Kris Jenner Fake 'KUWTK' House Finally Sells ... 11 Years Later
The house that posed as Kris Jenner's home in "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" finally has a new real-life owner.
The 7,843 sq. foot Studio City mansion recently sold for $5.25 million after being on and off the market for the past 11 years. Our real estate sources tell us it was originally put up for sale back in 2007. It passed through the hands of 19 agents and 9 brokerages before finally selling.
Matt Altman, Josh Altman and Jacob Greene of The Altman Brothers Team and Brandon Assanti of Rodeo Realty most recently had the listing, and got the job done.
If the pad looks familiar, it's probably because you've seen it on E!'s hit show a ton over the years ... which was always presented as the "Jenner House." As we've told you before, they just used it for exterior shots -- they don't use Kris' real home for security reasons.
Either way, it's a good thing it finally sold, even at a $2 million loss. It was put back on the market last year for $7.895 million and has been featured on ton of shows like "Chelsea Lately," "True Blood," "American Horror Story" and in Victoria's Secret ads.

2 Milly Rocks Fortnite with a Lawsuit ... Y'all Swiped My Dance!!!
-
Exclusive Details
12:55 PM PT -- 2 Milly tells us he didn't know what Fortnite was until people started contacting him over social media, telling him the game was stealing his dance. The rapper says even his daughter noticed the similarities to his moves.
2 Milly says the dance started showing up in season 5 of Fortnite, and he wasn't alerted to it until a few months after the release. He says Epic took his craft and sold it as their own, and he wants fair compensation.
2 Milly says he's not trying to ruin the game for anyone, but he's calling out Epic for unethical business practices and wants the "Swipe It" dance removed entirely.
The rapper filed legal docs this week against Epic Games -- the company that makes Fortnite Battle Royale -- for allegedly using his popular Milly Rock moves in the game without his permission to capitalize on the popular dance craze ... and make a ton of cash.
According to the docs ... Fortnite players can purchase the dance -- which is called "Swipe It" in the game -- for their characters. Problem is ... 2 Milly claims "Swipe It" is an exact replica of his Milly Rock, but they never asked him to use it or offered to pay him for it.
2 Milly also alleges dance-stealing is a common trend in Fortnite. According to the suit ... the game copied Snoop Dogg's "Drop It Like It's Hot" dance and the famous Carlton dance from 'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' -- among many others -- without consent or compensation "to exploit African-American talent" for profit.
The rapper is suing Epic for damages and legal fees ... and wants his dance moves removed from the game.
His attorney David L. Hecht of Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP tells us his firm is, "proud to stand up for African-American creatives whose expression and likenesses have misappropriated. Epic is enjoying record profits off of downloadable content in Fortnite, yet has failed to pay or even ask permission to use artists’ intellectual property and likenesses over many of its popular emote dances."
We reached out to the Fortnite makers ... no word back so far.

NFL's Antonio Gates Burglars Strike L.A. Home ... While Kids Were Inside
Cops are on the hunt for the scumbags who broke into the home of L.A. Chargers star tight end Antonio Gates and his wife, Sasha, over the weekend ... while their kids were inside the house.
Scary situation ... surveillance cameras at the San Fernando Valley home captured multiple suspects climbing a gate and stalking around the property over the weekend.
We're told the men targeted Antonio's garage where they stole a number of items and rummaged through some of Antonio's high-end cars, including a Rolls-Royce.
All the while, we're told Antonio's kids were inside the home.
The burglars never made contact with the family -- but they stole a bunch of stuff including a hoverboard belonging to one of Antonio's kids.
Cops have the surveillance footage and are hunting for the suspects.
Sources connected to the investigation tell us it appears the men may have cased the property before they struck because they knew exactly where to head once they climbed the fence.
Gates is the latest high-profile burglary victim in the area -- as we previously reported, cops have made a bunch of arrests after stars like Yasiel Puig, Robert Woods and Rihanna were also burglarized.
Unclear if cops believe the suspects in the Gates incident have any connection to the other cases.

ICYMI ... Luis Green had a chance to walk away with $333k during the show's holiday special Monday night. At that point, he had already passed up eight different bank offers. He stuck to his guns and went for broke ... and that's what he got. Damn near broke -- just $5, shocking everyone including Howie Mandel.
What the hell was he thinking? Luis told us he went full bore because he wanted to use the money to pay his mom's medical bills, pay off his mortgage. He also wanted to hand over some of the cash to his wife's parents.
Gotta hand it to Luis' wife, who says she supported him whether they walked away with a penny or a million bucks. Well, he got a little bit more than a penny -- but he also has some explaining to do to dear old Mom ... who he admits is still taking the loss hard.

