Jordan Poyer's Wife Rachel Bush Rips Bills Stadium's Proposed Vaccine Requirement ... 'Bulls***'

Rachel Bush -- the wife of Buffalo Bills star Jordan Poyer -- just eviscerated the idea of a potential vaccine requirement at Buffalo games next season ... callin' the proposed plan straight-up "bulls***."

Erie County politician Mark Poloncarz announced Tuesday he wants to make it a rule at Bills and Sabres contests in 2021 that in order to attend games in person, ya gotta show proof of a COVID vax.

In his announcement, Poloncarz made it clear it's "the only safe way to have a full house" at the stadiums ... adding, "No Vaccine = No Entry."

Bush -- someone who's made it clear she's NOT getting the vaccine -- went ballistic over the idea ... going as far as to call Poloncarz a "moron" for wanting to implement the county rule.

"If Erie county wants to pull this bull s*** watch and see what happens," Bush said.

She added, "[Poloncarz] does know that you can still contract covid once vaccinated and pass it to others still too right? Buffalo you better speak up before you lose a whole lot."

Bush -- a regular at Bills games prior to the pandemic -- wasn't done there ... she fired off several more tweets defending her position, writing, "I would compare covid to the flu rather than a cold but couldn’t pay me to get the vaccine, especially after having it."

"It was bad. But not bad enough to turn myself into a lab rat for an experimental vaccine."

Bush continued, "So now my daughter is missing ANOTHER year of watching her dad play live in a very short lived career. Not even an option available to her since we already know kids can’t get the covid vaccine. How is that fair or acceptable. It’s not. FL and TX would never."

For the Bills' part, the team said in a statement it will follow Poloncarz's orders if still in place for the season ... explaining, "As we did last year, we will continue to cooperate and comply with all New York state and local government regulations regarding our sporting events."

The Bills are expected to open their season in September.

FYI, the CDC fully supports COVID vaccinations -- explaining on its website, "COVID-19 vaccination works by teaching your immune system how to recognize and fight the virus that causes COVID-19, and this protects you from getting sick with COVID-19."

"Being protected from getting sick is important because even though many people with COVID-19 have only a mild illness, others may get a severe illness, have long-term health effects, or even die."

"There is no way to know how COVID-19 will affect you, even if you don’t have an increased risk of developing severe complications."

As we previously reported, Russell Wilson and Ciara will be hosting an NBC special this weekend aimed at educating people about COVID vaccinations and debunking unsubstantiated claims.

Several medical experts and influential people will appear on the show including Dr. Fauci, President Biden, President Obama and more.

Black High School Football Player Forced In Locker with Banana Peels ... Cops Investigate

UPDATE

12:02 PM PT -- The player targeted in the locker room incident has issued a statement, through the Rock Island County State's Attorney's Office ... saying, "I want to make it known that I'm fine."

UPDATE

"Everyone is worried about me and showing concern for me and I really appreciate it."

UPDATE

"Second, can everyone please stop talking about the incident and video? I understand everyone wants justice for me and they want what they think is right to be done, but I already made my feelings known to the police and my friends about how I feel about everything."

UPDATE

"I love the football team I'm on and they're good guys. I know that personally. I talked to the people involved individually and they apologized. We had a heartfelt talk about it and I told them how I felt. So please don't harass, bully, or threaten them at all."

UPDATE

"Lastly, I want to get my life back together, and my student-athlete life back on track, so if you do ever see me or know who I am, treat me as a human first, not a victim."

A black high school football player in Moline, Illinois was forced to sit in a locker stuffed with banana peels -- while a fellow player threatened to break both of his knees if he refused.

The incident was captured on video and published on social media platforms -- and now, the cops are involved.

The 11-second video was reportedly shot on Thursday night -- but in less than 24 hours, the footage had already made its way to the Moline Police Dept.

And, when the team returned from an away game on Friday evening, the cops were waiting at Moline High School to interview everyone who had a role in the disturbing incident.

"On the evening of April 9, 2021 the Moline Police Department became aware of a shocking viral video circulating on social media," Moline Police Chief Darren Gault said in a statement.

