Here's the lowdown. Geoff and Sofia Kaman, the owners of the Kamofie & Company jewelry store, hired a broker -- Christopher Spencer -- to sell the surveillance tape.

Spencer then cut a deal with the Associated Press, which agreed to sell the tape to various media outlets and give Spencer a cut of the profits that he would share with the Kamans.

But we're told the Kamans felt Spencer was withholding a big chunk of their share, so they sent and an email to the Associated Press to see if Spencer was up to no good. In the email they asked, "We were wondering if there have been more payments ..."

Spencer was indignant, and fired off a

to the Kamans, saying, "You do not have any legal right to contact the AP and suggest I've been ripping you off which is what you've done."

Spencer says the Kamans are ingrates, claiming, "I am in disbelief that, after achieving so much in your benefit, you'd be reaching out to someone and suggest that my company or I are not paying you money that's owed to you."

Jane was supposed to appear this morning to promote her new book, "Prime Time." But Fonda posted a blog on her site this morning claiming QVC gave her the boot because "they got a lot of calls yesterday criticizing me for my opposition to the Vietnam War and threatening to boycott the show if I was allowed to appear."

For all you youngins ... Fonda was photographed sitting on an anti-aircraft gun during a visit to Vietnam in 1972. The incident has dogged her for years, earning her the nickname "Hanoi Jane."

In her blog, Fonda went on to say, "Bottom line, this has gone on far too long, this spreading of lies about me! None of it is true. NONE OF IT! I love my country. I have never done anything to hurt my country or the men and women who have fought and continue to fight for us."

The couple just released a statement, claiming, "We have decided to end our marriage. This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters."

This will be Jennifer's THIRD divorce -- she was first married in 1997 to Ojani Noa, and again in 2001 to her backup dancer Cris Judd. This will be Marc's second divorce.

The couple got married in 2004 in their Beverly Hills home. They have two children.

Marc and JLo renewed their vows just last year on their 6th anniversary -- and back in May, they gave a steamy performance together on the season finale of "American Idol."

Hilton was sued by Fernando Tellez -- who was working at a gas station on Pacific Coast Highway when Barron -- who was 18-years-old at the time -- rolled up in a Mercedes Benz ... and struck the guy with his ride.

Tellez's attorney claims he suffered "permanent disability" and has been forced to "undergo multiple surgeries and medical procedures" ever since.

Hilton was arrested on suspicion of DUI that day after blowing a .14. He later pleaded no contest to the charge.

Now, an L.A. County Superior Court jury has ordered Hilton to fork over $4.9 million in damages.

It's her first photo shoot since the actress got out of house arrest two weeks ago -- taken in the middle of the night inside the famous 2nd Street tunnel in Downtown L.A.

If you're wondering who the dudes are ... it's Lindsay's photog BFF Tyler Shields and Virgin Mobile "Sparah"-half Spencer Falls ... who Lindsay was reportedly dating.

The guy is Jamie Dingman, a New York marketing exec.

A Swedish photo agency came to TMZ with what they said was a photo of the two, kissing and hugging outside Elin's apartment in Sweden. TMZ has seen the photo -- but the agency decided it wanted to hold it ... at least for now.

Jamie's dad, Michael Dingman, is a very wealthy investor. Jamie specialized in Russian private equity funds and he also owned an Indy car-racing team.

He reportedly dated Bridget Moynahan, Tom Brady's baby mama. He was also linked to Princess Madeleine of Sweden, but the New York Post says they were just friends. It does, however, provide a Swedish connection.

The photos have appeared on a Swedish website Expressen.tv as part of a video package. Good luck translating.

Sources close to Brooke tell TMZ ... just before the plane was about to push back from the gate, Brooke felt nauseous and said she needed to go to the bathroom. The flight attendant told her she could not get up, and things then got heated.

Brooke insisted she had to throw up, but Brooke is telling people the flight attendant rudely replied, "Tough." Brooke then went ballistic and demanded to get off the plane. She says her wish was granted.

But a witness on the plane tells TMZ ... Brooke was "belligerent and cussing out the flight attendant" so she was removed from the plane.

Irvin -- a five-time Pro Bowler -- is one of the most high-profile athletes ever to speak out in favor of gay rights, telling Out Magazine recently that he's on a mission from God to defend homosexuality.

Irvin's reason for speaking out -- his gay older brother Vaughn, who died from stomach cancer in 2006.

