TRAINING LIKE A MADMAN

Conor McGregor took his Monday workout to the next level -- throwing a grown ass man on his back for a set of squats in Central Park ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

The UFC superstar is still out in NYC after his court hearing last week in which he agreed to a plea deal in his bus attack case that will keep him out of jail.

So, what's Conor doing with his free time? Seems to be prepping for his next fight ... with a grueling workout all over the city.

After the squats, Conor knocked out some ab work before going on a run -- dude looks to be in pretty solid shape.

Of course, McGregor is expected to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov in October ... and now that his criminal case is pretty much over, he can focus on training full-time.

ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER FIGHT

President Trump is now the official lighting rod for street fights on Hollywood's Walk of Fame -- and the latest violence got at least one person arrested.

A huge crowd of Trump supporters and Trump haters gathered around 7:50 PM Sunday on Trump's star on Hollywood Blvd -- and fists started flying twice. The first fight broke out on the sidewalk, and a few cops were already on the scene.

More officers responded as the crowd got out of control ... then one guy decided to get in a cop's face, and that started the second fight. LAPD says one juvenile was busted for battery on a police officer. A second suspect from the original fight fled the scene.

As we reported, another brawl broke out last week in the same spot.

Ever since Trump's star died by pickax last week, courtesy of Austin Clay, crowds have rallied around that section of the Walk of Fame.

Although the star's been replaced, there's obviously still plenty of anger to go around.

UNDISPUTED GOAT

Daniel Cormier says he considers himself the Michael Jordan or LeBron James of the UFC ... but when it comes to the greatest heavyweight of all time -- that title goes to Cain Velasquez.

Of course, DC is reigning heavyweight champion of the world -- but tells TMZ Sports he doesn't feel he's done his best fighting at that weight.

Cain -- on the other hand -- is a 2-time UFC heavyweight champ with impressive victories over guys like Brock Lesnar, Junior Dos Santos and Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva.

He also has the record for most knockouts in the UFC heavyweight division!

As for Cain possibly wrestling in WWE ... DC has thoughts on that, too!

Donald Trump Walk of Fame Star Will Stay Put ... Despite Violence and Vandalism

Published | Updated

Donald Trump's Walk of Fame star has been a lightning rod for violence, but it's going to weather the storm and stay put because cops and the group that manages the Walk of Fame don't want it 86'd.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the LAPD has met with the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, and both orgs realize they're between a rock and a hard place. They know by keeping Trump's star front and center on the famed Blvd., it will be at the center of what has become a civil war between raging Trump and anti-Trump factions.

Here's the problem ... the Chamber and LAPD both agree it would be even worse to remove the star because that would embolden people to deface the stars of celebs they dislike.

So, the decision has been made to keep Trump's star in its place, knowing it will probably be destroyed again, and possibly again ... and again ... and again. Even worse, the Chamber and LAPD are keenly aware the warring factions will be using the star as a battleground.

As we reported, violence erupted Thursday night where protesters punched, kicked and otherwise abused their opponents.

And, the star has been destroyed twice ... most recently this week when a Trump foe went at it with a pickax.

BOW DOWN!

Joanna Jedrzejczyk is furious with Rose Namajunas -- telling TMZ Sports she feels INCREDIBLY disrespected by her UFC rival ... and has advised her to "bow down!"

Remember, Rose previously told TMZ Sports the only way she would grant a 3rd fight to Joanna is if JJ publicly states that Rose is the greatest fighter of all time.

Well, that ain't gonna happen ... because Joanna still thinks SHE'S the G.O.A.T -- despite the fact she has two losses to Rose.

"You're a champion. I respect you. And I give you credit. But bow down. Bow down on your knees because I'm the real strawweight queen."

Joanna says she only lost the first fight because of an issue with her nutritionist and she feels like she won the second fight, which went to decision.

"So, don't say that I have to say that you are the best because I will never say this. You are the champ. I give you this credit. But you are not the best, so it's a shame on you that you're saying this."

