"Teen Mom" star Ryan Edwards really killed the mood -- one day after he and his wife announced they're expecting their first child, he went and got his ass arrested.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the 30-year-old was busted Tuesday at his house in Tennessee when cops executed a warrant for violating probation. We're told he posted bail Wednesday morning. He's already on probation for a previous heroin case.

Ryan reportedly had a $10k-a-week heroin addiction before going to rehab -- and MTV cameras captured him slurring his speech and falling asleep at the wheel on his way to his wedding last year.

DMX needs rehab for substance abuse, not a long prison sentence in his tax evasion case, 'cause he's a sick person who's hit rock bottom ... so says former NBA star Jayson Williams.

TMZ broke the story ... DMX -- who's facing 5 years behind bars for failing to pay millions in taxes -- asked a federal judge to allow him to participate in a rehab program Williams operates ... instead of doing hard time.

FYI -- Rebound Institute is a faith-based addiction and wellness program located in Palm Beach County, FL.

We talked to the ex-hooper, who told us he contacted the rapper's people and "put together a plan where he's gonna come down here and work real hard and get himself together."

Williams says X failing to pony up to Uncle Sam was a product of substance abuse.

"He wasn't evading taxes on purpose. When you're in a self destruct mode," JW tells us, "You're not going, 'I'm gonna pay my taxes tomorrow.' You're going, 'Hey man, I'm not even going to live. My self-esteem is low. I gotta take myself outta here.'"

"That's where we're at right now. We're dealing with a sick individual."

Williams says the rapper has committed to attending his program. So, the only obstacle is the court and prosecutor signing off on the plan.

"You can always come back and put him in jail if he doesn't do the right thing."

Prince had "exceedingly high" levels of fentanyl in his system at the time of his death, according to a new toxicology report obtained by the Associated Press.

The report -- which is said to have been confidential -- gives a glimpse into just how much fentanyl was flowing through the singer's body when he died in 2016. According to the AP, the concentration of fentanyl in Prince's blood was 67.8 micrograms per liter. The report notes people have died from as little as 3 micrograms per liter, and as high as 58.

A medical expert quoted by the AP -- Dr. Lewis Nelson of Rutgers New Jersey Medical School -- calls the level of fentanyl in Prince's blood "exceedingly high" ... even for someone who's a chronic pain patient, he adds.

The toxicology also reportedly shows Prince's liver had a concentration of 450 micrograms per kilogram -- while also noting that levels beyond 69 micrograms per kilogram often signal overdose or fatal toxicity cases. Experts cited in the report also say there were potentially lethal amounts of fetanyl in Prince's stomach, and that he likely took the drug orally.

We broke the story ... Prince died at his Paisley Park compound from an opioid overdose -- the drug, of course, being fetanyl.

NFL player Jeremy Lane just copped a plea deal in his January DUI case ... pleading guilty to reckless driving, TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, Lane was initially stopped for driving 80 mph in a 60 mph zone on January 14. When cops pulled Lane over, he had admitted to smoking weed 3 hours earlier.

At the time of the arrest, Lane had told cops he was worried people would think he was drunk, saying "This time I was more high than anything."

The 27-year-old was initially charged with DUI on March 12 ... but has now agreed to the lesser reckless driving charge.

Lane -- a current free agent after he was released by the Seattle Seahawks earlier this month --could be sentenced to up to 364 days in jail, but it's unlikely he'll do any time at all. He can also be forced to cough up a maximum fine of $5,000.

Bob Arum says Canelo Alvarez should go away for a long time if he's taking steroids to get an edge on GGG ... but the top boxing promoter ain't gonna throw the book at him just yet.

Don't get it twisted -- Bob says Canelo blaming his positive PED test on Mexican beef is like telling your teacher, "the dog ate my homework" -- but he says Canelo's owed due process even though his excuse smells like BS.

"If drugs were taken to bulk him up, they gotta suspend him, and they gotta suspend him for a long period," Arum told TMZ Sports. "If it was inadvertent ... then give him a pass."

