Prince Andrew 'Zero Cooperation' in Epstein Case ... Federal Prosecutor Says

Published | Updated

Prince Andrew has not been helpful at all to the FBI or federal prosecutors hoping to talk to him about Jeffrey Epstein ... so says the U.S. attorney in Manhattan.

Geoffrey S. Berman claims Queen Elizabeth's son has not responded to requests for an interview in the Epstein case, adding, he's provided "zero cooperation" to federal law enforcement.

The U.S. attorney revealed Prince Andrew's lack of assistance Monday outside Epstein's home, while answering a question at a news conference about victims of human and sex trafficking.

As you know, Epstein hanged himself in his jail cell in August while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking and conspiracy charges. Prince Andrew's been linked to the Epstein case due to his long and continued friendship with him ... even after Epstein's prison release in 2010 following a notorious plea deal in a separate prostitution case.

Andrew's also accused of having sex with an underage woman named Virginia Roberts (now Virginia Giuffre) -- who he met through Epstein -- at least 3 times from 1999 through 2002.

The Prince denied the allegations and tried, but failed, to do damage control in the scandal, including an appearance on "BBC Newsnight" in which he claimed he couldn't remember Giuffre ... despite posing in a photo with her in 2001.

Our palace sources say the issue will be handled by The Duke of York's legal team. Buckingham Palace will not be commenting on the matter.

Andrew had said he's willing to help any law enforcement agency with an investigation into Epstein "if required" ... but federal prosecutors say he's not going out of his way to lend them a hand.

Tom Sizemore Busted for DUI and Drug Possession

Published | Updated

Three weeks into 2020, and for Tom Sizemore it's looking a lot like 2019 -- he's been arrested for DUI, and it could impact one of his many prior cases.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the troubled actor was busted Thursday morning around 2:30 AM in Glendale, CA after cops pulled him over a traffic violation. We're told Tom showed signs of being under the influence and after searching him, cops say they found narcotics on him. He was booked for DUI as well as possession of a controlled substance.

This is nothing new with Tom. He was busted for drugs almost exactly a year ago in Burbank, CA, but caught a HUGE break in that case. As part of his plea deal, Tom avoided jail but he needed to keep his nose clean for a year. If a judge finds he violated the terms of the deal, Tom could go straight to jail.

You'll might recall, the "Black Hawk Down" and "Saving Private Ryan" actor was also arrested for domestic violence in 2016 ... and there were a handful of other charges prior to that, too.

While he's avoided any long stretch behind bars, Tom's luck might be running out.

Massachusetts Woman Alleged Parking Lot Pooper ... Busted By Cops

Published

A Massachusetts woman accused of repeatedly taking dumps in a parking lot is s**t outta luck ... she's finally in custody after essentially getting caught with her pants down.

Cops in Natick, Mass. say they've arrested 51-year-old Andrea Grocer after she allegedly made a habit of pooping outside a sporting goods store. She's being charged with 8 counts of wanton destruction of property.

Police say they started investigating the woman's alleged dirty habit in December after the store owner claimed he routinely found mounds of human feces in the parking lot.

Cops say they initially believed an animal was doing the damage, but investigators eventually found toilet paper and wipes in the area. Plus, the bowel movements were caught on surveillance footage, according to police ... but they say Grocer's license plate was always shielded from camera.

Police increased patrols in an effort to catch the serial pooper redhanded, and officers say they caught Grocer preparing to poop in the lot Wednesday morning around 7 AM.

You'll remember, a female jogger dubbed "The Mad Pooper" terrorized a Colorado neighborhood back in 2017 with her sneaky poops ... unclear if she served as any inspo.

'He's Throwing Stones'

TMZ Sports has obtained the 911 call made during Antonio Brown's alleged altercation with a moving company driver ... and the alleged victim claims the NFL star was high, and making threats.

We broke the story ... AB is accused of throwing rocks at a moving truck outside of his Hollywood, Fla. home and assaulting the driver over a payment dispute.

In the call, the driver -- who has a thick accent -- claims AB smoked in front of him and was under the influence at the time of the incident.

"The guy is high, he smoked, he threatened me. He's trying to fight, he throws stones at my truck," the caller claims.

"I'm trying to make delivery to the gentleman. I called him and told him he has to pay the balance for us to unload ... The guy refused to pay in the proper form."

The call -- which lasted for roughly 30 minutes -- paints a wild scene outside of Brown's mansion.

