Colin Kaepernick just arrived at NFL headquarters in NYC flanked by his high-powered legal team ready to grill Roger Goodell like a cheeseburger ... and he had a message for his supporters.

"I'm doing great," Colin said on his way in with attorneys Mark Geragos and Ben Meiselas.

"I love y'all and we gonna keep going!" he added.

Our NFL sources tell us ... Colin and the team are at HQ to depose Goodell as part of Colin's collusion case against the NFL -- in which he claims league officials like Goodell conspired with team owners to blackball him because of his kneeling protest during the national anthem.

We know Kaep's team has already deposed Houston Texans owner Bob McNair -- and there are reports Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and NFL executive vice president Troy Vincent were grilled this past week.

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are standing by their man, Ed Sheeran, and insist one of their hit duets -- which he wrote -- was not a rip-off of an Australian hit song.

Faith and Tim say they lawfully licensed their song, "The Rest of Our Life" ... which would mean there's zero issue with them performing it. They also deny the track is a "note for note" duplication of "When I Found You" ... a 2014 country hit for Jasmine Rae.

As we first reported, Ed has already denied he copied the tune when he penned 'Rest of Our Life,' and therefore there was no reason for him to get permission from the songwriters who are suing him ... as well as Faith and Tim.

The country music power couple just filed their response to the suit, and while they are backing Ed's claim he wrote an original ... they do make one caveat.

Comedian Corey Holcomb says Maria Bamford's restraining order request against President Trump is just a publicity stunt that she can get away with because she's a white lady.

We got the "Last Comic Standing" and "Wild 'N Out" star Monday at LAX, and asked what he thought of Maria filing legal docs against the Prez for triggering anxiety and depression over his escalating feuds with countries like North Korea and Russia ... feuds that raise the specter of nuclear war.

He doesn't mince words here -- Corey says Maria's full of s*** for filing a frivolous legal claim, which he chops up to a good PR move and getting in on the Trump train. For the record ... she's got a comedy tour that's about to launch Tuesday, so he might have a point.

Jeremy Renner's boosted his star power in Hollywood, which means he's also boosting the amount of money he pays to support his his kid ... TMZ has learned.

Jeremy and his ex-wife, Sonni Pacheco, have agreed to a new payment structure, due to the court deeming him an "extraordinary high income earner" -- $11.4 million per year ... according to the docs.

Renner and Sonni's initial child support deal for their daughter, Ava, called for him to pay $13k per month, plus 5% of any excess he made over his annual salary of $2.3 million.

Now, the exes have signed off on a new deal. Jeremy still pays $13k monthly, but the 5% has ballooned since he's hauling in so much more. They've agreed to cap that at $200k per year. Anything over that will go in an investment fund for Ava, which she can access when she turns 27.

Vanessa A. Williams is giving divorce a second try -- filing to split from her husband, 10 years after she first filed divorce docs ... TMZ has learned.

The "Melrose Place" and "New Jack City" star filed docs Monday in L.A. to divorce Andre Wiseman ... who she married back in 1992. The couple had separated in 2008, and Vanessa even filed for the big D.

The divorce was dismissed, for some reason, in 2017 -- possibly because she'd let it lapse. Court records show nothing was filed after her initial divorce petition. But as they say, game on.

According to the refiled docs, Vanessa is asking for joint physical and legal custody of their 14-year-old son.

Vanessa, who also starred in the TV version of "Soul Food," was famously the only black actor to have a lead role on 'Melrose.'

As for the divorce? Second time's a charm -- or as her 'New Jack' character, Keisha, might put it ...

Too Short won't face any criminal charges after a woman accused him of rape ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office tells TMZ ... it's rejected the case, citing insufficient evidence. TMZ broke the story ... Teana Louis sued the rapper claiming he sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions between June and October of 2016.

Too Short was adamant Teana conjured up the whole thing just to get into his pockets.

LeBron James stole something extremely valuable at a barbershop ... so claims a company that is suing the basketball legend for allegedly jacking their idea for a TV show.

Adventure Enterprises claims in a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports, it pitched a TV show to LeBron called "Shop Talk." The backdrop for the show was a barbershop where celebs share their business success stories while getting a haircut.

