Kendall Jenner & Ben Simmons Eyeing A Bigger Crash Pad in Bev Hills
Kendall Jenner and Ben Simmons might be moving out ... not on each other, but into a bigger and more private home than their current crib.
As we reported ... the two have been crashing in a $25k/month L.A. rental, but the lease is short-term.
One of the places they've been checking out is a 5 bedroom, 5 bath modern home in Bev Hills. The draw is the 4,000 sq. ft. pad is spread out on 4 acres with incredible views of L.A., and a bit off the beaten path ... meaning it's hard to find because it's so secluded.
Can't blame Kendall for wanting the privacy ... she's had her fair share of run-ins with trespassers. Her other home that's being renovated is inside a nearby gated community.
It's gonna cost 'em though ... this crib goes for $55k a month. Shay Gozlan and Rudy Malka, co-founders of Living the Dream, are the listing agents.

Jeremy Meeks I Might Be Gucci, But ... You're On a Target Budget, Son!!!
With Jeremy Meeks in charge of his son's wardrobe, you'd think the kid would be decked out in designer duds ... but not so much.
Jeremy was spotted at Target in West Hollywood Thursday afternoon with his 9-year-old son, Jeremy Jr., stocking up on some clothes for summer ... and perhaps the upcoming school year. We're told they then continued on ... to Old Navy.
Nothing wrong with some good old-fashioned American clothes for Jr., but it's a far cry from Dad's outfit when he arrived in L.A. Monday from the U.K. ... dripping in thousands of dollars worth of Gucci.
We broke the story ... the hot ex-felon worked out a deal with his ex-wife -- which included cutting her a big check -- to obtain primary physical custody of his son. The 2 will be living together along with Meeks' new baby mama, Chloe Green, and their baby boy, in the U.K. very soon.
Maybe Jeremy Jr. will get some Gucci once he's across the pond too.

Christina El Moussa Fixing Up A New $4.1 Million Turnkey Home
Christina El Moussa's already got a house to make over on her new HGTV reality show, if she wants ... although it's in pretty good shape already.
TMZ has learned ... Christina just shelled out $4.1 million in an off-market deal for a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home in Newport Beach, California.
The home was remodeled in 2016 and doesn't look like it needs much work, but we're told Christina will likely put her own touches on it for her show.
The 4,870-square-foot place is gated and has a pool with an adjacent outdoor kitchen. It won an HGTV award for Best Bedroom and Bathroom, which might be how Christina heard about it in the first place.
She'll be living there herself, but her ex-husband, Tarek, won't be far. We're told he got a crib only a few blocks away.
Scott Cappelli and Jonathon Curci from First Team held the listing, while Andrew Cotton from Compass represented Christina.

Dan Bilzerian New $10M Vegas Pad Hit by Burglars
Dan Bilzerian barely had any time to make himself at home in his new Vegas mansion ... thanks to a couple of burglars who ruined his housewarming.
Sources close to Bilzerian tell TMZ ... the renowned poker player dropped $10 million for his new Vegas crib earlier this month but, just 5 days later, surveillance cams caught 2 burglars breaking into the house. We're told items stolen included designer clothes and a bunch of electronics.
Cops were called and took a burglary report. They're now investigating. We're told Dan was not home at the time of the burglary hit. BTW, Dan's new house is a total playboy playground -- with a basketball court, hockey rink, batting cages and, get this, a frigin' golf simulator.
Not the first time burglars zeroed in on one of Dan's cribs. The mega gun collection at his Hollywood Hills crib was targeted in a burglary back in 2015 but thieves came away empty.

Babyface I'm Thinking Out Loud ... And Sheeran Didn't Steal Gaye's Track
-
EXCLUSIVE
Babyface says it's a serious stretch to say Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" rips off Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On" ... and the evidence is right there for anyone to hear.
The singer and mega producer -- who knows all about creating hit music -- was at LAX when we asked him about Sheeran being hit with the $100 million lawsuit over copying Gaye's hit. Babyface says to his well-trained, experienced ear only the chord structures are similar -- and there's a lot more to a song than that.
Waiting for your permission to load Vimeo video.
He named 2 other major elements that clearly aren't copied.
Simply put -- Babyface doesn't think it's copyright infringement and p.s. ... this isn't like Robin Thicke's case with the Gaye family.
We broke the story ... a company that owns a third of "Let's Get It On" claims Ed jacked the melody, rhythms, harmonies, drums, bassline, tempo, syncopation and ... yeah, basically EVERYthing.
Waiting for your permission to load Vimeo video.
It's not the first time for Sheeran, either ... the heirs of a 'Get It On' co-writer also sued back in 2016. Ed recently responded in that case with a similar argument to what Babyface is saying.

