ACCORDING TO THE EXPERT ...

One of Roy Moore's accusers says she has evidence proving the Republican U.S. Senate candidate knew her before he allegedly sexually assaulted her.

Beverly Young Nelson was flanked by her lawyer, Gloria Allred, at a news conference in Atlanta Friday and distributed a report from an expert which concludes the signature in Nelson's yearbook is that of Moore.

As we reported ... Nelson alleges Moore flirted with her when she was a waitress and signed her yearbook. She then alleges Moore offered her a ride home after one of her shifts but instead drove her to the back of the restaurant and attempted to force her to perform oral sex.

Moore has denied Nelson's allegations and went as far as to say he doesn't know her.

IT'S NO ONE'S MOVIE BUT MINE

Bryan Singer was shockingly candid and patient with our photog, who asked him a wide range of questions, from sexual assault allegations, to getting fired from "Bohemian Rhapsody" to allegations involving an actor he made famous -- Kevin Spacey.

We got Singer Thursday coming out of Mel's Drive-In in WeHo and started the conversation by asking about getting 86'd from the flick about Freddie Mercury and Queen. He says at first the firing had nothing to do with the various sexual assault allegations. He says he never got a straight answer from the studio, but a few minutes later certainly suggests the firing was connected to the allegations, saying the studio wouldn't offer a public explanation because "the reason would be, in my opinion, inaccurate and embarrassing."

ABOUT KEVIN SPACEY ...

As for Kevin Spacey, he says actor Gabriel Byrne is just dead wrong when he says "The Usual Suspects" was shut down for a time because of Spacey's behavior. But, when our photog asked if he'd work with Spacey again, Singer said it was a "loaded question."

Finally, Singer says a lawsuit against the studio that just fired him is an option he's considering.

Larry Nassar Ex-Team USA Doc Gets 60 Years In Prison

Published | Updated

Dr. Larry Nassar is probably going to die in prison -- the disgraced former Team USA gymnastics doc just got 60 YEARS in his child porn case.

The 54-year-old was just sentenced by a judge in Michigan -- after being convicted of having more than 37,000 child porn images in his possession.

Prosecutors say they found the images on computer hard drives while investigating the sexual assault claims against him.

Of course, besides the child porn ... Nassar also sexually assaulted more than 100 female athletes while working with Team USA gymnastics and Michigan State University.

His victims include some of the most famous gymnasts in the world -- from McKayla Maroney to Gabby Douglas and Aly Raisman.

Nassar will be sentenced in that case in January.

Adios, dirtbag ...

STEPPING DOWN

Senator Al Franken is resigning, but still insists some of the allegations against him are not true, and he thinks the Ethics Committee would agree he's done nothing wrong while in the Senate.

In his speech on the Senate floor, Franken said he wanted to be respectful of the women who accused of him of sexual misconduct, but that doesn't mean he was admitting their claims were true. Then he said he would be stepping down in the coming weeks, but also took a huge parting shot at President Trump and Roy Moore.

Franken said, "I am leaving while a man who has bragged on tape about his history of sexual assault sits in the Oval Office, and a man who has repeatedly preyed on young girls campaigns for the Senate with the full support of his party."

Franken's latest accuser came forward Wednesday -- taking the count to at least 7 -- claiming Franken tried forcibly kissing her in 2006, adding he allegedly said, "It's my right as an entertainer."

Franken denied the latest allegation, but that didn't stop the drumbeat for his resignation. At least 39 Senators called for his exit.

The Franken accusations began with radio host Leeann Tweeden posting a photo showing he groped her and also sexually harassed her during a USO trip in '06.

More accusers came forward, claiming everything from unwanted groping to attempts of forcible kissing. Franken apologized time and again, but that clearly wasn't enough.

Donald Trump 'Apprentice' Accuser Back in Court We're Not Letting the Prez Off the Hook

Published | Updated

The former 'Apprentice' contestant who accused Donald Trump of sexual assault in 2007 is back in court ... showing her defamation suit against the Prez is not going away.

Summer Zervos attended a hearing Tuesday at the Manhattan State Supreme Court ... flanked by her lawyer, Gloria Allred. Trump's lawyers argued for the case to be dismissed, while Zervos' team worked on where and how to get the Prez on the stand.

As we reported ... Zervos sued Trump back in January, claiming he defamed her when he publicly called her a liar and referred to her allegation as "totally made up nonsense."

Summer appeared on season 5 of "The Apprentice," and alleges Trump assaulted her during a meeting at the Beverly Hills Hotel about working for him. She claims he open-mouth kissed her, grabbed her breasts and asked her to lay in bed to watch TV.

Zervos and Allred were surrounded by reporters outside the courthouse as they left.

