'Honey Boo Boo' star Kaitlyn Cardwell is healthy and recovering after surgery to remove an extra thumb.

Kaitlyn -- Mama June's 4-year-old granddaughter -- was born while the show was still on-air ... and her extra digit became a big topic of conversation. Kaitlyn's mom, Anna, tells us she made the decision to have the thumb removed to thwart medical issues and bullying.

Kaitlyn will wear a cast for 6 weeks ... but it's definitely worth it.

It could have an adverse effect on her cheese ball intake ... just ask Honey Boo Boo.

Stevie J's a grown ass man who now has to live like a teenager who's been grounded.

The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star's been ordered to get his ass home by 10:30 PM every night. The judge in his child support case slapped him with the curfew as part of Stevie's bail terms.

According to docs ... Stevie will also have to wear a GPS monitor, provide notification before all travel and speaking of that -- he can't leave the U.S. of A.

Teresa Giudice and the woman she called a "prostitution whore" on 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' are back in the friend zone ... and they brought their yoga mats with them.

Sources close to Teresa and Danielle Staub tell us ... the former foes connected for the first time since Danielle left the show in 2010 by taking a yoga class together. Teresa reached out to Danielle after she heard she was tweeting out support for her during her family and legal problems.

We're told Teresa fell in love with yoga -- something Danielle has done for a long time -- while she was in prison ... so it was the perfect idea for their reunion.

Former 'Millionaire Matchmaker' bachelor John Bonavia just got hit with a 5-year prison sentence for attacking a woman in his house last year ... TMZ has learned.

Bonavia pled no contest to felony domestic violence Wednesday in an L.A. court -- the judge immediately sentenced him. A charge for making criminal threats was dropped as part of the deal ... according to the D.A.

The man claims ... at 2:30 AM on June 20, Joshua Waring drove up to the sober living home they were staying at and started honking his horn. Residents came outside and told him to leave, which he did -- but then u-turned, came back and started firing shots at the crowd.

One of those bullets reportedly struck the 35-year-old man in the lower torso. Waring was arrested for the shooting hours later after a police chase and is still behind bars ... facing attempted murder charges.

The shooting victim wants Waring to pay up for his medical bills and all the pain and suffering he's caused him.

Alberto Del Rio and Paige say they're sick and tired of people talking smack about their relationship ... assuring the whole love-hating world that their romance ain't for show ... and they got the tats to prove it.

Lil Jon says Donald Trump referred to him as "Uncle Tom" during his stint as a contestant on "Celebrity Apprentice" ... but he's not sure there was any ill will behind the comment.

A report by The Daily Beast says during an episode of Jon's season, the rapper dressed as Uncle Sam. The report states Trump -- on more than one occasion -- referred to a dressed-up Lil Jon as "Uncle Tom."

Jon posted about the report Friday night, saying, "When this "Uncle Tom" incident happened on Celebrity Apprentice in the boardroom several of my castmates and I addressed Mr. Trump immediately when we heard the comment. I can't say if he knew what he was actually saying or not, but he did stop using that term once we explained it's offensiveness."

Jules Wainstein has a problem with her ex -- she claims he's not bucking up the support the court ordered him to pay her.

A source close to the situation tells TMZ, the 'Real Housewives of NY' star has filed docs calling out her estranged husband, Michael, for not ponying up the $10,000 per month he was ordered to start paying last month. We're also told he hasn't paid their children's tuition or sent a dime for utilities.

Now, Jules doesn't just want the money ... she's asking the judge to find Michael in contempt, which could lead to additional fines.

Jules and Michael have had a rocky few months, starting with an argument that led to a 911 call. Michael's lawyer has claimed he doesn't have the income to make the payments, so looks like this won't be settled easily.

Bob The Drag Queen confirmed his mom, Martha Anna Caldwell, was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, saying, "It's a miracle that she's not only alive, but able to go home after a few stitches."

Cops tell us the shooting happened Sunday night when a gunman hopped out of a car and started shooting at another man. Caldwell sat in her car about a block away when one of the rounds struck the windshield ... causing glass and projectile fragments to strike her face.

Bob's pissed about the shooting and railed on what he calls Georgia's "lax gun laws." He pleaded, "This could have been you, or worse this could have been your mother."
