Logic might be a single man now, which may explain why he went big on a bachelor pad.

The rapper just picked up a $3.57 million sprawling 6 bedroom, 6 bath home in Hidden Hills, right next to Calabasas in the San Fernando Valley ... TMZ has learned.

We're told he bought the pad after filing for divorce earlier this year. Logic and his ex previously lived in a $1.9 million home in nearby Tarzana.

Logic's new pad is 7,075 square feet and has a killer backyard with a pool, hot tub, huge patio, as well as a view of the neighboring mountains. There's also a newly renovated kitchen.

Ali, Marciano, Tyson ... when it comes to great runs in boxing, Floyd Mayweather beat 'em all -- so says Dave Chappelle.

FYI, Dave is a HUGE boxing fan -- and has attended a bunch of Floyd's fights in person.

So, when we saw the comedy legend out in L.A., we had to ask about Mayweather -- and if he supports Floyd possibly jumping into the Octagon.

"I think Floyd had a great record and the greatest run in the history of boxing," Chappelle said ... "I don't know, whatever makes him happy, but I think he did his thing."

Floyd's run was legendary ... he was a champ in 5 different weight classes and made more money than any other athlete on the face of the planet.

Also, his fights have generated more money in PPV sales than any other fighter in history.

Derek Fisher and Gloria Govan aren't just tying the knot, they're blending 2 families together ... which means adjustments need to be made to their house.

The couple has already laid out plans to make more room for their soon-to-be blended fam ... according to L.A. City docs. The 2 got a permit in January for Derek's Tarzana pad to remodel 2 bedrooms, and build an additional bathroom on the second floor.

Fisher's home is already 5,110 sq. ft with 5 beds and 5 baths, but when you take into account he's got 4 kids and Govan has 2 ... the more space (and bathrooms) the merrier.

Kim Zolciak scored a deal for the same plastic Kylie Jenner uses, but at a much lower price -- and no, it ain't what you think.

The "plastic" we're referring to is an art piece from contemporary artist Beau Dunn -- a pink sign that literally reads PLASTIC. Sources tell us Kim bought one from Beau for $7,500 after seeing it on IG in January. She got it delivered in Feb., and installed it herself.

As you might recall ... Kylie bought a very similar neon sign from Beau just last year, only hers was slightly bigger (depending on how you look at it) and it ran her $10k. Kylie's sign is 48''x13'' ... and Kim's is a bit smaller at 32''x26''. For all intents and purposes ... same thing.

Boxing star Tevin Farmer is getting into another business where people perform shirtless in front of mostly male fans ... by opening up a strip club in his native Philadelphia.

Farmer is one of the most exciting young stars in the sport ... and when he talked to TMZ Sports he said opening the club was just something that kinda fell in his lap (pun intended).

"It's an opportunity that presented itself and I took advantage of it" ... adding, "It's lot of money to be made and I got to go get it."

The club is called Teasers and Tevin says there's definitely a type of lady he wants twerking and working in his establishment -- and a type of woman he definitely DOESN'T want.

"We want classy women. We don't want no ratchets."

Auditions were held this past week and Tevin was so kind as to give us a peek at the festivities.

Justin Bieber is looking to put roots down in L.A. again and he's eyeing a $10.9 million home in Brentwood.

Bieber has been a serial renter the past few years, hopping between homes in Hollywood, Bev Hills and the San Fernando Valley. We're told the 7-bedroom, 8-bath modern home in Brentwood is appealing to the Biebs partly because it comes with great neighbors ... his manager Scooter Braun, as well as Lebron James and John Travolta.

The 7,890 square foot home was developed by Ramtin Ray Nosrati of Huntington Estate Properties, who's known for developing homes for celebs and athletes in the past.

The listing agents for the pad are Cindy Ambuehl and Dan Urbach of The Agency.

Derek Fisher's making sure Gloria Govan always looks like a million bucks even in sweatpants because that's about how much her knuckle-sized engagement ring's worth ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the ex-NBA star designed the 7.5 carat diamond ring, which he scooped up from L.A.-based jeweler Bony Levy. A rock that size normally goes for just north of $1 mil ... according to our fancy jewelry sources.

We don't know exactly how much D-Fish dropped, 'cause y'know celebs usually get a deal.

The engagement had been a long time coming. The couple had been dating since 2015 until Derek finally popped the question earlier this month at their L.A.-area home.

Tekashi69 just flushed $4.9 million down the toilet because the headphones company he was about to lock a multi-million dollar deal with is bailing on him.

We spoke with a rep at TUNES Audio who told us 6ix9ine being a person of interest in an NYC shooting was enough to make them decide not to close the deal. The rep said they believe "at this time it is in the best interest of our company to move on. We wish him well, he's a great artist."

We broke the story ... under the deal, the NYC rapper was to promote TUNES Audio's red $249 headphones for a $4.9 million check, but that's not gonna happen now that he's a person of interest and barred from Brooklyn's Barclays Center.

Dennis and Kimberly Quaid are officially divorced, and their prized assets will be split jointly -- their twins.

Under the terms of the divorce, although they will share joint custody of their 10-year-old twins, she gets the lion's share of physical custody -- 75%.

Dennis will pay $13,750 a month in child support, but the amount goes up if he makes more than $1.3 mil in a single year.

As for spousal support, she's getting a lump sum -- a whopping $2 million. She gets another million bucks to make their property settlement agreement even steven.