'It' Star Jack Dylan Grazer New Role in 'Shazam!' Could Make Him Millions!!!
Jack Dylan Grazer -- otherwise known as Eddie of the Losers' Club in the "It" movie -- has a good shot at making some scary money ... in an upcoming superhero franchise.
According to Jack's contract -- obtained by TMZ -- he's going to bank at least $150k for his role as Freddy Freeman in the 2019 DC Comics film "Shazam!" ... starring Zachary Levi.
It gets better -- he can make up to $200k more in box office bonuses ... and gets a cut of the movie's merchandise cash.
But get this -- if there's a "Shazam!" sequel, Grazer's pay more than doubles to $400,000 with up to $300k in bonuses ... and his salary will DOUBLE for every additional installment of the film franchise after that.
Jack's only 14, so there's a good chance he could be swimming in millions by the time he's old enough to vote ... as long as "Shazam!" is a bit more successful than "Kazaam."

Allen Crabbe is a new hero in L.A. ... 'cause the NBA star just forked over enough cash to save an entire high school!!
Frederick K.C. Price III Christian School in south Los Angeles was set to shut its doors for good this week after it lost the backing from a local church -- until the Brooklyn Nets star caught wind of it.
Crabbe -- who attended the prestigious inner-city school from the time he was in diapers to when he graduated some 18 years later -- agreed to supply the funding to keep the school ticking.
Unclear how much he actually kicked in for the cause ... but sources tell TMZ Sports it was a substantial 6-figure check.
“I was at that school practically my whole life,” Allen says. “I’m just happy and feel blessed to be in a position now to do this.”
Thanks to Crabbe ... 175 kids don't have to find a new school next year -- and school officials are calling it a "miracle."
Pretty cool, right?!

50 Cent to HipHopDX I'm Suing Your Ass for Using My Pic ... As Promised!!!
50 Cent is a man of his word ... especially when the word is "lawsuit," 'cause he's going after a hip-hop blog for using his photo in a post he calls "fake news."
He's filed suit against HipHopDX for its post about Fiddy allegedly selling his catchphrase, "Get the strap," to Bellator MMA. We'll get back to the catchphrase, but the rapper's real issue is with the photo the blog used.
According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, the pic -- showing 50 Cent with Bellator execs -- was taken on June 25 by a guy named Christopher Conrad. 50 says Conrad gave him rights to the photo on June 28. His point ... at no point did HipHopDX have rights to publish the pic.
The site posted an article on June 27, calling out 50 Cent for claiming he sold "Get the strap" to the MMA league for $1 million. That same day, 50 said, "This s**t is fake news Justin Ivey (the writer), you better go fact check. Matter of fact I'm gonna sue you and this website for using my picture."
Can't say he doesn't follow through. Dare we say it ... get the strap!

Lee Daniels I'll Give Dame Dash His $2 Million ... It's the 'Right Thing to Do'
10:37 AM PT -- It appears Dame has accepted Lee's apology, saying, "We're good bro...appreciate the honesty...time to move forward let's forget the bubble gum sh*t and get the money."
Lee Daniels says Damon Dash gave him a big wake-up call -- a $2 million one -- and now, in full gratitude, he plans to pay off the debt.
The acclaimed director told us he's been thinking about what Dame did for him, and realizes he -- more than any Hollywood studio -- helped him launch his career. Lee admits it's a shame it took Dame accosting him in the middle of a Diana Ross concert for him to realize it, but now wants to do "the right thing."
Lee finally told his side of the story when he sat down for an episode of "Raq Rants" ... telling Raquel, "This black man gave me money when nobody ... would give me money. He did it."
He made it clear Dame's $2 million was an investment, not a loan, but because the 2nd movie -- "Shadowboxer" -- didn't make money, Dame didn't get repaid.
As we reported, Dash has sued Daniels for $5 mil -- the $2 mil plus interest -- but Lee says "We're gonna squash it -- and I feel good about it, he needs it right now and I'm happy to help him, 'cause he was helping me."
He had more to say about their concert altercation too. Make sure to check back on the "Raq Rants" page to see the full interview.