Ex-USC Linebacker Osa Masina Sentenced to Jail ... For Sexual Battery

Published | Updated

Ex-USC football player Osa Masina was sentenced to 3 years behind bars on Tuesday after pleading guilty to 3 counts of misdemeanor sexual battery ... but will only be locked up for 1 year.

Masina learned his fate at a Salt Lake City courthouse Tuesday afternoon ... after the 19-year-old victim re-told her testimony ... saying she was anally raped by Masina after falling asleep at a party back in 2016.

She also said Masina engaged in oral sex with her while she was asleep.

The ex-USC linebacker was initially charged with rape and two counts of forcible sodomy -- both 1st degree felonies ... but accepted a plea deal on lesser charges in October.

Once Masina gets out, he will spend the next 2 years on probation.

Masina reportedly apologized to the victim and her family, took full responsibility for his actions, and was immediately taken into custody.

John Oliver to Dustin Hoffman You Pissed Me Off ... Now Let's Have It Out!!!

Published | Updated

Dustin Hoffman got grilled like a cheeseburger when John Oliver tore apart the actor's response to claims he sexually harassed a crew member on a movie set.

Things got super heated in the middle of a TriBeCa Film panel discussion -- Hoffman started explaining his apology to the woman who claims he repeatedly harassed her 32 years ago on the set of "Death of a Salesman."

Oliver insisted the explanation was total BS, saying, "It's that kind of response to this stuff that pisses me off." It was ON from there. Hoffman fired back at the HBO host, asking why he believed all of the woman's allegations ... and questioned why she waited so long to say anything.

It was awkward, contentious, uncomfortable and very entertaining. For the audience, at least.

Jeremy Piven Accuser Calls BS on Kevin Dillon 'Entourage' Had Culture of Harassment

Published | Updated

One of Jeremy Piven's accusers says she's not surprised Kevin Dillon came to his "Entourage" buddy's defense ... because he was privy to the culture of sexual harassment on the set.

Ariane Bellamar, who accused Piven of sexual assault -- tells us Dillon was on the set and saw the harassment firsthand, although she concedes he did not see any sexual assault. Piven adamantly denies sexually assaulting or harassing Bellamar.

While Ariane acknowledges she never experienced anything other than lewd comments from Dillon, she insists "Entourage" was a stewing pot for sexual harassment.

Kevin has not been accused of any wrongdoing. But that's not stopping Ariane from tearing into him.

We reached out to both Kevin and HBO ... so far, no word back.

NOTHING BUT PRAISE

Nick Carter's partner on "Dancing with the Stars" says him being accused of rape doesn't sound like the guy she knew ... 'cause he was a class act on the show.

Pro dancer Sharna Burgess posted a couple videos Saturday defending Nick after Melissa Schuman recently said he raped her in 2002, a claim he's denied.

Sharna says Nick was one of the most respectful partners she's had -- going so far as to say he never lashed out at anyone, even during the most tense times in their season ... which is apparently worthy of praise. She prefaced her clips by saying she isn't victim shaming.

While she might not be doing that per se, Sharna's definitely giving Nick a ringing endorsement here. That second place win in 2015 seems to have gone a long way.

'Entourage' Star Kevin Dillon Jeremy Piven's Getting Railroaded in 'Witch Hunt'

Published | Updated

Kevin Dillon says his old pal and "Entourage" co-star, Jeremy Piven, is a gentleman who's being wrongly blacklisted over sexual misconduct allegations.

We got Kevin -- who starred on the HBO hit with Piven for 7 years -- and he says Piven's new show getting axed on CBS just ain't right.

According to Kev, Jeremy's nothin' but a gentleman. Can't tell if he's doing Drama here, but he's also shocked by the Lauer scandal.

Bottom line for Johnny Chase ... find the truth, first.

KEEP YOUR HEAD UP!!!

Cedric the Entertainer is all torn up about Russell Simmons -- he hates that his friend is losing so much professionally, but also seems to know he deserves it ... if the allegations are true.

We got the comedian Thursday night at LAX, where he discussed the rape claim from Jenny Lumet that forced Simmons to step down from his companies. Ced hemmed and hawed, and is clearly conflicted.

As Cedric said ... he has daughters and, with them in mind, he's not about to give Uncle Rush a pass for his alleged treatment of women.

He did offer some words of encouragement to Simmons and, staying true to his craft, tried his best to get a laugh.

TIME FOR A WOMAN'S TOUCH

Michelle Rodriguez channeled her inner James Brown to explain why powerful men are falling like dominoes, and the world feels like it's in collapse -- we're missing the feminine spirit.

We got Michelle outside El Rey Theatre Thursday night in L.A., and it was so deep. She dropped her philosophy behind the wave of sexual assault allegations in entertainment and politics -- and it will make ya think.

And she's not just complaining. Michelle broke it all down, and offered a simple, yet effective, solution.

Warning: You might ponder this all day.