The company claims it had numerous talks about the idea with LeBron's company, UNINTERRUPTED, over a period of 2 years ... fleshing out the idea and figuring out a strategy for pitching it to various networks.

According to the lawsuit, LeBron went and cut Adventure Enterprises out of the picture and created a ripoff show called "The Shop," featuring LeBron in a barbershop with his contemporaries, "while engaging in an intimate conversation describing cultural experiences." The show aired as a webisode.

Adventure Enterprises claims it confronted LeBron's people, and what they got back was an apology and assurances it was a one-time deal and wouldn't happen again.

Apparently it did happen again, because another segment aired on ESPN no less.

Adventure Enterprises is gunning for an injunction prohibiting LeBron and his company from producing any more episodes. They also want some serious cash.

The company is also suing LeBron's business partner, Maverick Carter.

1:00 PM PT -- Sean Hannity just responded on his radio show, "The Sean Hannity Show," denying that Michael Cohen ever represented him. He also tweeted that he "assumed those conversations were confidential."

11:52 AM PT -- Cohen's lawyer just revealed in court FOX News host Sean Hannity is Cohen's previously unnamed client.

Stormy Daniels ripped a page right out of "The Godfather: Part II" as she showed up in court to stare down President Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen.

Cohen has a hearing Monday in New York to discuss how he feels federal prosecutors should handle documents seized by the FBI after a raid on his office and residence -- especially docs he claims would violate attorney-client privilege if improperly reviewed.

Trump's guy wants a judge to allow him and his team to review the seized docs first so they can single out paperwork they want protected from scrutiny. Trump's own team also reportedly filed docs asking to be allowed to review any seized evidence relating to the Prez.

Oh, and Cohen's asking to keep a third client of his anonymous -- his other 2, which he says received serious legal services, are Trump and GOP fundraiser Elliott Broidy ... the latter of whom had Cohen pay a Playboy model $1.6 million after she claimed Broidy knocked her up.

As you might recall ... Cohen admitted to paying Stormy $130k ... which she says was intended to keep her quiet about an alleged affair she claims she had with Trump.

Mariah Carey's former manager claims she was repeatedly sexually harassed by the singer, because Mariah was constantly naked in front of her ... TMZ has learned, but Mariah calls the allegation "baseless."

We broke the story ... Stella Stolper filed docs putting Carey's team on notice a lawsuit is coming, and now we know what's behind it all. We're told Stella is claiming Mariah rarely wore clothes around her, and was not only naked ... but did sexual things in Stella's presence.

We're told Stella will also allege Mariah has a substance abuse problem, and fails to take her meds for bipolar disorder. Just last week, Mariah revealed she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2001 ... but Stella's claiming that's just a small part of her problems.

Further, Stella will claim she was unfairly fired in the middle of her 3-year contract, and is still due a ton of cash. She's giving Mariah an opportunity to make things right, before the lawsuit is filed.

Maria Bamford fears nuclear annihilation and wants a judge to reign in Donald Trump before it's too late.

The comedian has filed legal docs asking a judge for a restraining order, claiming his incendiary comments about North Korea, Russia and the nuclear arms race poses such a danger it has caused her anxiety and depression.

She specifically cites Trump's famous comment, "I too have a nuclear button and my button works." She also references Trump's perceived threat to Hillary Clinton when he talked about gun activists knowing how to deal with her.

She's not asking the judge to muzzle Trump ... she just wants him to stay 1,000 yards clear of her.

Obviously the distance between Bamford and Trump will not deter a confrontation with Putin or Kim Jong-un. Maria's apparently taking advantage of the political climate to promote her upcoming comedy tour, which fires up Tuesday.

Bamford is a pretty huge stand-up comic -- she's appeared on everything from 'Stephen Colbert' to 'Conan' and "Jimmy Kimmel Live."

She's also appeared in a ton of shows including "Arrested Development" and "Maron."

Stormy Daniels has just filed legal docs responding to Donald Trump's request to put her lawsuit on ice.

Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, says the case should go full steam ahead for 3 reasons.

