Beyonce and Jay-Z's twins are barely 4 months old but they're already moving like royalty.

The Carters arrived at a New York heliport Wednesday with their entire brood in tow ... big sis Blue Ivy was there, along with Rumi and Sir. It's the first time the whole fam's been seen together since the twins arrived in June.

Hov was a hands-on dad carrying one of the twins, and got a helping hand with the other.

The superstar couple just dropped a fortune on a Hamptons home, about 35 minutes away by chopper. The Carters don't do traffic.

Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock has a younger brother who has a warrant out for his arrest, albeit for something far less menacing ... TMZ has learned.

57-year-old Bruce Paddock is wanted in L.A. County, according to docs, and it stems from one of his laundry list of violations. Paddock was busted for vandalism in 2014 -- he jacked up a moving company's property.

Paddock pled no contest and got 150 hours of community service, but kept trying to get it reduced. When he no-show'd for a 2016 court date, the judge issued the bench warrant.

We broke the story ... Bruce has a long rap sheet, including arrests for arson, burglary and criminal threats. The vandalism is a misdemeanor, so it's unlikely cops are actively seeking him.

The father of Serena and Venus Williams has finally agreed with his estranged wife on something -- it's best if we stay the hell away from each other!

TMZ Sports has learned 75-year-old Richard Williams and 38-year-old Lakeisha Williams have asked the court to grant a "mutual restraining order" -- barring both sides from contact during their nasty, nasty divorce.

As we previously reported, Lakeisha accused Richard of cutting her off and leaving her and their young child in financial ruin. She also claims he's gun-obsessed and dangerous.

Richard claims Lakeisha is an alcoholic who's been stealing money from him. Both sides deny each other's allegations.

Hugh Hefner truly did have a ride or die by his side in Crystal Harris ... a pleasant surprise to family and friends initially skeptical of the 31-year-old's motives.

Playboy sources tell TMZ ... Crystal surprised the hell outta a lot of people when she stood by Hef's side in his declining years as he got older and became more frail. They actually called Crystal -- who at 26 married Hef in 2012 -- a pillar of strength.

Case in point ... Crystal was at Hef's doctor's appointments and the architect behind game and movie nights to keep his spirits high. When Hef was placed on bed rest, Crystal constantly was by his side.

The family initially was concerned that as Hef got older she wouldn't be there to support him, but she flipped the script with her attentiveness, and we're told the family's immensely grateful for her vigilance.

It's no wonder Hef wanted to take care of Crystal with a sick pad and $5 million long before his death ... she proved herself early on and remained a constant until Hef died peacefully last week.

He was 91. #RIP

Yanking LaMelo Ball outta high school was "the smartest move in the world," so says John Salley, who praises LaVar as a visionary who knows how to make great athletes.

"Smartest people in the world are homeschooled," Salley tells TMZ Sports.

"If not, you get shot in school, you gotta get picked on, you gotta worry about clothes, you're not focused."

Of course, LaVar pulled 16-year-old LaMelo out of Chino Hills High School to privately educate and train him. LaVar believes he will better prepare Melo for the NBA this way.

Salley agrees -- and points to Boris Becker, who dropped out of school in 10th grade to focus on tennis. He won his first Grand Slam at 17 years old.

"[LaVar is] developing a great athlete."

The brother of mass murderer Stephen Paddock lost it Tuesday during a bizarre, rambling interview.

Eric Paddock spoke with CBS News and broke down, unable to talk for a time, before his thoughts about his brother meandered.

He says his family is torn apart over the deeds of his brother, and this isn't the Stephen they knew.

Eric says his brother transferred $100k to the Philippines for legit reasons ... to care for his girlfriend. Authorities say she's still a person of interest, but Eric thinks his brother manipulated her to leave the country so she wasn't around when he fired into the Vegas crowd.

Eric also says his brother was rich and generous with his money, sometimes spending thousands of dollars on sushi for friends and relatives.

O.J. Simpson could be eating home cooked meals again -- if his daughter's grocery store run in Vegas is any indication.

O.J.'s oldest daughter, Arnelle Simpson, was coming out of a Trader Joe's Monday with a cart full of goodies, and photogs asked if she was whipping up dinner for dad.

It's unclear if he's staying with her, but it would make sense for them to break bread. Simpson told the Nevada Parole officials he planned to stay in the area for now.

Drake's dad is nothing if not proud of his son, and he'll be reminding everyone of that ... for the rest of his life.

Dennis Graham got an enormous tattoo of his boy's face on his right arm ... compliments of tattoo artist, Money Mike. We're told Drake's dad met Mike at his birthday party and told him he wanted to get the ink to match Drake getting Dennis' mug shot tattooed on his arm in 2014.

And, of course, because he loves his son.

Money Mike went to Dennis' house a few days later and tatted him up with Drake's mug in a 4-hour sesh ... and did it for free.

Drake has lots of face tats on his bod -- his dad's mug shot and other family faces tattooed on his back, and Lil Wayne's face on the back of his arm.

Hugh Hefner's sons were solemn after chowing down ... understandably after losing their legendary father.