Russell Simmons 'All Def' Comedians, Crew Have His Back

Published | Updated

Russell Simmons production company held an emergency meeting hours after he stepped down amid sexual assault allegations, because his move came at the worst possible time.

Sources at Simmons' All Def Digital tell us staffers were called together Thursday morning. The company's "All Def Comedy Live" premieres Friday night on HBO, and we're told comedians and producers were given strict instructions on how to deal with questions about Russell leaving and the claims against him.

The strategy was pretty simple ... do NOT discuss it, and if you do, there will be repercussions.

Simmons used to be in the production office all the time. We're told he worked closely with some of the comedians appearing on 'All Def Comedy' -- and most of them want that to continue, despite the heinous accusations.

We're told Russell agreed with HBO's move to wipe him off the credits, because he doesn't want to drag down ratings -- but staffers are worried his absence will hurt the company, and the careers of comedians who looked up to him for advice.

A$AP Bari Sued for Sexual Assault

Published | Updated

A$AP Bari, one of the co-founders of the A$AP Mob, is being sued for sexual assault by a woman he exposed naked in a viral video ... TMZ has learned.

The woman filed the lawsuit anonymously, as Jane Doe, and says the attack happened on July 9 in a London hotel where some members of the Mob were staying. According to the docs, Bari bursted into the room where Doe was sleeping and yelled, "You f**ked my assistant, now you are going to f**k me."

She says she screamed no, but he pulled the sheets off to expose her. In the docs, she says Bari and a friend were both recording the humiliating scene with their phones. In fact, the graphic video shot by Bari's friend went viral briefly before most sites took it down.

Doe, who is represented by Marty Singer, says she fled to a bathroom as Bari continued yelling, "I'm going to f**k you, you are going to suck my d**k." In the docs, she says she was terrified she would be raped and begged him to let her go. She says he eventually threw her out naked into a hotel hallway.

She says she reported the incident to hotel security and asked them to call cops ... and according to the docs, officers arrived and deleted the video from A$AP Bari's phone. It's unclear why they would do that, but that's what she's claiming.

She believes Bari attacked her because she rejected him the night before in a nightclub. In the suit, she says Bari's attorney pressured her to release a joint statement saying there was no assault. She refused, and is now suing him for more than $1 million.

Meredith Vieira Called Out Matt Lauer for 'Huge Bag of Sex Toys' in his Office

Published | Updated

Meredith Vieira brought up a "bag of sex toys" she once found in Matt Lauer's office -- and you gotta see how Matt expertly tap danced out of the awkward convo.

The now-cringeworthy moment went down in 2016 when Matt and Savannah Guthrie were guests on Meredith's talk show. She put Matt on blast by bringing up the bag she says she found back when she was co-hosing the "Today" show with him.

Matt was quick on his feet, and blamed a sex therapist who had appeared on "Today" -- although Meredith and Savannah don't seem to be buying his memory of it.

The anecdote is interesting now after one of Lauer's accusers told Variety he once gifted a sex toy to a female employee.

Not mentioned during Matt's guest spot on Meredith's show ... the video TMZ posted of Matt creepily whispering to Meredith, "Keep bending over like that. It's a nice view."

Now, THAT would've been an interesting discussion.

Matt Lauer Free Rein At 'Today' NBC Bosses Be Damned

Published | Updated

Matt Lauer was able to get away with a lot at the "Today" show for decades ... because the show made its own rules, and routinely ignored its bosses at the network.

Sources connected to both "Today" and NBC tell TMZ, a number of NBC News presidents and other executives tried to set rules for the morning show, but they were routinely ignored.

We're told "Today" operated as a separate entity from NBC management. As one source put it, "They did what they wanted to do."

We're told there were times when an NBC News president would tell the bosses at "Today" they had to run certain stories and the president would be routinely ignored. We're told sometimes the folks at "Today" would ignore basic rules ... such as restrictions on footage it acquired ... despite NBC News guidelines.

One NBC News source said, "'Today' was astonishingly uncooperative with our other shows like 'Nightly [News]' and 'Dateline.'"

As for why this happened ... there are several reasons. Many people on the staff work in the middle of the night, so they rarely interacted with others at NBC. One source said, "It ['Today'] was like a beehive where they only talked to each other." The biggest reason for the culture at "Today" ... as one source put it, "They were in a knife fight every day with 'GMA' and didn't want to hear anyone trying to rein them in."

One reason the attitude at "Today" was tolerated ... the show makes a ton of money for the network.

Even though Matt would say things with a hot mic -- like telling Meredith Vieira to keep bending down because he likes the view -- such hijinks didn't necessarily make their way to the big bosses because what happened at "Today" usually stayed at "Today."

Finally, there's one irony that some NBC News employees are talking about ... Matt hated it when Ann Curry would touch him on the air and often voiced his clear displeasure. Arm touching is hardly an offense given what's come out over the last day.
