Kylie & Travis Rock the Boat Booze in Hand, No Stormi
Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are new parents in the same boat, and they seemed to agree ... they need some time to themselves without the kid.
Kylie and Travis were seen cuddling up Sunday during a date on the high seas in Miami, where they first hit up Seaspice restaurant for some grub and then boarded David Grutman's boat "SS Groot" with friends to kick back under the sun.
BTW ... Kylie's clutching a beer and she's only 20.
This appears to be the first time the young couple has gone out together in public since Kylie gave birth to baby Stormi last month. Let's just call it parents' day out.

Amber Tamblyn She & Baby Marlow Nearly Hit By a Van ... 'Shaken,' But Uninjured
Amber Tamblyn and her 1-year-old daughter were almost mowed down by a man driving a van in NYC Sunday ... this according to Amber herself.
The "General Hospital" actress tweeted the scary news late Sunday morning saying a man driving a grey van in Brooklyn had tried ramming her and her baby girl while they were crossing the street in a stroller.
If anyone in Brooklyn near the intersection of Washington Ave and Atlantic Ave just saw a Hasidic man in a grey van try to hit a woman and her baby in a stroller as she crossed a crosswalk, honking and touching the stroller with the car’s bumper, please DM me. That woman was me.
@ambertamblyn
Amber says the man was honking his horn and that the bumper actually made contact with baby Marlow's stroller. She asked folks on Twitter to DM her if anyone had seen the man or had any other info.
Luckily, Amber and Marlow seem to be OK -- though she says she was shaken by the incident.
We've reached out to the NYPD to see if Amber has filed a police report yet. Law enforcement sources tell us no 911 calls from the cross streets mentioned by Amber have been placed as of this writing.

Gerald McCoy: My Daughter Was Called N-Word ... At School!
Tampa Bay Bucs star Gerald McCoy is FURIOUS after he found out a group of boys called his 6th grade daughter the N-word at school ... and the school didn't tell him about it!
McCoy says the boys were playing "Truth or Dare" when one of the dares was to go up to McCoy's 12-year-old daughter and call her the n-word to her face.
Gerald says the boys were "bold enough to do it" -- and his daughter is devastated.
McCoy says his daughter did NOT get violent -- instead she reported the boys to school officials.
But what pissed Gerald off ... the school never contacted Gerald or his wife. Instead, he learned about the incident from his daughter and had to contact the school to find out how they were handling the situation.
McCoy says the school should have contacted the parents FIRST and then launched the investigation -- instead of the other way around.
"There is no way, shape or form where that was handled properly," McCoy says.
McCoy says the school ultimately decided on a 1-day suspension -- and McCoy is PISSED saying, "A 1-day suspension is not doing anything."
McCoy feels the school was trying to sweep the incident under the rug because they're not taking racism seriously enough ... and he feels it's important to share the story with the public.
We reached out to the school for comment -- so far, no word back.

Woody Harrelson The Return Of Billy Hoyle ... On Set Hooping w/ Daughter
If you've ever wondered what happened to Billy Hoyle from "White Men Can't Jump," we've got the video for you -- Woody Harrelson showing he's still got the moves by training a new hoops generation.
Woody was on set filming his new movie, "The Highwaymen," when he took some time out to teach his youngest daughter, Makani, the same tactics he used to dominate Wesley Snipes (face it, he did).
Looks like Woody's teaching her how to finish high in the lane without killing her dribble, and demonstrating it from multiple angles on the court ... and he seems like he's still got it.
It was announced last year that 'WMCJ' was set for a reboot starring Blake Griffin ... but after seeing this, maybe it's time to scrap the reboot, and give Woody & Wesley a sequel.
Just sayin'.

Tori Spelling Overwhelmed by Motherhood ... says Corinne Olympios
Tori Spelling talked mommyhood struggles the day before her mental breakdown ... so says Corinne Olympios.
The 'Bachelor' alum tells TMZ she hung out with Tori following her "Secrets in the Sauce" cooking segment Wednesday with Erica Domesek. Corinne says she was in the makeup room with Tori, who was quiet at first and exhibited signs of a distressed mom.
Corinne says Tori seemed particularly overwhelmed that she got pregnant immediately after giving birth to kid no. 4 last year. Corinne adds Tori cracked a joke about not wanting to head straight home ... and then there was the "naked" hands quip about Tori.
TMZ broke the story ... cops responded to a call Thursday morning to saying Tori was being very aggressive.

Ne-Yo's Wife on IG Backlash People Hate Mixed Race Couples ... And 'Hawaiian Silky' Hair
Ne-Yo's wife says people got pissed over her comments about her son's hair because some folks still don't like seeing mixed-race couples.
We got Crystal Smith Tuesday at LAX and asked her to weigh in on the backlash she received for saying her kid wasn't blessed with her "Hawaiian silky" hair.
Crystal seems to think the real reason so many IG users sounded off is 'cause a lot of them don't like when black men date outside their race, even though Crystal's part black.
The point is probably moot, though. Crystal says she'll do whatever she feels is best for her child, regardless of what others think. She's also clapping back with a business move.
Watch the clip ... she's very strong.