FYI, Canelo was temporarily suspended by the Nevada Athletic Commission over the weekend ... just days after GGG slammed him as a long-time juicer.

Jay-Z's thinking money when he sees twins ... Sorry, Sir and Rumi, but it's true.

Hova's champagne company, Ace Of Spades, filed docs back in November -- and recently obtained by TMZ -- to trademark "Les Jumelles d'Armand de Brignac." The doc lists the translation as "the twins." Ain't gotta remind ya that Jay and Bey have baby twins.

It's interesting ... the docs were filed just 5 days after we saw the twins make their vacay debut in Miami ... where the family tagged along for Jay's concert in Orlando.

Music manager Jordan Feldstein -- Jonah Hill's older brother -- had Whip-It! canisters all over the room where he was found dead ... according to the Coroner's Office.

In the docs, the Coroner says Jordan had multiple canisters of nitrous strewn about his bedroom when first responders arrived. The report includes toxicology results, which show he had only trace amounts of a cocaine metabolite in his urine. Also, he tested negative for any alcohol in his system.

As we reported ... Jordan had called 911 in December, and when EMTs arrived he was found unresponsive on his bed. The Coroner's report says someone on the scene told officers Jordan had been abusing nitrous oxide for about a month.

Jordan managed Maroon 5, Miguel and Robin Thicke. He was 40.

DMX is gonna have the book thrown at him in his tax evasion case, if federal prosecutors get their way ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs, the U.S. District Attorney's Office is recommending the rapper get the max -- 5 years in prison -- when he's sentenced next week. Prosecutors are urging the judge to "send the message" to X that "star power doesn't entitle someone to a free pass."

TMZ broke the story ... DMX struck a plea in November. He entered a guilty plea to one count of tax evasion, and avoided seriously hard time -- up to 40 years.

X was feeling good about the case after the deal, but since then he's been sent back to jail for failing a drug test -- and now prosecutors want to make sure he learns a lesson.

In docs, prosecutors say he's been "on a one-man crime spree for the past 30 years."

He does have a lot of mug shots. Sentencing goes down next Wednesday.

Canelo Alvarez is pissed GGG publicly blasted him as a longtime steroids user -- and the Mexican boxing star is firing back with some good ol' fashioned American trash talk.

"I'm gonna kick your f**king ass ... little bitch," Canelo wrote on social media.

Alvarez ain't just talking ... he's also showing Gennady Golovkin how he plans to do it with some lightning-fast shadow boxing!!

FYI, GGG destroyed Canelo in an interview on Wednesday ... calling his tainted beef excuse a bunch of BS -- "It’s not Mexican meat. Canelo is cheating. They’re using these drugs, and everybody is just trying to pretend it’s not happening."

Ex-NBA star Steve Francis was arrested for public intoxication Sunday night in L.A. ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Francis, 41, was arrested around 11:40 PM after police were called for a disturbance between two men at a hotel in Burbank.

Law enforcement sources tell us when cops arrived, Francis was intoxicated. He was arrested for being drunk in public.

Francis was transported to jail ... before being given a citation and released around 7 AM Monday morning.

This isn't Francis' first brush with the law ... he was arrested for drunk driving in 2016. During the incident he cussed out police ... calling them "groupie motherf***ers."

Just last week, S.F. wrote an article for The Players' Tribune discussing his battle with alcohol.

Francis says alcohol abuse contributed to the decline of his pro basketball career and said during his heaviest drink days "I lost my whole identity."

10:17 AM PT -- Davis has finally spoken out publicly about his weed bust last month, posting a since-deleted video online to refute the claims that he was allegedly selling drugs out of a hotel room in Maryland. He's on a private jet surrounded by Popeye's chicken ... and a bunch of cash that he says is all legit from his NBA days. He also says he'll have his day in court to prove his innocence.

Former NBA player Glen "Big Baby" Davis -- known for his role on the 2008 Boston Celtics team that won the championship -- was reportedly arrested last month on 7 counts of drug possession and distribution.

Davis -- who last played in the league with the Clippers in 2015 -- was busted in a Hampton Inn in Aberdeen, MD on February 7 by cops after the hotel owner smelled weed in his room, knocked on the door and was told to "F*** off!" ... according to court records obrained by WMAR Baltimore.

