The man suing Odell Beckham for an alleged brutal beatdown at the NFL star's home is escalating the war -- now claiming he has proof Odell tried to illegally pay a woman for sex.

But, Odell's team claims it's all BS.

It's all in new court docs filed in California ... in which Ishmael Temple claims he was at Beckham's Beverly Hills home back in January, when the NFL star turned on him and allegedly ordered his employees to beat him up.

Temple claims he suffered major injuries, including broken teeth. He initially sued for $15 mil.

Odell's camp vehemently denied the allegations -- claimed Beckham had no involvement in any violence -- and claimed Beckham was being extorted by a man who filed a frivolous lawsuit.

But, Temple's lawyers have filed new docs -- including an alleged email exchange with Beckham's attorneys -- and it's loaded with new bombshell allegations.

Among them, Temple's attorney claims, "We have evidence of your client offering $1k to sleep with a girl from Arizona visiting L.A. known to my client."

Temple's lawyer also says they have "evidence of drugs of the most prohibited types readily available and consumed at his parties."

In the docs, Temple's lawyer claims he initially offered to drop his case against Beckham for a $225,000 settlement -- but later rescinded that offer. Unclear why.

We reached out to Odell's camp for comment and were told -- "Odell Beckham Jr., through his attorney, denies all of the allegations."

One thing's for sure ... this case is as nasty as it gets, and it doesn't look like it's going away any time soon.

Nashville Predators forward Austin Watson just got a slap on the wrist in his domestic violence case -- after admitting to roughing up his baby mama at a Tennessee gas station.

As we previously reported, the 26-year-old -- who was a first-round pick in the 2010 NHL Draft -- was arrested on June 16 after admitting that he pushed his girlfriend during a heated argument.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Watson told police that he and his GF were arguing about her drinking and not being able to attend a wedding when things got physical.

Watson admitted to pushing the woman and cops found red marks on her chest.

Watson was arrested for misdemeanor domestic assault and was facing 12 months in jail.

But, Watson appeared in court on Tuesday and cut a deal with prosecutors in which he pled no contest to the charge ... and in exchange got probation.

He was also ordered to complete a 26-week battery intervention program. If he violates probation, the judge can throw Watson behind bars for up to a year.

If he completes the program and keeps his nose clean, the conviction will be expunged from his record.

Watson scored 14 goals and logged five assists in 76 games for the Preds last season.

The NHL and the Predators have said they were reviewing the matter. Unclear if they will impose a punishment as well.

Stormy Daniels' estranged husband went after her in a violent rage 6 months into their marriage, in front of their little girl ... and the alleged attack got him arrested.

Stormy and Glendon Crain, who filed to divorce her last week, got into a heated argument back in July 2015 at their suburban Dallas home, and according to police documents he hurled a large box fan at her. Stormy told cops she managed to dodge the fan, but then Crain shoved her down.

In the docs, Stormy says she went down hard and suffered a rug burn ... and then Crain started punching himself and pulling out his own hair. She told police Crain told her to call police, and added ... he didn't care if he went to jail because he'd hang himself.

All of this went down in front of the couple's 4-year-old daughter. Police say the little girl told the responding officer ... "My daddy pushed momma down."

Crain was arrested for assault causing bodily injury/family violence.

As we reported, Crain got a restraining order against Stormy last week to keep her away from him and their daughter.

The domestic violence charge was eventually dropped in March 2018 because Crain reportedly completed a pretrial rehabilitation program. That was just 2 weeks before Stormy's CNN interview.

Ronda Rousey vs. Cris "Cyborg" Justino -- the superfight that never happened -- could still be a possibility ... just not in the UFC.

TMZ Sports talked to Cyborg at the airport in L.A. on Sunday ... and asked her about the possibility of finally facing her rival after years of trash talk ... and battling Ronda in the WWE.

"Some fans ask me, 'Cris, do you like to make a fight with Ronda Rousey in WWE?'" Cyborg tells us, "I say 'Maybe, ya don't know. Maybe.' It's not something I plan. But if fans would like to watch, I need to train for that, but, ya know, it's gonna be great."

Cyborg was actually complimentary of Ronda ... telling us she's seen Rousey do her thing in the WWE ... and thinks she's kickin' ass in the squared circle.

"I watch a couple things Ronda's doing there, and I think she's doing great."

Mark Calderon says his Color Me Badd bandmate, Bryan Abrams, was drunk as a skunk when he assaulted him, and adds ... Bryan needs something more than prosecution.

We spoke to the CMB singer Monday after Bryan shoved him to the ground Saturday during a show, for which he was arrested and booked Sunday for misdemeanor assault. Mark says Bryan was intoxicated and even heard through others that Bryan muttered ... "I'm motherf***ing Color Me Badd."

Mark says he will continue performing with or without Bryan for the love of his fans and their music, but it's clear he wants his old pal to get help in the wake of this stumble.

A member of the band Color Me Badd was arrested Sunday after shoving a bandmate so hard he landed in the hospital.

Bryan K. Abrams was clearly pissed off about something, because after performing a song at del Lago Casino in Tyre, New York, he strutted up to Mark Calderon and, without saying a word, shoved him hard.

An eyewitness tells TMZ Abrams, the lead singer in the group was having a bad night with his voice. He eventually walked off stage he was so frustrated.

Calderon hit some sound equipment on his way to the floor, and was hurt. He was taken to a local hospital and treated for neck and back pain.

As for Abrams, he was arrested for misdemeanor assault, taken to jail where he was booked. His bail was set at $2,000. We don't know if he's posted bail yet.

KSI's fight with Logan Paul is set to be one of the biggest sporting events of the year ... but the British YouTuber says he's got even BIGGER plans in mind ... telling TMZ Sports he's dead set on going pro!!

