Suge Knight is a wanted man in California ... again ... TMZ has learned, TWO separate warrants have once again been issued for his arrest, stemming from a couple alleged joyrides with a bum license.

Knight had two hearings this month regarding both cases -- one from 2011 and one from 2012 -- when cops busted him driving on a suspended license ... but we're told he blew both off.

Bench warrants were subsequently issued for each case -- both for $20,000.

It's the second time bench warrants have been issued for Knight in these cases -- back in February, warrants were issued for the same reason (blowing off a court date) but those warrants had previously been resolved.

Calls to Knight's people weren't returned. Please don't hurt us.

Jeremy Shockey is playing dumb with his finances according to his soon-to-be ex wife ... and now she wants the unemployed NFLer tossed in jail.

TMZ broke the story ... Daniela Cortazar-Shockey -- who was only married to Jeremy for 8 months before he filed for divorce -- has been fighting the NFLer for alimony, despite Jeremy claiming to have an iron clad prenup.

Now Daniela says Jeremy isn't playing by the rules -- claiming in legal docs that he's purposely pretending to know nothing about his finances (or even who pays his bills) and refuses to hand over info to prove his net worth.

She's asking a judge to punish Jeremy for his behavior by slapping him with fines or locking him up.

Chief Keef can make it rain anytime anywhere ... just ask the giant wad of bills he pulled out of his pocket ... like it was nothin' but chump change.

17-year-old Keef was waiting for his ride outside LAX Saturday ... when our photog struck up a convo about weed (what else?) ... and right in the middle of it Keef interrupts him to flash some cash.

Sources close to the Kardashian fam tell TMZ, Kim is planning a first look with N.W. in a photo shoot. She hasn't accepted an offer yet, but we're told at least one magazine has offered North of $2 mil. We're told the proceeds will go to charity.

Interesting ... a baby reveal on Kris' new show could be a ratings bonanza, but it's not gonna happen.

In fact ... we're told Kim is so averse to exploiting her baby -- she doesn't even plan to show North West on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" next season. We're guessing Kanye had something to do with that decision.

Jackson family patriarch Joe Jackson doesn't live in Cali anymore ... but that's not stopping the State from coming after him ... claiming he still owes tax money, to the piddly tune of $2,700.

According to docs filed by the Golden State's Franchise Tax Board ... Joe needs to cough up exactly $2,719.86 for unpaid taxes in 2010.

Interesting part is ... in the docs, Joe's last known address is listed as the Jackson Compound in Calabasas -- where Katherine and Michael Jackson's kids live. BUT Joe's been estranged from the family for years (he's living in Vegas) and has no legal right to the property, which is owned by the Michael Jackson Estate.

Tanning Mom Patricia Krentcil has committed the cardinal sin of tan addicts -- stuffing her orange, leathery skin suit into a tube of fake UV light ... i.e. a TANNING BED!!!!

Our tanning sources tell us ... while in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida -- where she's staying for rehab (alcohol, not tanning) -- Patricia stopped by a Copper Tan USA to get her brown on ... despite vowing in the past​ to never fake tan again.

And get this ... we're told Patricia didn't buy just one session, she bought NINE. Here's the breakdown:

-- 8 sessions for $40 in a level-one bed (the lowest level of cancer light tanning avail)
-- 1 session for $32 in the strongest bed ... the "Celebrity Bed" ... which she USED the same day.

According to the receipt Patricia plunked down $113.10 (she also bought tanning lotion).

TMZ obtained hilarious video -- courtesy of hangwith.com -- of Chief and a buddy driving through a McD's this past week in Illinois ... after ordering almost $50 worth of food. Food you can ALMOST taste.

R&B singer Rockwell's marriage lasted longer than his music career, but now that's over too -- the "Somebody's Watching Me" singer has filed for divorce from his wife of almost 3 years.

49-year-old Rockwell -- son of Motown founder Berry Gordy -- is divorcing Nicole Moore, citing irreconcilable differences. According to docs the couple married in July 2010.

The couple has no children together, and Rockwell is asking to NOT pay spousal support.

FYI (to people under 30): Rockwell -- real name Kennedy Gordy -- is a quintessential 80s one hit wonder thanks to "Somebody's Watching Me" ... which featured Michael Jackson.

At least he got to work with MJ.

Jermaine Dupri is SO SO Def screwed ... Uncle Sam just slapped the hip-hop mogul with a giant tax bill ... to the tune of $800,000.

According to two separate tax liens filed by the IRS (everyone's fav government agency) ... Dupri needs to cough up tax dough from the years 2008, 2010 and 2011. Here's the breakdown:

2008: $646.47 (not so bad)
2010: $140, 889.76 (could be worse)
2011: $657,156.12 (hello, worse)

Grand total allegedly owed -- $798,692.35.

Calls to Jermaine's reps have not been returned.

Of course JD is no stranger to tax bills. He recently paid off a $3 million tax lien for unpaid taxes in 2006. Prior to that he coughed up $500k to the State of GA for unpaid taxes.

Lindsay Lohan just learned a bad lesson while she tries to get her life back on track in rehab -- addicts get special breaks when they're sued.