"The video depicted a disturbing racist scene involving a Moline High School football player in a locker room."

Chief Gault says detectives have identified "all athletes who were involved in the incident and the circumstances surrounding the video" -- and confirmed they are "fellow high school football teammates."

Cops note the players involved "are also individuals of both different and similar races to the victim."

"The students directly involved in the video are all friends."

"Regardless of these facts, we all agree that this is a disgusting way to treat a fellow teammate, a fellow human and most certainly a friend."

The MPD says the investigation is complete and the case has been submitted to the State's Attorney for review.

The Moline-Coal Valley School District has also been looped in. District officials slammed the "vile behavior depicted in the video" -- insisting it "does not represent our core values and has no place in our learning community."

The District also vowed to take "decisive action" following an internal investigation.

UFC's Julian Marquez In Talks For Pickleball Showdown!!! W/ Kelce, Mahomes & Hill

MATCHUP OF THE CENTURY
TMZSports.com

Wanna see Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill face off against a UFC badass in an ultimate pickleball showdown for the ages??

You're in luck ... 'cause Julian Marquez tells TMZ Sports he's made contact with the K.C. Chiefs superstars after issuing his public challenge -- and they're already planning the big game!!

The 30-year-old Kansas City native called out the trio of Super Bowl LIV champs right after choking out Sam Alvey during UFC Fight Night on Saturday ... saying he's ready to prove once and for all he's the pound-for-pound top dog in his city with a friendly game of pickleball.

The guys responded on Twitter ... with Mahomes, Kelce and Hill ALL agreeing to the challenge.

But, it wasn't all talk -- "The Cuban Missile Crisis" says he's been in touch with the guys since the call-out ... and it's a matter of WHEN, not IF, they face off on the court!!!

"I've actually been talking to Travis Kelce, he's 100% down," Marquez tells us. "The Kansas City Chiefs are 100% down. The local Kansas City fans are 100% down, and that's all we need. We just gotta figure out the right times for us all."

Marquez points out Mahomes is still recovering from foot surgery to fix a turf toe injury ... so he wants to make sure the guy is fully healthy before they compete.

"I don't want him to have an excuse when we go at it on the pickleball court."

As for the biggest threat on the court, Marquez thinks Kelce is the guy to watch.

"There would be a lot of trash-talking, a lot of jokes. Maybe a couple dances. We'll probably TikTok it out, but I'm just saying, I hope he comes with that same energy he brings on the field."

We also got an update on Marquez's budding friendship with Miley Cyrus ... and he tells us the "Prisoner" singer could be popping up at a UFC fight in the future!!

"I think we're gonna get her at a UFC fight sooner or later. It will be one of her first ones. Either in the stands watching or being there with me and all her friends. I'm pumped and excited."

NFL Star Nick Chubb Launching New Cereal Line Benefitting Charity ... 'Chubb Crunch'

Move over, Count Chocula and Cap'n Crunch ... Nick Chubb is coming to the cereal game -- the NFL star is launching a new breakfast treat that's set to benefit an awesome charity!!

The Cleveland Browns running back made the announcement Tuesday ... explaining "Chubb Crunch" is currently in the works with plans to hit grocery store shelves VERY, VERY soon.

Chubb partnered with PLB Sports & Entertainment -- the same people who created Doug Flutie's famous Flutie Flakes -- for the concoction, and Nick's cereal is promising to be amazing.

A spokesperson for the company tells TMZ Sports the food will be similar to Cinnamon Toast Crunch ... and will feature a superhero depiction of Chubb on the box.

The best part of it all? Chubb and the company say a portion of the proceeds will go toward First Candle -- an org. with a mission to eliminate Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

It's a cause close to Chubb's heart ... the 25-year-old reportedly had a nephew tragically die from SIDS -- and he said Tuesday, being able to help that cause with the cereal is huge for him.

"It's always been a dream to have my own cereal," Chubb said, "especially that it benefits a cause that is close to my family."

We're told the limited edition boxes will make their debut at some point in August ... available online and in local Cleveland Heinen's grocery stores.

