Even though she won't attend the Masters, Mrs. Tiger Woods showed up today to the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami today to take in a little tennis.

We're told she's there to watch today's Andy Roddick vs. Rafael Nadal match. We're told she's sitting in reserved/club seating –- which isn't super private, but away from general admission fans.

This is Elin's encore -- last night she was at the tourney, sitting with Lindsay Davenport, watching the Henin/Clijsters women's match.

Video of a violent run-in between Jesse James and a paparazzo -- video that could become the smoking gun in a criminal prosecution -- is being reviewed by the violent crimes unit of the Long Beach P.D., TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us detectives paid a visit to Mark Haushalter, lawyer for the photog. Cops took a copy of the footage the photog shot last week when James approached his car with a friend -- and allegedly went on a rampage, damaging the vehicle.

As we previously reported, Jesse and the photog placed each other under citizen's arrest.

Haushalter tells TMZ, "Any allegations by Jesse James that my client was stalking him are laughable and completely lack any merit."

Tiger Woods' kindergarten teacher isn't the only person to say Tiger is telling a fish tale about a racial attack in school ... the former principal questions Tiger's story as well.

Donald Hill, the former principal of Cerritos Elementary School in Cypress, CA, has said he never heard about the incident where Tiger claimed to have been tied to a tree and the racial epithet spray-painted on his body.

And there's more. Linda DaVeiga -- a parent who was constantly at the school around the time the alleged incident occurred -- tells TMZ she never heard of any such incident.

And it turns out, Maureen Decker, the teacher who will be front and center at Gloria Allred's news conference at 10:30 PT, addressed the alleged incident in 2005, saying the incident never occurred.

The news conference should be interesting.

Lindsay Lohan is broke -- so much so, she can't even pay her rent on time, sources tell TMZ.

We've learned Lindsay was two months behind in rent and her landlord sent her a legal notice to pay or get out. Lindsay just paid her landlord $23,000 to become current.

What's worse ... Lindsay isn't pulling in any income and her prospects for work are almost non-existent because of substance abuse issues ... according to our sources.

In the few days since TMZ published the story that friends and professionals are deeply afraid for Lindsay, the situation has become even more dire. We're told there is still a strong feeling -- even resignation -- that Lindsay will die soon if she doesn't get help.

There is deep frustration among the remaining people in Lindsay's world that her mom, Dina, is enabling her daughter by insisting Lindsay is fine.

As for how Lindsay could possibly be in compliance with her alcohol education program -- all she's required to do is go to the classes and refrain from driving. Drug and alcohol testing are not part of the drill.

More evidence of Lindsay's situation: last night she went to Ubisoft's "Splinter Cell: Conviction" Launch Party at Les Deux, where she once again fell -- hard -- on her way out of the club. After the crash, she got up, dusted herself off ... and went to another nightclub.

A new woman has come forward in the Tiger Woods scandal -- his kindergarten teacher ... TMZ has learned.

The teacher will respond to an interview Tiger Woods gave for a 2005 book written by Charles Barkley, in which the golfer says, "I became aware of my racial identity on my first day of school, on my first day of kindergarten. A group of sixth graders tied me to a tree, spray-painted the word 'nigger' on me, and threw rocks at me. That was my first day of school. And the teacher really didn't do much of anything."

Enter victim's rights attorney Gloria Allred.

Today at 10:30 AM PT, for the first time ever, the teacher will speak out at a news conference in Gloria's office ... and say once and for all whether Tiger's tale is true.

But wait. There's more. The teacher will unveil pictures of Tiger as a kindergartner and also express her feelings about Tiger and his alleged mistresses.

Spencer "Running Bear" Pratt just told us: "Changing our names to Running Bear and White Wolf isn't meant to be disrespectful ... we respect [Native American] heritage and have a sincere acknowledgment of their beautiful culture."

"American Idol" reject Chikezie Eze owes Bank of America more than $17,000 ... which in Neiman Marcus terms is 28 bottles of cologne.

You'll recall Mr. Eze was charged last Friday with attempting to buy 2 bottles of really, really expensive cologne at Neiman's using fraudulent credit cards. Neiman's, which charges more than $1,200 for the two bottles of cologne has not been charged with highway robbery -- so far.

In the B of A civil lawsuit, the bank claims Eze overdrew funds from his account and owes $17,433.63.

That shocking STD accusation in NBA star Dwyane Wade's divorce is a big nasty lie, according to sworn testimony in legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Siohvaughn Wade has claimed in legal docs the Miami Heat guard gave her chlamydia. But during a deposition, Andrea Williams ... a close friend of the Wades -- claimed Siohvaughn told her she contracted the disease from another man.

Williams testified in her depo, Siohvaughn was seeing another man during her marriage -- and claims she was present in 2007 when Mrs. Wade accused the boyfriend of giving her the STD.

