'Love & Hip Hop' star Mariahlynn claims her ex and his new GF beat the crap out of her and a pal with a bat and blade, leaving them bloodied and battered ... this according to cops.

Law enforcement sources tell us the reality star filed a police report this past week alleging she and a good friend of hers were ambushed by Mariahlynn's former boyfriend, whom she says had invited her over to his place in the Bronx to hash things and make peace.

We're told Mariahlynn described an incredibly horrific sequence of events to police ... she said as soon as she and the woman she was with arrived at the ex-boyfriend's apartment, they were immediately jumped by both him and his new girlfriend, who allegedly pulled out a blade and even used a bat to beat the two women before they escaped.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Mariahlynn was punched in the face, kicked in the back of her leg, dragged by the hair and held down so the other woman could pile on. We're told Mariahlynn's friend was beaten with the bat and brutally attacked too.

We’re told Mariahlynn has multiple contusions, a fractured leg, a cut face and a black eye. TMZ obtained photos of injuries Mariahlynn claims resulted from the alleged beatdown -- as you can see, they're gnarly.

Our law enforcement sources noted visible injuries to Mariahlynn and her friend -- listing the alleged crimes as felonious assaults. We're told neither the ex-boyfriend nor his alleged accomplice has been arrested -- NYPD cops are currently investigating.

Two of the more prominent protesters arrested for protesting Breonna Taylor's death this week find it ironic they now have felony charges to potentially fight ... while the cops who did the actual killing are still roaming free.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Yandy Smith and activist Tamika Mallory came on "TMZ Live" Wednesday to update us on where things stood after they and 'RHOA' star Porsha Williams -- along with dozens of other demonstrators -- were among those locked up Tuesday evening for protesting outside the home of Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron.

While Porsha, Yandy and Tamika might've been released from custody ... they say several others have not yet, and they were standing outside the jail protesting once more while talking to us. As you might imagine, they're outraged and pissed about the treatment.

Most outrageous ... the ladies cannot believe they've been arrested and booked on a felony charge of intimidating a participant in a legal process. The "participant" is Cameron, the Attorney General who's now investigating Breonna's case. When in this country was it a crime to protest an elected official. Ridiculous.

That leads to a much bigger issue in their eyes -- the fact that none of the 3 Louisville PD officers involved in Breonna's killing have been arrested, let alone charged with anything.

Princess Love is officially waving the white flag on her marriage with Ray J ... because she just filed for divorce after nearly 4 years of marriage.

The "Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood" star filed divorce docs Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court ... and it's not a total surprise, because they were already living separately after tons of relationship drama.

Ray J and Princess tied the knot way back in 2016 but last year the marriage nearly imploded and they got into a blowout fight in Las Vegas.

As we reported ... Ray and Princess were living separately in February, and they had not reconciled after she claimed back in November that he "stranded" her and their daughter, Melody, in Sin City following a heated argument. At the time, Princess was only weeks away from giving birth to their second child.

Princess gave birth to a son, Epik, in January ... but the bundle was not enough to save the marriage.

Ray tried to make amends on Valentine's Day ... going all out and filling their Bev Hills condo with thousands of roses for his wife and daughter, but it still was not enough to save the union.

Princess stopped wearing her wedding ring after the Vegas incident -- Ray J briefly stopped wearing his -- and she threatened divorce ... but nothing came of it until this week when she finally pulled the trigger.

We reached out to the former couple’s manager, David Weintraub, who did not have a comment.

"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" stars Kirk Frost and Rasheeda are laughing off rumors he adopted her as a teenager and then married her when she was 17 ... and calling out wannabe Internet sleuths they say got it all wrong.

The couple addressed the allegations together in a mocking tone, with Kirk saying he normally doesn't answer "stupid s**t" but felt compelled to do so this time ... probably because some people were buying into it.

Here's some background -- Kirk and Rasheeda have a tumultuous relationship history, but they've made it work and recently celebrated 20 years together ... which has been a big story on 'LHHATL.'

A twitter user took that 20-year timeline and accused Kirk -- without any evidence -- of adopting Rasheeda when she was 15, having relations with her as her parent when she was a minor, and getting married when she was 17 and he was 30. The tweet also compared him to R. Kelly.

Adding fuel to the gossip is the fact Rasheeda's listed age on the Internet is 37, so if they've been together for 20 years ... well, do the math.

Here's the thing ... Rasheeda responded to the tweet with a flat denial, saying she didn't even know Kirk when she was 15 and "wasn't thinkin bout gettin married @ 17."

In the video, Kirk makes it clear he never adopted Rasheeda and denies marrying a minor ... and they both strongly suggest their ages listed online are inaccurate.

