Billie Eilish Bodyguards Step in for Protection ... Overzealous Fans Get Too Close
Billie Eilish knows this lesson all too well ... you want to make your fans happy, but there's a line they can't cross.
Billie arrived at JFK Airport in New York Saturday, and some overzealous fans got way too close and frenetic. Her 2 bodyguards had to stave them away ... as the singer traversed her way through the terminal.
Billy's only 19, so the drill isn't old hat ... it's really a dance. When do the bodyguards step in and when do they leave fans to interact?
There were other forms of protection as well, in the form of face masks ... something folks are required to wear in airports ... btw, with the new variant, masks aren't going away any time soon.
Billie's definitely got protection issues ... she's gone to court for a protective order against a man she claims has been harassing her and is potentially dangerous. She claims the guy has been lurking at her L.A. home and bombarding her with threatening letters.
According to the docs, Billie says she got a note from the man saying ... "You can't get what you want, unless what you want is to die for me ... You will know that soon the water will rise, and you might very well die ... You will die."
The LAPD is investigating but so far, no arrests.

Britney Spears Recommendations to Protect Her ... Post-Conservatorship
-

Britney Spears is a free woman now that the conservatorship has been terminated, but TMZ has learned there was concern voiced by medical professionals and the judge to make sure Britney is protected ... and a document was created outlining the areas of concern.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, Jodi Montgomery, who served as Britney's personal conservator and is still working with the singer, consulted with medical professionals to come up with recommendations on how Britney should transition from being in a conservatorship for nearly 14 years to being a free woman. We're also told the judge wanted to make sure such recommendations were in place to protect Britney.
Among the concerns ... driving. We're told the document that circulated cautions that Britney has had issues behind the wheel, and in particular Montgomery's camp was aware of an incident on Sept. 26th, where Britney was speeding in Westlake Village and stopped by a CHP officer. She was traveling 62 MPH in a 40 MPH zone. The officer let her off with a verbal warning. TMZ has confirmed the incident with the CHP.
The document also recommends that Britney's home is drug and alcohol-free and that she abstains from both.
Our sources say there's a mental health component to the recommendations -- urging that Britney take her medication and attend regular therapy sessions, as well as attend appointments with various other medical professionals.
These are just recommendations ... Britney is free to accept or reject them.
As we saw Britney out and about over the weekend, hitting up L.A. hotspot Catch with her fiance Sam Asghari. She's also recently reiterated her want for more kids, posting a photo Tuesday with the caption, "I'm thinking about having another baby!!"

Britney Spears Sam Lutfi Must Still Stay Clear of Her
-
Exclusive
- 1.2K shares
Britney Spears is a free woman and can do almost anything she wants ... but one of the things that is out of bounds is another relationship with Sam Lutfi.
There is a 5-year restraining order in full force against Sam ... a restraining order signed by the judge in 2019. This is not the first restraining order against Lutfi ... an earlier one was issued when the conservatorship was established back in 2008.
Lutfi was a singular presence in Britney's life during her lowest point ... just before the conservatorship was established. Lynne and Jamie Spears claimed Sam was lording over their daughter ... controlling every part of her life. They also alleged Lutfi crushed pills and spread them in Britney's food to maintain control, something Lutfi denied. He was also allegedly controlling who could visit Britney, who could talk to her and he even allegedly tried to become the point person for doctors when she was hospitalized.
That restraining order was in effect for the first 5 years of the conservatorship, but in 2019, Britney's lawyer went back to court, alleging Lutfi was trying to get back in Britney's life. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Lutfi had allegedly reached out to Lynne Spears ... offering her $1,000 to "disrupt and take over" the conservatorship process. The docs also say Lutfi allegedly threatened to release confidential information about Britney.
It's interesting ... before the restraining order was issued, Lutfi was posting that his endgame was to free Britney from the conservatorship. He allegedly told Lynne Spears, "We have hundreds of people, drs, lawyers, journalists, celebrities all working" to disrupt the conservatorship. He encouraged Britney's fans to stop at nothing to free her.
Judge Penny -- the same judge who just ended the conservatorship -- issued the restraining order, requiring Lutfi to stay 100 feet from Britney, refrain from any contact whatsoever and refrain from making disparaging comments about her. The restraining order also protects Jamie, Lynne, as well as Britney's 2 kids, Sean and Jayden.