UPDATE

Brady -- who won 3 of his 7 Super Bowls with the receiver -- praises Edelman as the ultimate teammate, saying #11 personally helped him during his darkest times in the league.

UPDATE

"You have so many teammates that admired your work ethic and will to win, and I am at the top of the list because when I was down and feeling sorry for myself at times, you were right there to pick me up."

UPDATE

"You were as tough as could be and I love you for all that you did to make our teams as great as they could possibly be."

UPDATE

Brady recognizes Edelman's journey into fatherhood ... saying he's happy to see him grow as a family man.

UPDATE

"You had an amazing football journey, an amazing life journey in New England, and I have no doubt you will succeed in anything you choose to do next! LFG"

UPDATE

2:49 PM PT -- Edelman just posted a heartfelt goodbye video to the Patriots organization ... thanking the team for the past 12 years.

UPDATE

"Nothing in my career's ever come easy, and no surprise, this isn't gonna be easy either," Edelman said while sitting on the Gillette Stadium field.

UPDATE
UPDATE

"I've always said I'm a go until the wheels comes off and they've finally fallen off. Due to an injury last year, I'll be making my official announcement of my retirement from football."

UPDATE

Edelman went on to thank Pats owner Robert Kraft and coach Bill Belichick ... saying, "Mr. Kraft, the Kraft family, learned so much from you guys on and off the field. Coach Belichick giving me the opportunity, I'll always love you for that."

UPDATE

Worth noting -- no mention of Tom Brady ... maybe he gets a personal phone call instead??

UPDATE

Edelman continued ... "Been the best 12 years of my life. Hell of a run. I can't forget you, Patriot Nation. You guys have welcomed me and my family to a region we didn't know. But now I'm one of you. "

UPDATE

Belichick had kind words for his former player ... saying, "By any measure of what constitutes an elite NFL career – wins, championships, production – Julian has it all."

UPDATE

"Few players can match Julian’s achievements, period, but considering his professional trajectory and longevity, the group is even more select. It is historic. This is a tribute to his legendary competitiveness, mental and physical toughness and will to excel.

It's a wrap for Julian Edelman -- the New England Patriots WR is officially retiring after a stellar 12-year run in the NFL.

... but it begs the question -- does he belong in Canton?!

Edelman was a 7th-round pick out of Kent State in the 2009 NFL Draft -- and went on to become a 3-time Super Bowl champion and the MVP of Super Bowl LIII. Pretty impressive, huh?!

34-year-old Edelman had been dealing with some knee issues lately and underwent surgery for an undisclosed ailment back in October.

Unfortunately for Julian, the latest injury proved too much to overcome -- and he decided to hang up his cleats.

Edelman finishes his career with 620 catches for 6,822 receiving yards and 36 TDs -- a pretty solid stat line for any NFL player.

Worth noting ... most WRs currently in the Hall averaged over 800 career receptions, with more than 10,000 yards receiving and around 100 TDs each.

But, is Edelman's postseason prowess enough to get voters to look past the stats?

In the post-season, he's racked up 118 catches -- 2nd all-time behind Jerry Rice, who caught 151.

He also has 1,442 receiving yards in the post-season -- again, 2nd behind Jerry Rice, who has 2,245.

Edelman's career has been debated for years -- with his former Patriots teammate Deion Branch saying, in 2019, he thinks JE had locked up a HOF spot back then!

FOR SURE HALL OF FAMER
TMZSports.com

"He knows I'm all for it," Branch said at the time ... "Put my brother in. He has earned it."

So, will the voters get behind Julian? Either way, congrats on a solid career.

Antonio Gates Fired Up For My Son's Football Future ... He's Like Robert Woods!!!

HIGH HOPES
TMZSports.com

Heads up, NFL teams ... there could be another Gates in the league very, very soon!!

Antonio Gates tells TMZ Sports ... his son -- a star H.S. football player in Michigan -- has SO MUCH game on the gridiron, he thinks the kid compares well to Robert Woods!!

The NFL legend gushed about Antonio Gates Jr. to us out in L.A. this week ... telling us the younger Gates -- a junior at Dearborn (Mich.) Fordson -- has a TON of potential.