Tommie Lee is officially dating Quality Control Music's CEO Pierre "Pee" Thomas ... and they already crossed a very important relationship milestone.

The 'Love & Hip Hop' star just made her relationship with Pee Instagram official with a super-cute video riding shotgun in his Rolls Royce. Once you do it for the 'gram, there's no turning back.

Our sources tell us Tommie's known Pee for years, meeting in Atlanta long before he became a huge player in the music biz. We're told they've been seeing each other off and on for several years, and now they are officially an item.

Tommie is Pee's first official relationship since the start of a nasty legal war with his baby mama, Lira Galore.

As we first reported ... Lira's accused Thomas of violent abuse, she says he beat her during the first 8 months of her pregnancy, and she's filed a lawsuit seeking at least $15 million for her alleged injuries.

Tommie's turning her life around after a slew of legal issues of her own  ... and she looks super-happy with Pee.

Lil Scrappy and his wife, Bambi Benson, are adding to their brood ... with baby No. 2 on the way!!!

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... the "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" stars are ecstatic about expecting their second kid together. We're told Bambi is currently around 18 weeks pregnant but they don't know the gender just yet. It's still a tad bit too early to tell.

But, the celebration's most certainly underway. Lil Scrappy and Bambi -- who got married in September 2017 -- are overjoyed and excited to add to the family. They had their first baby together in September 2018 ... 1-year-old son Breland.

This will be Scrappy's third child. He has a daughter, Emani, from a previous relationship.

Safaree and Erica Mena are beaming over their little bundle of joy ... and they're showing off their first child together like proud parents!!!

Erica just shared the super-cute snap on her social media ... and Safaree looks like he's loving the whole fatherhood thing. Remember, he's a #girldad now!

The 'Love and Hip Hop' star says she's "just here staring at my husband as he obsesses over our daughter. I thank God. I prayed for this life."

As we reported ... Erica turned tradition on its head by gifting Safaree some bling for the pregnancy, dropping nearly $50,000 on a custom diamond chain that comes with a white gold "Daddy" lock.

Erica and Safaree tied the knot back in October in a blowout ceremony at a castle in New Jersey ... and now they're starting their own family.

Rob Kardashian hasn't moved on from Blac Chyna with Tommie Lee ... despite heavy spec from Wendy Williams.

Sources close to Rob tell TMZ ... recent reports claiming he's been dating the 'Love & Hip Hop' star are 100 percent untrue. We're told Rob and Tommie know each other, but they aren't close and don't even talk regularly.

Tommie's got her own show coming in the next few months ... so any shot of Rob being on that is gone too.

Williams slammed Rob on her show Thursday for allegedly dating Tommie, someone she says has a worse track record than his ex, Blac Chyna.

While it's true Tommie does have quite the rap sheet -- especially after multiple arrests and a child abuse case in the past 2 years -- we're told it's all irrelevant ... at least when it comes to Rob's dating life.

For the record ... Tommie's clearly not happy with Wendy's comments either and has sounded off on the talk show host in her Instagram stories.

As for Rob and Chyna ... they have their own issues to sort out. We broke the story ... he wants joint custody of their daughter, Dream, revoked for Chyna, but she's not having it.

Our sources say it's still very much a work in progress.

Remy Ma's off the hook in her assault case -- a judge just dropped all charges against her.

The rapper was in an NYC courthouse Monday with her legal team, and prosecutors made it clear ... they couldn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt Remy had committed the alleged assault on "Love & Hip Hop: New York" star Brittney Taylor back in April.

They said there was no surveillance video capturing the alleged punch, and no witnesses had seen an altercation between them either. Thus, a judge dismissed the case entirely.

You'll recall ... Remy was initially slapped with 4 charges over this -- 2 counts of assault, 1 count of aggravated harassment and another count off harassment in the 2nd degree.

Remy always maintained her innocence, saying she had visual evidence she wasn't even at the concert where it allegedly went down.

Her attorney, Dawn Florio, tells TMZ, "Remy has always maintained her complete innocence as she never laid a hand on her celebrity-obsessed, clout chasing, credibility challenged accuser. Unfortunately, these manufactured allegations caused my client to suffer the indignities of having to wear an ankle monitor while having her freedom limited by travel restrictions and an 8:00 PM curfew."

She adds, "These restrictions have hurt my client's ability to perform, causing hundreds of thousands of dollars of lost income. District Attorney Vance’s office should be commended for its exercise of sound judgment in agreeing to dismiss these unwarranted charges."

Safaree knows how to motivate his wife ... spending a fat stack of cash on a necklace for Erica Mena's birthday, a present that also serves as inspiration to restart her business.

Safaree's new wife celebrated her 32nd bday earlier this month, and we've learned he showered her with gifts, including a custom pendant and necklace worth $42,750.