Britney Spears Conservatorship Terminated ... Britney is Free
2:57 PM PT -- Britney just posted on Instagram, not holding back her excitement at all, saying, "Good God I love my fans so much it's crazy 🥺❤️ !!! I think I'm gonna cry the rest of the day !!!! Best day ever … praise the Lord … can I get an Amen 🙏🏼☀️🙌🏼 ???? #FreedBritney". Sam Asghari also posted and said history was made today.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Britney Spears is now a free woman, because the judge has swiftly ended her conservatorship ... effective immediately.
The judge terminated the conservatorship without requiring any further mental evaluation ... something Britney was adamant about.
The hearing started with Britney's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, quoting Britney's June testimony ... in which she said, "I just want my life back."
The judge then went around to all the lawyers and others assembled both in court and online, asking them whether they had any objections. Not a single person -- lawyers and all -- had a problem with ending the conservatorship.
Both the conservatorship of Britney's person and the conservatorship of her estate have been terminated, with minor exceptions. Rosengart wanted the estate conservatorship to remain solely to execute the necessary documents so the assets she has in the conservatorship can be transferred to a trust controlled by Britney.
The judge then read her order ending this saga ... and it took just around 30 minutes start to finish.
This doesn't end the dispute over the way the conservatorship was handled, because Rosengart has made it clear ... he wants a full accounting from everyone involved in the conservatorship, especially Jamie Spears and business manager Lou Taylor, to show how much money they have moved from the conservatorship to their accounts. Now all that said, Rosengart said ultimately it's up to Britney on whether she wants to pursue Jamie and Lou Taylor.
Rosengart did make one thing clear ... he said after the hearing, "This conservatorship was corrupted by James P. Spears."
Rosengart believes there has been misappropriation of assets by various people in the conservatorship, at the expense of Britney. As we reported, her estate is worth an estimated $60 million ... and Rosengart believes it should be much larger and would be but for lawyers, Jamie, Lou Taylor and others taking cuts and salaries from the estate.
As for Britney, she has her life back in full, and as you know ... the decks are now cleared for her to marry Sam, have a baby if she wants and to buy a new house -- something we know they want. We're told Britney has bad memories in the house where she's lived during the long-running conservatorship.
SEPTEMBER 2021
Rosengart has put in place what he calls a "safety net" so Britney gets support on both personal and financial matters. Her personal conservator, Jodi Montgomery, has agreed to stay on and work for Britney, and Rosengart has put a financial manager in place to protect and grow her assets.
And, TMZ broke the story ... Britney wants to get back in the studio and record music, although she has not selected a producer or the material for a new album.
We're told she has no plans to perform again ... at least at this time.
The FreeBritney folks were front and center on the courthouse steps as the hearing began. They are going nuts right now ... elated with the decision.

R. Kelly's enablers need to step aside so Joycelyn Savage can get a very important message from her family ... so say the parents of Kelly's girlfriend.
Joycelyn's parents, Timothy and Jonjelyn Savage, tell TMZ ... although Kelly's locked up awaiting sentencing, they're still being shut out from talking to their daughter, and the only way to reach her is through Kelly's camp.
Her parents say they've tried to tell her about a couple of deaths in the family -- a grandfather and most recently a grandmother who died this week from cancer, but they're getting radio silence.
As we've reported, the Savages have been trying to reunite with Joycelyn ever since September when Kelly was found guilty in his federal sex crimes trial, but they say there's still no improvement in their communication.
Remember, Joycelyn has decided to stick by Kelly through thick and thin, even fighting with his now ex-GF, Azriel Clary, once Azriel decided to leave Kelly and cooperate with the feds.
TMZ broke the story ... Joycelyn's mom approached her while she was leaving a court hearing for the alleged attack on Azriel, with Jonjelyn begging to talk to her daughter.
Now, Joycelyn's parents have a strong message for her and Kelly's team, and they desperately want her to come home ... especially because Kelly's going to be behind bars for a long time.

Lori Loughlin & Mossimo Giannulli Ask Permission for Cabo Pt. 2 ... Tenemos Una Boda, Juez!!!

8:19 AM PT -- 10/21 -- The judge just granted the couple permission to travel.
Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli are gunning to head south of the border once more -- only this time, its for a wedding ... but first, they'll need to get the all clear from court.
The convicted couple just filed legal docs asking for permission to take a week-long trip down to San Jose del Cabo next month ... where they say they plan to be in attendance for someone's nuptials. Lori and Mossimo say they'd be gone from Nov. 5 to Nov. 12.
As for why they should be allowed to go, the pair note they've been compliant with the terms of their supervised release since getting out of prison. Lori cites the $150k fine she had to fork over as part of her sentence and says she's done with her community service.
Mossimo, for his part, says he's paid his $250k fine and says he's making progress on the community service. In other words ... we've paid for our college admission scandal sins.
Worth noting, this is is the exact same reasoning as last time -- remember, they went to Cabo back in June, and cited the same rationale, which a judge approved. So, ya gotta figure they'll be given the green light again.
Lori and Mossimo also claim their probation offices have their back in the ask -- which should help get it approved.
The judge has yet to rule.