Aberdeen Police Lieutenant William Reiber says Davis had 126 grams of marijuana on him, along with $92,164 in a briefcase and a "ledger that contained language which is consistent with someone involved in the sale and distribution of narcotics."

The ledger reportedly had names of people who owed money along with baggies for packaging the weed ... which was from an L.A. wholesaler Davis told cops he was in business with.

He told cops he was Maryland to visit family. David was indicted weeks later on the drug charges, but his lawyer says he's innocent.

Canelo Alvarez's meat problems could be over -- a San Diego butcher shop is vowing to provide free, CLEAN meat to the middleweight champ for the rest of his training camp.

Alvarez recently tested positive for traces of Clenbuterol -- a banned performance-enhancing drug -- and he blamed the whole thing on tainted Mexican beef.

Canelo says he immediately moved his training camp from Mexico to the U.S. -- and he's already got a butcher shop near his training base in S.D. down to hook him up with roid-free beef.

"This really seems like a case where contaminated, factory farmed meats almost cost someone a monumental event in their life," Heart & Trotter owner, Trey Nichols, tells TMZ Sports.

"We are happy to offer clean, locally raised and sustainably-sourced meats that will not only be free of chemicals, hormones and antibiotics, but will help Canelo Alvarez reach his peak performance during training."

Nichols says the butcher shop has previously supplied clean meat to the Lakers and Chargers ... so teaming up with Canelo to preserve the May 5 showdown with GGG is a no-brainer.

John Skipper is finally opening up about his shocking exit from ESPN -- and admitting the "substance addiction" that led to his resignation was with cocaine.

"I did get some therapy. I did go through treatment," Skipper told The Hollywood Reporter.

"I thought the best thing to do was to take the time to check myself into a facility, and I was able to understand a bit more about substance use and to think about how it intersected with my life."

Skipper is adamant he never had a problem with alcohol, heroin or opioids -- it was strictly cocaine.

"At ESPN I did not use at work, nor with anyone at work, or with anyone I did business with. I never allowed it to interfere with my work, other than a missed plane and a few canceled morning appointments."

But, Skipper says he knew he had to come clean about his coke habit in December when someone he bought cocaine from tried to extort him.

The dealer is described in the article as a "strange source."

Skipper also claims rumors of alleged sexual misconduct contributing to his resignation are false.

Juelz Santana's gun and drug possession charges just became more clear -- he allegedly had oxycodone on him during the airport bust ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Juelz had eight oxycodone pills in his travel bag when he was arrested for unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled dangerous substance at Newark International Airport last week.

He's due in court Wednesday to face the drug charge.

As we reported ... Juelz was arrested Monday after fleeing security when TSA found a gun in his carry-on bag in the x-ray tunnel.

Justin Timberlake's bringing shotskis back to arena concerts -- just ask the folks in Toronto who boozed with the pop star to celebrate the first stop of his new tour.

JT played Tuesday night at the Air Canada Centre to kick off his "Man of the Woods" tour, and by the end ... he and his crew needed a drink.

Timberlake played bartender and handed out shots to everyone in his band, even gifting some to a few fans down below. He toasted the crowd, a baby on the way (not his) ... and Toronto's very own "motherf***ing Drake."

Bad news for Kansas City Chiefs tight end Demetrius Harris ... dude just got sentenced to JAIL TIME after getting caught with more than an ounce of weed.

As we previously reported, Harris was pulled over in Missouri back in March 2017 and, during the stop, cops found more than 35 grams of marijuana in the car.

He was initially charged with felony possession -- but later struck a deal with prosecutors in which he pled guilty to a lesser possession charge (misdemeanor) and in exchange he got 2 days in jail.

A spokesperson for Bates County Circuit Court tells TMZ Sports Harris will not get credit for time served -- he must complete the 2-day sentence at a later date. No word on when he plans to turn himself in.

Harris was also sentenced to 80 hours of community service and 2 years probation and must complete an NFL drug program.