The piece bears the name of Erica's clothing and jewelry line, Her. Safaree commissioned Eden Diamonds to make the pendant, which features rose and white gold alongside 28.5 carats of VS 1/2 clarity diamonds.

Sources close to Erica tell TMZ ... she's relaunching her jewelry line in the first quarter of 2020, this after she completely shut down the business in the wake of finding out one of her employees was allegedly embezzling.

Trina is dropping a bombshell about that heated Walmart confrontation with a white woman who called her the n-word -- the whole thing started with the rapper trying to help a stranger.

The iconic emcee was on "TMZ Live" when she revealed what led up to the madness last Friday in a Florida Walmart. Trina says all she did was try to console the woman, who was openly crying in the store.

You have to see Trina break down what happened after she asked the weeping woman if she was okay. As they say, no good deed ...

As you know, Trina wasn't having it after the woman called her "n****r bitch." TMZ got the video of all hell breaking loose ... as Trina fired back at her, but only verbally.

Trina told us she was able to restrain herself and not inflict any physical harm on the woman -- which she notes likely would've resulted in major legal trouble for herself instead of the mouthy customer.

Tory Lanez wasn't liking what he was hearing from a guy he swung on shortly before taking the stage at a Florida club this weekend -- a guy who's allegedly on 'Love & Hip Hop.'

The Canadian rapper-singer was LIV Miami Friday night, where he was booked to do a show. Prior to taking the stage, however, he got into a little dust-up with someone who must've said something truly out of pocket ... 'cause Tory tried punching him near the VIP area.

TMZ got a hold of this video in the moments Tory swung -- it's unclear if he connected with the guy cleanly, but the dude fell back and Tory charged after him. Eyewitnesses tell us that the rest of Tory's security team and entourage allegedly joined in on the beat down too.

As for who the alleged victim is, a rep for LIV Mimai tells TMZ it's Prince Michael Harty ... a rapper/promoter on 'L&HH: Miami'. The club tells us, "Last night our security broke up an altercation between Love and Hip Hop’s Prince and Tory Lanez. We have a zero tolerance policy towards violence and both parties were immediately asked to leave the venue."

Either way, it doesn't seem Tory let the fight get to him. We're told after his initial swing and charge, he allegedly let his team handle the rest and went back to his table ... later even performing on stage. As you can see, he also had some cheeky company nearby.

One of the guys who allegedly robbed Safaree at gunpoint last year won't roll the dice on a trial -- he's pled guilty to a felony and is cutting a pretty good deal ... considering he was staring down a potential 20 years behind bars.

Carl Harry is the only one of the 3 alleged robbers to cop a deal. He's pled guilty to 1 count of conspiracy to commit theft, and prosecutors have agreed to recommend a sentence of 364 days in the Bergen County Jail, with 5 years probation after that.

Harry's other 6 charges will be dismissed. So, pretty good tradeoff.

The other 2 men charged, Shawn Harewood -- who Safaree knew fairly well -- and Tacuma Ashman, are slated for trial in December. Their 7-count indictments still stand.

As we reported, Safaree was held at gunpoint and robbed of more than $180k in cash and jewelry. Authorities say the men had been tracking Safaree for a while and cornered him in a parking garage where it all went down ... to their dismay, right in front of security cameras.

Rich Dollaz might want to think about changing his handle ... the "Love & Hip Hop New York" star just got busted for not paying child support ... again.

The Hudson County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... Rich Dollaz was arrested Thursday at his home in New Jersey and was booked for failure to pay child support. We're told Rich owes more than $125,000 to the mother of his child.

Police tell us Dollaz was processed at the jail and taken to Hudson County Family Court for a hearing. We're told Rich posted $20,000 bail with an agreement to start making monthly child support payments.

Child support issues are nothing new for Rich. As we've reported, the music exec got busted in October 2014 for owing $11k and again in February 2015 for owing nearly $200k.

Ex-'Love & Hip Hop' star Masika Kalysha is taking her crusade against sexuality in children's programming one step further -- she doesn't want her kid to see PDA anywhere.

Masika, who has a little girl with Fetty Wap, joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday for an interesting discussion on parenting ... defending her IG rant against Disney shows and movies showing PDA of any sort -- be it hetero or homosexual.

She insisted her stance is in no way anti-LGBTQ.

Instead, Masika said she's trying like hell to shield 3-year-old Khari Barbie from ALL signs of affection -- even in real life.

She says she's not OKAY with Khari even seeing parents kiss goodbye, and doesn't allow any friends visiting her house to kiss in front of her daughter!

The way Masika sees it, she should be allowed to guard her kid from cursing, kissing and alcohol in any way she sees fit ... and she's got loads of issues with the content kids are consuming from a young age.