Jamie Spears Booting Me from the Conservatorship ... A Loss for Britney
Jamie Spears says his ousting from Britney's conservatorship will only hurt his daughter, and having a stranger take his place in her life is the complete opposite of what Britney needs.
Jamie's lawyer, Vivian Thoreen, goes after the judge for suspending Jamie and appointing CPA John Zabel in his place to temporarily manage her estate.
But, Thoreen then bores in on the attacks against Jamie, saying he was the one who stepped in 13 years ago when no one else would ... noting Britney agreed to establish the conservatorship. Thoreen says, "This included helping her revive here career and re-establish a relationship with her children."
As for Britney's anger toward Jamie, Thoreen says, "For anyone who has tried to help a family member dealing with mental health issues, they can appreciate the tremendous amount of daily worry and work this required."
Of course, Jamie was hammered by the public, Britney's attorneys and even his own daughter in court ... saying he controlled, mentally abused and even prevented her from being married or having kids. Thoreen says Jamie made the choice to keep his mouth shut during the "false, speculative and unsubstantiated attacks."
And, then the attorney went after Britney's lawyer, saying Jamie -- not Mat Rosengart -- was the one who actually asked the judge to end the conservatorship immediately. She says Rosengart objected to pulling the plug now.
As we reported, Rosengart wanted 30-45 days to review the books to determine if there was misappropriation of assets or other abuse ... and presumably he wanted the judge to retain jurisdiction toward that end.
Thoreen says flatly, "Mr. Spears loves his daughter Britney unconditionally ... Mr. Spears will continue to look out for the best interests of his daughter and work in good faith towards a position resolution of all matters."
TMZ broke down everything that happened during yesterday's hearing on our new podcast.
The next hearing is set for November 12, and it seems very possible, if not likely, the judge will end the conservatorship during that hearing.

Britney Spears' Court Hearing Jamie Spears Suspended as Conservator ... Lawyers ask to End Conservatorship
-
Breaking News
- 3.2K shares
Britney Spears won a huge victory Wednesday -- a victory she's sought for years -- because her dad has been officially removed as conservator of her estate, and it looks like the conservatorship is coming to an end.
It was a monumental day in court as Britney's lawyer, Mat Rosengart, zeroed in on Jamie Spears, saying he committed shocking abuse and mismanagement during his tenure as conservator. Rosengart was especially outraged over recent allegations Jamie engineered a scheme to secretly record Britney in her bedroom. Rosengart says there were conversations between Britney and her kids that were captured and he called it "unfathomable."
Jamie tried arguing the conservatorship should end today, but Rosengart begged to differ. The attorney wants to hold Jamie accountable for possible misappropriation of assets, among other things, and he wants the conservatorship in place until he can investigate.
The judge agreed with Rosengart and suspended Jamie. She also ordered Jamie to turn over all the books and records during his time as conservator so Rosengart can pour through them.
Our producer asked Rosengart on the way out of court if Britney would sue her dad if there's evidence of misappropriation of assets or other misdeeds. Rosengart jumped on the question and said Britney would absolutely sue.
As for ending the conservatorship ... the judge set a hearing for November 12. It's very possible the conservatorship will be terminated on that day. Significantly, there was no talk in court about a mental evaluation as a condition to ending the conservatorship. Fact is ... all parties, including Jamie, have advocated for terminating the conservatorship without a mental evaluation, so it seems things are headed in that direction.
In the meantime, a new conservator of Britney's estate has been appointed on a temporary basis. His name is John Zabel, a CPA handpicked by Rosengart.
For Britney's part, she's over the moon, posting on social media she's on cloud 9.
We interviewed a psychiatrist, Dr. Charles Sophy, on "TMZ Live" Tuesday -- he's handled numerous court cases involving celebrities and has been involved in a number of conservatorship cases -- and he suggested the judge should terminate the conservatorship with one string attached. Britney and her doctors should come back to court in 6 months so the judge could make sure she's taking her meds. That's his suggestion, but it seems everyone is headed in the direction of just ending it.
Britney will have a safety net in fiance Sam Asghari and her current personal conservator, Jodi Montgomery. BTW, Jodi has said she will stay on even if the conservatorship ends, and Britney is agreeable.
All in all, it was a huge day for Britney, Rosengart and Co.

