Rob Kardashian's been using his time out of the public eye to focus on his health and drop some pounds ... and a lot of it's thanks to saying no to alcohol.

The Kardashian bro was spotted in Kim's Instagram Story from her birthday celebration Monday night, clearly looking a lot leaner than he used to.

Sources close to Rob tell TMZ ... he quit drinking recently and has been focusing on making better diet choices -- including cutting down on fast food. We're told he's also exercising on the reg and playing a lot of basketball to get in shape.

All of this combined has led to him shedding a lot of weight -- our sources say in the ballpark of 20 lbs. ... maybe more compared to a couple years ago.

We're told Rob's in the best place he's been mentally in a long time too ... fully devoted to raising his daughter, Dream, and making sure she's growing up happily.

Along with this positive development, Rob's also managed to avoid any dust-ups with his baby mama, Blac Chyna, for the past several months ... and that's good for everyone's health.

As for Rob's sister's 39th birthday party ... it was pretty sweet. The fam got a "home cooked meal" from Carousel Restaurant -- which cooks up Middle Eastern cuisine -- and Kim was showered with gifts.

Blac Chyna allegedly used her time with Kardashian family attorneys to change outfits, strike poses and take photos ... when she was supposed to be answering serious questions.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... BC was scheduled to appear on September 24 for a deposition in her lawsuit against the Kardashians. The Kardashians claim it got off to a bad start when Chyna showed up more than 90 minutes late for what was already scheduled to be a 7-hour session.

But, what REALLY pissed off the Kardashians' legal team was BC allegedly holding up the deposition by engaging "in a photoshoot during the lunch break."

That's right ... in docs, team Kardashian says Chyna brought a suitcase filled with several wardrobe changes and snapped off a not-so-quick photo sesh for Fashion Nova while at her lawyer's office.

One of the outfits included a black trench coat/dress. She captioned that picture, "Stepped into the office to handle some business."

The Kardashians' lawyers beg to differ. According to docs, Chyna did everything but handle biz. They claim she was uncooperative, and her lawyers had to coach her throughout the deposition.

Kylie Jenner's no fool ... when she sees something that's hot, she tries to own it, which is what she wants to do with the catch phrase, "Rise and Shine."

Kylie filed legal docs asking the feds for ownership of a slang version of the famous wake-up call ... "RIIISE AND SHIIINNEE."

The trademark would cover belts, pants, coats, dresses, footwear, gloves, headbands, headwear, jackets, loungewear, scarves, sleepwear, socks, swimwear and undergarments ... as well as cosmetics.

Kylie did a YouTube tour of her office earlier this month, walked into Stormi's room -- where she was sleeping in her crib -- and began singing "Rise and Shine" to wake her up. It exploded online and the Kardashians/Jenners are nothing if not brilliant business people, so what better ploy than to ride the wave and take advantage.

Kim Kardashian just entered the last year of her 30s and as a gift ... her husband, Kanye, got her something she seems to appreciate more than any one material item.

The middle Kardashian sister hit the big 3-9 Monday, and to celebrate ... it appears she kept it relatively low-key with her closest loved ones -- including Ye and the kids. She posted a few videos of what she described as a "home cooked meal" from Carousel Restaurant ... which cooks up Middle Eastern cuisine. KK and co. also had a beignet truck pay 'em a visit.

The biggest revelation came a bit later in the night though, when Kim posted a photo of a letter she'd received ... which said a million-dollar donation had been made in her name.

Kim says Kanye gave the money to her fave charities -- which focus on prison reform, which she's obviously passionate about -- and got the kids in on it too. The charities included Cut 50, Buried Alive Project, Equal Justice Initiative and the Anti-Recidivism Coalition.

The idea of a donation as a gift may seem a little Costanza-ish -- remember "Festivus?" -- but these orgs are very much real ... and a million bucks goes a long way toward the cause.

She sure has come a long way, huh? Happy birthday!!!

Kendall Jenner stopping traffic -- just another typical day in Downtown L.A. ... unless you're the guy laser-focused on her shoulders.

We got the supermodel posing with attitude Monday afternoon right in the middle of the street, surrounded by tons of cameras, crew, and hungry lunch-goers.

