It's all to kick off the launch of FGL's new Old Camp Peach Pecan Whiskey. We're told the folks at Old Camp are rolling in 24 cases for a VIP pregame at the group's New Jersey concert.

Sorry fans, it's not open to the public -- they don't have THAT much liquor ... the tailgate is strictly for Brian and Tyler's close friends and entourage.

Brian tells us ... "It's a ritual we've had since our first shows, toasting and celebrating with our camp before taking the stage."

A national smoothie chain wants athletes everywhere to know they are completely and 100% PED FREE ... this after an NCAA star publicly wondered whether or not the joint was safe.

It all started when Brad Kaaya -- the Miami Hurricanes QB projected as a top pick in next year's draft -- questioned whether the supplements at Smoothie King were okay by NCAA PED testing standards.

Kaaya was obviously trying to make a point about the testing ... but even still, a rep from Smoothie King (800 stores nationwide) was quick to tell TMZ Sports the athletes have ZERO TO FEAR.

"Our proprietary Gladiator Protein, which is available in smoothies and in retail, is free from banned substances and perfectly safe for all athletes."

Want iron clad proof? The company says their products have already been tested ... by the NBA ... as part of a deal to get naming rights for Smoothie King Center ... where the New Orleans Pelicans play.

"Our partnership with the NBA’s New Orleans Pelicans requires that we meet the NBA’s rigorous standards for being athlete-friendly, and includes annual testing of all our ingredients."

The widow of original "Cocaine Cowboy" Jon Roberts is getting double-crossed in a deal Jon made to cash in on his life story ... according to the lawsuit she just filed.

Andrea Noemi Roberts says Jon struck the deal with financial adviser Daniel Merandi and his company, M & M Financial -- Jon would get 50 percent from any TV or movie projects related to his 2011 memoir, "American Desperado." Jon died shortly after the book came out, but Andrea says she inherited the deal with Merandi.

Andrea's fighting for every dollar, and with good reason. Jon's book has been linked to a Hollywood project with Mark Wahlberg, Peter Berg and Michael Bay attached ... and it's already been used to make a Telemundo documentary. She's suing to get the half she's due now, plus anything in the future.

Jon was a notorious player in Miami coke smuggling during the '80s -- as told in the award winning doc "Cocaine Cowboys."

President Obama is now officially the hero of Demaryius Thomas' family after cutting the wide receiver's grandmother a huge break on her life sentence.

Minnie Pearl Thomas is one of the 214 prisoners who got their prison sentences commuted by the Prez on Wednesday. Minnie got sentenced to life in prison in 2000 for running a cocaine distribution ring, but now she's set to be released Dec. 1 ... thanks to Obama.

Abby Wambach says she's been "totally sober" since her DUI arrest in April -- telling TMZ Sports she's learned from her mistake and doesn't plan to repeat it.

As we previously reported, the Team USA soccer legend blew a .13 during her April 2nd arrest in Portland -- and later pled guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicants.

She immediately took responsibility for the incident -- and vowed to be a better role model.

Well, we got Abby at LAX -- and she essentially told us the DUI was a teachable moment ... saying, "You live and you learn."

As for the complete sobriety -- the judge will be very happy to hear that ... since he asked her to abstain from booze while she's in her 1 year court-ordered diversion program.

Luke Rockhold says the UFC needs to do something drastic to end the cheating -- telling TMZ Sports, "I'm just tired of talking about it over and over again and nothing happens."

Rockhold says people have short memories when it comes to cheating in MMA -- and said Anderson Silva is the perfect example.

"Everyone is gonna beat down Jon Jones ... and they're gonna cheer Anderson Silva after coming back from testing positive."

FYI, Silva received a 1 year suspension last year after testing positive for a PED at UFC 183.

So, what's the solution?

"They need to implement the full 2 year ban at least. 4 years would really scare a person because it would take away a career."

Some lucky fans were surprised Thursday night when Chris showed up to the sports bar at Clearwater Casino in Suquamish, Washington -- population just over 4,000.

The UFC is cracking down on PED usage in a way boxing DESPERATELY needs ... that's according to former boxing World Champ Paulie Malignaggi ... who says it's HIS sport that needs a scrubbing.

