The mother and friend of George Obregon Jr., the Nardo Wick fan hospitalized following a disgusting attack carried out by Nardo's entourage, saying the whole thing has left them sick and almost speechless.

Michelle Obregon, George's mom, gave an update on her 20-year-old son's condition -- telling TMZ he's currently stable -- but doctors are fully monitoring him to assess if there'll be any long-term damage.

George's pal Connor Villa, who also attended the concert, tells us he was just a few feet behind his buddy when the vicious attack occurred.

He says Nardo's team gave them a peculiar look as they walked over with their phones up after exiting the club ... before unleashing the assault "out of nowhere" when George asked for a snap together.

Connor adds he was stunned when another member of the entourage continued to strike George after the first swing left him knocked out, leaning against the wall and unresponsive.

Connor tells us resorting to physical violence over a simple request for a picture was utterly ridiculous and should never have happened.

While George is now alert and talking ... Michelle says he hasn't gone into too much detail about the incident and doesn't remember much.

The devastated mother adds she had "no words to say" when watching the clip of the attack ... with her main priority being her son's health -- and ensuring that no other parents have to receive the devastating phone call she experienced.

Aaron Rodgers says his return to the football field is contingent on two big factors ... revealing he will only suit up again this season if the New York Jets are still in playoff contention and he is fully healthy.

The four-time NFL MVP was at the Jets training facility when he made his weekly appearance on the "Pat McAfee Show" on Tuesday ... and he gave a significant update on his Achilles recovery timeline.

Rodgers explained the first step in his potential return during the 2023-24 season is evaluating his health and playing ability ... and if he's not able to move around and protect himself on the field, he won't risk it.

If he's cleared by doctors and is satisfied with his athleticism, Rodgers will then assess where the Jets stand in terms of playoff chances.

"It's health first, and then can I play, are we alive for the playoffs, second," Rodgers said ... adding as of right now, he is not to the point where he could even consider playing.

There's been talk around the NFL that Rodgers is eyeing a Christmas Eve return when the Jets take on the Commanders at MetLife Stadium in Jersey ... just over three months after his initial injury, which would be one of the fastest bounce-backs from an Achilles tear in NFL history.

The Jets' remaining schedule is a bit of a mixed bag -- they play winnable games against the Patriots and Washington, but also face off against the Texans, Browns, and Dolphins, all legit playoff contenders.

Worth noting -- many Jets and NFL fans have been concerned about Rodgers being hellbent on returning ... especially because New York's offensive line is dreadful, and he would undoubtedly lack protection up front.

In fact, the Jets have allowed 47 sacks this season ... the third most across the league.

9:51 AM PT -- A spokesperson for Tampa Police tells us they're asking the public to help identify the attackers ... adding the victim is in critical, but stable condition. Anyone with info is asked to reach out to Tampa Police.

A Nardo Wick fan got much more than he bargained for after asking for a photo with the rapper, as Nardo's entourage unleashed a brutal attack ... leaving the fan hospitalized and the incident under police investigation.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ the 20-year-old fan attended the NW show Sunday night at Club Skye in Tampa, and spotted Nardo leaving the venue around 1:15 AM.

That's where video, obtained by TMZ, picks up ... you can see the fan approach Nardo and his team for what we're told was to get a photo. Then, without warning, a member of Nardo's team sucker punches the young fan ... knocking his head against a concrete wall.

Unable to move, the fan seems stunned ... and that's when another member of NW's entourage punches the fan again, causing him to fall to the ground and hit his head on the pavement.

The attack is cowardly, and Nardo -- wearing the white shirt near the rear of the SUV -- appears to try to get his guys to relax ... but the effort proves useless.

As for the fan, we're told he was taken to a local hospital where he was allegedly treated for a severe concussion, and there's some spots where he's hemorrhaging. Our sources say it's currently unclear if there will be any long-term damage ... only time will tell.

We reached out to a rep for Nardo Wick ... so far, no word back.

