Car-Shaped Boat Cruisin' the Waters of Egypt!!!

Published

God help the poor soul high on weed who sees this thing cruising the waters.

Check out the powerboat designed to look like a sports car ... and guess what? There's a plan to make it amphibious.

A dude name Karim Amin and 2 of his buddies were tooling around the ocean in Alexandria, Egypt in cars that were, well, sort of James Bond-y.

The "boats" can hit speeds of up to 40 MPH. They even have Bluetooth and a GPS. They say it rides more like a jet ski than a traditional boat. There are only 12 of its kind, but it seems there are plans to expand. They're working on a 2.0 which would function on land and on the sea.

As for the price ... they start at $19,000 (no power windows) and go up to $44k.

Pretty awesome, and fun.

Hot-air Balloon Tragedy Basket Gondola Detaches in Air ... Kills 4, Injures 1

Published | Updated

A hot-air balloon ride in New Mexico quickly turned into a deadly nightmare -- as the gondola that was carrying the riders snapped clean off ... and plummeted to the ground below, killing several.

This tragedy happened Saturday morning in Albuquerque, where at least 5 people were riding in a hot-air balloon above the city ... when, according to preliminary investigations, their basket carrier somehow detached from the balloon -- leaving them in a free fall descent.

The balloon itself floated down after them -- crumpling under its own weight in the air -- which was captured on video by several different bystanders. Important to note -- the people are not seen falling in these clips ... presumably, they'd already hit the ground by this point.

Reports say the basket crashed into some power lines ... which sent the carrier up in flames, and caused an electrical outage in the area, not to mention a crazy crash scene in the road.

Four people are said to have died from the fall -- reportedly in the ages of 40-60 -- but one was transported to the hospital in critical condition ... and docs are working on saving them. Unclear, for now, what exactly went wrong up there for something like this to happen, but it's terrifying nonetheless.

There's also no word yet on whether this was a privately-owned hot-air balloon, or one that was owned by a company of some sort. Authorities are looking into all of that, we're sure.

Tour de France Spectator's Sign Causes Massive Pileup

Published | Updated

A spectator with a sign caused a massive, crazy pileup Saturday during the Tour de France.

Literally minutes after the race began ... a fan holding a cardboard sign held it out too far ... hitting one of the riders ... causing him to eat it hard. That, in turn, triggered a chain reaction as rider after rider bit the dust in a wild scene.

Here's how it was described by former green jersey winner Sean Kelly ... “The guys at the front went through a very tight section between the islands in the middle of the road and it was a dangerous one for those further back in the peloton. This is Brittany – you have a lot of road furniture and small villages. It is very technical for the first stage of the Tour de France.”

As if that's bad enough ... there's a real chance of rain as the day wears on. Believe in bad omens much?

It's unclear if any of the riders were injured, but gotta say ... if none were, it's a minor miracle.

Hope this is not a sign of what's to come.

MotoGP Champ Marc Marquez Violently Thrown From Bike ... In Terrifying Crash

Published

MotoGP champ Marc Marquez is VERY fortunate to be alive ... he just crashed during a practice run Friday -- and the scene was HORRIFYING.

The 28-year-old was heading around a turn at a high rate of speed during preparation for this weekend's Dutch TT in Assen ... when all of a sudden his bike bucked him.

Footage from the track is absolutely terrifying ... you can see Marquez was thrown feet into the air while his motorcycle skidded across the pavement underneath him.

Marquez eventually crash-landed into some gravel ... where he rolled several times before sliding to a stop.

Somehow, though, he said he avoided any sort of serious injury.

"I have to say I feel lucky to escape in a good condition overall, these kinds of crashes can be very hard and very dangerous," Marquez told media members afterward.

"It’s painful, but nothing is wrong. It was a strange crash because I didn’t think that I was over the limit and I was riding like I was in the morning."

Marquez continued, "In this corner we rely on the traction control a lot, but it wasn’t there, and when I shifted the rear started sliding and then I fell."

If this all sounds familiar for Marquez ... it's because it is -- remember just last year in July, he broke his arm in a similar accident in Spain.

In that crash, Marquez was thrown from his bike in nearly an identical fashion.

The superstar champion in the MotoGP world missed the rest of the year recovering ... but he finally made his return to the circuit just weeks ago.

The 21-year-old NBA player and his assistant coach, Chris Quinn, were spotted on the scene just hours after the a 12-story oceanside building partially collapsed ... quickly offloading water bottles to those in need.

