Former NFL star and ESPN analyst Hugh Douglas was arrested for the assault of a woman in Connecticut, and TMZ has the mug shot.

The alleged incident went down in a Marriott hotel in Hartford ... and the woman involved claims the former all-pro defensive end "grabbed her by the neck" and slammed her into the walls of the room several times.

Douglas - who played for the Eagles, Jets, and Jaguars during his NFL career -- was arrested on Tuesday and booked for third degree assault and second degree strangulation. He told police the alleged violence was just rough sex.

And the Emmy for Outstanding Use of Sexual Innuendo goes to ... Michael Douglas ... who whipped out a penis joke, and a gay sex reference during his acceptance speech.

Douglas won the trophy for his role as Liberace in "Behind the Candelabra" ... which co-starred Matt Damon as Lib's lover, Scott Thorson.

As he held up the Emmy statue, Douglas motioned to Matt, and said ... "You really deserve half of this. So, do you want the bottom or the top?"

The Insane Clown Posse has been sued by their former publicist/attorney who claims her office was a hot bed of sexual abuse -- which included dildos, vaginal devices and firearms.

The person behind the suit is Andrea Pellegrini -- who claims she got the ax after reporting the alleged abuse to the honchos at ICP's record label, Psychopathic Records.

According to the suit, filed in Michigan, Andrea details all sorts of crazy abuse -- which allegedly began in 2009.

Here are the highlights:

-- In 2011 ... Violent J's girlfriend Michelle Rapp glared at her in a hostile manner. When she complained to the president of the record label, he told her Michelle is "crazy" and might beat her up.

-- In 2012 ... on the way to lunch, Dirty Dan, a Psychopathic Records employee, told Andrea he had a "fat c**k" and that "he'd like to f**k her."

-- In July 2012, Andrea changed her Facebook status to single... and soon after, Dirty Dan presented her with a "clear dildo" in the office and told her that she'd probably need it because she's single.

--Later that day .... Andrea says Dan gifted two other women in the office with "vagina tighteners"

-- In August 2012 ... she was told she couldn't use the private bathrooms at the Gathering of the Juggalos and was forced to share restrooms that were "often full with naked male strangers."

As for the guns -- Andrea claims she was once asked to obtain illegal automatic weapons for a photo shoot.

Andrea is now suing for wrongful termination and wants compensation for suffering a slew of injuries ... which include, "fright and shock" and "horror, outrage and indignity."

The move comes on the same day a male blogger named Bimbo Winehouse published audio of a man who sounds like Cee apparently agreeing to pay $100 for a sex act.

This isn't the first time Cee's been accused of solicitation -- he's been arrested at least 3 times ... once for allegedly trying to pick up an undercover NYPD officer in Brooklyn.

Sean Kingston has settled up with the 22-year-old girl who accused the singer and his former bodyguards of gang rape back in 2010, sources close to Kingston tell TMZ.

Sources tell us, Kingston settled NOT because he's admitting guilt, but because his upcoming tour and new album release will prevent him from focusing his energies on a messy civil trial.

Our sources close to Kingston's team say he paid the alleged victim only a fraction of what she asked for in order to make the lawsuit disappear as soon as possible. They didn't tell us the exact amount of the settlement.

That said, we're told Kingston believes he would have won the case outright if it went to trial ... the same way he dodged criminal charges three years ago.

As one source said, "Her story wasn't consistent. She told various stories throughout her interviews with police. Her friend's story wasn't consistent with hers. The medical report had no indications of force."

Rapper Mack Maine WILL be charged with sexual battery and assault for allegedly groping a female and then punching her female friend on Lil Wayne's tour bus last week ... officials tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... Maine has been accused of inviting the alleged victims onto Wayne's tour bus following a concert in OKC last week. While on the bus, one woman claims Maine stuck his hand down her shirt and squeezed her breast without consent.

The woman claims she slapped Maine and tried to get off the bus, along with her female friend ... but Maine was so upset, he blocked the door and punched the friend in the face, breaking her jaw.

The D.A. tells TMZ it's unclear WHEN they will file the charges against Maine, but officials say it's just of matter of time.

Sean Kingston and his bodyguard gang raped a drunk teenager in the singer's hotel room back in 2010, according to a new lawsuit -- but Sean says it's B.S.

Carissa Capeloto -- now 22 -- claims she was forced to have sex with Sean, his bodyguard and a member of Sean's band at a Seattle hotel in July, 2010, after she had smoked pot and downed 7-10 shots of vodka.

Capeloto -- who has sued all 3 men -- alleges she'd been invited to Kingston's hotel room for a meet-and-greet following a Bieber concert -- where Kingston had also performed -- but when she showed up ... Kingston was waiting naked on his bed.

Capeloto claims the bodyguard picked her up and placed her on top of Kingston, and all three of the men proceeded to gang rape her while she was "obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent."

Capeloto says her friend later entered the room and rescued her. The police were called and Capeloto was taken to the hospital where she says she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.

She says her life has been ruined ... she can barely sleep, has mood swings and panic attacks. Capeloto wants $5 mil minimum.

BTW ... criminal charges against Kingston were dropped in 2010 after cops concluded Capeloto wasn't credible enough for a legit case.

Kingston has filed legal docs insisting the sex was 100% consensual.

Trial is set for November.