Derek Chauvin's loved ones remain in the dark over what exactly led to him getting stabbed in prison as well as his current condition -- and they're furious over it ... so says his lawyer.

Attorney Gregory M. Erickson -- who reps Chauvin -- tells TMZ the guy's immediate family still knows absolutely nothing about Chauvin's stabbing ... including how it happened and who did it.

Erickson says he spoke to one of Chauvin's relatives Monday ... and tells us a prison official contacted Chauvin's father to confirm he was in stable condition -- but no further details were provided whatsoever, which is frustrating the family.

Obviously, the media has been all over the story ... and the family has had to get their updates from news reports, which Erickson says is unjust and cruel.

He tells us he points the finger directly at the federal facility in Tucson, AZ -- where Chauvin is currently being held -- for being slow to the draw on updating his next of kin ... and for a lack of transparency in general.

Not just this ... but Erickson says the prison should've prevented this stabbing from happening in the first place -- noting Chauvin is the most high-profile person in custody since, arguably, O.J. Simpson ... and that any other inmate getting near him should've been kept at bay -- if not completely frisked to make sure weapons stayed far away.

Since the stabbing Friday ... Gregory adds he's attempted to contact prison officials 8 times, to no avail. As far as next steps -- Erickson says he and the family will weigh their legal options if they don't get more answers soon ... but it's unclear what those may be.

A Bureau of Prisons rep refused to discuss Chauvin's situation for privacy/safety/security reasons. But, they noted to us ... "we can inform you generally that the Federal Bureau of Prisons takes seriously our duty to protect the individuals entrusted in our custody, as well as maintain the safety of correctional employees and the community."

In a new interview, the actress admits she needs to "get help" to "learn balance and boundaries" in the aftermath of her second DUI -- the first coming in January 2022 -- vowing "this will never happen again."

The "Girls Trip" star told ET's Kevin Frazier about the events leading up to her arrest ... saying she dozed off in her Tesla after a long Thanksgiving day of feeding underprivileged people and performing at L.A.'s Laugh Factory -- not realizing her vehicle had blocked off a portion of the street after parking itself.

TMZ broke the story as part of Tiffany's arrest unfolded on camera ... with cops throwing her in handcuffs and escorting her to the back of a police car in Beverly Hills ... booking her on suspicion of DUI.

But, less than 24 hours after her stint in a jail cell, the star honored a scheduled gig in Long Beach ... freshening up her set by weaving in a joke inspired by her arrest.

But, despite leaning into comedy to address the bust, afterward, Tiffany steered clear of any more dramas ... opting for the passenger seat instead of driving home after the set.

Video has now surfaced of a brutal brawl the day before Thanksgiving in Saugus, Massachusetts.

Someone used a glass bottle as a weapon during the bloody fight, as patrons duke it out and blood flows freely. Some fighters either ripped off their shirts during the brawl or had them ripped off during the melee.

One man is seen bleeding profusely from his head as 2 other patrons hold him down.

It went down at a family-friendly joint, Kowloon Restaurant. What's a little weird ... there were 6 officers working at the restaurant -- it's unclear why a restaurant needed this kind of police presence. The officers were able to calm things down.

Cops interviewed several people in the fight but no arrests have been made. The PD does say the person who used a bottle as a weapon could be arrested and charged with a felony.

The mysterious illness that has caused dogs in more than a dozen states to get extremely sick may -- just may -- show promise of containment.

A 5-year-old golden retriever named Ike got sick during a dog road show, and this was way back in September.  The owners rushed Ike to the vet, and he was diagnosed with the disease that has dog owners in a panic -- canine infectious respiratory disease complex.

Ike was taken to a vet hospital and quarantined. Dogs can quickly go from a cough to life-threatening pneumonia with this disease.

The dog was given a "last-resort antibiotic," called chloramphenicol, which fights bacterial infections. The family of the dog told ABC7, within hours his breathing was no longer labored.

The owner, Becky Oliver, said, "It's a very, very strong last-resort antibiotic, but it's what saved him. Otherwise, he would not be here."

