Our sources tell us Kylie threw down a cool $12,000 for a custom Beanie Baby bear covered in crystals ... this after seeing the piece at Justin and Hailey Bieber's Paddle 8 auction.

The super rare Beanie Baby is designed by Los Angeles-based artist Dan Life, and it's 1 of only 5 ever created. Dan's known for his nostalgic works inspired by his 90s childhood -- he makes a lot of flashy Pokemon art as well -- and this bear is his twist on the classic Erin Beanie Baby from back in the day.

We're told Dan already dropped the bear off with Justin, and the Biebs is gonna hand-deliver it to Kylie!

Sure, it's a lot of money to spend on a toy Stormi will never get to play with ... but the money raised from Justin and Hailey's auction benefits needy families in L.A. ... so Kylie's supporting a good cause.

Tiffany Haddish has no time for people who are criticizing Blueface for making it rain on Skid Row in Downtown L.A. ... because she says what the rapper did is steeped in tradition.

We got Tiffany at the Laugh Factory on Xmas day ... where comedians and celebs dished out dinners to people down on their luck. Tiffany knows of where she speaks ... you see, she grew up in the South Central hood.

She says there's a long history of gangbangers giving out money by jumping up on a vehicle and hurling it in the air. If some people don't understand or accept it, then tough.

Tiffany says money raining from the sky is actually a blessing. She concedes it would have been degrading if Blueface threw out $1 bills, but he was tossing hundred dollar bills in the air, which will provide comfort for lots of people in need.

The wait is over ... Kanye West and his Sunday Service choir have finally dropped its "Jesus is Born" gospel album.

Kanye had everyone waiting with anticipation since he teased the album in an interview back in October. The 19-track album hit all major digital streaming platforms today ... just in time for Christmas. Instead of going with a major label to release his album, Ye chose a New Jersey-based Indie distributor, Vydia.

Some of the track titles include "Count Your Blessings," "That's How the Good Lord Works" and "Satan, We're Gonna Tear Your Kingdom Down." Kanye, of course, dropped his "Jesus is King" album back in October after many delays. That album featured 11 tracks.

Yeezy had a massive album listening event at The Forum in L.A. when that album dropped. Fans were also treated to a screening of his "Jesus is King" IMAX project.

Demi Lovato added new ink on her bod for the holidays ... and like much of her last year, it's inspirational.

Demi spent most of her Monday getting inked up by Alessandro Capozzi at a private studio in downtown L.A. We are told he started on Demi's tattoo around noon and finished around 8 PM. The finished product? An angel representing the rebirth of the spirit.

Capozzi says he and Demi created the image together. The dark wings represent the bad times but the fading wings represent how Demi's moved forward. The light from within represents the inner strength that's necessary for the change in her life ... and the doves pulling her up symbolize the reach of a higher state of consciousness. Deep stuff.

Cardi B and Offset just showed off the incredible ATL mansion they just bought, and it's entirely possible they'll never leave the crib ... because it's got pretty much everything they need.

The girl who infamously hurled a chair out of the 45th floor of a Toronto condo building can no longer be seen in Drake's new "War" video ... because the singer 86'd her.

Marcella Zoia was an extra in the vid, and people noticed ... many assuming it was Drake himself who decided to include her and they went after him hard. Drake made it clear ... he doesn't cast extras, but when he found out what was up, he took matters into his own hands and removed her.

Zoia has got some serious legal issues ahead of her. She pled guilty to mischief causing danger to life and is awaiting sentencing next month. She could get 6 months in jail. She doesn't seem particularly contrite over the whole thing ... she tried to use her new-found fame to become a social media influencer.

James Corden stars in the movie musical "Cats," so it seems only appropriate for him to join the chorus ... that the movie sucks!!!

James was on a BBC radio show and told the hosts he hasn't seen the musical yet, but he heard "it's terrible."

It's hard for him to argue otherwise. "Cats" has been a spectacular flop. It cost $95 million to make, and pulled in just $6.6 million in its opening weekend.