"You ever seen Robert Woods play? On the Rams?" Gates says. "He's more like that. He's more of a long, rangy receiver. But, he's physical. Physical at the point of attack-type of guy."

The praise is high ... but Dad ain't just gassing up his son -- it's all warranted.

Gates Jr. is a 6-foot-1, 185-pound wideout who's rated as a four-star recruit. In fact, the kid's so good, he already has offers from big-time programs like Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan State and Tennessee.

As for where he'll end up playing in college ... the older Gates told us he's not sure yet -- but he's advising his son to make sure he finds the best fit, regardless of location.

And, if and when it comes time for a pro career ... Gates tells us he sure as hell hopes he'll end up a better player than he was.

"That's the goal," Gates says. "That's why you have kids, so they can be better than you!"

LeBron James & Tom Brady Super Rare Cards Hit Auction Block ... Expected To Fetch $5 Million!!

Two extremely rare, insanely valuable collector's items -- a Tom Brady and a LeBron James trading card -- just hit the auction block ... and are expected to sell for over $5 MILLION!!!

Yes, $2,500,000 each ... $5 million total. That's equivalent to the cost of 24 brand-spankin' new Lamborghini Huracans.

Let's start with the King James card ... a 2003-04 Upper Deck "Exquisite Collection" Exquisite Rookie Patch Autograph card -- 1 of 99 ever produced.

The card features Bron's signature ... and an actual NBA logo patch from a jersey LBJ rocked during his incredible rookie year with the Cavs in 2003.

The card was rated a mint 9 by Beckett -- one of the top grading companies in the business -- meaning it's essentially in brand new condition.

As for the Brady card ... it's a 2000 Playoff Contenders #144 Signed Championship Ticket Rookie card -- 1 of only 100 ever made.

The TB12 is considered the "holy grail" of modern football cards ... it was graded an 8.5 (near mint +) by Beckett ... and the autograph was awarded a perfect 10 (pristine) rating.

If you think $2.5 mil for each card is crazy ... it's not. In fact, a lower graded version of the Brady card recently sold for $2.25 mil.

Also, a different version of the same Bron card sold for $1.84 mil in 2020 -- and the card collectibles market has exploded recently.

Both cards are part of Goldin Auctions' latest auction ... which went live Friday.

Starting bid's only $500K ... good luck!!

Deshaun Watson Admits Sexual Encounters with Masseuses ... Always 'Consensual'

4/9/2021
EVERYTHING WAS CONSENSUAL

Deshaun Watson's attorney says the QB admits he had sexual encounters with some of his massage therapists over the years -- but insists it was always consensual.

"Were there consensual encounters? Yes," Watson's attorney, Rusty Hardin, said Friday while addressing the media.

A reporter followed up with this question -- "So, you're saying on Instagram, Deshaun reached out to some of these women booking a legitimate massage and then engaged in consensual sex acts with some of these women?"

Hardin's response: "On some occasions, some sexual activities would have taken place,"

"I'm not going into what it is, or the nature, or the numbers, or with whom but I think you can rightfully assume that."

"The question that we have always been emphasizing, never at any time under any circumstances ... did this young man ever engage in anything that was not mutually desired by the other party."

The point of Hardin's news conference was to point out that Deshaun deserves a fair shot to defend himself in court instead of letting the case play out in the media.

Hardin's defense team explained why they believe Watson is a good man who never crossed the line with any of the accusers.

But, several questions remain ... specifically regarding the now confirmed sexual activity with various massage therapists.

Hardin explained Watson gets roughly 150 massages per year to keep his body in prime shape for his job as an NFL quarterback.

He also said it's not unusual for millennials to use Instagram to find businesses to patronize ... including massage therapists.

Hardin says another reason Watson used Instagram as a tool to find massage therapists is because COVID made it difficult to find a regular masseuse.

When asked what Deshaun's reaction has been to the mounting lawsuits, Hardin put it this way:

"He's dumbfounded. He's truly dumbfounded."

"If you're the average citizen that's never been caught up in anything, this is insane. That's really his reaction."

"When I told him of that first allegation and the third lawsuit that somehow he used force or something, I didn't know him at the time, when I told him he was in disbelief."