But enough about chlamydia. Williams also claims in her depo that Siohvaughn bought a T-Mobile cell phone for her BF. Dwyane is a T-Mobile spokesperson. Guess who's not making his fave five?

Former UFC fighter War Machine admits he was carrying deadly weapons during his arrest on Tuesday ... the flesh and bone kind.

David Oblas -- a promoter for Machine's next match -- says the fighter told him the reason he unholstered his fists was because his buddy was outnumbered in a fight at a San Diego Bar.

Machine was eventually arrested for assault with a deadly weapon -- but according to Oblas, it's because Machine is a professional fighter and his fists are considered deadly weapons.

Makes sense ... because the San Diego Police Department tells TMZ Machine allegedly got the best of three guys during the rumble.

Sources directly connected to "Two and a Half Men" are laughing at reports that Charlie Sheen says he's done with the show.

Although the show has been sold to CBS for two more seasons, Charlie's deal is up and the parties are far apart, but that's nothing new ... it's happened with Charlie before.

We're told Charlie is currently making $825,000 an episode, and he's asking for $1.5 million. We're told the Warner Bros. offer is around $1 million an episode.

Warner Bros. will make a fortune if the show continues, because any fresh episodes will automatically become part of the syndication deal. Charlie would also make a fortune.

As one person put it, "This deal will be made at midnight on the day CBS announces its new fall schedule [May 19]. Everyone plays the brinksmanship game."

And there's this ... it's not going to be particularly easy for Charlie to get a new show, given he's in rehab and facing a possible jail sentence.

And one well-connected source snarkily said, "Does anyone really think Charlie will walk away from $48 million?"

Rabbi Marvin Hier, Dean and Founder of the Simon Wiesenthal Center in L.A., says "To poke fun, giving the sieg heil, and wearing the Nazi uniform is desecrating and beneath contempt."

Jesse's attorney, Joe Yanny, claims the hat was a gag gift given to him by his Jewish godfather. Yanny adds possessing Nazi memorabilia does not make someone a neo-Nazi.

But Rabbi Hier is unmoved, adding, "Whatever condemnation he gets, he has richly earned it."

Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade claims his estranged wife intentionally blocked their oldest son from sharing in one of the most precious moments a child can have -- out of spite.

In legal docs filed in Wade's uber-nasty custody fight, Wade's lawyer claims he wanted to take his 8-year-old son to All-Star weekend in Dallas. But Dwyane's lawyer claims Siohvaughn jock-blocked him by throwing a birthday party for the boy in Wisconsin -- 10 days after the boy's real birthday.

According to Wade's lawyer, James Pritikin, Dwyane actually filed an emergency motion before the game, asking the judge to order his wife to let the boy go to Dallas. But the judge felt the All-Star game was not an emergency.

Sad part of the story -- Dwyane scored 28 points, got the MVP award and led his team to victory. And the boy got a sucky cake in Wisconsin.

There were numerous reports Rachel settled on the brink of holding a Gloria Allred-style news conference for anywhere between $2 - 5 million.

But our sources -- and they are good -- tell TMZ Tiger was so concerned with the depth and detail of information from Alleged Mistress #1 that they folded like a cheap suit, and offered the huge $10 million sum in return for an ironclad confidentiality agreement.

TMZ has learned the actual settlement could fluctuate $1 million either way, depending on future circumstances. But the baseline is $10 mil.

Compare Rachel's settlement with what other A.M's received, if they got anything at all. We're told several mistresses got several hundred thousand dollars, and others got nothing. That speaks volumes about how much Rachel knows.

Insiders are saying Rachel's settlement could be a precursor to what Elin Nordegren could get if she pulls the plug on her marriage to Tiger. Reports that Elin could get $300 million under the prenup are absurd. It's more likely the prenup is in the $5 - 10 million range, with provisions for support. But insiders tell us -- with the backdrop of Rachel's settlement -- there's no way Tiger would get off cheaper than $20 mil.

Dennis' assistant, Emily Davis, made the shocking allegation in a declaration filed in Hopper's epic divorce battle with wife Victoria.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Davis claims she and everyone else in the Hopper household were "at the mercy of [wife Victoria's] cruelty" when Hopper had to be taken to the hospital last December -- and added that his wife "was trying to kill him." Emily didn't specify the alleged method of termination.

Davis claims Victoria -- who's been trying to preserve her stake in Dennis' inheritance -- "is a threat to all in the home and has already looted millions of [dollars in] property that is not hers."

Dennis' daughter from a prior marriage, Marin Hopper -- who's actually older than her stepmother -- also weighed in, calling Victoria's behavior "frightening" ... and accusing her of spreading "slanderous lies" to the media.

UPDATE: Victoria tells TMZ: "Emily Davis' claims are outrageous, horrifying, and not based on facts or reality."

One of our restaurant spies asked the waiter if Joe was a good tipper ... he just rolled his eyes and said, "No comment, but that's life."