As we previously reported, a massive search and rescue effort is underway as countless people are missing due to the unexpected and shocking collapse of the building.

One person has died ... and there's a fear that number could grow as the rescue mission unfolds.

The Heat have expressed deep sorrow over the tragedy ... saying in a statement Thursday the team is "devastated."

"We were devastated to hear of the catastrophic Champlain Towers building collapse in Surfside," the team said.

"Our hearts go out to the victims and their families. We are thankful for the first responders who are working around the clock in rescue efforts."

Authorities are still trying to piece together why the building collapsed ... explaining it's all very bizarre considering the place was built in 1981.

Bubba Watson Driver Head Snaps Off On Unreal Tee Shot ... 'That Was Crazy'

Published

If you needed further proof pro golfers are flat-out better at the sport than you ... here's Bubba Watson snapping his driver on a tee shot -- and still somehow hitting the fairway!!

The golf superstar made the incredible swing in his 2nd round at the Travelers Championship in Connecticut on Friday ... and video of it all is WILD.

You can see in the footage, as Bubba's famous pink driver made contact with his ball on hole #2 at the TPC River Highlands course -- it obliterated, with the driver head separating from the shaft and flying dozens of yards away.

"That was crazy," one of the announcers said.

Yet, somehow, the ball still managed to go nearly 300 yards -- and land perfectly in the short grass!!

And, to make things even MORE impressive, Bubba went on to birdie the hole despite it all!!!

Under golf's rules, Bubba would be able to replace the driver mid-round if he could fix it ... although when his caddie tried to make it repairable -- it didn't seem to be going well.

Bubba's currently feasting on the course regardless ... he's the tournament's leader so far, sitting at 9-under par.

Makes ya feel pretty bad about your golf game, huh?

Jon Rahm Chugs From U.S. Open Trophy ... Then Annihilates Glow-In-The-Dark Golf Ball!!!

Published

Jon Rahm chugged from his U.S. Open trophy and then punished a glow-in-the-dark golf ball to the moon ... and the awesome scene was all captured on video!!

The golf superstar -- who just took home the U.S. Open crown after an amazing four days at Torrey Pines last weekend -- hit up a restaurant patio somewhere in the world this week ... and then magic ensued.

Check out the video ... Rahm slurped down some sort of drink (odds are pretty solid it was an alcoholic beverage) and then he absolutely hit a missile off the floor!!!

Seriously, watch that golf ball go ... it was annihilated.

Of course, Rahm has every reason to celebrate this way ... the U.S. Open title was his first-ever major victory -- so keep on chuggin', Jon!

By the way, if this all looks familiar ... it's 'cause it kind of is -- Phil Mickelson famously drank out his PGA Championship trophy earlier this month just days after winning it.

Sounds like a new golf tradition we're ALL IN on!!!

Miami Building Collapse Majority of 12-Story Condo Structure Gone ... 1 Person Dead, Many More Feared

Published

A terrifying and devastating scene unfolded in Miami early Thursday, as a 12-story oceanside condo building partially collapsed ... and a massive emergency effort is underway to find people who may have survived.

More than half of the complex unexpectedly went down in the early morning hours in South Florida in what residents describe as feeling like an earthquake.

The building reportedly has more than 100 units, and at least 70 of them are damaged or destroyed following the collapse that left a massive pile of rubble.

So far, one person has died and at least 10 have been treated for injuries, while 35 people have been pulled from the partially collapsed building and 2 more pulled from the debris.

Fifteen families have walked out of the building on their own, but sadly ... countless people are missing as the search and rescue mission continues.

Authorities are unclear what led to the collapse, but say it is perplexing because the structure is not old -- it was built in 1981 -- and there's no logical reason why it should have gone down like this.

Dodgers vs. Padres L.A. Fan Wants Smoke from S.D. Fan ... Proceeds to Get Ass Beat

Published

It's not just the Dodgers team getting beat down in San Diego ... a Dodgers fan got smacked around too!

Check out this video of a Dodgers fan in enemy territory during the team's road trip to San Diego.

Unclear why the guy in the Clayton Kershaw jersey was so mad -- but he approached a group of Padres fans at Petco Park on Tuesday night looking for a fight and yeah, he got what he wanted.

The problem for the Dodgers fan ... he ain't exactly Francis Ngannou.

He threw some punches but nothing really connected and within seconds, he was being wrestled into the bleachers while the Padres fans proceeded to beat his ass.

Eventually, some other Padres fans and a dude in a Yankees jersey pulled the Dodgers fan away ... while a bunch of fans shouted, "Beat L.A."