Phoebe Bridgers Sued You Defamed Me On Social Media ... I'm No Violent Abuser!!!
Phoebe Bridgers cost a record producer a lot of money by spreading lies about him on social media ... this according to a new, multimillion-dollar lawsuit.
The indie rock singer is being sued by record producer Chris Nelson for defamation, and he claims she seriously hurt his bottom line by falsely accusing him of being a violent abuser.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Nelson claims Phoebe started spreading lies about him on her Instagram page back in October, accusing him of grooming, stealing, violence and abuse, among other things. He claims Bridgers and his then-girlfriend had a consensual sexual relationship dating back to 2018.
In his suit, Nelson says after he broke up with his then-girlfriend, Phoebe and the woman continued their relationship. He claims Phoebe and the ex then started trashing him, saying Phoebe directed her 500,000 followers to his ex's IG page, where the ex accused him of racially motivated violence, hate crimes, fraud, robbery and hacking women's email accounts.
Nelson, who owns the famous Sound Space recording studio in downtown Los Angeles, is going after Phoebe for at least $3.8 million in damages.
We reached out to Phoebe's camp ... so far, radio silence.

Jamie Spears Replacement Conservator is Unqualified to Run Britney's Estate!!!
-
Exclusive
On the eve of Britney Spears' biggest conservatorship hearing, her father is loudly objecting to the guy she wants to replace him -- claiming he lacks the experience and wisdom needed to manage her $60 million fortune.
Jamie Spears has filed docs calling out John Zabel, the certified public accountant Brit and her attorney, Mathew Rosengart, have nominated to become temporary conservator of her estate. Jamie's objection is two-fold, the first part focusing on Zabel's resume.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jamie says the only information Britney's team has provided about Zabel is that he's a CPA with senior "executive experience in finance and in the entertainment industry" -- and that just isn't cutting it for Jamie. He claims just because Zabel is an accountant, it doesn't make him “highly qualified” to be a fiduciary, especially as a conservator.
He goes on to warn that Britney's estate could be at significant risk, because Zabel would have to "hit the ground running" ... but since he lacks experience, he might royally screw it up.
In relation to that lack of experience ... Jamie takes a shot at Zabel for losing $1 million of his own money in a fraudulent real estate investment. It feels like a low bow, but Jamie's point is if he can't do due diligence for his own money, the court shouldn't entrust him with Britney's estate.
The other reason Jamie wants the judge to reject Zabel is ... he believes there's no reason for anyone at all to replace him, because there's no evidence he's done a bad job. As we've reported, Britney and Rosengart strongly disagree with that, and intend to lay out Jamie's alleged on-the-job failings Wednesday in court.
However, Jamie says in the docs, the judge's first order of biz should be dismantling the entire conservatorship, as he and Britney's team -- including her personal conservator, Jodi Montgomery -- have officially requested.
Jamie's logic is clear ... there's no need to name a replacement conservator, IF the judge simply does away with the whole conservatorship. That's a big if, especially because Britney, her father and her attorney want it done without a medical evaluation.
Talk about high stakes ... Wednesday's hearing just got even more interesting.

Ariana Grande Alleged Stalker Brandished Knife, Threatened to Kill Her

The man who allegedly pulled a knife on Ariana Grande's security and got arrested at her home has been a menace for months, and now we know how ominous it was, because the guy threatened to kill her.
Ariana filed legal docs to get a restraining order, and in it she explains Aharon Brown has terrorized her for 7 months. Things escalated to a crisis level on the evening of Sept. 9, when Ariana was at home. Brown showed up again and this time allegedly brandishing a large hunting knife. When security asked him to leave, he became combative and screamed, "I'll f**king kill you and her."
Police were called and Brown fled on foot. He was ordered to stop multiple times but failed to do so. He was eventually taken into custody.
A law enforcement officer also filed a declaration saying he feared the alleged stalker would be released from jail and therefore the restraining order was essential. We checked, and he's still in custody, charged with 2 felony counts of making criminal threats.
Ariana says flatly in her declaration, "I am fearful for my safety and the safety of my family. I fear that absent a restraining order, Mr. Brown will continue to come to my home and attempt to physically harm or murder me or members of my family."