-- He says neither Trump nor Michael Cohen have submitted declarations explaining why going to trial would be unfair to them.

-- Avenatti says Cohen, who has suggested his 5th Amendment rights might be compromised, has made a number of statements since the FBI raid, so he can't be afraid of speaking out.

Justin Bieber won't face any criminal charges for punching a man -- who was allegedly choking a woman -- because the guy's not pressing charges, and cops can't confirm Bieber threw the punch.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops responded Saturday to an altercation involving Bieber at a Coachella party. Cops say the man told them Bieber was involved, but they couldn't find any other witnesses who said Bieber got into it with the guy.

Further, the man does not want to press charges -- so, cops consider the matter closed. We're told officers were only responding for the Bieber incident. No one reported the choking, so the guy Bieber punched was also not arrested.

Prosecutors in Meek Mill's case want his original drug conviction to be vacated, which would mean immediate freedom for the rapper -- but, once again, the judge is refusing to bend.

Philly's D.A. Office made a rare move Monday morning in court ... asking Judge Genece Brinkley to toss the 2008 conviction because it says prosecutors back then were fully aware Meek's arresting officer, Reginald Graham, was dirty -- but sat on the info.

If the conviction were tossed, that would mean Meek's probation violation would go out the window, too -- and he would be released from the Pennsylvania prison where he's serving 2-4 years. However, Judge Brinkley did not sign off, and, instead, scheduled a hearing on the matter for June. That means Meek has to sit in prison until then ... at least.

Meek's supporters outside the courthouse erupted in joy at news of the D.A.'s request ... thinking he'd be released.

For whatever reason, Judge Brinkley's standing her ground.

The D.A.'s Office tells TMZ ... its position on Meek's conviction "was taken due to serious issues regarding the credibility of the arresting officer in the case, Officer Reginald Graham. These issues, which only recently became public, have implications for dozens of cases where Graham was the arresting officer." Prosecutors reiterated their belief Meek should be released on bail while his appeals are considered.

Meek's son and mother were also at the protest outside the courthouse, spreading the love for Meek and helping rally the supporters.

Mariah Carey's former manager -- the woman who fiercely protected her and managed numerous crises -- has sued her... TMZ has learned.

Stella Stolper has filed legal docs stating that a lawsuit is about to be filed against Mariah for violation of the U.S. Civil Rights Act, a Violation of the Fair Employment and Housing Act as well as breach of contract.

Our sources say the suit involves a huge amount of money Stolper claims Mariah didn't pay her, but it involves more than money.

Stolper and Mariah were once joined at the hip until Carey cleaned house around a year ago. Stella was Mariah's go-to person during her turbulent engagement with James Packer.

R. Kelly's latest accuser claims he not only held her against her will, but he also plied her with drugs and alcohol ... and left her with an STD.

The woman claims she was 19 when she met Kelly in Dallas last June. According to her attorney ... she was unlawfully restrained, and Kelly gave her alcohol and "illegal drugs." She's claiming aggravated assault based on the singer allegedly giving her an unspecified STD.

The accuser's attorney, Lee Merritt, told the Washington Post ... she went to Dallas PD last week to file a report against Kelly, and she's getting ready to file a lawsuit. Kelly's reps have denied the allegations.

The woman says she's reached out to Joycelyn Savage's family, too. As TMZ reported ... Joycelyn's parents believe Kelly's turned her, and several other women, into his sex slaves. Although, Joycelyn told us she's not being held against her will.

Conor McGregor is hitting the beach after hitting the bus ... jetting down to the Bahamas to relax after getting approval from his bail bondsman, TMZ Sports has learned.

Sources connected to McGregor tell us ... the UFC star flew out of NYC on Saturday bound for the islands.

The issue -- because of his pending criminal charges against him in the bus attack case, Conor needed his bail bondsman to approve travel plans before leaving the country.

We spoke with Conor's bondsman, Ira Judelson, who tell us he did in fact sign off on McGregor to travel -- but wouldn't confirm the destination to TMZ.

Judelson also noted McGregor has been "100% compliant" with the terms of his bail package, so far -- which has essentially required Conor to check in and stay out of trouble.
