ... 'cause someone noticed they bought the exact same bike off the street for $200 on Tuesday and turned it in to cops, according to CBS Pittsburgh.

JuJu is set to reunite with his beloved bike later today.

The Weinstein Company is in financial freefall thanks to the misdeeds of Harvey Weinstein and bad management, and the company is expected to file for bankruptcy within weeks ... this according to sources who have had access to the company's financial records, but TWC says that's not the case.

As one informed source put it, "There's an unstoppable meltdown and bankruptcy is inevitable." Our sources say the company is essentially without assets. TWC is leveraged to the hilt, especially the film library. Deals have fallen apart, financial backers are bailing by the boatload and, as one source put it, "The Weinstein Company can't survive this way, and bankruptcy will come in a matter of weeks."

Bankruptcy will stave off creditors, but it ultimately won't help with survival ...this according to the sources who have seen the books. We're told Colony Capital, which was on the road to acquiring the company, is backing off after getting a read on the finances and the chaos within the company.

Chris Brown's baby mama is walking away from one legal battle after working things out with the woman she claims made death threats against her.

Nia Guzman and Shakur Sozahdah both ran to court earlier this month and got temporary restraining orders against each other. As we reported, Nia claimed Shakur was threatening her and daughter Royalty. Shakur claimed Guzman was harassing her because she's a witness in Nia's custody battle with Chris.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, though ... the ladies have resolved the dispute through mediation. Both restraining orders are gone and the cases have been dismissed.

The only remnant of their beef -- Shakur's diss track. That s**t is forever.

An actress has sued The Weinstein Company, claiming what other women have alleged ... that Harvey Weinstein lured her into the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, demanded a massage and then forced oral sex on her.

Dominique Huett filed the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, in which she says Weinstein met her in November 2010, at the hotel bar, and told her he could help her with her acting career. She says he was staring at her breasts, asked if she ever had a "boob job" and then asked her to show him her breasts.

Huett says Weinstein warned her it would be beneficial to her career if she did not have breast implants.

She says he invited her to his room under the guise of a business meeting. She says he went to the bathroom and emerged wearing only a robe. She says he asked her to give him a massage and when she said no he laid on the bed and demanded one.

She says she ultimately complied and he then asked if he could perform oral sex on her. She says he wouldn't take no for an answer and he performed oral sex on her for several minutes, after which he masturbated until he reached orgasm.

He then offered to secure her a role on "Project Runway."

Her lawyer, Jeff Herman, says in the lawsuit his client is suing The Weinstein Company because it was aware of Harvey Weinstein's power to coerce and force young actresses to engage in sexual acts with him. The suit claims Weinstein would use "honeypots" -- female employees invited to the beginning of the meeting, and then dismissed -- to lure victims into a false sense of security.

A new accuser has come forward to allege that Harvey Weinstein forced oral sex on her while she was on her period.

The woman -- named Mimi -- appeared next to her attorney, Gloria Allred, Tuesday at a press conference in NYC ... where she told her harrowing story

She says she first met Weinstein in 2004 and again in 2006, and over the course of several meetings -- where she claims his sexual advances became increasingly worse.

Mimi explains she was invited to his house in SoHo, and that once there he took her into a bedroom and forced himself upon her. In an effort to make him stop, Mimi says she told him she was on her period ... but Weinstein continued, removing her tampon.

Mimi claims once Weinstein finished, he asked, "Don't you feel we are so much closer to each other now?" to which a sobbing Mimi replied, "No."

The story is disturbing, and like Gloria promised ... a "new low" for Weinstein. She says Mimi hasn't gone to cops yet, but Gloria says she might in order to help with other investigations.

Nicki Minaj will absolutely NOT testify in her brother's child rape trial ... despite what her bro's team suggested during opening arguments last week.

Sources close to Nicki tell TMZ ... she won't be involved in any way in Jelani Maraj's Long Island court case, where he stands accused of raping an 11-year-old girl -- his stepdaughter at the time.

