Joe Jonas Daddy's Turn With Kiddos ... While Sophie's Back in U.K.
Joe Jonas is back on daddy duty ... it's his turn to look after his two kids as his child custody agreement with Sophie Turner moves forward.
The Jo Bros singer spent part of his Friday running errands in NYC with their daughters -- 1-year-old Delphine and 3-year-old Willa -- carrying one kiddo in his arms and getting her squared away in her car seat.
Joe's got the kids through November 2 under the terms of the temporary child custody agreement he and his estranged wife hammered out earlier this month.
TMZ broke the story ... Joe and Sophie are close to signing a settlement in their divorce, and child custody has been the biggest sticking point.
While Joe literally has his hands full with the girls, Sophie is back in London ... filming the final scenes for her TV show, "Joan."
Sophie handed the kids off to Joe last weekend -- she had them from Oct. 9 through Oct. 21 before passing the baton off to Dad.
Once Joe's time ends next week, Sophie gets the girls until Nov. 22 ... and the calendar seems to line up for Joe to spend Thanksgiving with his kids.
Makes sense, Turkey Day's big in America, and not in Sophie's native United Kingdom.
Remember ... Joe and Sophie hashed out child custody issues earlier this month during mediation, and it looks like the plan is working so far.
Joe's gonna have the girls for Halloween ... and it will be interesting to see what Dad comes up with for costumes.

Maine Mass Shooting 18 Victims Remembered
Eighteen people are dead after this week's mass shooting in Maine -- lives cut short when Robert Card opened fire in a bowling alley and a bar -- and the list of his victims includes people in their 70s and even a 14-year-old boy.
Reports say teenager Aaron Young was with his father, Bill, at the Just-In-Time Recreation bowling alley in Lewiston Wednesday night for Aaron's bowling league when the gunman opened fire inside the building -- the father and son were both killed.
76-year-old Bob Violette also lost his life in the bowling alley. There for his volunteer job coaching the youth bowling league, his coworker told WBZ News he was "so kind," "super understanding," and "very patient with everybody."
53-year-old Tricia Asselin was gunned down while trying to call 911 at the bowling alley, and the location's manager, 34-year-old Tommy Conrad, died while trying to subdue Card.
Jason Walker and his friend Michael Deslauriers II were both at the alley with their wives and kids when the shots rang out -- Michael's father says the 2 men charged at Card after making sure their families were safe, and that's when they were fatally shot.
As we reported, Card left the bowling alley and opened fire once again on the crowd at Schemengees Bar and Grille, killing 8 more people ... including Maxx Hathaway, a father who was there with his pregnant wife, Brenda, and their toddler, Lilian.
According to their GoFundMe, the family was at Schemengees when his wife -- who is due with their 3rd child in just over a month -- took their little one home while he stayed behind to play some more pool.
Among those killed at the bar were several members of the deaf community, who were there for a cornhole tournament ... including Bryan MacFarlane, Steven Vozzella, Billy Bracket, and Joshua Seal.
56-year-old Joseph Walker, manager at Schemengees, was also gunned down ... losing his life after trying to stop Card.
As you know, Card also injured 13 people during his murder spree -- his Bowdoin, ME home was surrounded by police Thursday night, but he wasn't home. A manhunt is still underway for him, as local gun stores have seen a huge uptick in sales of firearms and ammo in response.

Britney Spears Jamie's Lawyer Claims Brit's Lawyer Boasted ... I'm The 'King Of Entertainment Litigation'

Britney Spears' lawyer is drinking his own Kool-Aid ... crowning himself the "King of Entertainment Litigation" during a heated conversation with Jamie Spears' attorney.
Mathew Rosengart screamed the phrase at Jamie's attorney, Alex Weingarten, when the two were going back and forth over settlement negotiations last summer ... at least according to Alex.
The way Weingarten recalls the conversation ... after telling Britney's lawyer he was dead wrong about Jamie authorizing illegal surveillance of Britney and warning him the statute of limitations was about to expire, Rosengart started yelling about being the "King of Entertainment Litigation."
Weingarten says he told Rosengart he was wasting his client's money by pressing his claims, but Weingarten tells TMZ, "Rosengart refused [to settle] and said that if he was not paid $7 million to cover his legal fees, that he was going to file new lawsuits against Jamie and others."
Weingarten goes on to tell TMZ, "Britney's lawyer has wasted over $7 million of her money on nothing."
TMZ broke the story ... Rosengart now wants to settle with Jamie, but his camp is telling Rosengart to go pound sand because he blew it by waiting way too long. Weingarten says there was no illegal surveillance, but even if Rosengart wanted to press that claim, he can't anymore ... the statute of limitations has long since expired.
Weingarten also says Rosengart has been fighting turning over documents, because "it will be embarrassing to him personally and devastating to his client's allegations."
As for Rosengart, he tells TMZ what he thinks of his legal adversary ... "A known bully, he has conducted himself disgracefully in this matter, making false representation after false representation including to the court. His entire endgame is to bully and harass Britney Spears ..."
Rosengart goes on, "... he now continues to beclown himself with bottom of the barrel knowingly false and ridiculous statements, which we will not further dignify."

