Meek Mill is in big trouble with the law ... trouble that could land him in prison for nearly 2 years.

Meek is going to court Monday for a couple of serious probation violations in his drug and weapons case ... he was arrested for fighting at a St. Louis airport in March, and arrested again in August for recklessly driving his motorcycle in NYC.

The judge in the case has already made it clear ... one false move and she'll drop the hammer on Meek. In fact, in 2015 he left Pennsylvania for a gig without getting approval from the court and the judge put him on house arrest.

The 2 recent arrests are even more serious, and if Meek got house arrest for a travel faux pas, he's in big big trouble now.

BTW ... Meek's airport case and reckless driving case have both already been dropped.

Worst case scenario ... Meek could spend around 20 months in prison.

Eric Dickerson says the Ezekiel Elliott suspension proves one thing -- "The NFL is the only league where you're guilty until you prove yourself innocent."

The Hall of Famer tells TMZ Sports he agrees with Cowboys owner Jerry Jones -- who thinks Zeke is getting screwed by the NFL as the result of an "overcorrection" from the Ray Rice situation.

Brett Ratner is suing a woman who claims the director raped her in L.A. over a decade ago ... calling the allegations a total lie.

According to the suit ... Melanie Kohler claimed in an October 20 Facebook post, "Brett Ratner raped me" and continued by calling him "a rapist on at least one night in Hollywood about 12 years ago."

She claimed he "preyed on me as a drunk girl [and] forced himself upon me" ... according to the docs.

Ratner's lawyer tells us Kohler said she had met the director at an L.A. club in either 2004 or 2005, and he took her to Robert Evans' home where Ratner was living at the time. She says he forced her to have sex.

Ratner's lawyer threatened to sue if if she didn't take the post down immediately, and we're told she did, but recently started putting the same story out in various ways.

Six women, including actresses Natasha Henstridge and Olivia Munn, claim Ratner sexually harassed or assaulted them.

T-Pain wants to know if Lil Wayne "Got Money" for him ... as in the more than $500,000 he says the rapper owes him for services rendered on "Tha Carter III" album.

T-Pain's company, Nappy Boy Productions, is suing Young Money ... saying he produced Wayne's track, "Got Money," which also featured T-Pain. Further, TP says one of his artists, Young Fyre, produced "How to Hate" on "Tha Carter IV."

The deal, according to docs, was that Young Money would pay T-Pain some royalties. According to the docs, there should be a bundle ... because 2008's "Tha Carter III" sold more than 3.2 million copies ... and that's in the U.S. alone.

T-Pain believes he and Young Fyre are owed more than $500k.

Dustin Hoffman is apologizing for allegedly sexually harassing a 17-year-old intern back in 1985, but he's not confessing to any wrongdoing.

The 80-year-old actor addressed the claims of Anna Graham Hunter -- the woman who claims Hoffman grabbed her butt and made multiple vulgar comments while she was working on the set of "Death of a Salesman."

Hoffman said, "I have the utmost respect for women and feel terrible that anything I might have done could have put her in an uncomfortable situation."

He added in his statement to the AP, "I am sorry. It is not reflective of who I am.”

Bobby Slayton has cut a deal with the caretakers he believes are responsible for his wife's death ... according to new legal docs.

We broke the story ... "The Pitbull of Comedy" and his daughter, Natasha, sued a doctor and a nursing facility for negligence while treating his wife, Teddie Lee Tillett, who died in March 2016.

According to the docs, the sides have reached a settlement -- the Slaytons get $150,000 and in exchange, he'll release the healthcare workers from future claims. A judge still needs to sign off on it ... but both sides have agreed.

Natasha is a member of the girl group G.R.L.

Tyrese is coming apart at the seams over his legal battle to see his daughter, and he recorded an emotional breakdown hours before heading to court.

Tyrese posted this video where he just loses it, saying he's been away from 10-year-old Shayla for too long -- 2 months -- and begging his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, to drop her fight for a restraining order against him.

He also said he has millionaire and billionaire friends who just aren't showing up to help him in his time of need. Tyrese references the fact that much of the court proceedings have been sealed from the public. He says no one is hearing his pleas to see his daughter because they're not in court.

Shayla's nanny is expected to wrap up testifying Wednesday afternoon when the restraining order hearing resumes.

Oakland A's catcher Bruce Maxwell -- the only MLB player who took a knee last season -- made "anti-police statements" and cussed out officers during his gun arrest ... this according to the police report.

26-year-old Maxwell was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct in Scottsdale, AZ on Saturday after allegedly pulling a gun on a food delivery woman.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, the woman says she was making a routine delivery from Geno's Pizza and Cheesesteaks in Tempe when Maxwell answered the door and stuck a gun right in her face.

"Lindsay advised me she was staring straight at the barrel of a silver handgun," the reporting officer put in the notes.

When cops confronted Maxwell, he reeked of booze, cussed like crazy and couldn't keep his story straight. However, at one point Maxwell said he had cancelled his food order before it arrived and was not expecting it to be delivered.

Cops say Maxwell admitted he had 2 guns in his apartment and a bunch of ammo -- but insisted he had a concealed carry permit.