Law enforcement tells us no arrests were made.

But, to make matters worse for the Dodgers fan, L.A. lost the game 3 to 2.

Tough night at the ballpark ...

Suns vs. Clippers Fans Throw Wild Haymakers In Violent Brawl ... Caught On Video

Published | Updated
UPDATE

11:48 AM PT -- The Suns addressed the brawl in a statement Monday morning ... saying, "while the intensity on the court continues to heat up, we still expect Suns fans to keep their cool off the court."

UPDATE

"We will not tolerate the violence that erupted following Sunday's game at Phoenix Suns Arena."

UPDATE

The team continued ... "We consider Suns fans to be the best in the world. Fighting or taunting to incite violence is not reflective of our organization or how fans from across the Valley should be represented."

UPDATE

"We're better than that. Let's work together to provide a model fan experience that is fun, enthusiastic and respectful."

Suns and Clippers fans got into a VIOLENT altercation during the first game of the two teams' playoff series Sunday ... and the insane fight was all caught on video.

The wild action appeared to go down in the bowels of Phoenix Suns Arena in Arizona ... when two Clippers fans got into a screaming match with a bunch of Suns supporters.

You can see in footage filmed by a bystander ... the two L.A. fans -- rockin' Kawhi Leonard jerseys -- yelled for several seconds before they let their hands fly.

One of the Clippers fans threw a big punch at a Suns fan -- before he was eventually taken down to the ground.

And then, all hell broke loose.

More than half a dozen people were involved in the fracas ... with haymakers being thrown and landed left and right.

It's unclear if there were any injuries or any arrests made ... we've reached out to police, but so far, no word back yet.

Of course, this is the second big fight the Suns have seen this month ... you'll recall, it was less than 2 weeks ago when the "Suns In 4" guy wrecked a Denver Nuggets supporter during the team's previous playoff series.

As for Sunday's Game 1 ... like their supporters in fights, the Suns won easily -- beating the Clips, 120-114.

Euro 2020 Spectators Hospitalized After Parachuting Protestor Crash-Lands At Stadium

Published

Several Euro 2020 spectators were injured when a parachuting protestor crash-landed into a stadium Tuesday ... and the horrifying scene was all caught on video.

The gliding demonstrator tried to touch down on the field just before France's game against Germany at Allianz Arena in Munich ... but accidentally hit overhead camera wires on his way in.

What happened next was terrifying ... 'cause the collision with the camera setup sent debris falling onto fans -- and nearly sent the protestor crash-landing into the stands.

Check out the footage of it all from near field level, it's jaw-dropping.

UEFA officials say the stunt "caused injuries to several people attending the game who are now in hospital."

They added the whole thing was "reckless and dangerous" and insisted law enforcement would get involved.

German team spokesperson Jens Grittner also added, "The incident is being checked by the police, the authorities here in Munich and at UEFA. But, of course, we also condemn what happened there. It could probably have turned out much worse.''

As for the point of the protest, the guy's chute had the words "KICK OUT OIL!" and "Greenpeace'' written on it.

The man was taken off the field by security after touching down on the grass.

France, meanwhile, ended up beating Germany in the game despite the wild pre-match scene ... winning 1-0.

Insane Video Woman Dragged by Hair Out of D.C. Bar Mgmt. Cans Security Company

Published
UPDATE

1:46 PM PT -- Nellie's management has taken swift action as the investigation into what exactly went down here unfolds ... firing the security company who employed the guard in question.

UPDATE

The org writes, "Nellie’s Sports Bar has terminated, with immediate effect, the independent security vendor hired to protect our guests during Pride Week. Our investigation into the matter is ongoing, and we will cooperate with any law enforcement investigation, however we do not need to wait for the investigation’s conclusion before we take decisive action."

UPDATE

They add, "We offer a heartfelt apology to all who witnessed the horrific events of this past weekend. No matter what behavior occurred prior, nothing warrants mistreating, and disrespecting, one of our guests."

UPDATE

Nellie's goes on to say they've heard the concerns of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ community in the aftermath of this mess, and will continue listening to make sure their establishment lives up to the inclusive standards their patrons have come to expect over the past 14 years.

A woman was dragged down a flight of stairs by her hair at a bar, and the horrific act -- carried out by a security guard -- is sparking outrage and protests.

The ugly incident went down Saturday at Nellie's Sports Bar in Washington, D.C. ... a popular LGBTQ+ bar that had been packed following the city's Pride parade earlier in the day. In the video, you hear bar patron's shocked to see the security guard dragging a Black woman, and that shock quickly turned to anger.