Britney Spears Lawyer Ready to Settle with Jamie ... But There's a Big Problem
-
Exclusive
- 2.3K shares
Britney Spears' lawyer has sent an email to the lawyer repping Jamie Spears, hurling numerous allegations against her dad -- opening the door for settlement negotiations -- but we're told Jamie's lawyer wasn't having it, saying he blew it by waiting way too long.
Two sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Mathew Rosengart's email opened with an acknowledgment Jamie was in poor health and this might be an appropriate time to acknowledge his alleged misdeeds during the conservatorship and pay Britney an unspecified sum so the legal dispute could be put to bed.
One of his claims ... Jamie authorized the illegal surveillance of Britney ... specifically her phone. Here's the problem for Rosengart ... he never filed a lawsuit claiming illegal surveillance and the statute of limitations lapsed more than a year ago. Besides that, we're told Jamie's lawyer responded to Rosengart he was dead wrong about illegal surveillance.
Jamie has made a demand for Britney to pay certain attorneys fees he incurred connected with the conservatorship, but Rosengart says that's a no-go. We've learned Jamie's lawyer actually offered a year ago to withdraw that claim if Rosengart withdrew his claims against Jamie, but Rosengart said no. Now, a year later, Rosengart seems ready to talk settlement, but we're told it didn't go over well with Jamie's team because of all the threats and allegations.
Now the case is set for trial in May, and we're told there is explosive evidence that would not be favorable to Britney. Beyond that, some of the biggest claims Rosengart has made will never go to court because the statute of limitations has run, and the conservatorship judge approved some of the expenditures Rosengart is contesting.
Sounds like an uphill climb.

Bella Hadid Habla sobre Israel y Hamás... "Intrincado y horrible"
Bella Hadid Speaks Out About Israel & Hamas ... 'Intricate And Horrific'
Bella Hadid is speaking out for the first time on the ongoing attacks in the Middle East ... saying the last 2 weeks have been nothing short of a horror show, condemning terrorism across the board.
The model, who is part Palestinian, spoke her mind Thursday, first by writing, "Forgive me for my silence" ... before admitting it's been tough to find the words for the "deeply intricate and horrific past 2 weeks."
She says the death and destruction happening in Israel and Palestine shifted the world's focus "back towards a situation that has been taking innocent lives and affecting families for decades" -- adding, "The people and children of Palestine, especially in Gaza, cannot afford our silence."
Bella says her "heart is bleeding with pain from the trauma" she's already seen online ... adding she's mourning alongside the families that are forever broken after seeing the aftermath of the Gaza airstrikes.
While she's mostly speaking in favor of Palestine, she adds, "I mourn for the Israeli families that have been dealing with the pain and aftermath of October 7," when Hamas terrorists first attacked Israel .... writing, "I condemn the terrorist attacks on any civilians, anywhere."
She also confirmed what sources told us last week -- she's gotten hundreds of death threats, and even had her own phone number leaked. Remember ... her sister, Gigi, also spoke out, and was met with disdain over her pro-Palestinian stance.
Gigi came under fire directly by the State of Israel's social media account for her comments, too.

Cardi B I Might Let Tasha K Off $3.4 Mil Hook
Cardi B just might be softening her stance when it comes to her archenemy, blogger Tasha K, and the $3.4 million she owes Cardi!!!
The "Bodak Yellow" rapper gave her fans an emotional testimonial in the wee hours of Thursday morning ... warning them never to mistake her kindness for weakness, but also admitted she's debating if she should continue to pursue the fat judgment the court ruled Tasha needs to fork over.
Cardi's revelation came a few hours after Tasha went live Wednesday night ... tearfully speaking of her own past trauma, while apologizing to Cardi and speaking on her own topsy-turvy relationship with Nicki Minaj.
Fans warned Cardi not to fall for what many see as crocodile tears from Tasha -- the gossip blogger filed for bankruptcy in May as the $3.4 million judgment still loomed. Their beef boiled over into the Twitter streets shortly after.
Remember, this all started after Tasha falsely accused Cardi of drug abuse and prostitution ... prompting Cardi to file a defamation lawsuit. Cardi now says only her mother and lawyers can give her the advice she needs to make the final decision.
She says her family and friends, including Offset, would immediately talk her into pushing for justice -- including clawing that $3.4 mil out of Tasha's hands. But, Cardi said seeing someone else in pain doesn't make her happy.
Either way, Cardi wants Tasha to stop hurting people with her podcasts ... something upon which both appear to agree. At least, for now.

