9:58 AM PT -- A rep for Sports Trinity -- which represents the Qatari investors -- tells TMZ Sports, "Sport Trinity never made an offer of this nature to Jerome Williams."

"His statements to TMZ are completely false and illogical, particularly as Sport Trinity is the largest investor in the BIG3 Basketball league."

Ex-NBA player Jerome Williams -- aka the Junk Yard Dog -- says he was offered $25 MILLION to start a rival 3-on-3 basketball league last year ... while he was still playing for the BIG3 league.

But the craziest part ... Williams claims the people behind the offer were the same Qatari investors who already owned a piece of the BIG3.

Of course, the BIG3 is suing the Qataris for more than $1 BILLION -- claiming they never made good on their $5 million investment ... and then threatened a league owner when asked for the money.

Now, Williams tells TMZ Sports he believes the Qataris were essentially trying to sabotage the BIG3 by wooing players like himself to ditch Ice Cube and Jeff Kwatinetz and join a rival venture.

"I'm JYD! It's not the first time I've turned down $25 million."

Williams says the Qataris flew key people associated with the BIG3 to St. Tropez and let them drive fancy cars ... but ultimately, the plan failed.

Jerome also has a message for his "good friend" Roger Mason -- former BIG 3 commissioner -- who's also suing the BIG3 and has a friendship with the Qataris.

"I would run fast and far away from these guys."

We reached out to Sports Trinity -- which represents the Qatari investors -- but were unable to get a comment.

The man who was arrested inside Rihanna's home, where he was waiting to "have sex" with her, is now facing 3 felony charges.

Eduardo Leon was set to face a judge Monday afternoon in L.A., but even before arriving in court, he was charged with stalking, burglary and vandalism ... all felonies. He was also charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest.

TMZ broke the story ... the 26-year-old man was tased and arrested last week after Rihanna's assistant found him inside her L.A.-area house where he stayed at least an entire day. He told police he wanted to have sex with the singer, not rape her.

Leon allegedly broke into another home a week earlier, thinking it was the singer's. He was also booked for residential burglary and trespassing.

Rihanna was not home at the time of the break-in.

Kim and Khole Kardashian, along with Scott Disick and others have been sued by a jet company for allegedly failing to pay an enormous bill.

Silver Air, LLC filed the lawsuit, claiming the famous passengers chartered a jet but left an unpaid balance of $225,353.80. Other passengers sued include music producer Poo Bear, and some other media moguls.

"Orange Is the New Black" star Brad Henke's ex-fiancée wants to put some distance between them, legally speaking -- she's just got a restraining order against him, claiming he's repeatedly threatened her since they split up.

Henke, who plays prison guard Desi Piscatella on 'OITNB,' allegedly harassed Simone Toliver after they broke up in June 2017. In her request for the restraining order, Simone says Henke sent flowers to her house on May 10 ... which frightened her because she had kept her address secret from him.

In the docs, she says it was common for Henke to have severe mood swings while they were together, and she mentions an incident in NYC where he allegedly grabbed her so violently ... security guards approached her to help.

Simone says they broke up after one of his "verbally abusive outbursts," and while she was moving out of their place she claims he violently grabbed her and shook her. According to the docs, it got much worse ... with Henke emailing her emotionally abusive messages 20-30 times a day.

She's not specific about the time frame, but claims Henke told her over the phone, "I could bust your head open."

The 52-year-old actor and Simone had been together for a year before their breakup.

We've reached out to Henke's rep ... no word back yet. He must now stay 100 yards away from Simone and her home -- at least until they have a court hearing.

Jacquees was hauled away by cops this weekend in Milwaukee after allegedly dismissing an officer as nothing more than a "white boy with a badge."

The Atlanta rapper was detained and cited for disorderly conduct Sunday at General Mitchell International Airport after cops say he got into a verbal altercation with another guest at baggage claim. It got heated enough that a Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputy got involved.

According to the incident report, obtained by TMZ, the deputy intervened and told Jacquees and the other man to go their separate ways ... but Jacquees wouldn't let up.

The officer says Jacquees flipped him off, said "f*** you" repeatedly, and told him ... "You're [sic] just a white boy with a badge. I don't have to listen to you." The cop says he followed Jacquees out to his car, and threatened to break his window if he didn't come out.