"He asked me two or three times, 'I forced her?!' and then he just started crying. That's his reaction and that the thing for yall to remember. we don't cry about things that we did."

Deshaun Watson Accuser Must Reveal Name in Lawsuit ... Judge Rules

UPDATE

9:47 AM PT -- Attorney Tony Buzbee just said 9 of his clients have agreed to reveal their lawsuits using their real name, instead of the alias "Jane Doe."

Deshaun Watson just notched a small victory in a Texas court Friday -- where a judge ruled one of his accusers must reveal her identity if she plans to move forward with her sexual misconduct lawsuit.

Watson's attorney, Rusty Hardin, had filed motions Thursday for emergency hearings seeking to unmask several of the women who have been using the pseudonyms "Jane Doe" to protect their identities.

22 women have filed suit against Watson so far -- and only 2 had voluntarily stepped forward and identified themselves.

But, in the first emergency hearing in Harris County, Texas on Friday, Judge Dedra Davis ordered one of the accusers to use her real name moving forward.

The accuser's attorney, Tony Buzbee, argued that Ashley Solis -- accuser #1 -- has received death threats and expletive-laden emails since stepping forward... and he wants to protect the other accusers from the same hatred.

But, Judge Davis explained there needs to be a "balancing act" -- and essentially said revealing the name is the only way to ensure fair treatment for both sides.

Unclear if the woman will abide by the judge's order. The accuser essentially has 3 choices ... she can reveal her name right now, she can try to appeal the decision or she can drop her suit altogether.

In a few hours, there will be a separate hearing at Harris County's 113th district court where a different judge will determine if 12 other accusers will also have to reveal their identities.

Obviously, Watson wants to know exactly who is accusing him of sexual misconduct so he can bolster his defense.

Watson has denied all of the allegations against him -- insisting the women are liars who are all looking for a payout.

Story developing ...

Antonio Gates Deshaun Will Play In NFL Again ... 'Too Good Of A Player'

HE'LL BE BACK
TMZSports.com

Antonio Gates believes Deshaun Watson's career will survive the sexual misconduct allegations ... and he WILL set foot on an NFL field again.

Gates didn't make any predictions about how the legal action against Watson will play out ... but when speaking specifically to Watson's football career, he thinks the QB will weather the storm.

"He seems like a good dude," Gates tells TMZ Sports. "Obviously he made some -- I don't even know if he made these mistakes. But, if he did, hopefully he can recover from them. This is the land of the free. You always get second chances."

He continued ... "I do [think he will play again.] He's too good of a player, so I do. Hopefully, when all this unfolds, we'll see how it goes."

Fact is, talent seems to matter most when it comes to NFL teams -- just look at Ben Roethlisberger, who was accused of sexual misconduct on two separate occasions and has continued his NFL career.

Antonio Brown is also currently facing sexual misconduct allegations and is still in the NFL -- he just won a Super Bowl with the Buccaneers.

It's important to note while Watson is facing 22 lawsuits in civil court. He has NOT been charged with a crime at the moment ... but the Houston Police Department has opened an investigation.

For his part, Watson has denied all allegations of wrongdoing -- claiming he's the target of an orchestrated money grab.

Patrick Mahomes, Trevor Lawrence Bro Sesh At The Masters

Patrick Mahomes and Trevor Lawrence chopped it up at The Masters in Augusta on Thursday ... which begs the question -- what do two superstar QBs talk about?!

Which guy's gonna dominate the AFC?? How to win a Super Bowl?? Will Dustin Johnson bounce back from his +2 start??

The big-time signal-callers hit up Augusta National Golf Club to watch the opening round of the tournament ... and appeared to be having a great time together!!

Lawrence -- who's getting married to his longtime GF Marissa Mowry this weekend -- made one final quick trip with his fiancée before getting hitched ... and the couple spent some solid time with the Super Bowl LIV champ.

Mahomes -- who recently welcomed a daughter with fiancée Brittany Matthews in February -- was at the event with his bestie and teammate Travis Kelce for the ultimate bro sesh.