We got Paulie -- the former junior welterweight and welterweight champ of the world -- in NY training for his big Showtime PPV fight against Gabriel Bracero on Saturday and asked him about recent drug scandals in combat sports.

A fair share of those have gone down in the UFC ... where high-profile guys, like Brock Lesnar and Jon Jones, have been popped just recently for doping.

Paulie's been a vocal critic of PED use in boxing for a long time ... but given recent history it's still interesting to hear him say that it's HIS sport ... and not the UFC ... that has the real problem.

Aldon Smith has entered a treatment center ... multiple sources connected to the NFL star confirm to TMZ Sports.

Montel Williams just got a lesson in German law -- you can't fly with weed, unless you've got a serious medical condition ... which is how he avoided getting arrested.

Montel's rep tells us he was traveling through the Frankfurt airport with his wife early Friday, and got stopped by customs agents. They discovered marijuana in his carry-on which Montel uses to help treat his MS and detained him for questioning.

We're told Montel informed cops the pot was only medication and called his team back in the U.S. to send over proof of his prescription.

Williams' rep says once Montel presented the proof, the German authorities were cool with everything and let him go. He was held for less than an hour.

Montel's rep, Jon Franks, tells us, "Unfortunately this is the reality faced by medical marijuana patients every day all over the world. Today, Montel reaffirms his commitment to fighting for sensible medical marijuana policies across the world and to fighting the stigma he and so many other seriously ill Americans face every day for simply following the advice of their doctor."

The overzealous fan who slapped Justin Timberlake on a golf course was beyond drunk at the time of the incident, according to cops.

TMZ obtained the Douglas County Sheriff's report which says Keith Weglin's BAC was 0.18% when he got to jail ... more than twice the legal limit.

TMZ broke the story ... Keith was nabbed by cops after striking Justin in the face at the American Century Celebrity Pro-Am in Lake Tahoe. He could have gotten off scot-free, but cops say he refused to leave the course ... so, they arrested him for disorderly conduct.

One law enforcement source said Weglin talked himself right into jail. We've reached out to him, but no word back yet.

Denver Broncos safety Shiloh Keo was PISSED at the cops during his DUI arrest back in February -- calling the situation "bull****" and threatening to tell President Obama all about it during his Super Bowl visit at the White House.

As we previously reported, 28-year-old Keo was pulled over in Idaho on Feb. 13th for a busted taillight ... and during the stop, officers believed Shiloh was drunk.

Keo was put in the back of a squad car -- where he waited for more than an hour -- and decided to vent about the situation to the camera inside the vehicle. And boy, did he vent.

Not only does he call BS on the taillight situation -- but says, "Hey Obama, I can't wait to meet you bro."

"Tell you about this bull****. This is why we have riots throughout the country, cause of this bull****."

"You wanna know why s*** is f****d? This is bull****."

Keo also said he would bet his entire NFL salary that the allegations against him -- and the broken taillight -- "ain't the truth."

He later pled guilty to misdemeanor DUI -- and a screenshot from the cop's dash cam shows the light was really out.

So, he should probably get that check ready ...

Brock Lesnar will NOT be disciplined by the WWE for his UFC 200 drug test failures ... and WILL perform at SummerSlam as planned ... TMZ Sports has learned.

More drama for the Dallas Cowboys ...

Defensive end Randy Gregory has checked into a treatment facility after reportedly failing another drug test ... according to ESPN.

Gregory -- who was dropped in the 2015 NFL Draft after testing positive for weed at the combine -- was suspended in February after failing at least 4 NFL drug tests.

He was already set to miss the first 4 games of the season -- but this new failed test (#5) would mean he's now facing an even LONGER ban from the league.

Even the drug dealers in Brazil are catching the Olympic spirit -- so say cops, who just seized a bunch of cocaine packaged in baggies with the Rio 2016 logo!

According to local reports, cops seized 93 baggies of yayo during an operation Monday night -- and found several of the baggies had the Olympic rings ... and a line that read, "Use Away from Children."

How considerate.

Police also say ... agents swooped up 28 bags of crack and some ammunition during the raid.