FYI, Joanna had a 14-fight win streak before Rose -- and says her record still makes her the best to ever do it.

Joanna is fighting Tecia Torres at UFC on FOX 30 on Saturday -- and, if she wins, she's demanding a rematch with Rose.

How do you do that if you're a big-time UFC star?

You do it in a Winnebago Era (new ones starts at $142,925) ... which is a tricked out luxury leisure machine built on a Mercedes Sprinter van chassis ... which Eddie hooked up with a TV.

"Hell yeah man, we got a RV now. I got a RV where I can head down to the stadium to tailgate," Alvarez told us.

"It's pretty. It's real pretty. We took it to a concert about a week ago and it was the talk of the town. Everyone was surrounding it."

Of course, the cost ain't a thing for Eddie ... he's the main event at UFC on FOX 30 Saturday where he's fighting Dustin Poirier, and we're guessing he'll make his scratch back.

ALL-OUT BRAWL

There were intense protests Thursday night on the Hollywood Walk of Fame ... specifically next to Donald Trump's star.

The battle was drawn early ... Trump supporters on one side, opponents on the other. Singer/songwriter Joy Villa, a Trump supporter -- who wore a pro-life dress with a fetus emblazoned on it to the Grammys -- sang the national anthem.

Two protesters then squared off -- arguing over use of the n-word and that's what triggered the brawl.

You see one protester kick another squarely in the head as he's on the ground.

Miraculously, no one got arrested.

Earlier this week another anti-Trump protester took a pickax to the star, obliterating it. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce replaced it, but Thursday night it was covered in plywood.

Tyron Woodley Rips Conor McGregor Fake Mobster and Terrible Role Model

Published | Updated

Tyron Woodley is going in on Conor McGregor -- saying his "larger than life mobster" image is a front ... and he's sick and tired of watching the guy act like a fake, tough guy.

We spoke with the UFC welterweight champ about Conor's plea deal in his bus attack case -- and Woodley says the lack of any serious punishment is par for the course when it comes to McGregor.

He also thinks that Conor's behavior -- from the violent incident at the Bellator fight to the Nate Diaz can-throwing incident -- is a TERRIBLE example for young kids and upcoming fighters.

Tyron's bigger issue ... "At some point, we have to go back to the f**king sport."

McDonald's Fight Customer Is NOT Loving It!!! After Tag Team Beatdown

Published | Updated

3:20 PM PT -- The brawl video has caught the attention of corporate, a rep tells us the company is investigating the incident. The rep adds, "We do not condone the behavior depicted in this video."

One McDonald's customer learned a tough lesson: DO NOT try to steal from the soda machine, and definitely don't pick a fight with employees, 'cause ya might get your ass mopped.

A video posted Wednesday night shows a young lady getting into a blowout with 2 staffers at an undisclosed McDonald's -- and it's one of the worst ass beatings we've ever seen. One much taller staffer tossed the customer like a rag doll ... literally.

Hair is pulled, faces are smashed, boobs pop out -- and all of that happened to the customer. Spoiler alert: David doesn't beat Goliath this time.

BTW, the person who shot the video says this was all over the customer attempting to use a water cup to sneak soda from the fountain machine.

Conor McGregor Strikes Plea Deal Felony Dropped, Gets Anger Management

Published | Updated

We told you it was gonna happen ... and now it did -- prosecutors just dropped the felony against Conor McGregor and he will not spend 1 second in jail.

It's hugely significant because if he was convicted of a violent felony, he could have been deported -- which would have had a major impact on his UFC career.

Here's what happened inside the Brooklyn courtroom on Thursday -- Conor accepted a plea deal in which the felony count was dismissed. He pled guilty to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge.

He was sentenced to 5 days of community service, ordered to pay for the damage he caused to the bus -- and ordered to complete an anger management course.

Outside the courtroom, Conor issued a short statement -- "I just want to say I'm thankful for the D.A. and the judge for allowing me to move forward. I want to say to my friends, my family, my fans, thank you for the support."