We got Cooper and Marston Hefner Thursday night leaving Katsuya in L.A. They were there with a few family members as they waited for valet to bring them their ride.

Hef died peacefully Wednesday in his famous L.A. home. He was 91.

T-Boz says her family is taking legal action against the police department for the shooting death of her mentally ill cousin ... and she's behind them, 100%.

We got the TLC singer Wednesday night at Avalon Hollywood, and asked if she'd heard back from cops in Peoria, Illinois about her cousin Eddie Russell Jr.'s death last week. He was gunned down by officers in what they call a standoff that turned life-threatening.

T-Boz says she and her fam haven't heard a peep, but plan to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the cops. As we reported, officers fired 17-20 rounds at Eddie, who was on the run after allegedly attempting to rob a bank.

She explained where she believes cops bungled the case -- and strongly feels Eddie's punishment didn't fit his crime.

T-Boz Watkins, from TLC, believes cops gunned down her cousin in cold blood at the end of a standoff ... and she's demanding justice for her family.

The shooting happened last Wednesday in Peoria, Illinois -- police responded to a bank robbery and, after using surveillance video to identify the suspect as Eddie Russell Jr. ... tracked him down to a home. Police surrounded the home for 2 hours before 25-year-old Eddie emerged.

While police describe Eddie as aggressively advancing "toward officers with a handgun" -- T-Boz disputes that and says her cousin was unarmed. She also blames cops for "using" Eddie's mother to lure him out of the house. Her biggest issue is he had mental health issues, and she claims police knew that, and promised his mother they would "give him the help he needs."

Cops admit firing 18 shots, and say the coroner confirmed Eddie was struck 17-20 times. They also say they recovered a handgun that matches the one he allegedly had in the bank.

Police released an image from the surveillance video, but T-Boz isn't buying that's a gun in Eddie's hand. Now, she's just trying to get word out about what she considers a senseless killing.

Illinois State Police are investigating.

The mother of NY Giants cornerback Eli Apple is locked in a bitter war with the husband she JUST divorced -- cops are involved ... and Eli's college championship rings are caught in the middle.

You know Eli's mom -- her big, outgoing personality earned her a gig on ESPN right around the time he was drafted in 2016.

TMZ Sports has learned ... Annie Apple and Tim Apple (the man who raised Eli) split and their divorce was finalized back in June. They were married for 16 years and Eli even took Tim's last name in 2012.

But things have gotten bad and the family is divided.

Eli's brother, Dane Blackson, tells us ... Annie arrived to the family home in NJ on Wednesday with a police officer in tow looking to take back a bunch of Eli's football memorabilia.

Some of the items she wanted include the 2014 Big Ten and National Championship rings Eli won at Ohio State.

But Dane says he refused to hand over the rings, claiming Eli gifted them to Tim as a thank-you for helping him get a scholarship to OSU in the first place.

Things got contentious ... but police tell TMZ Sports no one was arrested and Annie eventually left without incident.

So, what will happen with the rings? Both sides believe they have a valid claim to them. Sounds like Eli will have to personally get involved to help work things out.

We reached out to Eli and Annie for comment -- so far, no word back.

Kylie Jenner's got the mom-to-be look down pat ... baggy pants, baggy shirt and food in hand, since she's now eating for 2.

Kylie hit up Malibu Wines Friday on the heels of our story that she's expecting with BF Travis Scott. As you can see ... comfort was clearly her top priority.

As we reported, Kylie and Travis have been telling friends for several weeks now that they're going to have a baby.

Travis even told a few friends they're having a girl.

Sisters Amelia and Delilah Hamlin -- their parents are Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rinna -- have things in common with Bella and Gigi Hadid that go beyond their blonde and brunette hair, but the gals say there's absolutely no competition.

The sisters have been getting compared a lot ... both their moms are 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' stars and they model. In fact when we got the Hamlins -- Amelia, 16, the brunette, and Delilah, 19, the blonde -- at LAX Thursday they were off to Milan for fashion week.

North West is her father Kanye's daughter when it comes to dealing with photogs, but she's also a mini Kim because she can sure steal the spotlight.

Kim, North and one of North's little pals were leaving an ice rink Thursday in the San Fernando Valley and were swarmed by paps. North chirps with her usual "no pictures, please" until mom steps in and reminds the kid what her dad told her to say ... "No questions!!!"

Kevin Hart and his pregnant wife, Eniko, are putting his sex tape/extortion case on a side burner for at least one day because they're still putting on a super expensive baby shower amid the scandal.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Kevin and Eniko are dropping serious cash for a 'Lion King' themed shower on Oct. 1 at the Calamigos Beach Club in Malibu. The venue will be decked out in leopard print and safari animals pics -- and a Hart family photo "with a silhouette of pregnant Eniko leading the way."

They're also having an "Experience Bar" where guests can sample exotic foods and dress up like tribal warriors -- and a game show similar to "The Price Is Right" where guests can win prizes. All set to 'Lion King' music, of course.

It don't come cheap -- according to the docs, the whole shebang is costing them $117,855. But that includes $1,500 for a chimp in a diaper ... so it's a steal.

We're thinking Kevin's gift budget might go up slightly though.