We're told Minaj never planned to take the stand, and her bro's legal team telling news outlets she was on their witness list was simply false. There were reports Nicki would testify the alleged victim's mom tried to extort her for millions.

Jelani's trial started last week, but the bottom line here is Nicki won't be anywhere near the proceedings.

We reached out to Jelani's attorney who told us, "I have no idea, we'll see."

Aries Spears' ex-wife says his ex-girlfriend chased her to her front door with their car ... and now she's going to a judge for protection.

Aries' ex-wife, Elisa Larregui, got a restraining order against Shelayne Turner for alleged harassment and threats she says she's endured for 9 years ... all of which hit a boiling point earlier this month in what sounds like a crazy chase.

Elisa claims Shelayne and her 2 daughters threatened her and called her a bitch while she was locked in her car, and then proceeded to follow her in their own car to her front door ... promising to be back. Elisa also claims Shelayne nearly attacked her with a crowbar in 2012.

She says Shelayne is jealous of her and Aries, who she says she's still married to ... despite them getting divorced in 2014. She also says Shelayne hates the fact that Elisa has 2 of Aries' kids.

Tyrese's ex-wife filed a police report against him after he hired a plane to fly a banner over his daughter's school and sent her various gifts.

The banner reading, "No matter what, Daddy loves you Shayla" flew over the 10-year-old's elementary school Monday in the Valley. Tyrese's ex, Norma Gibson, believes he hired the plane. Further, her attorney, Aleen Laura Khanjian, tells TMZ a bunch of gifts -- balloons, a fruit basket, teddy bear and a card -- were delivered to the school on Monday -- addressed to Shayla, from Dad.

Khanjian says Norma filed a police report because they have a temporary restraining order against Tyrese which prohibits him from any direct or indirect contact with Shayla and Norma. Norma is accusing Tyrese of spanking Shayla ... and the Dept. of Children and Family Services is investigating.

Norma's attorney believes the gestures are also a form of witness intimidation ... since DCFS could interview Shayla as part of its investigation.

Sources connected to Tyrese tell us he believes he is NOT in violation of the restraining order because he didn't have any personal contact with Shayla.

Blac Chyna's gonna have to jog her memory when she finally sits down and gets grilled about a 2-year-old car crash involving her BMW ... because the victim's lawyer thinks she's lying.

Jon Teller, the attorney for one of the women involved in the 2015 crash, tells TMZ ... BC is scheduled to be deposed this week and the objective's clear -- poke holes in her story that she was home at the time of the crash. Teller's adamant BC was in the car at the time of the crash ... if not behind the wheel.

Teller adds Blac hasn't shown one shred of evidence she was home on November 11. As we reported ... passengers in the SUV said they saw 2 African-American women in mini skirts get out of BC's BMW and jump in a car that had been following them.

Blac's friend, Paige Addison, told cops she was behind the wheel and BC was not in the car. Paige was charged with felony hit-and-run.

Teller also tells us his client's lifestyle has been severely curtailed since the accident ... she's no longer active because of injuries to her back that might require invasive surgery. Teller says she wants hundreds of thousands to cover her medical expenses and the case could cross the million dollar line with pain and suffering and punitives.

We've reached out to BC, so far no word back.

Hazel-E says she has proof "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" only dumped her because of her homophobic social media post -- despite producers claiming she was fired beforehand.

Sources connected to Hazel-E tell TMZ ... she got a letter delivered by FedEx on Saturday, informing her the show wasn't picking up an option on her contract. The letter was sent on Friday, October 20 -- that's 16 days AFTER producers say they decided to drop her.

The letter was sent one day after her homophobic comment -- saying all gays should burn in hell -- earned her swift Internet backlash. We're told Hazel thinks the timing makes it obvious she was only cut due to the Instagram post.

