You scared homie?

Here's Nate Diaz getting his party on at Coachella over the weekend -- where he took a few seconds to throw some shade at Conor McGregor.

We spotted Nate rollin' around the desert with his crew and had to ask if there's been any movement toward Diaz vs. McGregor III.

"Scared for his life," Diaz told us while shadow boxing.

We also asked about getting the money side of the trilogy -- "Getting paid regardless!"

Dana White has previously said he's super doubtful Nate ever takes a fight in the UFC again despite offering him several fights.

And don't forget -- Tyron Woodley has also been calling for Nate's head.

The wife of former NFL lineman Roy Miller says she thought she was "going to die" in front of her children when her husband attacked her in 2017 ... and she's begging the court to throw the book at him.

As we previously reported, Miller -- who's played for the Bucs, Jags and Chiefs -- was arrested in Nov. 2017 for allegedly attacking his wife at their home in Florida.

Miller struck a deal with prosecutors in which he plead not guilty to misdemeanor battery but agreed to accept a pre-trial diversion program ... which consists of community service, anger management and fines.

But Miller's wife is calling for the court to call off that deal because she feels the punishment doesn't fit the crime -- it's too easy for him.

Instead, she filed new docs with the court describing the assault in graphic detail -- "My husband tackled me as if I was a 320 pound man on the football field. I weigh 135 lbs, the weight of him crushing me and the impact of the blows to the back of my neck and him yanking my head side to side by my braids, was very painful and shocking all at once."

"I thought I was going to die and worst of all in front of my children."

Miller's wife wants the judge to throw out the plea deal and allow her to tell her story in court in hopes of getting a stronger sentence.

CM Punk will NEVER step foot inside the Octagon again after he gets embarrassed at UFC 225 -- so says the fighter who's planning on embarrassing him.

We spoke with Mike "The Truth" Jackson now that Punk vs. Truth is official ... and he told us he's gonna show the world the ex-WWE superstar doesn't belong in MMA.

"I'm just going in here to beat him up a little bit and show him it's not for him," Jackson told TMZ Sports.

That said, Mike's backtracking on his violent threats from last month ... saying he really doesn't wanna hurt the guy.

As for why he thinks he got the call to fight Punk -- "If you bring in someone else ... it's not gonna get this type of buzz. It's getting this type of buzz because of me."

We're told the guy Bieber punched was NOT arrested. No one reported the choking incident.

Justin Bieber punched a guy in the face and threw him against a wall after the man grabbed a woman by the throat at a Coachella party, and would not release his grip on her ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us Justin and a friend showed up at a party Saturday being attended by Patrick Schwarzenegger. Justin was talking to some people when a guy walked in, spotted a woman ... and went ballistic. Sources at the party say he appeared to be on drugs -- and it looked as if the woman may have been his ex-GF.

We're told the guy suddenly grabbed the woman by the throat and would not release her. Justin and his friend started screaming at the guy to let her go, but he only screamed back "Go f*** yourself" ... maintaining his grip. At that point, Justin hit the man in the face and pushed him against the wall ... allowing the woman to break free.

Tamar Braxton's done with her estranged hubby's drama, and so is the luxury high-rise building where she lives because he's BANNED ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the matter tell us, Tamar and Vincent Herbert got into a heated argument Tuesday night that got so out of hand, security at her Bev Hills condo escorted him out and told him he's no longer allowed in the building.

It's unclear what started the battle, but it's a good bet it's fallout from the drama that started over the holidays.

Conor McGregor is on a collision course to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov -- and it ain't gonna end well for the Irishman ... so says Tyron Woodley.

"If they fought 100 times, i think Khabib would win 99," Woodley said on "The Hollywood Beatdown."

"Conor would not be able to stop him from doing what he does."

Woodley essentially believes the publicity from the bus attack will only draw more interest in a Conor vs. Khabib fight somewhere down the road ... so, don't be surprised if they square off eventually.

