Kourtney Kardashian is telling the man claiming to be the father of her child to stop extorting her and to shut the f**k up and go away ... or else.

Kourtney's lawyer, Shawn Holley, pulled out a can of whoop ass on Michael Girgenti -- the guy who claims to be the father of her 3-year-old son Mason. Holley fired off a cease and desist letter to Girgenti, making it clear ... Scott Disick is the baby daddy, and he has a DNA test to prove it.

Holley says in her letter -- obtained by TMZ -- that Girgenti had the audacity to tell Kourtney he'd back off his claim IF she paid him some loot. To that Holley threatened that she'd ask the judge to make HIM pay for the alleged extortion.

Holley also says Girgenti knows full well he's not the father, because he flunked a polygraph.

Shawne posted a pic earlier this week of some gnarly mat burn he got while training at the WWE's Performance Center in Florida ... leading many to believe he signed with the wrestling company.

But multiple sources tell us .. no deals were made, no paperwork has been signed ... Shawne was just messing around after WWE exec Triple H invited him down to check out the state of the art facilities.

We're told Shawne had a blast ... and the WWE people enjoyed having Shawne ... so, there's a possibility of the two juggarnauts working together in the future.

But for now, it's too early to tell if Shawne has a professional future in the squared circle.

E.P. Al Jean tells us ... they never planned that Edna would be the character to bite it. In fact, he says they had been writing a storyline based on her newly-wedded life with Ned Flanders.

We're told Marcia had been unable to do "Simpsons" voice over work for the past few weeks due to her declining health ... but producers were still hoping for the best.

Al tells us the Edna character will more than likely be retired this season -- but it's too early to say how she'll go away.

Al adds, "Marcia was such a sweet and talented woman ... she will be missed."

Pauly D's got his work cut out for him with his new baby mama -- so claims the daddy of her 1st child ... who has some serious words of warning for the "Jersey Shore" star.

Meet 33-year-old Lance Gerbino, the father of Amanda Markert's 5-year-old son. His friend just posted this video on Instagram, where Lance calls Amanda a crazy "drug addict stripper" -- something she strenuously denies.

Lance is no angel himself -- as we reported, one reason Pauly wants full custody is because there's a felony drug arrest warrant out for him, and he thinks there's a danger if Lance comes in contact with the baby.

As for Amanda, her lawyer tells us, "Amanda is an extremely wholesome young lady who is goal oriented." He adds she's never been a stripper and has absolutely no drug issues.

BTW ... Lance's friend has taken the video off Instagram.

Jack Bauer could FINALLY end up killing terrorists on the big screen ... at least according to Kiefer Sutherland who tells TMZ there's still a very real chance "24" could be made into a feature film.

Kiefer was out with his '24' team at Mr. Chow last night -- executive producer Howard Gordon and director Jon Cassar -- and we figured it was the perfect time to ask about Jack's long-term future.

The rumors of a "24" movie have been swirling for years -- and got even stronger when show honchos announced the series was returning to TV next summer after taking a break back in 2010.

Lindsay Lohan wasn't reaching for a wine bottle in the photo that surfaced Wednesday morning ... it's an optical illusion ... that's Lindsay's story, anyway.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us, Lindsay was actually reaching for her purse and cell phone on the same counter top, and the photo angle (above) was set up to make it look like she was grabbing the wine bottle instead.

Lindsay is adamant she has NOT fallen off the wagon -- in fact, she's telling friends she's been faithfully attending multiple AA meetings per week, and has continued therapy since leaving rehab.

The photo was taken at a friend's house ... who clearly had wine while Lindsay was visiting. Sounds like a bad idea, but we're told Lindsay has overcome her desire to drink, and has no problem hanging with boozers.

In fact, as we reported, LiLo thinks she's doing so well ... she's ditched her sober coach, insisting she can handle sobriety on her own.

Lamar Odom tells TMZ he hasn't been blackballed from the Kardashian family -- and WAS invited to Kanye's big proposal to Kim -- but he CHOSE not to go because he had better things to do that night.

It was just one of the topics Lamar addressed on his way out of the Spitting Chicken Cantina in Sherman Oaks, CA last night ... telling us about his friendship with Kobe, his relationship with his dad and his battle to get back into the NBA.

In fact, L.O. says he believes he's back in playing shape -- telling us, "I can play a basketball game and probably play really well."

He wanted to prove it by showing off his physique -- jokingly asking, "Do you wanna see me with my shirt off or my pants down?"

Don't worry, he didn't follow through on his offer.

No publicity is bad publicity, even if that publicity stems from a string of whacked out interviews ... at least that's what the people behind Jenna Jameson's new book tell TMZ.

A rep for Skyhorse Publishing tells us ... the company doesn't believe Jenna's sloppy live TV performances will harm the sales of "Sugar" -- in fact, they think it put the book on people's literary radar.

As for Jenna's claim that she wasn't intoxicated, but simply TIRED during the interviews, a rep for Skyhorse says JJ's story adds up because she had travel delays the night before her 6AM "Good Day NY" interview and barely slept.

Just to be safe -- Skyhorse says it's taking extra steps to make sure Jenna "gets enough sleep" before future interviews.

Good idea.

Jenna Jameson is adamant she was NOT whacked out on prescription drugs during her bizarre live TV interview yesterday ... telling TMZ she was just really, really tired.