Kim Kardashian says she's is NOT building an underground vault ... despite the claims of a neighbor who has gone to court to block her.
According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kim's neighbor, Sarah Key, has filed a restraining order against the Hidden Hills Community Association to block Kim from building an underground vault, subterranean parking, an attached subterranean wellness center and a detached guardhouse.
But, sources close to Kim tell TMZ ... Kim absolutely has ZERO plans to build a vault on her property. She is building something on the property -- we don't know what -- but we're told it's not a vault. We're also told she's going through the proper channels to get approval from the homeowner's association.
But, in legal docs, Key -- who does not name Kim as a defendant -- says there are two high-pressure gas transmission lines running through the community, and she's concerned the proposed construction would put "Hidden Hills community members at risk of catastrophic bodily injury and irreparable real personal property damage."
Key is also concerned about the alleged project harming the natural and rustic aesthetics of the community.
The house Key's talking about is the same one Kanye West designed and, as we first reported, Kim may get to keep to give their 4 kids stability during their divorce. It's the only home the 4 kids have ever known.

Cardi B's a mother of 2 now ... so she's asking the judge to postpone the trial over her 'Gangsta Bitch' cover art, which she was sued over nearly 4 years ago.
If you don't recall ... the album cover for Cardi's debut mixtape -- "Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1" -- features the rapper sitting back, drinking a beer, while a man with an elaborate back tattoo puts his head between her legs.
Kevin Brophy sued over the image, claiming that's 100 percent him in the image, but he never posed for the photo or gave Cardi permission to use his likeness. He also claimed the ordeal ruined his life and wanted at least $5 mil in damages.
The trial was finally slated for next month, but Cardi's filed new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- asking for a delay because she just gave birth to her son on Sept. 4.
According to the docs ... Cardi doesn't believe she should be required to travel all the way from the East Coast to Southern California next month, because she needs to be with her newborn for obvious reasons.
She also brings up the risks of COVID from travel and spending extended periods of time in public places, such as airports, hotels, and the courthouse. So, she's asking the court to put the trial on ice for at least 75 days.
The judge has yet to make a decision ... but Brophy may have to wait a little longer for his day in court.

Machine Gun Kelly Accused of Shoving Parking Attendant ... His Camp Denies It

Machine Gun Kelly's first time directing a movie is already eventful -- a parking lot attendant is accusing him of battery ... something folks on the movie set say simply did not happen.
Law enforcement sources tell us the L.A. parking attendant filed a police report claiming MGK was upset over a delay in getting his car, and allegedly pushed the attendant in the chest. However, we are told by sources close to MGK this is completely false. The alleged incident happened in a lot where MGK and his pal Mod Sun are shooting "Good Mourning with a U"
The duo's co-directing and starring in the film, along with Megan Fox, MGK's GF. Anyway, production sources say the attendant in question had wandered into the middle of their on-location shoot.
They claim the attendant was barking at a crew member, not MGK, to get out of the lot -- apparently, he didn't get the memo about the movie shoot. During that argument, we're told MGK yelled at the guy to get off the set, but at no point did he make physical contact with the attendant.
Worth noting, the attendant waited almost a week before reporting the alleged battery to police. Also, he didn't suffer any injuries and he told cops there were no witnesses. That's interesting because he was on a movie set -- we've spoken to multiple people who were there and did see it.
Our sources say, if anything, the case will probably end up at the L.A. City Attorney's Office.
If the Britney Spears battery investigation is an indication, the MGK case may be rejected for the same reasons -- insufficient evidence and no injury to the alleged victim.

Ron Jeremy Indicted For Rape, Sexual Assault ... Over 30 Charges, 21 Victims
Ron Jeremy has just been indicted on a slew of sexual assault and rape charges ... and prosecutors say there are now a staggering 21 alleged victims.
The famous porn star is now facing more than 30 sexual assault counts for alleged incidents dating back more than 20 years ... according to an announcement Wednesday from Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón.
Prosecutors say a grand jury returned the indictment Thursday and it's just now been unsealed.
Jeremy pleaded not guilty Wednesday to 12 counts of forcible rape, 7 counts of forcible oral copulation, 6 counts of sexual battery by restraint, 4 counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object, 2 counts of sexual penetration of an unconscious or asleep person and 1 count each of sodomy by the use of force, assault with intent to commit rape and lewd act upon a child under the age of 14 or 15.
Prosecutors are accusing Jeremy of sexually assaulting 21 women during a 23-year period dating all the way back to 1996 ... with the alleged victims ranging from 15 to 51.
Among the allegations, prosecutors say Jeremy stands accused of raping a 19-year-old woman during a photoshoot in the San Fernando Valley back in October 1996, raping a 26-year-old woman at a nightclub in 2000, and raping a 17-year-old girl at a home in Woodland Hills in 2008.
Jeremy's also accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in June 2004, a 38-year-old woman at a West Hollywood bar in January 2013 and a young woman at a strip club in the City of Industry sometime between 2002 and 2003.