We contacted 'L&HH' producers about Hazel's letter, and they're standing by their initial statement -- they decided to can Hazel on Oct. 4. Point, blank, period.

Eduardo Yanez won't get away clean for slapping a Univision reporter -- not if the reporter gets his way in court ... TMZ has learned.

Paco Fuentes is suing Yanez for the red carpet attack that went viral nearly 2 weeks ago. In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Fuentes says Yanez hit him so hard -- as seen in the video -- it caused people around him to "literally freeze in shock."

Fuentes says Yanez continued menacing him by standing and staring at him in the moments after the slap. He's suing the Mexican soap star for assault and battery and emotional distress.

According to the suit, Yanez has shown no remorse because he qualifies his so-called apologies by saying things like, "My private life is not for sale." As we reported, Fuentes had asked Yanez a question about why he didn't pay for his son's damaged car after a car accident.

Yanez told us he IS sorry. He's also under criminal investigation by LAPD.

Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham just a caught a huge break -- prosecutors have officially let him off the hook for bringing a loaded gun into an airport.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Bradham was arrested at Miami International Airport back in 2016 after he put a loaded gun through the X-ray machine.

Bradham had claimed he simply forgot the gun was in a zippered part of his backpack that he rarely used.

Initially, Bradham was charged with a 2nd degree misdemeanor -- but we've learned that charge was dropped.

We spoke with Bradham's attorney, Adam Swickle, who tells us, "The state had no case against him and they found that it wasn’t something he should be criminally sanctioned for."

Swickle pointed out Bradham had a valid concealed weapons permit and didn't intend to break the law. Simple accident.

He adds, "Nigel is a fantastic football player and a very high character guy."

Mel B coldly boxed up and tossed out her estranged husband's stuff ... according to Stephen Belafonte, who's not taking it well.

Stephen says Mel packed up 10 boxes of his belongings, which he picked up on Oct. 4 -- but he was shocked at what was NOT in the boxes. He says he was expecting to see his personal baby pics, clothes, shoes and paperwork.

Instead, he says all he got were Mel's old clothes, some crappy used towels and his step daughter Angel's clothes. Stephen thinks Mel trashed his stuff in retaliation. He's filed docs asking the judge to let him go on a search and recover mission.

Remember, Mel has a restraining order against Stephen -- but he's requesting a 2-3 hour reprieve, so he can go into the house and get his stuff.

Meek Mill's gotta give it up to his legal team -- the rapper struck another sweet deal and his assault case has been thrown out.

TMZ broke the story ... Meek was charged with misdemeanor assault back in March after allegedly getting into an altercation with someone wanting a pic with the rapper at St. Louis International Airport.

Fast forward 7 months ... Meek's high-powered attorney, Joe Tacopina, tells us Meek struck a deal with prosecutors to have the case dismissed if he performed community service ... which he did at the Veterans Association in Philly.

The news comes on the heels of Meek's reckless driving case -- where his arrest record will be wiped clean if he keeps his nose clean for 6 months.

Dr. Phil's car insurance might be going up soon, because he ran into a skateboarder in a crosswalk ... and all signs point to the TV host being at fault.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Dr. Phil was driving out of a parking lot near Universal Studios Friday morning when he impatiently attempted to pass a van, but when he went around it he struck a man in his early 20s in a crosswalk, riding on his skateboard.

We're told Phil got out of his Mercedes to check on the guy. Cops say the skateboarder recognized Dr. Phil and told him he was fine ... so they shook hands and Phil drove away.

A witness nearby reported the incident, and when cops showed up to check on the skateboarder ... he told them he was no longer fine -- he said his shoulder and leg were hurting.

Police called for an ambulance and paramedics checked him out and advised him to go to the hospital.

The young man declined a ride in an ambulance to a hospital ... telling them he'd get checked out on his own.

LAPD took a traffic injury report and cops reviewed surveillance footage to determine fault ... it doesn't look good for the Doc.