As for who gets the pots and pans ... she keeps her 2014 Mercedes, he gets the 2007 Land Rover, the 2012 Mercedes and the 2013 Honda. He gets their pad in Austin, and they're splitting the proceeds from the sale of their family home.

All of the residuals from the movies Dennis made before their 2004 marriage are Dennis' sole property, and they split the residuals for movies he made after they got hitched.

Kimberly filed for divorce back in 2016 -- in fact, it was the second time she filed. She withdrew her first divorce petition back in 2012.

Kanye West has hatched a plan to rescue hundreds of thousands of Chicago residents, and his circle of super famous friends is also getting in on the action.

Sources close to Kanye tell us the rapper created the idea of an organization called Donda Social a while ago, but it's gained some serious momentum this week. We're told the group's focus will be in Chicago, in neighborhoods facing severe problems with housing, education, gun violence and drinking water.

Kanye's friend and G.O.O.D. Music affiliate, Malik Yusef -- who's also involved in the project -- tells us Kanye's wrangled a group of A-Listers and close buds to help too. We're told the celeb friends include Common, Chance The Rapper, Vic Mensa, Don C and several other Chicago natives.

The plan is for members of DS to physically visit the struggling areas, listen to the people and come up with real and practical solutions ... and most importantly -- money.

Beyond money, Yusef says the famous folks involved in the program will get loud to change the political agenda in Chi-town and make these issues a priority.

Kanye took some heat for calling out Chicago native and former President Obama on Twitter Wednesday for not helping the city out. Looks like Ye's about to take things into his own hands.

We're told the big announcement could come as early as today.

Pete Rose admits he is more than a MILLION DOLLARS in debt -- but the baseball legend is adamant it has nothing to do with a high stakes gambling problem.

The 77-year-old also claims he has a heart condition and has undergone 3 procedures in the last 5 years.

It's all part of the new docs Rose filed in his nasty divorce war with his estranged wife, Carol Rose ... who recently claimed Pete still makes $100,000 per month, yet still owes massive gambling debts.

"I have NO gambling debts," Rose writes in the new court filing obtained by TMZ Sports.

Pete also claims the $100k number is just wrong ... he only makes $54k per month and sends $20k to Carol as part of his monthly support obligation.

As for his IRS debt, Rose says he owes Uncle Sam more than $1,000,000 -- but notes he's been paying $20k per month to make things right.

Pete says he's been trying to officially end his marriage to Carol since 2008, but Carol keeps dragging things out.

The mother of Chicago Bears 1st-round draft pick Roquan Smith says she's still a die-hard ATL Falcons fan and will NOT abandon her team.

The video is great ... we got Smith's mom right after the Bears drafted her 6'1", 235-pound linebacker son with the 8th overall pick and you can tell she's having a crisis of conscience -- root for her hometown team or the team that's paying her son millions of dollars?!

"I'll keep both," mama Smith told us ... "I'm from Georgia, I'm in Georgia."

Before you start to think a family feud is brewing, we got Roquan a little later and asked him how long it'd take for his mom to become a full-time Bears fan.

"Not long at all."

Cardi B thinks she had every right to drop her ex-manager because she says he was pilfering boatloads of her cash behind her back.

Sources tell us Cardi first confronted her manager, Shaft, on Super Bowl weekend, claiming he essentially cooked the books to make it appear Cardi was pulling in less money that she was actually making, and he was keeping the difference.

Our Cardi sources put it this way ... if Cardi got a gig that paid $100,000, Shaft would tell her she was making $50k and allegedly pocket the balance.

What's more ... Cardi's fiance, Offset, went ballistic when he learned she was paying Shaft a 20% manager's fee ... way more than he says is the norm. Offset pushed her hard to give Shaft the boot, which she did.

TMZ broke the story, Shaft is suing Cardi for $10 million for breach of contract, claiming she had an obligation to keep him on, especially since he was the driving force behind her meteoric rise.

Our Shaft sources say he acknowledges 20% is a high management fee, but he used a lot of the money to pay writers and producers who engineered her music. He thinks Offset was on a mission to sack him just so he could control her and her career.

We've reached out to Cardi and Offset's team for comment ... so far, no word back.

Kate Middleton and Prince William's freshly named little Prince Louis Arthur Charles may be fifth in line to the throne, but he's already ruling when it comes to raking in gifts from celebs and dignitaries.

We're told James Corden, Diane von Furstenberg and the First Family of Gabon -- the African nation whose prez is tight with the Duke and Duchess -- all threw down at least $1k on gift baskets for Prince Louis. The top spender was the First Fam, who we're told dropped $5k at Bev Hills baby boutique Petit Tresor. Here are just a few of the gifts:

-- James Corden: limited edition, 23-book Beatrix Potter collection and plush characters toy set ($750).

-- Diane von Furstenberg: 2 complete lines of organic cotton bodysuits, onesies, and other first year clothing items ($500), and wooden learning blocks in English, Hebrew, Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, and Persian ($500).

-- First Family of Gabon: Petit Tresor Silver Treasures gift basket with silver sippy cup, rattle, keepsake box, comb/brush set, cutlery/bowl set, and cake candleholders ($3,500).

We're told they had to drop another $200 to ship the gifts from Cali to the UK.

We think Gabon's First Fam can swing the expense. Ditto for James and Diane.