There was also a moment of silence to honor Lesandro "Junior" Guzman-Feliz -- the teenager who was stabbed to death by gang members earlier this month in the Bronx.
CC's charity -- PitCCh In -- focuses on helping underprivileged kids in inner city communities.
Nice work!

Johnny Damon Mets Should Call Up Tim Tebow 'He Knows How to Win'
Johnny Damon says it's "unfortunate" that the NY Mets still suck -- but he's got a plan to help right the ship ... TIM TEBOW!!!!
"He knows how to win," Damon told us at CC Sabathia's charity softball game at Yankee Stadium.
Tebow's kind of on a hot streak for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies -- the NY Mets Double-A affiliate. He's on a 5-game hit streak and he's batting .375 over his last 10 games (his season average is .256).
But, Damon -- the former NY Yankees star -- says he thinks Tebow is ready for the big show. More importantly, the Mets need him!
"If they wanna sell tickets and have someone who knows how to compete to win on any given basis -- whether it's on TV, whether it's on the baseball field or the football field ...he knows how to win."
And, if you're thinking Damon's just saying that because he wants the Mets to fail ... not the case! Damon says he grew up loving the Mets and actually wants to see them do well again.
By the way, CC's event raised money for the PitCCh In Foundation -- which helps out inner city youth.

Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney Blames 'Clueless' & 'Aging' Republicans ... for Ban on Office Buying Tampons for Staffers
Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney is furious the powers that be notified him his office was NOT allowed to buy tampons for his staffers ... and he's blaming a bunch of Republican geezers he says are out of touch with reality.
We got the Congressman from NY at Reagan National Airport and wanted to talk to him about the video he posted Thursday on Twitter ... in which he writes a personal check for $37 after the House Administration Committee told him taxpayer dollars can't be used to buy feminine hygiene products.
My office bought tampons for female visitors and our staff. Then we got an email from @HouseAdmnGOP telling us we couldn’t use funds to purchase a necessary hygiene product. That’s ridiculous. More info: pic.twitter.com/8jyX3O4PeS
@RepSeanMaloney
Maloney's appalled, and rightfully so after you hear him dish a long list -- like brass bookends, gavel sets and engravable plates -- that CAN be purchased with taxpayer money. Check it out ... he lays blame on the foot of Republican congressional leaders, and pulls no punches.

Ariana Grande & Pete Davidson Lovebird Express ... Keeps On Rollin'
Another day, another Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande sighting out in NYC ... capped off with some more PDA.
The lovey-dovey, practically inseparable couple headed out for some shopping Thursday afternoon with friends, and looked happy as ever as they snuck in a few pecks. Pete's right -- being engaged really is f***in' lit.
What's more interesting, though, are their outfit choices as they left their $16 million digs -- Pete went for some sort of sweatsuit incognito look ... equipped with shades and a face mask.
Ariana, on the other hand, couldn't have drawn more attention to herself -- or her rock -- by opting to complement her ripped jeans and chunky shoes by wearing just a bra for a top.
Sue Ellen Mischke would be proud.

Ed Sheeran Sued for Ripping Off Marvin Gaye 'Let's Get it On' ... In Court
Ed Sheeran is on the receiving end of a monster $100 million lawsuit by a company claiming the singer ripped off a Marvin Gaye classic.
A company called Structured Asset Sales filed the lawsuit, claiming Ed's song, "Thinking Out Loud," is a carbon copy of Gaye's "Let's Get it On."
According to the lawsuit, Sheeran's song has the same melody, rhythms, harmonies, drums, bassline, backing chorus, tempo, syncopation and looping as "Let's Get it On."
Gaye's song was written by a guy named Edward Townsend and Gaye in 1973. Townsend died in 2003, and Structured Asset Sales bought one third of the copyright. So, take that in ... the claim is that just 1/3 of the song is worth $100 MIL!.
Sheeran's song was a huge hit ... nominated for a Grammy for Best Record, Best Performance and Song of the Year in 2016.
And, according to the docs, Ed's single and the album it's on -- "X" -- sold more than 15 million copies and the song has been played on YouTube more than a billion times.
Sheeran has already been sued by Townsend's heirs. He called BS on that suit. No word if the Gaye family might also sue.
