You gotta give it up to Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley for going to hell and back without losing their sense of humor.

Ronnie and his baby mama have been through more ups and downs than every boardwalk roller coaster on the Jersey Shore, but that didn't stop them from poking fun at their problems during a family stroll through Central Park.

Natalie Pack -- who appeared on "America's Next Top Model" and went on to become Miss California -- claims she wasn't paid on time while working for Guess ... so now she wants BIG money.

According to a new suit obtained by TMZ ... Pack was booked by Guess for several short modeling gigs starting in October 2015 -- most of them being one-day shoots with her daily rate ranging from $600/day to $2,000 for the day.

Pack claims from when she started in 2015 to May 2018, she worked 48 jobs for Guess, but she was not paid within 30 days ... as is required by state labor laws.

According to the docs ... that triggers HUGE penalties for Guess -- totaling $1.265 MILLION -- and the model wants the company to fork it all over.

We reached out to Guess ... so far, no word back.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are huge fans of Mischa Barton ... 'cause they say it's basically divine intervention she's joining them on the reboot of "The Hills."

We got Heidi and Spencer shopping Thursday at Couture Kids on Robertson and asked them about their newest cast member ... and Spencer says he's been praying for Mischa's presence for a loooong time.

It's interesting ... Heidi and Spencer say they never crossed paths with Mischa on the Hollywood party circuit. So, they can't wait to get started working with her on "The Hills: New Beginnings."

As for Mischa ... we got her Wednesday at Craig's in WeHo and she looked thrilled to be crossing over into reality TV.

For those bashing Mischa's career path, save it -- Spencer ain't havin' it!

Just be ready for lots of references to her time starring on "The O.C."

The last time we heard from Mischa, she was being sued for crashing a U-Haul into a building ... so this seems like a better use of her time.

Lindsay Lohan's friends are so alarmed about her mental state after accusing a homeless family of trafficking children and then getting punched in the face in Moscow ... they're practically begging her to return to the States.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us her buddies are making a full-court press to get her back with people who will take care of her. We're told a close friend of Lindsay has strong ties to Cincinnati and wants her there for 2 reasons -- his circle of friends who will support her, and the fact it's a paparazzi-free zone.

The plan was set in motion in reaction to Lindsay's bizarre video where she tailed a family in Moscow and accused them of child trafficking in several languages before getting punched in the face. There's no evidence the kids were being trafficked.

The wild card ... Lindsay is shooting her reality show at her beach club in Mykonos ... and moving to the U.S. could derail the show.

Lindsay's friends are also worried she might be in Moscow to meet up with her ex, mega-rich Russian Egor Tarabasov ... after her claims to friends he was abusive.

We're told Lindsay is currently in Paris with her publicist, Hunter Frederick ... we reached out to Hunter, but he wouldn't comment.

10/2 -- We've obtained docs that show Horne was more than "merely a vendor" in the company. Horne actually filed a trademark for Beverly Beach back in 2017.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Dorit Kemsley says the guy claiming she and her husband screwed him over when they launched her swimwear brand is full of it, and in fact ... it's quite the opposite.

We broke the story ... Ryan Horne sued Dorit and her husband, Paul Kemsley, last month, claiming he struck a deal with them in 2017 to make bathing suits and own a third of the biz. He also claimed he got stiffed out of huge profits.

Dorit's company, Beverly Beach, fired back at Horne with a lawsuit of its own last week. According to the docs ... Dorit is the company's sole owner, and there was never a deal made with Horne for ownership.

BB also claims Horne was "merely a vendor" for the swimwear brand ... but failed to provide the goods and services he promised in a timely or competent manner. The company alleges it was screwed out of hundreds of thousands in lost sales as a result.

Honey Boo Boo delivered a finishing blow to a wrestler Saturday during a match at the Georgia State Fair.

It was James Storm vs. Robbie E and it got super intense outside the ring. After being egged on, Boo Boo is cajoled into striking Robbie E ... who was being thrown around by Storm like a ragdoll.

Turns out it was spontaneous, but not unexpected. The whole fam was there -- Mama June, Alana, Lauryn and more -- along with cameras shooting a new season of June's reality show.

Lindsay Lohan wins the most bizarre video of the month ... as she accuses parents of trafficking her children and then gets punched in the face.

Lindsay, who was in Moscow, gets out of her car and approaches the family -- 2 boys and their parents. She says they're Syrian refugees who need help.

Then it turns ... LiLo accuses them of trafficking their kids, as she speaks in both English and Arabic. At one point she says, "You're ruining Arabic culture."

After tailing the family for a bit and trying to take the children, you see the mother snap and attack Lindsay, socking her in the face.

Michael Darby's facing charges for allegedly grabbing a 'Real Housewives of Potomac' cameraman's butt, but at least one judge believes that's not enough to keep him away from the crew member.

Ashley Darby's husband was facing a restraining order on top of criminal charges for sexual assault, but for now it's been denied because the cameraman couldn't meet the required burden of proof ... according to new legal docs.

We broke the story ... Orville Palmer claims Darby groped him on Sept. 1 while he was filming an episode of the show and then gave him "a flirtatious look." The 'Housewives' star's been charged with felony assault and misdemeanor improper sexual contact. He's also been suspended from the show by Bravo.

According to the new docs ... the incident went down at the home of fellow 'RHOP' stars Chris and Monique Samuels. Palmer also claims Darby kicked him in the lower buttocks a couple weeks earlier.

Palmer obtained a temporary restraining order against Darby, but it expired Thursday ... and the judge rejected his request for a permanent one.

9/28 -- Roger posted a video vowing to win his wife back.

The next season of 'Jersey Shore' just got real interesting ... JWoww is divorcing her husband, Roger Mathews ... TMZ has confirmed.

JWoww -- aka Jenni Farley -- filed docs in Ocean County, NJ 2 weeks ago. The split comes just shy of the couple's third anniversary. She cites irreconcilable differences, and says their marriage has been on the rocks for at least 6 months.

Roger occasionally appeared on episodes of the original 'JS' run, but he has not been involved with the most recent tapings of the rebooted version of the show ... "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation."

It's unclear what's at the center of their marital strife -- but earlier this year Roger kinda poured his heart out on social media ... admitting he and Jenni went through several ups and downs. He said, "Some days it’s a struggle to stay together. Some days she calls me a f**king d**k head (cause I am). Some days the grass looks greener on the other side. We aren’t even close to perfect and I have no intention on pretending that we are."

JWoww and Roger have 2 kids -- a 4-year-old daughter, Melani, and a 2-year-old boy, Grayson.

One of the stars of 'Real Housewives of Potomac' has been criminally charged with sexual assault for grabbing the butt of a crew member.

Michael Darby -- the husband of Ashley Darby -- allegedly grabbed and groped the butt of a cameraman who was filming an episode of the show.

The cameraman -- Orville Palmer -- claims after the grope he turned around and Darby gave him "a flirtatious look." Orville says he instructed Darby to stop, and then told his supervisor.

Darby has been charged with felony assault as well as misdemeanor improper sexual contact.

Palmer says the incident occurred Sept. 1.

The maximum punishment is 11 years in prison.