The caller says Brown and the NFL star's friends fought him when he initially arrived because they didn't want to pay his drop-off fee ... and he said while he was driving away some 50 yards up the street to get away from them, Brown hurled rocks at his truck.

R. Kelly GF Joycelyn Savage Accosted by Mom Outside Court!!!

Joycelyn Savage Leaving Court 1/23/20
I NEED TO TALK TO YOU

Joycelyn Savage handled some legal issues in her battery case, but the real drama was outside the courthouse ... where her mother ran up and begged to talk to her.

R. Kelly's girlfriend had a hearing in Chicago Thursday morning, and pled not guilty to battery for allegedly attacking and injuring Azriel Clary -- Kelly's ex and Joycelyn's former roommate.

As Savage left the courthouse, she was flanked by a couple of girls who we're told are her younger sisters -- and they were trying to get Joycelyn's attention while she's on the phone.

Then, Joycelyn's mother approaches and yells she needs to talk to her ... but gets shut down. Joycelyn hurries away and hops in a car with a woman believed to be her lawyer.

As she's getting in, it sounds like one of the sisters urges Joycelyn to "look at the documentary," and adds ... "He's been lying!" Seemingly, this is in reference to R. Kelly and the latest Lifetime docuseries on Kelly.

Joycelyn Savage
ENOUGH TALKIN'

As we've reported ... Joycelyn's been estranged from her parents for years, ever since leaving home and moving in with R. Kelly. Azriel did the same thing, but recently severed ties with Kelly, moved out of his Chicago condo and reunited with her family ... but not before a blowout fight with Joycelyn.

Gerald Griggs, the attorney for Joycelyn's parents, tells TMZ ... the family's still very concerned about her well-being and safety, and since she's been with Kelly she's been "completely different from the Joycelyn they have known her entire life."

Griggs says her entire family went to Joycelyn's court appearance Thursday to try to make contact with her. The family hopes to at least make contact with her attorney to open up a line of communication with her.

Antonio Brown's Trainer Faces Judge In Handcuffs ... After Alleged Moving Driver Assault

Published | Updated

The man who allegedly roughed up a moving company driver with Antonio Brown faced a judge in handcuffs Wednesday ... and the guy looked pretty damn sad to be there.

Glenn Holt -- an ex-NFL player who police say is AB's trainer -- was arrested Tuesday after he was accused of attacking a man with Brown at the NFL star's Hollywood, Fla. home.

Holt was hit with one felony count of burglary with assault or battery over his alleged role in the incident ... and he faced a judge in a Broward County courtroom Wednesday morning to hear the allegations against him.

35-year-old Holt didn't say much -- his attorney did most of the speaking for him -- but it was revealed Holt had reached an agreement with prosecutors to set his bond at $20,000.

In exchange, prosecutors said Holt must not have ANY contact with his accuser. They added the alleged victim had "no objection" to the deal. The judge later granted that agreement.

Jail records show Holt -- who played receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals from 2006-2008 -- is still currently in custody with his bond pending.

As for Brown's role in the alleged attack ... he has still NOT been arrested, although a police source told TMZ Sports on Tuesday cops are working on obtaining an arrest warrant for NFL player.

Antonio Brown Suspect In Battery, Burglary Cops Working On Arrest Warrant

Published | Updated
UPDATE

1:30 PM PT -- A police source tells TMZ Sports ... Antonio Brown is a suspect in a felony battery and burglary case stemming from an incident with a driver who works for a moving company.

UPDATE

We're told cops are actively working on getting a warrant for Brown's arrest and they're trying to work with the NFL star to get him to surrender peacefully.

UPDATE

Our source says a man who was with Brown at the time of the alleged altercation has already been arrested.

There are a TON of police officers in front of Antonio Brown's home in Hollywood, Florida, TMZ Sports has confirmed ... and we're being told it's an "active scene."

Unclear exactly what triggered the call but a neighbor told us there are a handful of squad cars in front of AB's home ... and there is someone in the back seat of one of the patrol units.

A police source tells us Antonio is NOT in custody but added, "at this time."

Two independent sources tell us it appears someone has been injured -- though the details are still unclear. We're working on it.

It's not the first time cops have been at AB's home in the past few months -- in fact, they've been there a lot to deal with issues involving child custody issues with Brown's ex, Chelsie Kyriss.

The last time cops were at Brown's home, he not only berated Kyriss in front of their children and threw a bag of gummy penises at her -- but also cussed out the responding police officers.

The Hollywood PD has since issued a statement saying they are ending their relationship with Brown and refunded a donation he made to help fund the Dept's 7-on-7 football league.