Several bystanders started pummeling the security guard, who is Black, and all hell broke loose. A woman named Keisha Young says she was the victim, and told WUSA9 the trouble started when the bar staff mistook her for someone else.

She said, "[Security was] trying to get some other people out because somebody else brought a bottle in there. Somehow I got mixed up in an altercation because I look like somebody else and I got hit and dragged down the steps."

Protests erupted Sunday outside of Nellie's ... with dozens of protesters seen holding signs. Nellie's released a statement Sunday saying, "We were incredibly upset and disturbed to see the unfortunate event that took place at Nellie’s last night."

Nellie's management says it's going to conduct a full investigation into the matter. They added, "At Nellie’s we foster an inclusive and safe environment, so events like this are completely unacceptable to us."

A spokesperson for Metro PD said they didn't get any calls related to the incident.

College Baseball Fan Makes Insane Home Run Catch Records It On His Phone!!!

Published

Most impressive fan catch EVER??

A spectator at the Dallas Baptist vs. Virginia game made an insane head's-up play on Monday ... by not only snagging a home run ball -- but recording it on his phone at the same time!!

It all went down in the Columbia Super Regional matchup just minutes ago ... where a trip to the College World Series is on the line.

The game has been filled with highlight plays, but the biggest of all came when Jackson Glenn hit his 2-run dinger to put the Patriots up early in the 3rd inning ... with the fan snagging the ball in the left-field stands!!

Of course, the folks at ESPN tracked the fan down and got the footage he captured ... and it's pretty wild!!

The fan got a ton of praise from the guys in the booth, too ... saying, "That's just pre-determined knowledge of what's about to happen in the game."

"It's a smart baseball fan there!"

The kid's a natural with the glove ... so we gotta assume he's a baseball superstar for his local club.

Get him on the field!!!

Delta Detainment Passengers Asked to Help Wrangle Man Who Tried Opening Door

Published

Normies riding passenger aboard a Delta flight from L.A. to Atlanta received a Bat-signal of sorts from the crew while up in the air ... help us detain this idiot up front, please.

This wild encounter went down Friday on a plane that left LAX and was on its way to ATL ... which had to reroute for an emergency landing in OKC because some guy -- reportedly an off-duty flight attendant, no less -- tried opening some of the emergency exit doors.

Unclear what set him off ... but suddenly, other attendants and crew members were scuffling with him up near the cockpit area -- and they needed backup to get him under control.

Different passengers claim someone came over the loudspeaker and asked for any able-bodied men to come to the front for immediate assistance ... and it looks like at least two fellas answered the call for help, as they were seen pulling the man down in regular clothes.

Eventually, once they were on the ground, the authorities got involved ... and the suspect, ID'd as Stephon Duncan, was arrested for making terroristic threats, among other charges.

The crazy thing about this -- besides the nature of what happened in general -- is that this is at LEAST the second such attempted takedown encounter that's happened on a Delta flight in recent weeks ... another one occurred sometime last week, also leaving from LAX.

One of the flight attendants -- who was decked out in a dapper uniform -- did most of the heavy lifting in that case ... where some dumbass tried rushing the cockpit doors. They got him in zip-ties and hauled him to the back until they could land safely. Freaky stuff, really.

The one question that must be asked -- where the hell are those air marshals we know and love (and apparently desperately need in 2021)???

Mookie Betts Fires Insane Throw To Get Huge Out ... 'Are You Kidding Me?!?'

Published | Updated

"Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?"

That's how one MLB broadcaster reacted to an INSANE throw by Mookie Betts on Thursday ... and yeah, the play was seriously that good!!!

It all went down in the bottom of the 2nd inning of the Dodgers' tilt with the Pirates in Pittsburgh, when Ka'ai Tom hit a line drive to Betts deep in right field.

Mookie made a hell of a play to secure the out ... but he wasn't done there -- 'cause he then did a 360-degree spin to throw out the tagging runner at home plate!!

Watch the clip, the long toss was amazing ... Betts took several steps, twirled and fired -- and ended up throwing an absolute dart that gunned Erik Gonzalez down at home plate!

In typical Mookie fashion, the dude didn't even celebrate the absurd double play ... he calmly let his teammates know there were two outs, and then went right back to his right field position!

By the way, Mookie also homered in the game, stole a base and scored an additional run -- leading L.A. to a 6-3 win.

Look away, Red Sox fans. Just look away.