While Kendall was working on perfecting her slouch, one very protective crew member was handling security ... to not much success. There are 4 million people in L.A., bro. Good luck.

Kylie Jenner's viral "rise and shine" moment had an even bigger impact than you might've seen on Twitter or Instagram ... it hit a 10-figure benchmark on another platform.

Sources at the video creation app, TikTok, tell us the hashtag #RiseandShine hit a billion views this week ... just days after Kylie's mom-voice singing for baby Stormi went viral and took over the Internet.

That's not to say her OG clip was viewed a billion times on TikTok. There have been countless recreations of the moment, but that's how many times people have watched #RiseandShine related content.

Yes, that's TikTok's fastest-growing trend. Here's the breakdown on Kylie's stats.

On October 16 -- the day Kylie posted her melodic voice -- #RiseandShine hit 4 million views in one day. One day later it skyrocketed to 70 million views ... and by Sunday night, we're told #RiseandShine hit the billion mark.

We know Kylie and some other Kardashians have deals in place with certain social media platforms -- but she does NOT have one with TikTok.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott don't seem fully committed to breaking up, because they're spending an awful lot of time together, and it may not just be about Stormi.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Kylie and Travis are getting very comfortable together since their split, and he's been spending lots of time at her house -- something we're told will continue.

We broke the story ... Travis dislocated his knee after falling onstage at Rolling Loud, and now we're told the injury is one of the reasons he's been holed up at Kylie's crib in Calabasas, where he's mostly hanging with Stormi.

We're told when he's not at Kylie's main crib ... Travis is spending nights at the home he and Kylie shared in Bev Hills.

Our sources say Kylie and Travis are maintaining a friendship, and over the next few months, they plan on spending even more time together with Stormi because the holidays are fast approaching.

Those plans are already in motion ... as we've reported, Kylie and Travis took Stormi to a pumpkin patch earlier this week from some good ol' fashioned Halloween fun. But, it was telling the parents only took pics with their kid.

As of now, our sources say the plan is to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas as a family, and the goal for Kylie and Travis is to keep things familiar for Stormi with family parties and events including both mom and dad.

And, get this ... while Kylie and Travis aren't currently a "couple," we're told some of their friends believe the exes will get back together by the end of the year. Remember, there's a little bit of a pattern here ... break up, make up, break up, etc.

Savage burn from NHL superstar Mat Barzal on Thursday night ... 'cause after he took a hockey stick to the face TWICE -- he said his lips looked like Kylie Jenner's now!!!

The New York Islanders center was popped in the mouth a few times by a high stick in his game against the Winnipeg Jets ... and when he was interviewed about his swollen face at intermission, things took a hilarious turn.

"I feel like Kylie Jenner right now," 22-year-old Barzal said with a laugh ... "But, two high sticks there, it's unfortunate. That's hockey."

Of course, Kylie's fake lips are perhaps more famous than the entire league Barzal plays in ... but still -- BUUUURNNN!!!!

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian took full advantage of the picturesque views in Armenia ... with a family photo shoot.

Kim, Kourtney and the entire fam dressed up in an all-black ensemble during their trip to Armenia. The entire brood joined in on the festivities ... North, Saint, Chicago, Psalm, Mason, Reign and Penelope.

Looks like the family -- joined by a professional photog -- opted for a mountain backdrop near the famed Temple of Garni ... a structure originally built in the 1st century AD by King Tiridates I as a temple to the Sun God Mihr. It was later turned into a royal summerhouse for King Tiridates II's sister. #SorryNotSorryForWorldHistoryLesson

Anyway ... helluva view. And, quite the exclamation point to what was a memorable trip. The family is now back home in California.

Kim Kardashian has another presidential notch in her belt, but she brought some backup this time -- her sis, Kourtney Kardashian -- for a tete-a-tete with Armenia's big cheese.

The eldest Kardashians met President Armen Sarkissian Tuesday night ... breaking bread with him, and a small group, at the presidential palace.

Kim was business chic for the meeting -- a stylish suede-looking suit and diamond necklace ... while Kourt went with a black suit and a white blouse. Translation: Classy.