Drake Old Notebook w/ Handwritten Lyrics Could Fetch $54k!!!
A beat-up old notebook belonging to Drake might land a keen-eyed worker a big payday, because the inside's full of handwritten notes, rare lyrics ... and his John Hancock several times.
Drake's purple spiral notebook features about 12 pages of lyrics ... including what appears to be the rapper's homage to Biggie Smalls' "Ten Crack Commandments" -- titled "10 Mack Commandments."
The notebook also includes multiple Aubrey Graham signatures (his real name), personal notes and various phone and credit card numbers ... possibly his uncle's.
Gary Zimet, owner of MomentsInTime.com, tells TMZ ... the notebook was recovered from Drake's grandpa's furniture factory in Toronto about a decade ago. We're told it was nearly thrown out, but someone on the cleanup crew nabbed it and is now selling it on the site. Zimet says he knows the book's legit based on where it was found, and the signatures look like the one Drake now uses.
It's unclear exactly when each entry was written, but the copyright in the front of the book is dated 2002 -- a year after he started his 8-year stint on 'Degrassi.' It can be yours ... for a cool $54k.

Florida Shooting Survivor If Gun Laws Stay The Same Gov't Will Have Hell to Pay
Lauren Hogg, a survivor of the Florida shooting, has a strong message for President Trump and lawmakers ... change, or else.
Lauren lost 4 of her friends in the attack last week and is laser-focused on putting an end to the violence. She believes her generation will be the one to step up and do what adults have blocked ... impose strict gun laws ... especially on assault rifles.
The 14-year-old makes one thing very clear -- she believes the majority of the nation is behind her cause, and if politicians don't listen up, their jobs are at stake.
Lauren's brother, David Hogg, has also been extremely vocal since Wednesday's massacre, appearing on numerous shows and squaring off with the NRA in promoting change.

David Hogg's Mother Florida Students Too Busy to Grieve
David Hogg's mother worries her son is going 1,000 MPH in his quest for gun control, but she also knows his time to act is NOW.
Hogg's mother, Rebecca, tells us David hasn't stopped making the media rounds advocating for new gun legislation after Nikolas Cruz brutally murdered 17 people from his high school last week in Parkland, Florida.
But, while the grieving process is imperative, Rebecca also understands David and every other student-turned-activist is doing right by their late classmates to keep the issue relevant in the news in order to see real change.
And, as a teacher herself, Rebecca has strong feelings about Trump's suggestion to arm her colleagues.

President Trump Talks Arming Teachers To Deal with Shootings
President Trump seems to think the way to solve the problems with school shootings is more guns ... specifically, arming teachers.
Trump fielded suggestions Wednesday at the White House during a "listening session" he hosted with survivors of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting. He came prepared with a cheat sheet that included questions, and even a comment ... "I hear you." That was number 5 on his list.
A father of a Stoneman Douglas High survivor suggested allowing certain school personnel to be secretly armed so they can immediately respond before cops arrive. Trump was receptive, and said it was something he'd consider, among other things.
Trump said "maniacs" would be deterred from even attempting a school shooting if they knew bullets could be coming in their direction. The room was torn on the issue.
Interesting ... almost no one squarely addressed the biggest issue ... banning assault weapons. Also interesting ... Trump has taken a position on this before, and appeared to be against guns in the classroom.
Crooked Hillary said that I want guns brought into the school classroom. Wrong!
@realDonaldTrump
We don't know how the people in the room were chosen or whether the White House had any say in who was there.

Justin Bieber I'm Getting a New Baby Sister! ... Dad's Wife is Preggo!
There's a new Bieber coming into the world -- and it's a she ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to Justin Bieber's dad, Jeremy, tell us his new bride, Chelsey Rebelo, is pregnant with a baby girl -- which means Justin has a new sister on the way.
We're told Chelsey is about 16-20 weeks along (4-5 months) and that her and Jeremy's pink-themed wedding in Jamaica this week was in honor of their forthcoming daughter. It's her first kid with Jeremy -- who already has 3 of his own ... Justin, Jaxon and Jazmyn.
As we reported ... Justin didn't make a toast at his dad's wedding, but was pretty preoccupied with Selena Gomez during the trip. They were seen all day hugging and kissing. He also seemed to be in very good spirits, and now we fully know why.
Congrats to the Biebers!