Critics and a lot of Average Joe's have ripped the movie to shreds ... despite some big star power, including Jason Derulo, Taylor Swift and Jennifer Hudson.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's Wish Bone says one of these days he's gonna shoot Krayzie Bone -- not to kill, but just to get even for a caper gone wrong from their younger days.

We got Wish Bone, Krayzie Bone, Layzie Bone and Flesh-n-Bone at LAX and asked them about Bizzy Bone's wild story about the time Krayzie shot Wish in the leg while they were riding around in a stolen car.

Krayzie chalks up the bloody mishap to doing dumb stuff back in the day, but Wish says he's been plotting his revenge for years.

There's no beef, it's just part of the brotherhood ... to them, anyway. Wish tells us he's gonna shoot Krazyie in the fleshy part of the leg with a .22 -- and Krayzie says he'll, pardon the phrase, bite the bullet and let it happen ... with one condition.

Layzie also chimes in with his own hilarious version of what happened ... telling us why he thought the fellas were drunk when the robbery took a turn for the worse.

Too Short's rape accuser has officially dropped her lawsuit against the rap legend ... TMZ has learned.

Teana Louis had sued Too Short claiming he sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions in Los Angeles between June and October of 2016.

In her lawsuit, Teana claimed the attacks included forced oral sex, vaginal sex and sodomy.

Too Short had been adamant Teana's allegations amounted to an extortion attempt.

Now, Teana has filed new court docs calling off the suit -- asking to dismiss it with prejudice, which means she can't refile it.

Unclear if Too Short and Teana struck a settlement -- but it's not uncommon in situations like this.

DJ Khaled is lavishing himself with Christmas gifts ... to the tune of a half-million-dollar custom Rolls-Royce truck!!!

We got Khaled on Fifth Avenue, where he was proudly showing off his new wheels ... and ya gotta see his tricked out ride.

The custom whip is a 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan ... and Khaled's trusted car customizer Will Castro of Unique Rides tells us the $500k car comes with another $25k in special features.

As you can see ... the Rolls is sitting on custom 24-inch Forgiato rims with Nitto Tires, with red "RR" accents matching the red interior.

Khaled says he's gonna be driving around Miami in his new truck, and Will tells us it's got specially tinted windows for privacy and to keep Khaled cool from the South Florida heat.

Blueface did something which on the surface is awesome -- giving money to the poor -- but on another level, some say what he did is degrading.

The rapper went to Skid Row Monday in downtown L.A. where he jumped atop his SUV and launched an untold number of bills into a crowd that he whipped into a frenzy.

No doubt his generosity was appreciated by those present, but he's getting some blowback on social media, with some calling it demeaning and dehumanizing -- people down on their luck diving for dollar bills.

Blueface posted the video on his Instagram account, simply captioning it, "The season of giving $." That's not the way everyone saw it.

Fall absolutely smashed his orchestra debut -- and the crowd went wild for him.

After the show, Fall gave props to Shaquille O'Neal -- who conducted back in 2010 --  telling the Boston Globe he prepared by studying Shaq's performance.

Shout out to Tacko ... one of the nicest guys in pro sports.

Fall was a college sensation back at UCF but didn't get picked in the 2019 NBA Draft. The Celtics signed him to a deal and he did well in the NBA's summer league -- eventually making his NBA debut in October.

Bottom line, the people love Tacko!!

DaBaby is incensed at cops in Charlotte, North Carolina ... saying they were up to no good when they swarmed his car and busted him for weed.

DaBaby had just performed at the Bojangles' Coliseum Monday night, left the venue and got in his car in the parking lot when, according to him, 15 cops swarmed his vehicle, searched it and found weed.

The rapper clearly was not having it, because he was cited not just for weed possession but also for resisting an officer. He was not arrested ... just cuffed, cited and released.

DaBaby said afterward he was wrongfully targeted after cops received a "bogus" tip he had drugs and guns in the vehicle. The rapper said, "Every time. There's nobody when I pull up in the parking lot, the second I get out the car, 15 cops come around -- can I borrow your microphone?  ****** grabs mic ... shining it into the car windows ... they follow me, they pull us over for no reason."