Jenna was like a completely different (and lucid) person today as she continued on her book tour -- unlike her slurring, bumbling, confusing appearance on "Good Day NY" Monday morning.

When asked why she seemed so sloppy on the show, Jenna simply chalked it up to exhaustion.

In fact, during an interview yesterday Jenna said she hasn't done any drugs in 7 years.

Katharine McPhee is dating her former "Smash" director Michael Morris, TMZ has learned ... and they're even making out in public -- problem is, THEY'RE BOTH MARRIED TO OTHER PEOPLE.

Morris is married to actress Mary McCormack (who played Howard Stern's wife in "Private Parts") ... and they have 3 young daughters together, ages 2, 6 and 9.

29-year-old Katharine is married to 47-year-old producer Nick Cokas -- they have no children.

Sources close to Katharine and Nick tell TMZ ... the two have been separated for 6 months and are living apart. They were married in 2008.

It's unclear where Michael's relationship with Mary stands -- but it seems it's also on the ropes, because over the weekend he was sucking face with Katharine in broad daylight in L.A. like he didn't care who saw.

The two weren't shy with the PDA either -- holding hands and cuddling each other in Hollywood.

Kylie and Kendall Jenner rolled into Vignette Lounge like V.I.P.s -- hanging with the club promoter ... which punches a big hole in claims the staff was clueless about who they were when they arrived.

TMZ obtained pics of Darren Dzienciol hanging with Scott Disick and K&K at a fashion show earlierTuesday night. Darren works with Bartelier Group which promotes parties all over L.A. -- including the 21-and-over Wax Rabbit event at Vignette that very night.

As we reported, Vignette's manager claims the underage Jenner girls showed fake IDs when they entered the club Tuesday night ... and that bouncers didn't recognize they were Kardashians.

Darren was also one of the guys ushering Kylie and Kendall out of the club underneath blankets -- most likely to hide their identities ... and possibly because they were tipsy.

So, even if the club's staff didn't know the girls were minors -- which seems extremely unlikely -- the club's head promoter that night certainly did.

So we started digging, to find out what triggered the explosion of anger. It seems Colin and the mom were bent out of shape because they were left in the dark about her possible pregnancy. They learned of it after reports surfaced yesterday.

Family sources tell us ... Kendra's mom called her daughter and apparently the conversation didn't go well, because it ended with a death wish.

Colin then stuck up for his mother and went nuts on Kendra.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner are the new Heisenberg -- The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control has become OBSESSED with figuring out if they were up to no good when they entered a 21-and-over bar ... according to the bar.

As we reported, there are conflicting accounts about whether 17-year-old Kendall and 16-year-old Kylie used fake IDs to enter a 21-and-over L.A. nightclub Tuesday night.

Kris Jenner insists they were admitted without IDs, but the manager of Vignette lounge is adamant the girls presented fake IDs at the door, and claims he didn't even know who they were.

Now, the ABC has become involved in a big way. People at the bar believe the ABC wouldn't waste its time on some underage Joe Schmo, but since it's the Jenner sisters ... the ABC has become aggressively determined to expose the truth, which would send a loud message to underage drinkers everywhere.

We're told the ABC has requested video surveillance footage from the nightclub, which they hope will show the Jenner sisters showing IDs at the door. The club is cooperating with authorities, but it's unclear if the surveillance video contains anything incriminating.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner NEVER flashed phony IDs at the doorman for the 21-and-over club they partied at Tuesday night ... so claim Jenner family sources.

This squarely contradicts the manager of Vignette lounge, who says the girls -- ages 16 and 17 -- ABSOLUTELY presented fake IDs at the door.

The Jenner sources say the doorman recognized the 2 girls ... he knew exactly who they were ... and let them in without asking anything about proof of age.

The sources were also mum on the photo of Kendall and Kylie -- looking wasted as they sat in the back seat of their SUV as they left the club just before 2 AM.

So we gotta ask ...

Selena Gomez is still torn up about her ex, Justin Bieber -- or she's a really good actress ... that's the only explanation for her sappy and tear-filled performance last night in Brooklyn.

Selena started sobbing and weeping near the end of her ballad, "Love Will Remember" -- which is widely believed to be about the Biebs ... partially because the original leaked version of the song featured a voicemail Justin left for Selena.

She also goes into an emotional thank you to her fans, but since turning on the waterworks seems to be her thing -- we gotta ask ...

Here's something Selena should really be crying about -- this awesome moment from "The View" this morning ... when the ladies intro'd her to start singing, and ... well, watch what happens.

Another strong sign of the apocalypse ... if you're a Jonas Brothers fan -- the band has deleted its Twitter page right on the heels of pulling the plug on their tour.

Fans who went to @JonasBrothers this morning got a "Sorry, that page doesn't exist" message -- and even though they haven't officially announced they're done for good ... this is pretty strong evidence.

As we reported ... Kevin, Joe, and Nick canceled their tour last week ... just days before it was supposed to begin. Reps say they were having a disagreement over music.

Since then we've spotted Joe Jonas twice around town with renowned addiction specialist Mike Bayer -- fueling concerns Joe has a substance abuse problem.

Jonas Brothers reps remain silent on the issue -- but we saw Joe yesterday in Hollywood (sans Bayer) ... and asked him about the band's future. Sorry fans, but it ain't looking good.