He eventually complied and was taken to a nearby office, where he was cited and eventually released.

Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey turned out to be just that for a man who says the popular ride left him with serious spinal injuries ... according to the lawsuit he's filed.

Tristram Buckley says he entered the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Hollywood, and took a ride on The Forbidden Journey. The 3D ride is supposed to give you the sensation of riding a broomstick a la Harry.

Buckley says he took his seat on the Enchanted Bench, and it was downhill from there. According to the suit, the ride "thrashes riders about ... whipsawing them back and forth violently." He claims the ride causes "shaken adult syndrome."

In the suit, he says he felt tingling in his neck and arms, and immediately felt nauseated. After leaving the park, Buckley says he got an MRI, which allegedly revealed spinal injuries that are causing him pain, numbness and weakness. He says he will require surgery to replace damaged discs.

TMZ broke the story ... Universal was having issues with parkgoers feeling ill on the ride in the weeks leading up to its opening in 2016.

He's suing NBC Universal and Kuka Robotics -- the company that makes the mechanical arm used for the ride -- for more than $1 million.

Nas is spilling the tea -- financial tea, anyway -- to let Kelis know how he spends his riches.

The rapper filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, which show he makes about $175k per month from various sources (music, investments, etc.) and he has more than $8.3 million in cash in the bank. Nas lists his monthly expenses at $76,834.04 and that includes $20,245.70 that goes to helping various family members, including his father.

The rapper also reveals he pays $15k per month in rent.

Nas disclosed his financial info because he and Kelis are at war over child support. She says $8k per month ain't cutting it anymore.

Adidas could be facing stiff penalties after an employee's grisly injury at Kanye West's Calabasas office -- where his Yeezys are designed -- is being investigated by OSHA ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... an Adidas employee was working on Yeezy shoes 2 months ago when a massive 3D printer fell over onto his foot. He was so badly injured he had to be airlifted to the hospital. Sources at the Calabasas complex say people have been "hush hush" about his condition, but word is the foot may have been amputated.

We're told the Occupational Safety and Health Association is now trying to determine if there were any workplace violations that caused the accident. If they find any willful or repeated safety violations, Adidas could face fines up to $129k per violation.

We're also told the victim has not returned to work, and he's lawyered up.

A 27-year-old man was arrested Friday for sending a letter to NBA Commissioner Adam Silver that essentially demanded Silver to let him play in the league ... or else.

"If you don't let me play, I'm going to come up there and kill you with my f*cking gun," David Pyant allegedly wrote in an email sent to NBA offices ... police sources tell us.

It doesn't appear Pyant has any real professional basketball experience -- but he does have a criminal record ... 13 prior arrests, according to the NY Post.

We're told Pyant was arrested on May 11 and charged with aggravated harassment. A judge granted a temporary restraining order requiring him to stay away from Silver.

Pyant was eventually released without bail.

Three of the kids cast in "Goosebumps: Haunted Halloween" are gonna have tons of cash for Halloween this year ... 'cause their checks are pretty fat.

Jeremy Ray Taylor, Caleel Harris and Peyton Wich are three of the teenagers who will appear in the sequel -- slated for, of course, an October release. While their salaries are pretty great for their age, not all pay's the same across the board ... this according to the minors contracts obtained by TMZ.

Jeremy, for example, bolsters a stronger resume with Stephen King's "It" under his belt and the sequel already in the bag. The 14-year-old is also one of the main characters for the R.L. Stine thriller so it makes sense he's getting the most -- $100k and, if the flick kicks ass at the box office, he stands to earn another $300k in bonuses. Yikes!

Caleel, 14, is getting $75k for his role and 15-year-old Peyton, who has a smaller role in the film, will earn at least $13,280 for 4 weeks of work. Lemonade stands be damned.

Porch pirates are those douchebags who steal packages left at your front door, if you didn't know ... and "Gotham" star Jessica Lucas just got hit by one.

Law enforcement sources tell us Lucas recently had a package with a few hundred dollars' worth of clothes delivered to her home in L.A. A neighbor saw a man take the package, but realized too late that it wasn't Lucas' fiance.