Earlier in the day, DaBaby passed out hundreds of toys to poor families in the area.

Lil Wayne is being held up at an airport in Miami right now as federal agents search a plane he was a passenger on, but he's got legal help at the ready ... TMZ has confirmed.

Miami Herald broke the story ... Weezy was one of a few different people aboard a private jet Monday that was stopped by the feds after it landed at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport. The paper says it was on its way to California after a stop in Florida.

For now, it doesn't appear anyone's been arrested for anything -- the Herald reports a search is currently underway and that Wayne and co. are being held at the airport. Per the outlet, agents got a tip on possible drugs being transported ... and obtained a search warrant.

One thing we do know for sure ... we're told Wayne -- who's a Miami resident -- has already contacted his lawyers in the area, and they're on the scene with him now.

Law enforcement sources also confirmed the details of Miami Herald's reporting.

MH also notes that if any arrests or charges stem from this ... it could mean someone's gonna be behind bars for Christmas. Apparently, the federal courts won't be open on Christmas Eve or Day, and the earliest a person's case could be heard would be Thursday.

That aside, the search echoes of one that recently ended in tragedy. Of course, we're talking about Juice WRLD ... who suffered a fatal seizure at an airport in Chicago 2 weeks ago.

Federal agents were also there waiting to search the private aircraft he was in, and we're told folks saw him ingest a number of unknown pills after realizing what was happening.

He later died after life-saving efforts were made on the spot.

Mariah Carey works her hired help to the bone, and then kicks 'em to the curb when she's had enough ... so claims her ex-nanny in new legal docs.

MiMi's being sued by a woman named Maria Burgues, who claims she worked for Mariah between late 2017 and early 2018 ... watching over her two kids and, allegedly, flying all over the world with them without getting paid her fair share for the job she was doing.

Burgues alleges in her lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- that Mariah and co. wouldn't let her take required breaks she's supposed to get under California law, including rests and meals. Burgues says those just weren't a thing while she was employed.

Burgues doesn't get specific about what exactly her schedule or allotted hours for each week were, but she makes it sound like she was working round the clock for Mariah, often on non-nannying duties and tasks that allegedly didn't involve the kids at all.

Adding insult to injury, Burgues claims Mariah had a bodyguard she reported to who was a scumbag and allegedly treated her like dirt out in the open on more than one occasion. She even alleges the guy almost got them into a major traffic accident for being on his phone.

Ryan Phillippe and a bevy of other high-profile stars are catching tons of flak for promoting a Saudi Arabia event -- but Ryan is digging his heels in and going to bat for the nation.

Here's the deal ... Ryan and a bunch of other stars like Sofia Richie, Armie Hammer, Irina Shayk, Scott Disick and other models and influences all went to this music festival called MDL BEAST in SA over the weekend, and they all seemed down to plug the hell out of it.

Ryan was in a festive spirit, as he rocked traditional Saudi headgear and face paint. While he called it a "cultural exchange," others found it offensive ... for more reasons than one.

The "Cruel Intentions" star's Instagram comments got flooded with people shaming him for promoting a country that's known for their human rights violations -- especially against women and the LGBTQ community, not to mention journalists they don't like.

Ryan didn't seem to care much about all that though -- he fired back early and often.

He responded to several of the comments -- and his message was basically this ... the country's changing, bro! He doubled down in his support of Saudi Arabia, saying he'd feel good about bringing any woman who was important to him for a visit.

On the other side of things, Sofia also caught tons of backlash for what many deemed tone-deaf posts, including one of her and two other ladies, which she captioned as "Saudi girls." The caption has since been deleted, but Sofia was all over the place touting SA and MDL BEAST.

Ditto for Armie, who likened the event to "Woodstock in the 1960's" and going on to say that he felt things were progressing and moving forward there. Similar messages from most everyone else too, BTW ... who all probably got paid a pretty penny to do this.

Emily Ratajkowski sounded off on the issue, saying she actually turned down payment because she felt the country's practices don't line up with her principles.