So far, officials, officials have not commented on the efficacy of the antibiotic.

The disease has been spreading ... it's been found in California, Oregon, Indiana, Illinois, Washington, Idaho, Nevada and in various states around the Northeast.

Derek Chauvin's family is angry they learned from the media their imprisoned son was stabbed and not from prison officials.

Carolyn Pawlenty, the mother of the cop who murdered George Floyd, told Alpha News, "How the hell do these news agencies know and his own mother doesn't even know?" She adds the prison had an emergency contact number -- her number -- but no one called.

She went on ... “I can’t even think what to say. I haven’t been to bed and made a path in my kitchen and living room floor by pacing."

Chauvin’s attorney, Bill Mohrman, says he got involved and tried calling the prison for information but hasn't heard back.

And another Chauvin lawyer, Gregory M. Erickson, slammed prison officials for its radio silence ... “It appears to be indicative of a poorly run facility and indicates how Derek’s assault was allowed to happen.”

Erickson added, “How the family members who are in charge of Derek’s decisions regarding his personal medical care and his emergency contact were not informed after his stabbing further indicates the institution’s poor procedures and lack of institutional control.”

As we reported ... Chauvin was stabbed in the federal prison in Arizona where he is currently serving a nearly 21-year sentence after pleading guilty to a federal charge of violating Floyd's civil rights.

Chauvin is in stable condition after he was assaulted Friday at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tucson. The stabbing was reportedly carried out by another inmate.

The pop superstar was beaming as she pranced around the stage strumming her guitar -- and even stopped at one point to flex her arm muscles.

Taylor treated the audience to two surprise tunes -- "Now That We Don't Talk" from "1989 (Taylor's Version)" and "Innocent" from "Speak Now (Taylor's Version)." This marked Taylor's first of three nights of sold-out performances at Allianz Parque stadium in São Paulo.

The positive vibes stood in stark contrast to the dark atmosphere that hung over her Rio de Janeiro concert the previous Friday when one of her fans died.

Just before Taylor went on stage, Ana Clara Benevides Machado fell ill amid the city's oppressive heat and was rushed to a hospital, where she passed away. Brazilian authorities are looking into the cause of her death while investigating the organizers of the concert to determine if they committed any wrongdoing.

Infamous ex-cop Derek Chauvin -- who was convicted of murdering George Floyd in Minneapolis -- was stabbed in federal prison and rushed to a hospital, but his injuries were not considered life-threatening, TMZ has confirmed.

A rep for Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison tells TMZ ... Chauvin was listed in stable condition after he was assaulted Friday at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tucson, Arizona.

In a statement, Ellison said, "I am sad to hear that Derek Chauvin was the target of violence. He was duly convicted of his crimes and, like any incarcerated individual, he should be able to serve his sentence without fear of retaliation or violence."

Ellison prosecuted Chauvin in the state murder case after Floyd's 2020 death.

The Bureau of Prisons also issued a statement without naming Chauvin, saying an "incarcerated person" was attacked at the prison around 12:30 PM yesterday. It was unclear who the suspect was, but the Associated Press reported it was another inmate.

Prison staff responded and brought the situation under control while performing "life-saving measures" on the victim, the BOP said, adding that no employees were injured.

The victim was taken to the hospital, where doctors were treating and evaluating him.

As we previously reported, Chauvin was convicted of Floyd's slaying in a Minnesota state court and sentenced to more than 22 years in prison. He also pleaded guilty to a separate federal charge of violating Floyd's civil rights and was given a 20-year term, which he's currently serving at the Arizona prison.

The murder of Floyd was recorded on cell phone video, which was circulated around the world, shocking the public consciousness.

The disturbing nine-and-a-half-minute clip showed Chauvin pressing his knee against the neck of Floyd as he lay helpless on the ground in Minneapolis. Floyd repeatedly cried out that he couldn't breathe, but Chauvin refused to take away his knee until it was too late.