When Lucas' fiance got home shortly after, the neighbor explained what happened and it was clear it had been stolen, so they called the cops.

Singer Howie Day allegedly flew into a violent rage at Sea-Tac Airport that ended with him getting thrown in jail for assaulting his girlfriend.

The incident went down last month in Seattle while Howie -- who enjoyed enormous success in 2004 with the hit single "Collide" -- waited for his girlfriend of 8 years, Carrie Pencek, to pick him up.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ ... we're told surveillance video shows Howie throwing a tantrum before Carrie shows up ... slamming his guitar case onto the sidewalk. When she got there, Howie for whatever reason started slamming the hatch of his Toyota RAV4 causing damage.

Cops say Carrie told them she got out of the car to help Howie with his bags, but he started screaming at her and pushed her. After some back-and-forth, Howie went back to the trunk and, out of nowhere, threw his luggage on the ground.

Carrie flagged down a cop for help and told him Howie -- who at that point bounced from the scene but left his car -- behaves like this when he's intoxicated. She said he's been upset because his career's stalled and he was running out of cash.

Cops ran Howie in the system and found a previous domestic violence arrest for allegedly punching Carrie in the face, but it never went anywhere because she wouldn't cooperate.

Orlando Brown is finally opening up about being arrested last month in his underwear, saying the experience has left him traumatized and he plans on suing the men who came after him.

TMZ broke the story ... bounty hunters -- not cops -- raided the home where he was staying in Las Vegas. They found him hiding in an upstairs closet in his underwear ... and the whole thing was caught on video.

The former "That's So Raven" star says he'd been going through a lot at the time, especially with his family, and was afraid for his life since bounty hunters have the right to shoot.

If she wasn't already, it's time for Tommie Lee to get on the wagon ... unless she wants to get hauled back to jail.

The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star's immediately required to wear a SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring device around her ankle as a new condition of her bail stemming from 2 legal cases in Fulton County, Georgia.

The judge handed down the order Friday ... along with a warning not to drink any alcohol until her cases are resolved.

We're told the device -- which detects alcohol consumption through sweat every 30 minutes -- is not provided by the court, so the $400-500 monthly cost comes out of Tommie's pocket.

It could have been worse for her, though -- we're told prosecutors pushed for getting her bond from her 2016 DUI arrest revoked due to her recent arrest for an alleged mall employee attack ... but the judge opted for the alcohol monitoring instead.

The crash of EgyptAir flight 804 into the Mediterranean Sea that killed 66 people was caused by a hot Apple product ... according to a new suit.

The families of several of the victims of the May 19, 2016 crash claim the tragedy was due to the co-pilot's iPhone 6S or iPad mini overheating in the cockpit and catching fire.

According to the docs ... an investigation revealed the device ignited and led to a bigger fire in the cockpit, which ultimately took the plane down.

It should be noted, however -- some industry experts have questioned this phone theory ... and believe the fire on the plane started beneath the cockpit in the avionics bay due to a short circuit or some kind of explosion.

Still, the families believe there's enough evidence to hold Apple responsible for the deaths of their loved ones ... so they're suing for damages. The airline is also listed on the suit.

Dominic Monaghan hasn't been able to escape the harassment of an obsessed fan -- despite a restraining order -- so now cops are taking steps to track her online.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Meredith McLarty has continued to violate the criminal protective order by repeatedly emailing the "Lost" star and even mailed a letter to his house. McLarty allegedly sent 54 unsolicited emails to Monaghan from October 9, 2017 to November 7, 2017 ... some containing disturbing poems, partial nude photos, links to porn sites and "various sexually explicit messages."

McLarty allegedly wrote in one email ... "I could show up in New Zealand tomorrow and you [sic] I could rip off your clothes and f**k the British out of you and you couldn't use the restraining order against me because it's in L.A. County, not New Zealand."

According to the docs, Monaghan told detectives he's had to delete his public email and change the way he interacts with fans due to the harassment. He's also concerned for his safety because McLarty sent an envelope to his L.A. residence.

Cops now have a search warrant to gain access to McLarty's email addresses and social media accounts.