Law enforcement tells TMZ, model SueLyn Medeiros -- we strongly recommend Googling her -- was pulled over last night in Hollywood after colliding with a parked car, and when she opened her DeLorean's gull-wing door, cops caught a "strong odor" of alcohol.

Police administered a field sobriety test -- and Medeiros, who had been driving with Claudia in the car, laughs the entire way through, prancing around barefoot ... needless to say, cops weren't impressed.

Medeiros then blew a .14 -- nearly twice the legal limit in California -- and was placed under arrest.

According to law enforcement, Medeiros bragged incessantly about being a rich model, and was extremely flirtatious with the officers.

Brooke is saying, right after the last Goddess left Charlie's world, Brooke began hanging with Charlie at his home, where he's been a virtual shut-in recently.

Brooke is saying, forget all the drama -- she has a good time with C.S. and they have a lot in common, including twins. But Brooke acknowledges if they take it to the next level there are perils, given the toxic relationship they terminated with divorce.

Brooke was vague about what she does when she's with Charlie, but she made it clear -- the door is open, if only partially.

And you can't spell reconciliation without a "T" -- which is exactly what Charlie and Brooke have been sharing the last couple months ... the same t-shirt. How romantic.

Sources with direct knowledge of the negotiations tell us Artie would team with his pal and fellow comedian Nick DiPaolo for the talk show.

We're told the people behind "The Dan Patrick Show" are putting the deal together -- and like Dan's show ... Artie and Nick's would be nationally simulcast on DirecTV and Fox Sports Radio.

Artie hasn't had a permanent home on the air since leaving Stern in January, 2010 -- but when he guest hosted an FSR show last week ... he said he definitely wants to come back to radio.

It's not a done deal yet ... but we're told both sides are anxious to make it happen in time for a September premiere.

48-year-old Catherine Kieu Becker was also charged with "aggravated mayhem" -- i.e. intentionally causing permanent disfigurement of another human being.

Kieu was arrested late Monday night -- after allegedly drugging her estranged husband, tying him to a bed, and cutting off his penis with a knife ... before mutilating it in a garbage disposal.

She is currently being held without bail.

Brooke is saying she doesn't use the pipe to smoke cocaine -- she claims it was only pot and it's perfectly legal, because she has a marijuana prescription for anxiety.

But Mueller admits she's been on and off cocaine, telling friends, every few months she falls off the wagon and uses cocaine -- not crack -- but she also insists she hasn't been using for months.

Brooke says when she binges it usually lasts only around 12 hours, and then she snaps back into reality -- sometimes with the help of a little rehab.

Harrison -- the 2008 Defensive Player of the Year -- unloaded in a brand new interview with Men's Journal -- adding, "I hate [Goodell] and will never respect him." Harrison also calls Goodell an anti-gay slur, a "crook," a "devil," a "puppet," and a "dictator."

Goodell famously fined Harrison $100,000 for illegal hits last fall -- making Harrison one of the most heavily-fined players ever in a single season.

It all went down on Thursday at La Montana Linda Restaurant in Breckenridge, Colorado -- when Dog's team stormed into the place looking for the owner's father ... who allegedly jumped bail on breaking and entering charges. Dog was on the hunt for the guy as part of his reality show.

In the video, Dog's team can be seen marching through the kitchen after entering through the back door. When confronted by a camera-wielding patron, one of the Dog's team members says, "I'm not a superstar ... I can f*ck you up and not get charged."

At that moment, another member of Dog's team throws a closed-fist punch at the patron's face ... sending his camera crashing to the ground. We're told a brawl broke out and another patron was punched in the eye. Check out the injuries below.

The restaurant owner then goes outside to confront Dog face to face ... screaming at the reality star to get off the property ... and that's when things get CRAZY.

Dog loses his cool and lashes out -- screaming, "Come on white boy ... come on white boy ... come on white boy ... come on mother f**ker!!!"

The owner then throws a plant at Dog -- which pissed off Dog's right hand man ... who lunged at the owner ... tearing off the guy's shirt in the process.

That's when Dog whipped out his stun gun -- and made sure everyone knew he meant business. Dog eventually left without having to shock anyone.

Sources close to Dog tell TMZ ... Dog considered his target a "very dangerous guy" ... and notes that tensions were high that day.

We're also told Dog -- who claims he's part Native American -- claims the owner made the FIRST racial taunt, referring to the reality star as a "half-breed."

We're told Dog also felt his team was "rushed" when they entered the restaurant ... to create a diversion so the suspect could flee out of another exit. We're told Dog is claiming one of his men was sprayed in the face with cleaning fluid ... and that's what ignited the altercation.