As we reported, D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries -- which manufactured clothes for Lindsay's 6126 line back in 2009-2010 -- sued the actress for the massive $5 million sum in May, claiming her "drug-addled image" made the clothes unsellable ... and they lost millions as a result.

But in a twist of irony, Lindsay's "drug-addled image" just bought her more than a month to scramble a legal defense -- because D.N.A.M. has just agreed to a ceasefire while she's in treatment.

According to new court docs, D.N.A.M. won't serve Lindsay 'til she leaves rehab in mid-August "in a gesture of good faith and so as not to disturb her healing process."

FYI, the lawsuit's already been filed ... but the legal process can't begin until Lindsay has been served with the documents.

You'll recall ... Lindsay initially sued D.N.A.M. for $1.1 million, claiming the company licensed the 6126 trademark, but shortchanged her big time on hundreds of thousands of dollars she claims she was promised in exchange.

Rick Ross has just been sued for being so sophisticated ... he forgot to pay a nearly $90,000 bill for three Rolexes he bought last year -- this according to a new lawsuit.

Johnny's Custom Jewelry in Texas filed the suit against Ross and his company Maybach Music, claiming the rapper agreed to purchase 3 diamond Rolexes last August for a total of $89,847.50.

According to Johnny's, the Rolexes include one 18K gold watch with 30CT of diamonds ($55,000), one 18K gold watch with 7CT of diamonds ($14,000), and one two-tone watch with 5CT of diamonds ($14,000).

Johnny's says it held up its end of the bargain -- delivering the watches as ordered -- but Rick still hasn't paid for the bling. Johnny's wants the rapper to cough up the owed money stat, plus interest.

Michael Jackson was foolishly generous when he was alive ... handing out $100 bills to complete strangers whenever he felt like it -- this according to his nephew.

TJ Jackson -- the co-guardian of Michael's three kids -- testified today as part of the wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, claiming MJ was "extremely generous" ... citing generosity towards his employees, as well as random handouts of $100 bills to strangers.

It's pretty crazy ... considering MJ died a financial wreck, buried in nearly insurmountable debt.

During his testimony, TJ also said MJ's daughter Paris was hit the hardest by the singer's death, saying, "The loss of my uncle has hit her at a different level ... She was daddy's little girl. My uncle was her world."

TJ said he also supports Halle Berry's efforts to block paparazzi from chasing celebrity kids -- claiming the Jackson children are often faced with rogue photogs. He said, "I think it's awful what they get away with."

Aaron Hernandez was in constant fear that someone wanted him dead ... and that's why he stocked up on firearms ... sources close to the former New England Patriots star tell TMZ.

We're told ... the stories about Aaron's connections to gang members in Connecticut are real -- because the 23-year-old had joined one back when he was a teenager.

Sources connected to Aaron tell us ... he had been trying to move away from the gangster life ever since he signed his fat $40 million contract with the Patriots back in 2012, but it's not as easy as it sounds.

In fact, we're told Aaron believed people in the gangster world felt Aaron owed them something ... but it wasn't all about money -- they wanted his time and respect.

Sources say ... in the months leading up to the death of Odin Lloyd, Hernandez became paranoid that people from his "old lifestyle" were trying to kill him. It's unclear if Aaron feared scorned friends ... or rivals.

WWE superstar CM Punk has obtained a restraining order against his estranged mother -- claiming she constantly hits him up for money and then threatens to kill herself if he doesn't come through ... TMZ has learned.

Punk -- real name Phillip Brooks -- claims in legal docs filed in Illinois that he's tried to break off his relationship with his mother for more than a year "due to repeated financial demands and years of abusive, harassing and threatening behavior."

In the document, Punk says he's made an effort to help his mom -- who he claims suffers from bipolar disorder -- giving her more than $100,000. But Punk says her "abusive/threatening behavior" escalated when he cut her off.

That's when Punk's mom allegedly unleashed a torrent of nasty emails -- telling the wrestler, "You don't give a s**t about us. You just care about your money and money hungry/fame hungry friends. You would sell us for a nickel."

Punk also says his mother threatened to release potentially embarrassing information about her son's past. Punk suggests the information has to do with arrests when he was in high school.

In the docs, Punk says his mother has threatened to commit suicide on at least 4 occasions in 2012.

Punk says, "I wish for the harassment to stop and am requesting the assistance of the court in this regards."

With a combined net worth somewhere in the $100 million range (maybe more) ... NBA superstar brothers Pau and Marc Gasol saved a few bucks by yachting TOGETHER in Spain this week.

TMZ has learned ... the chick who allegedly took a fat German fist to the face (from a fat German rapper) during a party at the Playboy mansion back in 2009 has just struck a deal to drop her case.

We broke the story ... Mendes claims a famous German rapper named Xatar got all drunk and unruly at the shindig and popped her right in the kisser ... breaking her nose.

Mendes sued everybody under the sun ... but eventually struck a settlement with Playboy and The Privilege Agency, which apparently had a role in throwing the event.

Playboy kicked in $31,250 ... explaining they just wanted to "buy its peace" and make the case go away. Privilege kicked another $31,250 ... totaling a fat $62,500 settlement.

We reached out to Alessandra -- but got no response ... so we typed her name into Google images and found some pretty hot lingerie pics of a person who might be her. At least we hope it's her. If so, her nose healed quite nicely.