Nice to see the guys all hanging together ... but the friendliness may come to an end when Lawrence becomes a Jacksonville Jaguar later this month.

As they say -- keep your friends close and your enemies closer!?

South Carolina Massacre Suspect ID'd as Ex-NFL Player ... Killed 5 People & Himself

UPDATE

11:35 AM PT -- York County Sheriff Kevin Tolson told media members at a news conference Thursday there is no indication that Adams had a patient-doctor relationship with Dr. Robert Lesslie.

UPDATE

Tolson added investigators have yet to find a clear motive ... saying, "There's nothing about this that makes any sense."

UPDATE

As for the sixth gunshot victim, Tolson says that person is currently in "very critical" condition.

UPDATE

7:33 AM PT -- The father of Phillip Adams spoke out about the situation Thursday morning -- telling WCNC his son was a "good kid" until "football messed him up."

UPDATE
UPDATE

Adams' father says he's praying for the people who were killed -- adding, "Keep us in your prayers too."

The man who slaughtered 5 people Wednesday -- including 2 children -- at a home in South Carolina has been identified as former NFL player Phillip Adams, according to reports.

Officials believe 32-year-old Adams -- a 7th-round pick in the 2010 NFL Draft -- stormed a home in Rock Hill, SC on Wednesday afternoon and shot 5 people to death.

The victims have been identified as 70-year-old Dr. Robert Lesslie, his 69-year-old wife, Barbara Lesslie -- and their grandchildren, 9-year-old Adah Lesslie and 5-year-old Noah Lesslie.

A 5th victim, 38-year-old James Lewis, was working at the home when the gunman opened fire, killing him.

A 6th person was shot -- but that person survived and is being treated at a nearby hospital.

A furious manhunt was underway for the gunman.

But, the case took another dark twist on Thursday morning ... when sources say officials found the body of Phillip Adams, who appeared to have taken his own life around midnight Thursday morning, by way of gunshot.

According to the reports, there was a prior connection between Adams and the victims -- the football player's parents live in the area and Phillip had reportedly been previously treated by Dr. Robert Lesslie.

Adams was a star defensive back at South Carolina State in the late 2000s before being drafted by the 49ers in 2010.

He bounced around to the New England Patriots and Oakland Raiders -- playing in 52 NFL games before his NFL career ended following the 2013 season.

JuJu Smith-Schuster AB Blocked Me On Social Media!!! ... I Can't Reach Out

RADIO SILENCE
The Michael Irvin Podcast

JuJu Smith-Schuster says Antonio Brown is giving him the crazy ex treatment -- claiming AB has BLOCKED him from ALL digital platforms ... leaving him no way to make contact with his old Steelers teammate.

The 2 NFL stars had butted heads after AB was traded to the Raiders in 2019 ... with both sides taking shots over social media.

AB had called JuJu a "bum" and mocked his name -- calling him, "Boo Boo Shoester."

JuJu fired back saying, "Crazy how big that ego got to be to take shots at people who show you love! Smh."

But, now that some time has passed, JuJu says he's thought about reaching out to AB to try and bury the hatchet.

The problem ... JuJu says AB has completely cut him off.

"Honestly bro, if I could reach out I would, but I can’t," Smith-Schuster said on "The Michael Irvin Podcast" on PodcastOne.

"He’s blocked me on all social media from Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter ... my phone number. And we just live our lives."

Remember, JuJu tried to publicly squash the beef with Brown during a conversation with TMZ Sports way back in April 2019 ... denying he was holding any sort of grudge and saying AB was still "my guy."

4/1/19
HE'S MY GUY
TMZSports.com

But, here we are in 2021 ... and JuJu says no real progress has been made on repairing their friendship.

JuJu says he's ready to move on from the drama ... and he's actually HAPPY to see AB win a title with Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

"I wish nothing but the best for him, you know, for him to go out there and win a Super Bowl, like, congrats to him and, he keeps doing it."

In fact, JuJu ponders what coulda been if AB and Le'Veon Bell didn't leave ... saying, "I think he’s one of the best to ever do it, um and, if he didn’t have the falloff, I think our team would be, you know, ridiculous, amazing."

Guess we'll never know.