We spoke with KSI -- who more than 19 MILLION subscribers on YouTube -- about the August 25 fight in Manchester, and he says he's not putting on an act ... his hatred for the Pauls is VERY real.

"I think his ego needs to be put right down." KSI says. "He thinks he's the sh*t and I'm about to f*ck him up and literally put him in his place."

"I want this year to be the worst year of his life, 100%. Pretty much, I want to squeeze every bit of relevancy from him and then move on to my bigger goal, which is to go pro."

We also asked KSI what he thought about our video of Logan knocking a dude on his ass in a recent sparring sesh ... and his response is hilarious.

Manny Pacquiao's good friend Amir Khan says there ain't no friends in the ring ... telling TMZ Sports, he wants to fight Manny ... and he'd kick his ass.

We got Khan in L.A. yesterday and asked him about the idea of fighting Manny -- a bout rumored to be on the horizon -- and what it would be like to fight a friend and former training partner.

"I've been around training with him for many years, and sometimes friends have to fight. Sometimes you put your friendship to the side for business."

Khan went on to say that if he does step in the ring with Pacman -- who just knocked out Lucas Matthysse -- he has no doubt he'll get the job done.

Floyd Mayweather didn't just throw shade at 50 Cent -- he threw EVERYTHING at the rapper ... including a piping hot bag of dirty laundry.

The on-again, off-again beef between the 2 is firmly back on, after Floyd shared a message on social media that began with ... "Curtis 'Confidential Informant' Jackson, you're mad because your oldest son Marquees mother doesn’t want to be with you! Your Son, your own flesh and blood don't want nothing to do with you!"

And Mayweather was just getting started.

Floyd goes on to blast 50 for stealing his style from Ja Rule, gossiping "like a bitch" and filing for bankruptcy .. and accuses him of being a fake gangster and a "certified snitch" (and claims he has proof).

It's unclear what exactly sparked this outburst, but there a couple of possibilities. The rapper recently poked fun at the boxer for being illiterate (again) ... and the 2 have had some issues over 50 being sued by Teairra Mari.

Deontay Wilder might be called the bronze bomber but the reasons he wants to beat the hell out of Anthony Joshua are red, white, and blue ... telling TMZ Sports he's doing it for the honor of America.

The superfight's on hold right now ... with Joshua fighting Alexander Povetkin in September, putting Wilder in a holding pattern until that fight happens.

Post Malone is taking sides in the Logan Paul-KSI boxing match ... and Logan ain't going to like this ...

The "Better Now" rapper says he's got KSI in the superfight ... telling TMZ Sports if he had to be in one boxer's entourage for the August 25 tilt in England, he's siding with the smaller dude.

"KSI looks tough," Post says. "He's tough. He's undefeated!"

Post seems irked by the way Logan and his brother, Jake, came out for the mega-fight's press conference ... saying it all looked a lot like Conor McGregor.

Seems Conor McGregor was PUMPED about his dip in the ocean Friday.

The UFC superstar threw a post-swim selfie on social media braggin' about his LONG workout -- and, as you can see, water must not have been very cold in Ireland today.

"Great swim in the beautiful Irish Sea with the team," the Irish fighter said.

It's not the first time we've seen McGregor flaunt his mini-me ... he had it on full display at weigh-ins for the Mayweather fight.

Cardi B and Offset are in the crosshairs of another lawsuit stemming from the guy who sued the rappers claiming their hired muscle beat the crap outta him.

The Mark Hotel -- site of where the beatdown happened -- filed new legal docs saying they want the lawsuit thrown out, but are also covering their asses in the event Giovanni Arnold wins the suit.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, the hotel's essentially saying if The Mark Hotel gets hit with a huge judgment, it wants the court to hold the rappers responsible for the damages.

Mikey Garcia -- the king at 140 -- says he's willing to go up in weight for a shot at a superfight with Errol Spence ... and he wants it bad!

The reigning WBC light welterweight champ tells TMZ Sports he's already trying to set up fights AFTER his brawl with Robert Easter on July 28 ... and he's got his sights set on Spence.

"I'd really like an opportunity to fight Errol Spence," Garcia said ... "Let's get together after this fight. Maybe we can work something out."

Garcia -- who's fighting at 135 next weekend -- says he'd even go up to 147 to fight Spence.

If Garcia beats Spence at 147 ... he'd have belts in 4 weight classes at the SAME TIME.

Don't slam the door on a possible Cormier vs. Miocic rematch -- with D.C. telling TMZ Sports he's open to the idea ... AFTER he fights Brock Lesnar.

Remember, after Daniel Cormier defeated Stipe Miocic at UFC 226 earlier this month ... Lesnar stormed the cage and hyped a Cormier vs. Lesnar superfight.

Miocic -- the former heavyweight champion of the world -- is furious claiming he's EARNED a rematch with Cormier before Lesnar gets a shot ... considering Brock hasn't even fought since 2016.

So, when we saw Cormier at the ESPYs on Wednesday ... we asked how he felt about Stipe's gripe.

The man who attacked Pacman Jones appeared in a Georgia courtroom on Tuesday -- in a wheelchair with a busted leg -- and Pacman thought it was HILARIOUS!!!!

Remember, the attacker -- Frank Ragin -- went after the NFL star at the Atlanta International Airport on July 10 and GOT HIS ASS BEAT by Jones ... and it was all captured on video.

Cops said Pacman did nothing wrong -- and properly defended himself -- but they arrested Ragin on 2 counts of battery.

During his court appearance, Ragin was emotional -- burying his head in his hands -- and looked to be in pain.

Afterward, Pacman posted a pic of the guy and wrote, "When you lost the fight ... your job ... your leg and getting found guilty. And that moment you realize you started it all."