ARRIVING TO COURT

Sources tell TMZ Sports ... Dana White will not bar him from the UFC as he has other fighters who have engaged in illegal violence.

One of the reasons is that White believes the legal system has already exacted punishment on the superstar.

Conor's co-defendant, Cian Cowley -- who also participated in the bus attack -- got the same deal ... but with only 3 days of community service.

A spokesperson for the Brooklyn D.A.'s office tells TMZ Sports ... "This is a fair resolution that holds the defendant accountable, ensures restitution for the victims and requires the defendant to perform community service where he can reflect on his conduct and give back to society.”

As we previously reported, Conor's attorneys had been negotiating a plea deal in the felony mischief case -- filed after the UFC champ threw a dolly at a UFC bus on April 5, injuring several fighters.

Conor was initially charged with 1 count of felony criminal mischief and 3 counts of misdemeanor assault.

Just last week, we were told prosecutors had agreed to reduce the felony to a misdemeanor -- which is a big deal since a felony involving violence could trigger permanent deportation from the U.S.

The 30-year-old UFC fighter faced up to 7 years in prison if convicted on all counts.

Color Me Badd's Mark Calderon Bryan's Wife Warned Me ... He Was 'Wasted' at Our Concert

Published | Updated

Color Me Badd singer Mark Calderon got a heads-up his bandmate, Bryan Abrams, was a mess hours before their onstage fight ... and it came from Bryan's wife.

According to Mark's statement to police, obtained by TMZ, the singer said Bryan was clearly intoxicated ahead of their show in Tyre, NY. He added, Bryan's wife texted him before the concert about Bryan being "wasted." So, Mark says he went into the show with concerns.

He also says Bryan assured him he'd be just fine and they'd kill it once the show started. Mark was still worried, but says they went on because they had a contractual obligation.

Mark says Bryan screwed up lyrics during their very first song, then disappeared for the rest of the concert.

Well, at least until he ran on stage and slammed Mark, who ended up injured ... while Bryan ended up in cuffs.

As we reported ... Mark says he wants Bryan to get help for his booze issue, but stopped short of saying he wants him prosecuted.

Conor McGregor Rips Vegas Security Guard ... You Suck at Your Job!

Published | Updated

Conor McGregor is firing back at the security guard who claims the UFC star injured him during that crazy 2016 bottle-throwing incident at the Nate Diaz fight presser ... saying his accuser sucks at his job.

The man who filed the lawsuit is William Pegg -- who was working for MGM security on Aug. 17, 2016 ... when Nate and Conor threw bottles and cans at each other during a heated exchange before UFC 202.

Pegg says McGregor chucked a can that struck him in the left shoulder and injured him.

But now, McGregor is telling his side of the story ... saying Pegg failed in his duty to provide security at the event and "did nothing" while Nate and his crew initiated the incident by throwing bottles at Conor first.

"Had [Pegg] met his obligations not only as a security guard on duty during the press conference, but moreover, the person purportedly in charge of security, and protected [Conor] and his friends and family, than this entire incident would have been avoided."

Conor also admits to throwing objects that day (obviously, it was captured on video) ... but says there's NO PROOF the projectile that struck Pegg was thrown by him.

The case is due back in court later this year.

This is interesting ... Daniel Cormier tells TMZ Sports he wants to line up at least one more opponent BEFORE he gets in the Octagon with Brock Lesnar!

Cormier is currently nursing a broken hand from his victory over Stipe Miocic at UFC 226 -- the same night Lesnar rushed the Octagon and shoved him, hyping up a Cormier vs. Lesnar superfight!

But as Cormier pointed out, Lesnar won't be cleared to fight until early 2019 -- so, he wants another big fight while he waits for the WWE superstar.

So, who's it gonna be? Cormier says he's not even thinking about Jon Jones -- but if he miraculously gets cleared before DC retires, ya gotta think he'd strongly consider it.

We also asked Cormier if he'd be paying Lesnar a visit at SummerSlam next month to get some payback -- and DC says he's already made up his mind about that, too.