Matthew Stafford's Wife Slams Blueface For Suite Strippers ... 'It's Embarrassing'
Matthew Stafford's wife is irate with Blueface for bringing strippers to the Rams game over the weekend ... calling the rapper's makeshift SoFi Stadium strip club "embarrassing" and "disappointing."
In fact, the L.A. quarterback's significant other Kelly says she's actually considering leaving her daughters at home going forward over it all.
"It makes me not want to take my kids to the game," she said in a rant on her "The Morning After" podcast earlier this week. "Because I'm like, 'What's going to happen next?'"
If you missed it, Blueface brought several adult performers to his box during the Rams vs. Steelers tilt on Sunday ... and when they took off their pants and shook their butts, he made it rain cash on them.
He very clearly loved it all and thought he was doing nothing wrong -- as he even handed out some cash to nearby fans -- but Kelly said when she became aware of what was happening just yards away from them ... she was appalled.
"What I'm so mad about," she said, "this is supposed to be a family experience, coming to a football game. There were children in the suites next to them. You know what I'm saying?"
"I have four daughters who are looking at this," she continued. "My nephews who are older have Instagram, they were at the game, and they were like, 'Oh, my gosh. Look what's going on here.' They found it. And my daughters are sitting right next to them. They were like, 'Mommy, there's a lot of butts here.' I go, 'Butts? What are you talking about?'"
"And then I got sent it and I was like, 'Oh.' So my daughters saw that. Not OK. And not OK that my nephews saw it either."
Kelly said she believes Blueface was kicked out for the act ... but she obviously wants more done at the Rams' stadium to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

Sean McVay's officially a new father ... and as the head coach expected, his son was NOT born on a gameday!!!
The Rams announced baby McVay's birth came on Wednesday afternoon ... using a hilarious tweet to reveal that McVay's wife, Veronika Khomyn, delivered little Jordan John McVay successfully.
"LA Rams Transactions," the message on X read, "• Delivered Jordan John McVay."
The birth comes just a few days after the 37-year-old coach told reporters that his son will not force him to miss a game since the little tyke already knows better than to mess up Sunday football.
"My wife's doing great," McVay said at the time. "I think there was a lot made about me missing a game -- I'm not gonna miss a game. My son knows better than to come during a game."
McVay met Khomyn in Washington D.C. when he was an assistant coach with the Commanders -- and the two officially went public with their relationship in 2016.
In 2019, the couple announced their engagement ... and now, their family has grown by one!!

Accused Teen Murderers Laugh In Court, Grin At Victim's Family ... After Allegedly Killing Ex-Police Chief
The teens accused of fatally mowing down a retired police chief with a stolen car giggled in court Tuesday -- smirking at the victim's family and flipping them the bird.
Jesus Ayala, 18, and Jzamir Keys, 16, appeared for a morning hearing in a Las Vegas courtroom after they were indicted on charges of murdering former top cop Andreas Probst and other serious felonies.
An 8NewsNow camera crew filmed the suspects in their blue jail uniforms, smiling and laughing as they sat watching the court proceedings.
At one point, the pair covered their faces with their hands to shield themselves from the cameras. As they were led out of the courtroom, they grinned smugly at Probst's wife and daughter -- and made the offensive gesture at them.
After the hearing, Probst's daughter, Taylor, blasted the teens, telling KSNV, "These guys did not respect the court whatsoever. They were just dicking around the entire time."
She went on, "They were flipping us off. How can you sit there after taking a man's life and act like such an entitled punk?"
On August 14, the suspects were allegedly driving in a stolen car down a Las Vegas street -- when they intentionally rammed into the back of the 66-year-old Probst while he was riding his bicycle, killing him.
Earlier that day, they did the same thing, crashing the vehicle into another cyclist, who fortunately suffered only minor injuries, according to police.
In both cases, the offenders shot videos of their deliberate attacks -- while they were chuckling. Newly released surveillance footage shows them running away from police -- and one of them wearing a face mask.
Both are being held without bail in the Clark County Detention Center.

Chris Pratt Sparks Debate Over Keeping Kid's Trophies
Chris Pratt says his mother-in-law, Maria Shriver, has held onto a treasure trove of Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt's childhood achievements ... and that revelation has folks debating trophy hoarding.
The actor shared some pics Tuesday of Katherine with her plastic gold, and said, "Maria has been storing special items from Katherine’s childhood for years. Which is so very thoughtful."
He jokingly added, "I cannot say how proud I am of my wife for being a fourth-grade problem-solving superstar. There’s also a trophy for 'most improved two-year-old' in swim class. Wow!!"
Chris then dropped the punch line, pointing out Katherine was the only 2-year-old in that swim class. Hey, still counts for something!
He said the huge smile on Katherine's face must be Maria's "payoff for the work it took to store this stuff."
Chris put it all in perspective, saying ... "To pray one day that your children will look back on their childhood with glee is a blessing. It is the hope of parenthood."
But, here's where the debate started -- Chris asked, "real talk… once your kid goes through the stuff, is it okay to toss? I mean… do we need the 'I was on a sports team trophy?'"
He's probably thinking about it, because he's got 3 kids -- 10-year-old Jack with Anna Faris, and 3-year-old Lyla and 1-year-old Eloise with Katherine -- so it's a question he's for sure gonna need an answer sooner than later.
Folks have been chiming in the comments, sharing their thoughts on the trophy topic ... so let's settle this debate.
