The Situation Burned Employee Claims Tanning Salon Is a Broke Joke
The Situation's tanning salon is on the verge of shutting down for good -- according to an ex-employee who says her paychecks have been bouncing so hard ... she has to sue just to get some scratch.
The accuser says every check she got from the Boca Tanning Club during her 3 months of employment bounced ... according to court docs obtained by TMZ.
The woman tells us she reported Sitch to cops in Middletown, NJ every week ... and every week he would quickly cough up cash to cover the bad check. She says she quit in June, and of course ... the final paycheck also came up lame.
When she went to the bank ... she claims she was told the salon's account had been closed -- so she believes Sitch's days are numbered in the tanning biz.
She says she still hasn't gotten her final check, and cops told her filing a lawsuit was the only way she'd see a single bronzed cent.

Sources close to French tell us the divorce dragged on so long because they were battling over custody of their 4-year-old son. We're told they finally hammered out a plan that gives French the ability to see his son whenever he wants -- and the exes are now on good terms.
Our source also says reports FM shelled out $2 mil to Nadeen are over blown.

The Situation Bounces Out Of Court ... Like A Bad Check
Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino scored a victory in court -- for a change -- getting his bouncy paycheck case dropped.
We broke the story ... workers at his NJ tanning salon went to cops in June claiming their paychecks bounced. Sitch blamed it on a clerical error, but one woman pressed charges anyway.
Situation's lawyer tells us ... as soon as Mike found out he made good on the woman's check -- which was less than $250 -- and she went on her way.
As a formality, he had to show up in court on Monday ... and the judge officially dropped the charge and dismissed the case.
If only federal tax fraud indictments went away that easily.

We're told the pendulum would often swing and she would then get in "horrendous arguments."
Rachel says ... Amanda paid fellow students to do her homework ... and some took her up on it. Rachel says she rejected Amanda's offer.
We're told Amanda was caught cheating off someone during a test ... and when she was called out she threw a fit.
Multiple sources tell us Amanda was kicked out of the school last month.

Rocky just fired back in legal docs ... denying he ever touched or attempted to hit Wade. He says a pack of fans "aggressively moved towards" -- insinuating Wade may have been part of that mob scene. But he adds neither he nor his entourage smacked her.
He says Wade knew there could be trouble in such a crowded setting. In other words ... expect some heat when you walk in the kitchen.

CBS NAILED For $10 MIL in 'NCIS' Death Lawsuit
The family of a security guard who was killed on the set of "NCIS" won a $10.4 million judgment against CBS ... TMZ has learned.
A CBS production van that was transporting "NCIS" crew members crashed into 52-year old security guard Julio Villamariona after the driver had a medical emergency and lost control. The guard died in an ambulance en route to the hospital.
CBS admitted during the lawsuit the driver had a medical condition it should have known about, so the trial was really about the amount of damages the family would collect.
Tuesday afternoon a jury decided ... and gave Julio's widow and 3 adult children a total of $10.4 million.
The family's lawyer, Brian Panish, says, "I am so proud of the surviving family members and the jury for standing up to a powerful entity like CBS."

Jermaine Dupri My Ex-Friend Is an Ungrateful Bastard ... Who Ruined My Hummer!
Jermaine Dupri lavished his friend with a free place to live, a free car, free studio time and several other gifts ... and the guy repaid him by trashing his hummer and then having the audacity to sue him.
Dupri says Taddrick Mingo is a leach who did nothing but take, take take:
-- free recording studio time
-- 4 years free rent in a 2 bedroom condo
-- use of Dupri's Hummer
-- free computer
-- referrals so Mingo could get studio work
Jermaine says Mingo then turned around and sued him ... claiming he worked as Dupri's assistant but never got paid.
So now Dupri has fired back with his own lawsuit, claiming Mingo was NEVER his assistant. And Jermaine wants money for the financial beating he took when he sold the whip at a loss.
As for why Dupri showered Mingo with gifts over a period of years ... he never says.

Ex-NBA Star Antoine Walker 'I'm Not Embarrassed' About Blowing $110 Mil
Walker -- who played in the NBA for 13 years -- was a laughing stock after filing for bankruptcy in 2010. He was so broke, he sold off the 2006 NBA Championship ring he won with the Miami Heat 'cause he needed the money.