As the investigation continued, cops say Maxwell "began making anti-police statements and utilized excessive profanity." When cops decided to arrest him, he initially refused to comply.

One cop had a rifle trained on Maxwell during the incident. Another gave Maxwell instructions while pointing a taser at him. Maxwell ultimately surrendered without any weapons being used.

Maxwell was transported to a nearby jail, where he continued to cuss out police officers -- according to the report.

Another city is officially probing Harvey Weinstein -- Beverly Hills PD says it's now looking into multiple complaints against him ... as well as director James Toback.

BHPD says they recently got the complaints and launched an investigation against Weinstein. Police were not more specific about how many allegations surfaced, but we all know Bev Hills is home to the Peninsula Hotel ... where several of Weinstein's accusers claim he assaulted them.

As we told you, police in London are also looking into 11 allegations Weinstein raped women there.

Jeremy Piven's still getting a big thumbs up from at least one smiley fan ... immediately on the heels of allegations he sexually assaulted a woman on the set of "Entourage."

Piven was out in NYC Tuesday to promote his new CBS drama, "Wisdom of the Crowd" ... and didn't outwardly seem concerned about Ariane Bellamar's claim he groped her in his trailer, and also at the Playboy Mansion.

Piven responded to Bellamar Tuesday night, saying ... "I unequivocally deny the appalling allegations being peddled about me. It did not happen."

He added ... "It takes a great deal of courage for victims to come forward with their histories, and my hope is that the allegations about me that didn’t happen, do not detract from stories that should be heard."

Evanescence singer Amy Lee just scored ONE MILLION BUCKS in a lawsuit ... but there's a catch.

First, the backstory: 110 Management Inc. sued Amy last year for unpaid commissions and fees. 110 originally sought $1.5 mil from the singer, and eventually lowered the demand to $335k. An arbitrator finally ruled the management co. was only owed only $4,863.66.

Fast-forward to 2017 ... Amy fought to get 110 to pay her lawyer fees for drawn out legal battle.

The judge agreed she got screwed, and awarded Amy $1,036,773.68 ... but that's all going to her legal expenses -- $885k in attorney fees, $72k in an expert witness and other administrative costs.

Jerry Jones says Roger Goodell is trying to redeem himself for mishandling the Ray Rice situation by going extra hard on Ezekiel Elliott ... saying the commish turned Zeke into a "victim of an over-correction."

Zeke's request for a preliminary injunction was denied by a U.S. District judge on Monday ... upholding his 6-game suspension.

Jones addressed the newest update with "Shan & RJ" on 105.3 The Fan ... saying Goodell knows he went too easy on Rice, and is now trying to appease the public by burying Zeke.

A "Days of Our Lives" set designer suffered severe brain injuries when hundreds of pounds of lighting gear came crashing down on her ... according to a lawsuit.

Karla Bergstrom is suing Sony -- distributors of the long-running NBC soap -- claiming the company hired a bunch of negligent set builders whose shoddy work resulted in her traumatic accident.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Bergstrom says the workers were lowering a 400-pound bar of stage lights back in 2015, but failed to give anyone a heads-up. She says the grid came down on top of her, causing her head injuries.

Actor Scott Grimes may get laughs on "The Orville," but there's nothing comedic about his wife's new project -- she's filing for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Megan Grimes filed legal divorce docs Friday after 5 years and 10 months of marriage. She's requesting spousal support and lists the date of separation as Oct. 27 ... the same day she filed.

Scott's also the voice of Steve Smith on FOX's "American Dad" ... and he was also on "Party of Five" as well as the HBO series, "Band of Brothers."

The couple has no children together -- but Scott has 2 from a previous marriage.

Hillary Clinton's going full Kardashians by passing on questions about the big story of the day -- Paul Manafort's indictment -- and instead choosing to plug the hell out of her new book.

Hillary was at a signing session Monday in Chicago for her book, "What Happened" ... and when she was asked about Donald Trump's ex-campaign chairman ... nothing happened. She smiled and went into sales mode.

It's exactly the kinda move we frequently get from Kris Jenner's brood and others in Hollywood -- "You'll have to watch the show." As we reported, Manafort and his protege were indicted as part of special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into alleged ties between Trump's campaign and Russia.

For the first time, video of Peyton Manning's deposition -- in which he denies sexually assaulting a former University of Tennessee trainer -- has gone public.

Peyton sat for the deposition back in 2003 ... after Dr. Jamie Naughright sued him for defamation over a chapter in his autobiography about the 1996 incident.

Naughright had accused Manning of shoving his testicles and anus into her face while she was examining him on a training table at UT.

Manning claims he was simply trying to "moon" a friend -- and in the deposition video, obtained by "Inside Edition," he explains:

"I briefly pulled down my pants to so-called 'moon' him. One second, one and a half seconds. Pulled my pants back up and continued with Jamie's examination of the bottom of my foot."

Naughright says Manning is lying and refused to back down during an interview with "Inside Edition."

Manning's attorney is adamant the NFL legend did nothing wrong.