Les Moonves Had Employee 'On Call' for Oral Sex ... CBS Investigators Say
-
Breaking News
Les Moonves received oral sex from multiple CBS employees, and even had one at his beck and call for years ... according to a network investigation that could end up costing him $120 million.
CBS hired attorneys who just completed an investigation into more than a dozen sexual misconduct allegations against the former network honcho, and the report says Moonves "received oral sex from at least 4 CBS employees under circumstances that sound transactional and improper." The clear insinuation being he gave the women acting roles or other network jobs in exchange for sex.
According to the report ... first reported by the New York Times ... Moonves destroyed evidence and misled investigators who spoke 4 times. The investigators say they found him "evasive and untruthful at times and to have deliberately lied about and minimized the extent of his sexual misconduct."
As for the "on call" employee -- the report says multiple CBS employees said they were of the woman and believed she was "protected from discipline or termination."
Moonves admitted getting oral sex in his office from the woman -- a subordinate -- but described it as consensual ... according to the report.
The sexual misconduct includes incidents before and after he joined CBS in 1995. The report calls his 2004 marriage to Julie Chen a "bright line" ... after which the misconduct appears to have stopped.
What's at stake here is his $120 million severance package. If the CBS Board of Directors reviews the report and believes Moonves violated his employment agreement ... it can pull the plug on that payment. The investigators say CBS has justification to do just that.
His attorney told the NYT, "Moonves denies having any nonconsensual sexual relation" and cooperated with the investigation.

The thousands of people who lost everything in the flames of the wildfire in Malibu are about to get six figures worth of relief, courtesy of the One Love Malibu concert.
A spokesperson for the concert tells TMZ … between donations, ticket sales and the live auction, the tally from the weekend event is approaching $1 million. We're told it will be a few more days before they have an exact number.
Sunday's sold-out concert in Calabasas featured performances from Robin Thicke, Katy Perry and Gwen Stefani ... and the auction included a motorcycle ride with Orlando Bloom.
We're told 100 percent of the proceeds are going to MalibuFoundation.org ... and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Malibu will assist with distribution of funds to victims of the Woolsey Fire.

DECEMBER 2018
Neighbors around the home where Magic Johnson's daughter escaped a home invasion are on edge ... and surveillance cams captured some suspicious activity just before the armed robbery went down.
We've obtained these videos, taken just an hour before Elisa Johnson ran out of the San Fernando Valley Airbnb where 2 armed men held her friends at gunpoint. The first video shows 2 men in hoodies -- one of them on the phone -- walking around that neighborhood around 3:30 AM. We're told they walked back about a half hour later.
Another video shows a black Cadillac Escalade driving in the same neighborhood with its headlights off around 3:45 AM. We're told the Escalade went up and down the hill twice.
At this point, there's nothing to connect the 2 men or the Escalade to the home invasion -- police are investigating, but we're told neighbors were already on edge due to other violent crimes.
We're told Elisa was running down this same street, knocking on neighbors' doors and pleading with them to call 911.
We broke the story ... 2 armed men robbed Elisa's friends and made off with a Rolex, cash and electronics for a total haul worth between $30-40k.
No one was injured and cops are searching for suspects.

O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree ... how pricey are thy Executive Branch's expenses?
The cost of President Trump's second National Christmas Tree Lighting on Wednesday totaled $141,944 -- up slightly more than $2k from 2017 ... according to federal receipts.
The White House tab includes $115k for event management services, $14,322 on a sound system rental ... and $12,622 for ballistic glass to protect Donald, Melania and the fam.
For comparison -- the cost of lighting the tree last year was $139,881. We originally thought it was $128,424 ... but we found an additional invoice for more than $11k on event management.
Perhaps Trump heard about consumer spending being up on Black Friday and Cyber Monday and joined the party.
BTW, this Christmas bill doesn't the include the giant evergreen -- it's usually donated -- or the notorious blood-red trees Melania picked to line an East Wing hallway.

'Martin' Star Tisha Campbell-Martin Estranged Hubby Used Loan from Will & Jada In Alleged Bankruptcy Scam
-
EXCLUSIVE
"Martin" star Tisha Campbell-Martin's estranged husband pulled off a scam in the couple's bankruptcy case, even using a loan from Will and Jada Pinkett Smith to do so ... according to new legal docs.
Bankruptcy officials claim Duane Martin hid money for years from several different sources ... even though he and Tisha filed for bankruptcy in January 2016. It's very complicated, but according to the docs ... Duane had hundreds of thousands of dollars coming in from a clothing store and a real estate investment, but didn't disclose that info in bankruptcy documentation.
Officials say they became privy of Duane's shady financial moves after Tisha filed for divorce from him in February and discovered her estranged hubby "concealed" and "diverted valuable assets" in their bankruptcy case.
Specifically, the docs say Duane used a $1.4 million loan he got from his friends, Will and Jada, through their company to buy a home and sell it later for a million dollar profit "with the intention of pocketing the sales."
While officials don't accuse the Smiths of any wrongdoing ... they allege the loan was part of a larger "sham" by Duane.
Officials are asking for Duane's discharge of debts -- which was granted in the bankruptcy case -- to now be revoked ... and for him to turn over the cash he's been hiding.
As we reported ... Tisha also wants money from Duane, claiming in June divorce docs that he hid money during their marriage.
Sources close to Tisha tell TMZ ... she tried to convince Duane to tell the truth but in the end, she had to reveal her findings to "avoid jail and be there for their two children."
We have reached out to Duane ... so far, no word back.