"It’s a crazy world, this MMA game -- especially being at the top in the UFC."

With that in mind, Justin does NOT wanna see McGregor banned from fighting. He'd rather kick his ass, personally.

"He’s gonna pay multi-millions of dollars to people and that’ll be punishment enough."

2:00 PM PT -- WWE has announced that Rusev will be replaced by Chris Jericho in the Casket Match vs. The Undertaker ... after Lana voiced a complaint.

"I’ve already spoke with WWE officials to change that match because I REFUSE to let my husband compete in a Casket Match," Lana wrote on social media.

Rusev added -- "Life is life ... it will be Rusev Day somewhere."

Unclear if this is a work or if an actual issue prompted Rusev's removal from the event.

We got superstars Rusev and Lana just hours after WWE announced Undertaker vs. Rusev at their Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia ... and the power couple told us Taker's about to take his last ride in the ring.

If Conor McGregor ever returns the UFC, Khabib Nurmagomedov will be ready -- so says Khabib's manager.

We asked Ali Abdelaziz about the grudge match on the heels of Khabib winning Conor's lightweight title at UFC 223 ... and Ali told us he'd "of course" try to broker the big-money fight.

Conor's gotta face the music for his UFC bus attack first, though ... and Khabib has already made it clear he wants to fight GSP before he gives McGregor a shot.

Speaking of the attack ... Ali tells TMZ Sports he really ain't that pissed at Conor for Thursday's incident at the Barclays Center -- instead pointing the finger at McGregor's crew of yes-men.

Fists were flying, beer was thrown and a dude got KICKED DOWN THE STANDS during a brawl at the NY Red Bulls game on Tuesday ... and TMZ Sports has the crazy video.

Sources in the stands tell us ... Red Bulls fans had been getting into it with Chivas Guadalajara supporters during the CONCACAF Champions League semifinal at Red Bulls Arena in NJ all game long.

But, things finally came to a head after time expired when the smack talk turned physical.

You can see beer flying from everywhere -- including people from the upper level showering the fighters below them.

The craziest moment ... one of the combatants kicked another dude right in the chest -- sending him flying backwards down several rows of seats.

Stadium security eventually showed up and broke up the violence -- but you can see several people had already suffered injuries by the time help arrived.

We've reached out to the Red Bulls and stadium security -- so far, no comment from anyone.

Nick Diaz just posted a cryptic message on social media strongly hinting he's stepping back inside the Octagon after over 3 YEARS away from the UFC.

And the timing couldn't be better ... 'cause Nick's eligible to fight in 8 days!!

You might've seen the news -- Nate's older bro accepted his retroactive punishment from the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency the other day ... a 1-year ban for his "whereabouts failures" from 2016-2017.

In other words -- Nick flipped USADA the proverbial bird instead of checking in like he was supposed to.

WWE superstar Mojo Rawley reached back like a pimp and slapped the ever-loving crap out of a dumbass in a duck mask in a New Orleans bar ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

It all went down early Monday morning on Bourbon Street after Wrestlemania 34 ... when some goofy (probably drunk) WWE fans approached Mojo and started messin' around.

Unclear what triggered the chest slap ... but it's pretty obvious the dude in the duck mask asked Mojo for the chop and Rawley obliged.

And yeah, the duck mask dude definitely hurled a homophobic slur during the incident.

Master P says he and Kobe Bryant nearly came to blows in the Lakers facility years ago -- and it would've DEFINITELY gone down if Lamar Odom hadn't played peacemaker.

P was on "The Red Pill With Van Lathan" podcast talking about his business ventures, hip-hop legacy and basketball career ... when he broke down how things got heated with Black Mamba.

"We had a couple words," P says ... noting that he's more about action than talkin'.

Here's the thing -- P wouldn't say what specifically led to him and Kobe's face off, but you can tell it got very real for a second, and that Odom intervening might've cost us all a much better story.