Kim Kardashian's had the clemency golden touch, but her support for the early release of "Making a Murderer" convict Brendan Dassey won't make any difference ... so says the governor who's making the call.

Dassey has been locked up for more than 13 years for the 2005 murder of photographer Teresa Halbach ... he was 16 at the time of the killing. Dassey's uncle, Steven Avery, was also charged with Halbach's murder.

Last week, Dassey's legal team issued a plea for clemency -- and Kim got behind the motion -- retweeting a handwritten letter from Dassey and saying, "Please @GovEvers Read this letter."

However, no matter how many followers Kim has -- about 62 million -- or how many other prisoners she's helped free ... Governor Evers won't treat Dassey any differently.

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian went back to their roots ... and brought their brood with them for a religious rite of passage.

Kim and Kourtney are in Armenia's capital of Yerevan where they arrived with North, Saint, Chicago, Psalm, Mason, Reign and Penelope. The group made the trek Sunday to the St. Hovhannes-Mkrtich Church of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

It seems Saint, Chicago, Psalm, Reign and Mason are the ones getting baptized -- in Armenian culture, the person getting baptized wears all white. North was already baptized in Jerusalem back in 2015.

Kylie Jenner's split from Travis Scott wasn't the result of a cheating scandal or a blowup fight ... they were simply done in by a harsh dose of reality.

Sources close to the ex-couple tell TMZ ... their decision to break things off came weeks ago, following a very long honeymoon phase that was full of love, touring, going on vacations and of course ... raising their daughter, Stormi, together.

We're told after Travis' Astroworld tour wrapped up and the two got back from Kylie's lavish bday getaway, everything slowed down and they were confronted by the grind of normal life ... and things felt different between them.

Simply put ... our sources say they fell out of love.

We're told Kylie and Travis tried to work it out for awhile -- including around the time she accompanied him to his 'Look Mom I Can Fly' documentary premiere in Santa Monica on Aug. 27 -- but couldn't make it happen.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are both single again -- the couple is walking away from their relationship ... for now, TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the now exes say they haven't been together publicly since his "Look Mom, I Can Fly" documentary premiered in Santa Monica on Aug. 27. They were there as a family ... with baby Stormi, but since then things have cooled.

We're told they've been trying to make the relationship work for a while, but several weeks ago they decided to step away -- at least for now. Worth noting ... Kylie hasn't posted anything with Travis since Sept. 10.

They were inseparable over the summer -- taking that crazy yacht trip with friends and family for Kylie's birthday. They also took a vacay together earlier this year -- in March -- after a rough patch where she thought Trav was cheating. He denied that.

He was noticeably absent this weekend in South Carolina, where Kylie attended Justin and Hailey Bieber's wedding ... with Stormi.

Kylie seemed to enjoy herself nonetheless, partying with friends like Jaden Smith. BTW, we're told there's nothing to that -- they're just friends and have been for years.

Here's something we don't see all too often -- Kim Kardashian playing around with her kids out in the open ... all while Papa Bear cranked out an almighty performance in Detroit.

Kanye West had a marathon day in the Motor City Friday, first hosting his usual Sunday Service event in the afternoon at the Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre ... and later debuting his new album, "Jesus is King," during a nighttime listening party at the Fox Theatre.

While dad handled his biz at the former, his wife had her hands full with their children -- North and Saint -- to the side of the stage as they played like there was no tomorrow. It's unclear if Chicago or baby Psalm was there or not, but they do not show up in these clips.

Anyway ... it doesn't look like the little tykes had much of anything other than their imagination and some nearby rocks and grass to entertain themselves with. And, lo and behold, they made due with that ... having a helluva time. Gotta love kids, right?

Kylie Jenner is suffering, and has been for several days, with an intense illness that required her to check into a hospital this week ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us Kylie was admitted to an L.A.-area hospital. One source described it as severe flu-like symptoms -- which included nausea and dizziness.

We're told Kylie was supposed to present at the Emmys on Sunday night ... along with her sisters, Kim Kardashian West and Kendall Jenner, but she was way too sick to make the appearance.