Aldon Smith I Can't Afford Child Support Payments ... Without NFL Job
NFL superstar Aldon Smith is begging a judge to drastically reduce his child support obligations immediately ... claiming he can't keep up the high payments while suspended by the league.
28-year-old Smith hasn't played a snap in the NFL since 2015 -- when he was suspended for a hit and run arrest in which cops say he was also drunk. Smith says he's currently awaiting reinstatement.
The issue ... back in 2013, Smith was ordered to pay $9,007 per month in child support to his baby mama for their now 5-year-old son.
He has since fallen behind almost $79,000 in payments -- and he's concerned it's only going to get worse unless the judge cuts him a break.
Smith says, at the time the child support amount was determined, he was making $3 million per year ($250k per month) ... so he could easily afford the payments. But things have changed ...
"I have had no income since November 2015," Smith states in court docs obtained by TMZ Sports ... "I have done my best to stay current, but without an income I have fallen behind."
One source connected to the case tell TMZ Sports ... Smith is full of crap and continues to live a lavish lifestyle while blowing off child support.
It's possible Smith could be reinstated in the next couple of months -- which would definitely be a factor since the case is due back in court in May.

Golden State Warriors Exec She's the Real All-Star ... Doubles Up Team Steph's Donation!!!
Steph Curry's All-Star team lost to LeBron's Sunday, meaning his charity of choice received less than half the donation as Bron's ... until now.
Brotherhood Crusade was picked by Curry as the community outreach program to rep for the All-Star Game, which ended up getting $150k since Team Steph lost (LeBron's charity got $350k).
Charisse Bremond, president and CEO of the organization, tells TMZ ... Warriors exec Erika Glazer felt bad it didn't get the winning money, so she pledged to match the donation and give an extra $150k from her own pocket. We're told the check will be there by week's end.
Bremond says Glazer's donation and the Team Steph donation -- $300k total -- will go toward operating costs, bolstering a variety of programs for its kids, providing mental health services and paying its high-quality staff.
Brotherhood Crusade helps around 3,000 kids a year in South L.A. and was the unanimous choice by the stars on Team Steph to play for. Several kids from the program attended the All-Star festivities last weekend and got to meet the players.
This is Brotherhood Crusade's 50th year serving the community.

Justin Bieber Papa Biebs Ties the Knot, Mon ... No Speech from Justin
Justin Bieber's dad, Jeremy Bieber, got hitched Monday evening -- and while the Biebs and Selena Gomez were there ... Justin passed on making a toast.
Sources tell us Jeremy tied the knot in Montego Bay with his longtime girlfriend, Chelsey Rebelo -- and Justin and Selena were among the 30 or so guests. We're told JB flew down, stopping in Texas on the way to pick up Selena ... before touching down in time for the wedding.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Justin and his younger siblings, Jazmyn and Jaxon, were all part of Jeremy and Chelsey's wedding party. For once, Justin did NOT want to get on a mic ... we're told he did not make any sort of speech during the reception.
The wedding itself went down in the backyard of a villa, and we're told a local DJ and band handled the tunes. Jeremy's friend, Andy Curnew, helped organize things and even booked the pad.
Congrats to the couple!

Dwight Howard Pick-up Ball With College Kids ... Kinda Gets Dominated
If we told you we had video of Dwight Howard playing pick-up basketball with random gym dudes at San Diego State ... you'd probably expect to see DH destroying them, dunking repeatedly on their normal heads.
You'd be wrong ... because we actually have video of Howard hooping with some random gym dudes at San Diego State and the dude who got kinda dominated was Dwight.
Apparently Howard was looking for some fun Sunday night and hit up the Aztec Rec Center at San Diego State University to get some night ball in with the 100-ish kids in the gym.
Dope for those kids ... but it's not like they took it easy on him for blessing them with his presence -- they went at him hard, with one dude actually ripping Dwight on defense and then freaking a reverse dunk!
Dwight also horribly bricked a three.
Look, we're not saying he was playing with NBA-level intensity ... but still, the tape don't lie.

Serena Williams I 'Almost Died' After Giving Birth ... Emergency Surgery
Serena Williams says she "almost died" after giving birth to her daughter, Alexis Olympia -- if not for a team of super doctors who removed a large hematoma from her abdomen.
The tennis star says her daughter was born by an emergency C-section on Sept. 1 after Olympia's heart rate plummeted during contractions.
The surgery went smoothly, Serena said on CNN.com ... "But what followed just 24 hours after giving birth were six days of uncertainty."
Williams says she suffered a pulmonary embolism -- which is when a blood clot blocks one or more arteries in her lungs.
Serena contacted medical professionals -- but the coughing from the embolism got so bad, her C-section wound popped open and she required another surgery.
"The doctors found a large hematoma, a swelling of clotted blood, in my abdomen. And then I returned to the operating room for a procedure that prevents clots from traveling to my lungs."
Serena eventually made it home and was ordered to spend the next 6 weeks in bed.
She credits the "incredible medical team of doctors and nurses at a hospital with state-of-the-art equipment" -- and urges people to support UNICEF, which provides medical services to mothers and babies around the world.
